Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a punching and forming integrated device and an implementation method thereof, aiming at optimizing the problem of unstable binding quality caused by hole site deviation in the existing paper binding process.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a punching and forming integrated device comprises a bearing bottom plate, wherein a first stand column is arranged on the bearing bottom plate, an installation platform is arranged on the first stand column, a punching mechanism is arranged at the head end of the installation platform, a second stand column is arranged on the bearing bottom plate, a needle clamping mechanism is arranged on the second stand column, a clamping piece mechanism corresponding to the needle clamping mechanism is installed at the tail end of the installation platform, a rotating support column is arranged between the bearing bottom plate and the installation platform, a cantilever is arranged at the movable end of the rotating support column, a slide rail is arranged at the tail end of the cantilever, a supporting plate is arranged on the slide rail, and binding paper is placed on; the rotating support column drives the supporting plate to move to a position corresponding to the punching mechanism and a position corresponding to the clamping piece mechanism; the punching mechanism punches the binding paper, and the needle clamping mechanism and the clamping piece mechanism additionally install the needle clamping mechanism and the clamping piece on the binding paper.
Preferably, the punching mechanism includes a punching mounting plate, a puncher is disposed on the punching mounting plate, holes are distributed on the punching mounting plate and correspond to the puncher, a punching bottom plate is disposed at the lower end of the punching mounting plate, and binding paper is inserted into a gap between the punching mounting plate and the punching bottom plate.
The technical scheme is that the punching bottom plate is provided with a limiting column, the limiting column is aligned with the supporting plate, the punching bottom plate is provided with a discharge hole corresponding to the drilled hole, a waste paper box is arranged below the discharge hole, and the waste paper box is connected with the punching bottom plate.
Preferably, the needle clamping mechanism comprises a needle clamping box, a push plate is arranged at the head end of the needle clamping box, a lifting plate is arranged at the tail end of the needle clamping box, a lever mechanism is arranged at the lower end of the lifting plate, a baffle is arranged on one side of the lifting plate, a needle is placed in the needle clamping box, the needle is pushed to the lifting plate by the push plate, the lifting plate is pushed to move upwards by the lever mechanism, and the movement path of the lifting plate is limited by the baffle.
A further technical scheme is that a push rod is arranged at the head end of the push plate, a first reset spring is sleeved on the push rod, the two ends of the first reset spring respectively abut against the inner wall of the needle clamping box and the push plate, a sliding groove is formed in the needle clamping box, and a sliding block corresponding to the sliding groove is arranged in the push plate.
According to a further technical scheme, a retainer is arranged above the needle clamping box, the lower end of the retainer contacts the upper end of the needle, a guide pillar is arranged on the retainer, a limiting hole is formed in the mounting platform, the guide pillar is arranged in the limiting hole, and the tail end of the retainer corresponds to the tail end of the needle clamping box.

The invention also provides an implementation method of the punching and forming integrated device, which comprises the following steps:
and step A, checking the device, determining that the support plate can align the punching mechanism, the needle clamping mechanism and the clamping piece mechanism, and checking whether the punching mechanism, the needle clamping mechanism and the clamping piece mechanism can work normally.
And step B, placing the tool, moving the support plate backwards by the slide rail, stacking the paper on the support plate, placing the clamping needle into the needle clamping mechanism, and gradually loading the clamping pieces into the clamping piece mechanism.
And C, punching the paper, moving the cantilever to enable the supporting plate to be positioned in front of the punching mechanism, then moving the supporting plate forwards through the sliding rail, enabling the paper on the supporting plate to be matched with the punching mechanism, punching through the punching mechanism, and after punching is completed, moving the supporting plate backwards and resetting by utilizing the sliding rail again to obtain the paper with holes.
