waste liquid is put into the inner side of the neutralizing box body 1 from the feeding pipeline 11, the neutralizing agent is contained in the additive bottle 9 and then is inserted into the inner thread of the butt joint screw hole 8 for fixing at the butt joint insertion rod 34, the insertion bottom block 18 is inserted into the discharging groove 35, so that the neutralizing agent flows into the neutralizing box body 1 from the insertion bottom block 18, the box body is not opened, the environment and workers are not polluted, the panel 39 is arranged on the top surface of the control panel 5 for controlling the stirring motor 7 to rotate by the control main board 40, the main stirring rod 24 and the main stirring rod 28 are driven to perform the rotating stirring action in the neutralizing box body 1, the auxiliary gear 27 is driven to perform the rotating action between the fixed gear rings 33 under the rotation of the transmission gear 26, and the auxiliary stirring rod 25 and the extension stirring rod 30 are driven to rotate by themselves, meanwhile, the rotating disc 21 rotates at the inner side edge of the clamping groove 19 under the transmission of the fixed gear ring 33, thereby achieving the purpose of fully mixing the waste liquid and the neutralizing agent in the neutralizing tank body 1, when the waste liquid and the neutralizing agent are settled on the bottom surface of the neutralizing tank body 1 after a certain time, the pushing cylinder 4 is pushed into the neutralizing tank body 1 after the set time is reached by the setting of the timing main board 41, so that the scraping plate 16 is driven to scrape the sediment on the bottom surface, and the sediment is further scattered under the action of the pushing bottom plate 14, under the intercrossing of the butt joint tooth grooves 15 and the toggle teeth 17, the sediment is stirred and suspended, the friction force is reduced to the minimum by the rolling drive of the top joint ball body 38 under the rotation of the rotating disc 21, and the neutralized waste liquid enters the transmission pipeline 10 from the discharge pipeline 12 under the extraction of the extraction pump 13 and is transmitted to the next process.
