Abstract
The safe and effective essence and the mask prepared by the invention have the characteristics of no pigment, low allergy and high activity; the essence comprises: a whitening component comprising: glabridin, vitamin C derivative, glutathione, nicotinamide; a moisturizing component comprising: macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, plant polysaccharide extract, and water-soluble squalane; a solvent, comprising: glycerol, hexanediol and water; the mask also comprises: a mask preservative comprising: jasminodone; an anti-sensitivity component comprising: gentian anti-irritant factor, ceramide; a thickening component comprising: transparent xanthan gum; in addition, the preparation method of the essence is also included.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of skin care, and particularly relates to essence, a preparation method and a facial mask.
Background
The whitening essence and the mask are deeply favored by consumers along with the aesthetic standard of the public that 'white is beautiful', market products are good and various, the inventor finds that the main reason is that skin care product manufacturers rarely pay attention to the basic research of academia, basic research achievements about a melanin formation mechanism, a whitening mechanism and the like cannot be traced in time, most whitening products are in a follow-up simulation stage, more merchants can exaggerate the product efficacy, and the problem of great safety and effectiveness is brought to consumers.
The inventor considers that a whitening product has good key to satisfy the following requirements: the formula is scientific and reasonable, and the product has safety and effectiveness. The whitening product in the current skin care product market is not available, for example, the formula does not consider reasonability, only the simple addition of substances with whitening efficacy exceeds the optimal use amount, or the addition of illicit hormones such as dexamethasone and the like, the product safety ratio is poor, and particularly, skin problems are easily caused for people with sensitive muscles; moreover, the addition amount is not enough or common safe and slowly effective whitening ingredients such as arbutin, tranexamic acid and the like are added, so that the effectiveness of the product is poor.
Disclosure of Invention
Through repeated tests, the essence and the facial mask are reasonably matched, the final proportion is confirmed, and the safe and effective essence and facial mask are prepared and have the characteristics of no pigment, low allergy and high activity. The invention also determines a preparation method of the simple and effective essence.
According to the first aspect of the invention, the essence is characterized by comprising a whitening component and a moisturizing component, wherein the whitening component comprises glabridin, vitamin C derivatives, glutathione and nicotinamide, the moisturizing component comprises macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, plant polysaccharide extracts and water-soluble squalane, and the molecular weight of the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is more than 2 × 106DA, the molecular weight of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 1 × 104DA~5×105Between DA; a solvent, comprising: glycerin, hexanediol and water.
Further, the specific mass ratio of the whitening components is as follows: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of vitamin C derivative, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione and 2-4% of nicotinamide; the moisture-keeping component comprises the following specific mass ratios: 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of plant polysaccharide extract and 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane; the specific mass ratio of the solvent is as follows: 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
Further, the vitamin C derivative includes one or more of the following: ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate, ethyl ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbyl phosphate.
Further, the plant polysaccharide extract comprises one or more of the following: algal polysaccharides, pollen polysaccharides, ginseng polysaccharides, aloe polysaccharides.
According to a second aspect of the invention, the essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of ascorbic acid glucoside, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione and 2-4% of nicotinamide; 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of algal polysaccharide and 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane; 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
According to a third aspect of the invention, a method for preparing essence is provided, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: s102: dissolving ascorbic acid glucoside, glutathione, macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, algal polysaccharide and water-soluble squalane in water; s104: dissolving nicotinamide in glycerol; s106: dissolving glabridin in hexanediol; s108: mixing the three solutions, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 15 min.
According to a fourth aspect of the invention, the mask is characterized by comprising a whitening component and a moisturizing component, wherein the whitening component comprises glabridin, vitamin C derivatives, glutathione and nicotinamide, the moisturizing component comprises macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, plant polysaccharide extracts, water-soluble squalane and butanediol, and the molecular weight of the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is more than 2 × 106DA, the molecular weight of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 1 × 104DA~5×105Between DA; a mask preservative comprising: jasminodone; an anti-sensitivity component comprising: gentian anti-irritant factor, ceramide; a thickening component comprising: transparent xanthan gum; a solvent, comprising: glycerin, hexanediol and water.