D, binding the paper, moving the cantilever to enable the supporting plate to be positioned in front of the needle clamping mechanism and the sheet clamping mechanism, moving the supporting plate forwards through the sliding rail to enable the paper with holes on the supporting plate to stretch into the space between the needle clamping mechanism and the sheet clamping mechanism and to be aligned, then pushing the clamping sheet into the space above the paper with holes through the sheet clamping mechanism, and then sending the clamping needles into the paper with holes through the needle clamping mechanism and enabling the clamping sheets to be in contact and locked with the clamping sheets; and finally, the supporting plate is moved backwards and reset by the sliding rail to finish the binding.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects of at least one of the following:
the paper sheet binding machine has the advantages that the punching mechanism, the needle clamping mechanism and the sheet clamping mechanism are installed through the installation platform, the device is integrated, the supporting plate is installed through the cantilever, the supporting plate cantilever moves back and forth through the sliding rail, the cantilever is driven to move through the rotating support, paper sheets are placed on the supporting plate and conveyed to the punching mechanism through the supporting plate to be punched, then the paper sheets are conveyed to a position between the needle clamping mechanism and the sheet clamping mechanism to be clamped with the clamping needles and the clamping sheets, and therefore binding is completed without manual replacement of equipment.
According to the invention, the paper is directly fixed by the supporting plate, so that the paper is directly fixed and positioned, the punching position does not need to be repeatedly determined, the paper does not need to be repeatedly moved, and the hole deviation risk in the paper moving process is obviously reduced.
Waste paper that can accomodate the production of punching through the waste paper box is counterpointed through spacing post and layer board, makes the punching pin of hole puncher insert the paper through drilling and discharge opening, accomplishes and punches.
The invention stores the clamping needle through the clamping needle box, moves the clamping needle onto the lifting plate through the push plate, is limited by the baffle, and drives the lifting plate to move upwards through the lever mechanism, so that the clamping needle moves upwards to insert paper. The clamping needles are limited by the retainer, so that the lifting plate moves upwards at each time to drive only one clamping needle to bind.
The clamping piece is accommodated in the clamping piece box, one clamping piece is output to the matching cushion block through the ejection button each time, and the clamping needle and the clamping piece are locked through the matching cushion block to complete installation; the pressing mechanism limits the moving path of the pressure plate through the stroke rod, and ensures that the pressure plate cannot shake left and right through the guide block, so that the pressing mechanism can stably act on the clamping pieces in the clamping piece box; thereby eliminating the need to repeatedly adjust the clip position.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 and 9, one embodiment of the present invention is a punching and forming integrated device, which includes a load-bearing base plate 1, wherein the load-bearing base plate 1 is a stress point of the entire device, and the load-bearing base plate 1 can be fixed on a desktop or other frame. The bearing bottom plate 1 is provided with a first upright post 2, the first upright post 2 is provided with a mounting platform 3, and a sufficient gap is reserved between the bearing bottom plate 1 and the mounting platform 3 through the first upright post 2.
The head end of the mounting platform 3 is provided with a punching mechanism 4, wherein the punching mechanism 4 can be an existing punching device, the bearing bottom plate 1 is provided with a second upright post 5, the second upright post 5 is provided with a needle clamping mechanism 6, the clamping piece mechanism 7 outputs a clamping piece, the clamping piece is an existing commodity, the two ends of the clamping piece are provided with round holes matched with the insertion of a clamping needle, the tail end of the mounting platform 3 is provided with the clamping piece mechanism 7 corresponding to the needle clamping mechanism 6, the needle clamping mechanism 6 is located below the clamping piece mechanism 7, the clamping needle is output through the needle clamping mechanism 6, the clamping needle is an existing commodity, the clamping needle is usually arranged and mounted, and the appearance of the clamping needle is similar to that of a row of stitching needles.
A rotary support 8 is arranged between the bearing bottom plate 1 and the mounting platform 3, a cantilever 9 is arranged at the movable end of the rotary support 8, and the cantilever 9 is mounted on the rotary support 8; the form of its rotating support 8 can be varied:
for example, the rotation column 8 is provided with an existing hinge, and the cantilever 9 is mounted on the hinge, so that the cantilever 9 moves on the rotation column 8.
For example, the rotating column 8 may be a conventional column in which a bearing is fitted and fixed to rotate at a fixed position, specifically, a mounting plate is welded to a movable end of the bearing, a head end of the cantilever 9 is fixed to the mounting plate by a screw, and the cantilever 9 is rotatable on the rotating column 8.
