本发明公开了一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂及其制备方法,涉及塑料助剂技术领域,为解决现有技术中的聚烯烃纤维料其本身的强度和耐磨性较为优越,可以用于消防服饰的生产制作,但其本身并不具备阻燃性和抗静电功能的问题。所述按如下比重配比:1‑十六烷醇28.5%,氧氯化磷9.5%,蒸馏水4.5%,氢氧化钾7.5%,三羟甲基丙烷16%,亚膦酸三甲酯17.5%,甲基膦酸二甲酯16.5%。将三羟甲基丙烷先投入釜中,加热至130℃使其溶解。随后加入1‑十六烷醇,加热至50℃时1‑十六烷醇熔解,加热至55℃时加入氧氯化磷。然后加入亚膦酸三甲酯和催化剂,加热至65~70℃,并维持5~6小时,控制加热反应釜温度升至70~75℃,亚膦酸三甲酯与三羟甲基丙烷通过催化剂会生成副产物甲醇。

本发明涉及塑料助剂技术领域,具体为一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料助剂又叫塑料添加剂,是聚合物(合成树脂)进行成型加工时为改善其加工性能或为改善树脂本身性能所不足而必须添加的一些化合物。其中抗静电剂的功能在于降低聚合物制品的表面电阻,消除静电积累可能导致的静电危害。按照使用方式的不同,抗静电剂可以分为内加型和涂敷型两种类型。内加型抗静电剂是以添加或共混的方式配合到塑料配方中,成型后从制品的内部迁移到表面或形成导电网络,进而达到降低表面电阻泄放电荷的目的。涂敷型抗静电剂是以涂布或浸润的方式附着在塑料制品的表面,藉此吸收环境中的水分,形成能够泄放电荷的电解质层。从化学物质的组成来看,传统的抗静电剂几乎无一例外地属于表面活性剂类化合物,包括季铵盐类阳离子表面活性剂,烷基磺酸盐类阴离子表面活性剂,烷醇胺、烷醇酰胺和多元醇脂肪酸酯等非离子表面活性剂等。然而,新出现的“高分子量永久型抗静电剂”打破了这种常规,它们一般系亲水性的嵌段共聚物,以共混合金的方式与基础树脂配合,通过形成导电通道传导电荷。与表面活性剂类抗静电剂相比,这种高分子量永久型抗静电剂不会因迁移、挥发和萃取而损失,因而抗静电性持久稳定,并极少受环境湿度的影响。
但是,现有的聚烯烃纤维料其本身的强度和耐磨性较为优越,可以用于消防服饰的生产制作,但其本身并不具备阻燃性和抗静电功能;因此,不满足现有的需求,对此我们提出了一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂及其制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的聚烯烃纤维料其本身的强度和耐磨性较为优越,可以用于消防服饰的生产制作,但其本身并不具备阻燃性和抗静电功能的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂,按如下比重配比:1-十六烷醇28.5%,氧氯化磷9.5%,蒸馏水4.5%,氢氧化钾7.5%,三羟甲基丙烷16%,亚膦酸三甲酯17.5%,甲基膦酸二甲酯16.5%。
一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将三羟甲基丙烷先投入釜中,加热至130℃使其溶解;
步骤二:随后加入1-十六烷醇,加热至50℃时1-十六烷醇熔解,加热至55℃时加入氧氯化磷;
步骤三:然后加入亚膦酸三甲酯和催化剂,加热至65~70℃,并维持5~6小时;
步骤四:控制加热反应釜温度升至70~75℃,亚膦酸三甲酯与三羟甲基丙烷通过催化剂会生成副产物甲醇;
步骤五:在将甲醇进行回收后加入蒸馏水,并将温度控制在75℃,持续加热一小时左右;
步骤六:升温到80℃加入氢氧化钾反应一个小时,从而值得烷基磷酸酯盐溶液;
步骤七:制得溶液后再加热至160℃,保温1~2小时,加入甲基膦酸二甲酯和催化剂;
步骤八:最后保温反应7~8小时后再加催化剂,并反应4~5小时,使制得的烷基磷酸酯盐溶液与膦酸酯溶液相融,从而得到抗静电阻燃复合助剂。
优选的,所述步骤三中,使用的催化剂种类为酸性催化剂,其中包括为硫酸、磺酸或磷酸中的一种或是两种混用。
优选的,所述步骤四中,使用的催化剂为甲醇钠和乙醇钠的混合物。
优选的,所述步骤八中,保温温度需要维持在160~170℃之间,在保障制得的烷基磷酸酯盐溶液分子结构不变的情况下,使甲基膦酸二甲酯与亚膦酸三甲酯和三羟甲基丙烷反应生成的产物膦酸酯溶液与烷基磷酸酯盐溶液进行相互熔融在一起。
优选的,所述步骤八中,使用的催化剂为卤代烷烃类澳乙烷与澳代异丁烷的混合物。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的烷基磷酸酯盐在混合物处于熔融状态时,抗静电剂分子就在树脂与空气或树脂与金属的界面形成最稠密的取向排列,其中亲油基伸向树脂内部,亲水基伸向树脂外部,待树脂固化后,抗静电剂分子上的亲水基都朝向空气一侧排列,形成一个单分子导电层,在加工和使用中,经过拉伸、摩擦和洗涤等会导致材料表面抗静电剂分子层的缺损,抗静电性能也随之下降,但是不同于外涂敷型抗静电剂,经过一段时间之后,材料内部的抗静电剂分子又会不断向表面迁移,使缺损部位得以恢复,重新显示出抗静电效果,由于以上两种类型抗静电剂是通过吸收环境水分,降低材料表面电阻率达到抗静电目的,所以对环境湿度的依赖性较大,环境湿度越高,抗静电剂分子的吸水性就越强,抗静电性能就越显著,配合传统的环状膦酸酯溶液,使该复合助剂同时具备阻燃和抗静电性能。
2、本发明的工艺完善,操作规范,不采用任何溶剂,反应介质和副产物无毒害,对设备无腐蚀,产品为无卤类,有利于人体健康和环境保护,生产成本较低。由该方法制得的阻燃剂含磷量高,水溶性佳,挥发性低,与大部分高分子化合物相溶性好,可广泛用于建筑物、汽车内装饰布、窗帘布,特殊工种工作服等织物,特别是涤纶、涤棉混纺及聚氨酯涂层织物的阻燃处理,处理后织物具有永久性的、耐水洗的阻燃功能,用途广泛,而且处理后织物热稳定性高,对整理后手感影响小。
具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
本发明提供的一种实施例:一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂,按如下比重配比:1-十六烷醇28.5%,氧氯化磷9.5%,蒸馏水4.5%,氢氧化钾7.5%,三羟甲基丙烷16%,亚膦酸三甲酯17.5%,甲基膦酸二甲酯16.5%。
一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将三羟甲基丙烷先投入釜中,加热至130℃使其溶解,三羟甲基丙烷是一种重要的精细化工产品,其熔点为56~60℃,分子结构中有3个羟甲基,可与有机酸反应生成单酯或多酯,与醛、酮反应生成缩醛、缩酮,与二异氰酸酯反应生成氨基甲酸酯;
步骤二:随后加入1-十六烷醇,加热至50℃时1-十六烷醇熔解,加热至55℃时加入氧氯化磷;
步骤三:然后加入亚膦酸三甲酯和催化剂,加热至65~70℃,并维持5~6小时,亚磷酸三甲酯分子中,磷原子上有孤对电子,它亲核进攻带有正电性的碳原子形成膦酸酯类化合物,也可以进攻其它有正电性的杂原子,例如进攻叠氮化合物得到磷酰胺;
步骤四:控制加热反应釜温度升至70~75℃,亚膦酸三甲酯与三羟甲基丙烷通过催化剂会生成副产物甲醇;
步骤五:在将甲醇进行回收后加入蒸馏水,在甲醇回收后需要对反应釜内部的甲醇剂量进行检测,达标后才可以进行后续的加工反应,并将温度控制在75℃,持续加热一小时左右;
步骤六:升温到80℃加入氢氧化钾反应一个小时,从而值得烷基磷酸酯盐溶液;
步骤七:制得溶液后再加热至160℃,保温1~2小时,加入甲基膦酸二甲酯和催化剂;
步骤八:最后保温反应7~8小时后再加催化剂,并反应4~5小时,使制得的烷基磷酸酯盐溶液与膦酸酯溶液相融,从而得到抗静电阻燃复合助剂。
进一步,步骤三中,使用的催化剂种类为酸性催化剂,其中包括为硫酸、磺酸或磷酸中的一种或是两种混用。
进一步,步骤四中,使用的催化剂为甲醇钠和乙醇钠的混合物。

