As a possible implementation manner, further, the second cleaning solution includes the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of water, 20 parts of aloe extract, 6 parts of sea salt, 5 parts of glycerol, 15 parts of sodium lauroamphoacetate, 15 parts of cocamidopropyl betaine, 13 parts of olive oil PEG-7 esters, 9 parts of ethylhexyl glycerol, 0.06 part of phenoxyethanol, 3 parts of lactic acid and 0.12 part of chlorhexidine gluconate.
Preferably, the second cleaning solution further comprises a mixture of 0.08 part by weight of activated carbon powder and nano titanium dioxide, and the preparation method comprises the steps of washing the activated carbon powder and the nano titanium dioxide by using HCl, soaking the washed activated carbon powder and the nano titanium dioxide in distilled water for 1 hour, and drying the soaked activated carbon powder and the nano titanium dioxide in a vacuum drying oven for 0.5 to 1 hour.
The sea salt has the following effects: 1. eliminate fatigue and make people feel good. 2. Can supplement salt and nutrients lost by skin. 3. Protect skin and prevent skin from drying and cracking. 4. Promoting blood circulation, keeping skin healthy and active. 5. Promoting metabolism, and preventing and treating skin aging and cutis laxa. 6. It can make skin smooth and soft and has fragrance.
The aloe extract has the following effects: 1. and (3) sterilization: the aloe tincture is a substance with strong antibacterial property, and can kill various fungi, mould, bacteria, viruses and other germs, and inhibit and eliminate the development and reproduction of pathogens. Anti-inflammatory: aloe bradykinin peptidase in combination with vascular tone can counteract inflammation. Especially Aloe polysaccharides can enhance disease resistance, and can be used for treating chronic diseases such as dermatitis, chronic nephritis, cystitis, and bronchitis. Moisture beauty treatment: aloe-emodin, etc. belongs to anthraquinone glycoside substance, which can make hair soft and glossy, relaxed and comfortable, and has dandruff removing effect. 4. Promoting wound healing: aloin A, wound hormone and glycan peptide manna (Ke-2) have effects of resisting virus infection, promoting wound healing and recovering, and has effects of diminishing inflammation, sterilizing, absorbing heat, relieving swelling, softening skin, and maintaining cell activity. 5, anti-aging effect: the mucus (protein) in aloe is the core component of polysaccharides such as arboran A Baloe mannasetin, and is an important component for preventing cell aging and treating chronic allergy. 6. Sun protection: the natural anthraquinone glycoside or anthracene derivative in aloe can absorb ultraviolet ray and prevent skin red and brown spot.
Action and efficacy of chlorhexidine gluconate: chlorhexidine gluconate can reduce multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection of patients, and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is the first department of various infections in hospitals due to complex illness, more basic diseases, low resistance and more invasive treatment and operation of patients. MDRO is difficult to treat clinically once infected and has been clinically recognized as a superbacteria that causes nosocomial infections. Studies have reported that rubbing a patient with a towel containing 2% chlorhexidine gluconate daily reduces the rate of infection. The bactericidal action of chlorhexidine is mainly reflected in that it has a very good inactivation action against some viruses and some fungi as well as all bacteria including propagules, and is mainly used for rubbing bath because of its long-lasting antibacterial property. Chlorhexidine has skin-friendly property, can not only clean the skin surface layer of a patient and reduce the colony number, but also can be adsorbed on the skin surface layer when being rubbed and bathed, particularly, the chlorhexidine has no special odor to the disinfection effect of tissue mucosa and human skin, the skin-friendly property ensures good skin body feeling, and the American centers for disease control and prevention clearly indicate in supplementary measures of carbapenem-resistant enterobacteriaceae and hospital infection prevention guidelines, the chlorhexidine rubbing and bathing can prevent CRBSI and reduce colonizing bacteria, particularly MDRO, and the chlorhexidine rubbing and bathing can be used for all patients, not only for carbapenem-resistant enterobacteriaceae colonizing patients. The use of a 2% chlorhexidine rubbath in this study reduced the incidence of nosocomial infections in patients with ICU and the incidence of multiple drug resistant bacteria MRSA, VRE, ESBLs, MDR-AB infections, consistent with the results of the Mendoza-olazaran study. The 2% chlorhexidine has important clinical value for reducing clinical multiple drug-resistant bacteria infection, in particular the infection rate of acinetobacter baumannii.
The sodium lauroamphoacetate has low irritation, is particularly mild to skin and eyes, and can obviously reduce the irritation when being matched with an anionic surfactant; the skin-care product has good foaming power, rich and fine foam and good skin feel, and can remarkably improve the foam state of a formula system, so that the skin-care product has good foaming capability when in use and is convenient to clean.
Cocamidopropyl betaine is an amphoteric surfactant, has good cleaning, foaming, conditioning effects, and good compatibility with anionic, cationic, and nonionic surfactants. Has small irritation, mild performance, and fine and stable foam, and can improve softness of hair and skin.
The olive oil PEG-7 esters have low irritation, are especially mild to skin and eyes, and have good moisturizing effect on hair.
Because the ethylhexyl glycerin has the functions of moisturizing, antibacterial property and strong stability, the ethylhexyl glycerin is often used as a solvent or an additive, can improve the moisturizing effect of the product and has a smooth skin feeling.
Phenoxyethanol is slightly soluble in water, is a common preservative in cosmetics, belongs to one of relatively safe preservatives, and can be stored for a long time without being rotten.
A use method of a disposable head-washing-free bacteriostatic cleaning nursing cap comprises the following steps:
s1: heating the disposable nursing cap in a microwave oven for 15s, and keeping the temperature at 40-45 ℃;
s2: tearing the bag mouth, wrapping the cap on the whole head to ensure that all hairs are covered, and fixing the hair by using the analogous ribs;