The cantilever 9 is L-shaped, the end of the cantilever 9 is provided with a slide rail 901, the slide rail 901 is provided with a support plate 10, the lower end of the support plate 10 slides on the slide rail 901, the support plate 10 is used as a support platform for paper, the support plate 10 has a fixed size, the outline of the support plate is matched with the paper, the front end edge of the support plate 10 is provided with a strip-shaped groove, and the strip-shaped groove corresponds to the paper binding position.
The binding paper is placed on the supporting plate 10; the rotating support 8 drives the supporting plate 10 to move to a position corresponding to the punching mechanism 4 and a position corresponding to the clamping piece mechanism 7; punching the binding paper by a punching mechanism 4, and additionally installing a clamp needle and a clamping piece on the binding paper by a clamp needle mechanism 6 and a clamping piece mechanism 7; namely, the needle clamping mechanism 6 and the clip mechanism 7 are binding devices, the punching mechanism 4 is a punching part, and the cantilever 9 and the supporting plate 10 are driven by the rotating support 8 to be switched between the punching mechanism 4 and the binding devices.
Example 2:
based on the above embodiment, referring to fig. 2 and 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the punching mechanism 4 includes a punching mounting plate 401, the punching mounting plate 401 is provided with a plurality of screw holes, the entire punching mechanism 4 is fixed on the mounting platform 3 by the punching mounting plate 401, the punching mounting plate 401 is provided with a puncher 402, the puncher 402 is an existing commodity, the puncher 402 has an a punching needle, and the paper is punched by pressing down the punching needle a with a handle.
The punching mounting plate 401 is provided with a drilled hole corresponding to the puncher 402, that is, the moving path of the punching needle a of the puncher 402 is matched with the drilled hole, and when the puncher 402 is pressed down, the punching needle a penetrates through the drilled hole in the punching mounting plate 401 and acts on the paper.
The lower end of the punching attachment plate 401 is provided with a punching bottom plate 403, and the binding paper is inserted into a space between the punching attachment plate 401 and the punching bottom plate 403. The support plate 10 is formed by reserving a perforated portion in the paper through a strip-shaped slot, and the perforated portion extends into a gap between the perforated mounting plate 401 and the perforated bottom plate 403.
Further, the punching bottom plate 403 is provided with a limiting post 404, and the limiting post 404 is aligned with the supporting plate 10, wherein an alignment block 1001 is provided at the edge of the supporting plate 10, a protrusion is provided on the alignment block 1001, and a recess is provided on the limiting post 404, so that when the supporting plate 10 drives the paper to extend between the punching mounting plate 401 and the punching bottom plate 403, the alignment block 1001 and the limiting post 404 are aligned with each other.
The perforated bottom plate 403 is provided with a discharge hole 405 corresponding to the drilled hole, a waste paper box 406 is disposed below the discharge hole 405, and the waste paper box 406 is connected to the perforated bottom plate 403. In the aligned state, the drilled hole overlaps the discharge hole 405, that is, when the paper is applied by the punching needle a, the waste material of the paper falls into the waste paper box 406 through the discharge hole 405.
Similarly, the mounting platform 3 is provided with a positioning block 12, the positioning block 12 is located between the needle clamping mechanism 6 and the clip mechanism 7, the positioning block 12 is provided with a recess matched with the alignment block 1001, the positioning block 12 and the limiting column 404 are at the same horizontal height, and the needle clamping mechanism 6 and the clip mechanism 7 are respectively located at the upper end and the lower end of the positioning block 12. So that the supporting plate 10 can be positioned between the needle clamping mechanism 6 and the clamping piece mechanism 7, and the output needles of the needle clamping mechanism 6 are ensured to correspond to the holes on the paper.
Example 3:
based on the above embodiment, referring to fig. 4, an embodiment of the present invention is that the needle clamping mechanism 6 includes a needle clamping box 601, the needle clamping box 601 has a receiving slot, and the end of the receiving slot is opened, the head end of the needle clamping box 601 is provided with a push plate 602, the needles B are arranged and placed in the receiving slot of the needle clamping box 601, the needles B are pushed to the end of the receiving slot by the push plate 602, the end of the needle clamping box 601 is provided with a lifting plate 603, wherein the lifting plate 603 is matched with the bottom of the needles B in size, the lower end of the lifting plate 603 is provided with a lever mechanism 604, one side of the lifting plate 603 is provided with a baffle 605, the needles are placed by the needle clamping box 601, the needles are pushed to the lifting plate 603 by the push plate 602, the lifting plate 603 is pushed by the lever mechanism 604 to move upwards, and the movement path of the lifting plate 603 is limited by the baffle 605.