Further, the whitening component comprises, by mass, 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of vitamin C derivative, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione and 2-4% of nicotinamide, and the moisturizing component comprises 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low-molecular hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of plant polysaccharide extract, 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane and 2-4% of butanediol, wherein the molecular weight of the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is larger than 2 × 106DA, the molecular weight of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 1 × 104DA~5×105Between DA; a mask preservative comprising: 0.1-0.5% of Xinxiantong; an anti-sensitivity component comprising: 0.1-0.5% of gentian anti-irritant factor and 0.5-0.8% of ceramide; a thickening component comprising: 0.1-0.4% of transparent xanthan gum; a solvent, comprising: 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
Further, the vitamin C derivative includes one or more of the following: ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate, ethyl ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbyl phosphate, wherein the plant polysaccharide extract comprises one or more of the following components: algal polysaccharides, pollen polysaccharides, ginseng polysaccharides, aloe polysaccharides.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a mask, characterized by comprising: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of ascorbyl glucoside, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione, 2-4% of nicotinamide, 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of algal polysaccharide, 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane, 2-4% of butanediol, 1-2% of commercial HKERE 1250.1-0.5% of carissone, 0.1-0.5% of gentian anti-irritation factor, 0.5-0.8% of commercial ceramide 2 soft lipid, 0.1-0.4% of transparent xanthan gum, 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
In conclusion, raw materials are carefully selected according to the efficacy and the bioactivity of product components and related preparation processes, and the obtained essence formula and the mask formula have the characteristics of no pigment, low allergy and high activity.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be obtained by a person skilled in the art without any inventive step based on the embodiments of the present invention, shall fall within the scope of the present invention.
The embodiment of the invention provides essence which comprises a whitening component, a moisturizing component and a solvent, wherein the whitening component comprises glabridin, vitamin C derivatives, glutathione and nicotinamide, the moisturizing component comprises macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid, a plant polysaccharide extract and water-soluble squalane, and the molecular weight of the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is larger than 2 × 106DA, the molecular weight of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 1 × 104DA~5×105Between DA; the solvent comprises glycerol, hexanediol and water.
The principle of whitening mainly has three aspects: firstly, oxidation resistance is realized; secondly, the inhibition of 'three enzymes one', wherein tyrosinase is the main enzyme for forming melanin; thirdly, cutin is removed, and metabolism is enhanced. The embodiment of the invention respectively starts from three aspects of whitening, finds suitable components, forms synergy on different whitening steps, has corresponding functional components in the links of inhibiting the generation of melanin, inhibiting the transfer of melanin to resisting oxidation and promoting cutin exfoliation, and has obvious whitening effect by proportioning the formed essence. In addition, the embodiment of the invention is preferably the extract of Chinese herbal medicine, which is safe.
The use amount of the selected substances in the embodiment of the invention refers to the recommended safe use amount range, and the whitening and moisturizing effects can be achieved as long as the substances are used in the range, and of course, the ratio of each component still has a better range and an optimal ratio.
The embodiment of the invention provides a better dosage range and an optimal formula, which specifically comprises the following steps:
example 1:
the specific mass ratio of whitening components in the essence is as follows: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of vitamin C derivative, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione and 2-4% of nicotinamide; the specific mass ratio of the moisturizing component is as follows: 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of plant polysaccharide extract and 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane; the specific mass ratio of the solvent is as follows: 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water; wherein the vitamin C derivative may be selected from one or more of the following: ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate, ethyl ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbyl phosphate; wherein the plant polysaccharide extract may be selected from one or more of the following: algal polysaccharides, pollen polysaccharides, ginseng polysaccharides, aloe polysaccharides.