The clamp pin B is pushed out of the accommodating groove by the push plate 602 and enters the upper side of the lifting plate 603, after the clamp pin B completely enters the lifting plate 603, the front end of the clamp pin B is abutted against the baffle 605, at this time, the lifting plate 603 is lifted by the lever mechanism 604, and the clamp pin B is driven by the lifting plate 603 to be inserted into the hole of the paper.
It should be noted that, when the lifting plate 603 moves upward by the maximum stroke, the lower end of the lifting plate 603 does not exceed the height of the upper end of the gripping pin B in the receiving slot, so that the descending path of the lifting plate 603 is not blocked by the gripping pin B.
Furthermore, in order to ensure the compactness of the needle clamp B, a push rod 606 is disposed at the head end of the push plate 602, a first return spring is sleeved on the push rod 606, two ends of the first return spring respectively abut against the inner wall of the needle clamp box 601 and the push plate 602, a sliding groove 607 is disposed on the needle clamp box 601, and a sliding block 608 corresponding to the sliding groove 607 is disposed on the push plate 602. The sliding groove 607 and the sliding block 608 ensure the moving stability of the push plate 602, and the push plate 602 is pushed out of the accommodating groove by the push plate 602 by applying a pushing force to the push plate 602 through the first return spring.
It should be noted that when the needle holder B is installed, the push rod 606 is manually pulled to move the push plate 602 toward the front end of the needle holder 601, so as to accommodate the groove for placing the needle holder B.
Further, referring to fig. 6, a holder 11 is disposed above the needle clamping box 601, and the lower end of the holder 11 contacts the upper end of the needle clamping B, wherein the holder 11 contacts the upper end of the needle clamping B under its own weight, guide posts 1101 are disposed on the holder 11, a limiting hole is disposed on the mounting platform 3, and the guide posts 1101 are disposed in the limiting hole, wherein two guide posts 1101 are disposed, and a handle is disposed between the two guide posts 1101, so as to facilitate pulling up the holder 11, thereby facilitating placing the needle clamping B into the accommodating groove; the end of the holder 11 corresponds to the end of the needle holder 601 so that only one needle B of the lifting plate 603 can move upward.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the lever mechanism 604 includes a rotating shaft 6041, a mounting seat 6042 is disposed on the rotating shaft 6041, the mounting seat 6042 is fixed at the bottom of the needle clamping box 601, two ends of the rotating shaft 6041 are provided with pressing rods 6043, a handle is disposed at a head end of the pressing rod 6043, a connecting rod 6044 is disposed at a tail end of the pressing rod 6043, and the connecting rod 6044 is connected to the lifting plate 603.
Make pivot 6041 install in the clip box 601 bottom through mount pad 6042 to guarantee that pivot 6041 can rotate, regard as depression bar 6043 fulcrum by pivot 6041, when depression bar 6043 head end pushes down, its depression bar 6043 is terminal to be lifted, and its depression bar 6043 is terminal to exert a thrust to connecting rod 6044, drives lifting plate 603 through connecting rod 6044 and shifts up.
Example 4:
based on the above embodiments, referring to fig. 7, in an embodiment of the present invention, the clip mechanism 7 includes a clip case 701, a lower portion of the clip case 701 is provided with a discharge port 702 and a pressing port, a mounting rod 703 is provided at a rear end of the clip case 701, an eject button 704 is provided on the mounting rod 703, the eject button 704 extends into the clip case 701 from the pressing port, a second return spring is provided on the mounting rod 703, the second return spring respectively abuts against the eject button 704 and an outer wall of the clip case 701, a fitting pad 705 is provided at a front end of the clip case 701, the fitting pad 705 is located at the discharge port 702, a clip is placed in the clip case 701, a pressing mechanism 706 is provided in the clip case 701, the clip is pressed by the pressing mechanism 706, and a clip are assembled by the fitting pad 705.
The clips C are tightly arranged in the clip case 701 by the pressing mechanism 706, and the clips C at the bottom of the clip case 701 are pushed into the matching blocks 705 from the discharge port 702 by pressing the eject button 704, so that binding with the clip needles B is completed in the matching blocks 705. After binding is completed, the eject button 704 is no longer pressed, and the eject button 704 is reset by the force of the second return spring, and the clip C is gradually moved downward by the hold-down mechanism 706.
Referring to fig. 10, the clip C in the clip mechanism 7 is pushed into the matching block 705 by the eject button 704, the clip pin mechanism 6 pushes the clip pin B into the matching block 705 through the paper by the lift plate 603, the top of the matching block 705 is provided with an inclined wedge, the clip pin B is pressed into the hole punched by the paper and penetrates through the paper, then the clip pin B continues to penetrate through the clip C in the matching block 705, the top of the clip pin B contacts the wedge, and then the top of the clip pin B is folded, thereby completing the locking of the clip pin B and the clip C.
Further, referring to fig. 8, the clip box 701 is provided with a limiting groove 707, the pressing mechanism 706 includes a stroke rod 7061, a cover is disposed at an upper end of the clip box 701, the stroke rod 7061 extends into an inner cavity of the clip box 701, the cover has a through hole, and the stroke rod 7061 extends into the inner cavity of the clip box 701 through the through hole, so as to facilitate the clip C to be placed into the clip box 701 by opening the cover.
The lower end of the stroke rod 7061 is provided with a pressure plate 7062, the pressure plate 7062 is positioned in the inner cavity of the clip box 701, the pressure plate 7062 is provided with a guide block 7063, the guide block 7063 is arranged in a limiting groove 707, the stroke rod 7061 is provided with a third return spring, and the third return spring respectively props against the upper end of the pressure plate 7062 and the inner wall of the clip box 701. When the pressing mechanism 706 moves up by the maximum stroke, the guide block 7063 on the pressure plate 7062 contacts with the upper end of the inner cavity of the clip box 701, and the lower end of the pressure plate 7062 contacts with the clip C, so that the stable arrangement of the clip C is ensured.
Example 5:
the embodiment is an operation embodiment, and an embodiment of the invention is an implementation method of a punching and molding integrated device, which uses the punching and molding integrated device, and includes the following operation steps: step A, device inspection is carried out, the fact that the supporting plate can align the punching mechanism 4, the needle clamping mechanism 6 and the clamping piece mechanism 7 is determined, and whether the punching mechanism 4, the needle clamping mechanism 6 and the clamping piece mechanism 7 can work normally is checked. Step B, placing tools, moving the supporting plate 10 backwards by the sliding rail 901, stacking paper on the supporting plate 10, placing the clamping needles into the needle clamping mechanism 6, and gradually loading the clamping pieces into the clamping piece mechanism 7; c, punching the paper, moving the cantilever 9 to enable the supporting plate 10 to be positioned in front of the punching mechanism 4, then moving the supporting plate 10 forwards through the sliding rail 901 to enable the paper on the supporting plate 10 to be matched with the punching mechanism 4, punching through the punching mechanism 4, and after punching is finished, moving the supporting plate 10 backwards and resetting by utilizing the sliding rail 901 again to obtain the paper with holes; d, binding the paper, moving the cantilever 9 to enable the supporting plate 10 to be positioned in front of the needle clamping mechanism 6 and the clamping piece mechanism 7, then moving the supporting plate 10 forwards through the sliding rail 901 to enable the paper with holes on the supporting plate 10 to extend into the space between the needle clamping mechanism 6 and the clamping piece mechanism 7 and align, then pushing the clamping piece into the position above the paper with holes through the clamping piece mechanism 7, and then sending the clamping needles into the paper with holes through the needle clamping mechanism 6 and enabling the clamping needles to be in contact with and locked with the clamping piece; finally, the slide rail 901 moves the supporting plate 10 backwards to reset, and binding is completed.