The experimental results are compared by respectively using the data of the minimum value, the maximum value and the intermediate value of the taken amount, and when other use amounts are intermediate values, the data of a single component, two combinations and three combinations are respectively selected for comparison, wherein the maximum value is selected for the single component and the combined amount, the amount of each component in the combinations is in a ratio of 1:1 or 1:1:1, and the control group is arbutin with equal mass.

As can be seen from the table 1, the formulations in the examples have the tyrosinase conversion inhibition rate far exceeding that of arbutin, and have remarkable whitening effect; in addition, the vitamin C derivatives and the plant polysaccharide extracts can be used independently or in combination, and the experimental results have no difference and can achieve good effects.
Example 2:
the essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of ascorbic acid glucoside, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione and 2-4% of nicotinamide; 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of algal polysaccharide and 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane; 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
In order to make the ingredients as simple as possible, the vitamin C derivative in this example was ascorbyl glucoside, and the plant polysaccharide extract was algal polysaccharide, and as can be seen from the data in table 1, the effect of inhibiting tyrosinase conversion was the best when the amounts of the ingredients were intermediate.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a preparation method of the essence, which comprises the following steps:
s102: dissolving ascorbic acid glucoside, glutathione, macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, algal polysaccharide and water-soluble squalane in water;
s104: dissolving nicotinamide in glycerol;
s106: dissolving glabridin in hexanediol;
s108: mixing the three solutions, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 15 min.
In this example, the preparation method and preparation order were determined according to the different properties of each material, mainly in order to fully develop the effect of each material in the formulation.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a facial mask formula, which comprises the following components: a whitening component comprising: glabridin, vitamin C derivative, glutathione, nicotinamide; a moisturizing component comprising: macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, plant polysaccharide extract, water-soluble squalane and butanediol; a mask preservative comprising: jasminodone; an anti-sensitivity component comprising: gentian anti-irritant factor, ceramide; a thickening component comprising: transparent xanthan gum; a solvent, comprising: glycerin, hexanediol and water.

The facial mask is formed by adding other substances on the basis of whitening and moisturizing essence, the related description of the essence refers to example 1, the facial mask is added with the jasminolone serving as a facial mask preservative to ensure that the facial mask does not deteriorate in a certain period, the facial mask is safer to use, and the anti-allergy component is added, which is another measure for ensuring the safety of the facial mask except for the herbal medicine extract in use, and the thickening component is added to increase the consistency of the facial mask, so that the facial mask is easier to adsorb on facial mask paper and is easier to adsorb on a use part.

As can be seen from the data in Table 2, the mask of the examples has a significant effect of inhibiting tyrosinase activity, which is 6.9-16.1 times that of arbutin, and the effect is better when the components are weighed to intermediate values.
Example 4:
a facial mask comprises water (87.188%), glycerol (5.00%), trehalose (1.00%), butylene glycol (2.00%), macromolecular hyaluronic acid (0.10%), small molecular hyaluronic acid (0.10%), menthone (0.10%), hexanediol (0.10%), gentian anti-irritant factor (0.10%), polysaccharide moisturizing factor (1.00%), commercial HK EPR125 (1.00%), commercial ceramide 2 liposome (0.50%), water-soluble squalane (0.01%), xanthan gum CG-T (0.10%), glabridin (0.002%), glutathione (0.2%), nicotinamide (1.00%), ascorbic acid glucoside (0.50%).
FIG. 1 is a graph comparing the results of the experiment of example 4, in which the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate of example 4 is about 7 times that of arbutin.
Example 5:

FIG. 3 is a graph comparing the results of the experiment of example 6, in which the tyrosinase activity inhibition rate of example 5 is about 15 times that of arbutin.
It should be noted that in examples 4-6, two commercial materials were added, one was commercial HK EPR125, the other was commercial ceramide 2-flexor, and the two materials were added to further stabilize the formula of the mask, so as to have little effect on the efficacy of the mask.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. An essence, comprising:
a whitening component comprising: glabridin, vitamin C derivative, glutathione, nicotinamide;
the moisture-keeping component comprises macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, plant polysaccharide extract and water-soluble squalane, wherein the molecular weight of the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is more than 2 × 106DA, the molecular weight of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 1 × 104DA~5×105Between DA;
a solvent, comprising: glycerin, hexanediol and water.
2. The essence of claim 1, wherein,
the specific mass ratio of the whitening components is as follows: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of vitamin C derivative, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione and 2-4% of nicotinamide;
the moisture-keeping component comprises the following specific mass ratios: 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of plant polysaccharide extract and 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane;
the specific mass ratio of the solvent is as follows: 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
3. The serum according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the vitamin C derivatives comprise one or more of the following: ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate, ethyl ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbyl phosphate.
4. The essence of claim 1 or 2, wherein the plant polysaccharide extract comprises one or more of the following: algal polysaccharides, pollen polysaccharides, ginseng polysaccharides, aloe polysaccharides.

The essence is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of ascorbic acid glucoside, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione and 2-4% of nicotinamide; 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of algal polysaccharide and 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane; 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
6. The preparation method of the essence is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s102: dissolving ascorbic acid glucoside, glutathione, macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, algal polysaccharide and water-soluble squalane in water;
s104: dissolving nicotinamide in glycerol;
s106: dissolving glabridin in hexanediol;
s108: mixing the three solutions, and performing ultrasonic treatment for 15 min.
7. A mask pack, comprising:
a whitening component comprising: glabridin, vitamin C derivative, glutathione, nicotinamide;
the moisture keeping component comprises macromolecular hyaluronic acid, low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, plant polysaccharide extract, water-soluble squalane and butanediol, wherein the molecular weight of the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is more than 2 × 106DA, the molecular weight of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 1 × 104DA~5×105Between DA;
a mask preservative comprising: jasminodone;
an anti-sensitivity component comprising: gentian anti-irritant factor, ceramide;
a thickening component comprising: transparent xanthan gum;
a solvent, comprising: glycerin, hexanediol and water.
8. The mask according to claim 7, wherein the components are in mass ratio:
a whitening component comprising: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of vitamin C derivative, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione and 2-4% of nicotinamide;
the moisturizing component comprises 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of plant polysaccharide extract, 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane and 2-4% of butanediol, wherein the molecular weight of the macromolecular hyaluronic acid is more than 2 × 106DA, the molecular weight of the low molecular weight hyaluronic acid is 1 × 104DA~5×105Between DA;
a mask preservative comprising: 0.1-0.5% of Xinxiantong;
an anti-sensitivity component comprising: 0.1-0.5% of gentian anti-irritant factor and 0.5-0.8% of ceramide;
a thickening component comprising: 0.1-0.4% of transparent xanthan gum;
a solvent, comprising: 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
9. The mask pack as claimed in claim 7 or 8, wherein said vitamin C derivatives comprise one or more of the following: ascorbyl glucoside, ascorbyl palmitate, ethyl ascorbic acid and sodium ascorbyl phosphate, wherein the plant polysaccharide extract comprises one or more of the following components: algal polysaccharides, pollen polysaccharides, ginseng polysaccharides, aloe polysaccharides.

A mask pack, comprising: 0.002-0.2% of glabridin, 0.5-1.5% of ascorbyl glucoside, 0.2-1.0% of glutathione, 2-4% of nicotinamide, 0.1-0.5% of macromolecular hyaluronic acid, 0.1-0.5% of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid, 1-4% of algal polysaccharide, 0.01-0.03% of water-soluble squalane, 2-4% of butanediol, 1-2% of commercial HKERE 1250.1-0.5% of carissone, 0.1-0.5% of gentian anti-irritation factor, 0.5-0.8% of commercial ceramide 2 soft lipid, 0.1-0.4% of transparent xanthan gum, 5-10% of glycerol, 0.1-0.5% of hexanediol and the balance of water.