工作原理:使用时,将三羟甲基丙烷先投入釜中,加热至130℃使其溶解,随后加入1-十六烷醇,加热至50℃时1-十六烷醇熔解,加热至55℃时加入氧氯化磷,然后加入亚膦酸三甲酯和催化剂,催化剂种类为酸性催化剂,其中包括为硫酸、磺酸或磷酸中的一种或是两种混用,加热至65~70℃,并维持5~6小时,控制加热反应釜温度升至70~75℃,亚膦酸三甲酯与三羟甲基丙烷通过催化剂会生成副产物甲醇,催化剂为甲醇钠和乙醇钠的混合物,在将甲醇进行回收后加入蒸馏水,并将温度控制在75℃,持续加热一小时左右,升温到80℃加入氢氧化钾反应一个小时,从而值得烷基磷酸酯盐溶液,制得溶液后再加热至160℃,保温1~2小时,加入甲基膦酸二甲酯和催化剂,催化剂为甲醇钠和乙醇钠的混合物最后保温反应7~8小时后再加催化剂,催化剂为卤代烷烃类澳乙烷与澳代异丁烷的混合物,并反应4~5小时,保温温度需要维持在160~170℃之间,在保障制得的烷基磷酸酯盐溶液分子结构不变的情况下,使甲基膦酸二甲酯与亚膦酸三甲酯和三羟甲基丙烷反应生成的产物膦酸酯溶液与烷基磷酸酯盐溶液进行相互熔融在一起,从而得到抗静电阻燃复合助剂。

Claims (6)
1.一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂,其特征在于,按如下比重配比:1-十六烷醇28.5%,氧氯化磷9.5%,蒸馏水4.5%,氢氧化钾7.5%,三羟甲基丙烷16%,亚膦酸三甲酯17.5%,甲基膦酸二甲酯16.5%。
2.一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:将三羟甲基丙烷先投入釜中,加热至130℃使其溶解;
步骤二:随后加入1-十六烷醇,加热至50℃时1-十六烷醇熔解,加热至55℃时加入氧氯化磷;
步骤三:然后加入亚膦酸三甲酯和催化剂,加热至65~70℃,并维持5~6小时;
步骤四:控制加热反应釜温度升至70~75℃,亚膦酸三甲酯与三羟甲基丙烷通过催化剂会生成副产物甲醇;
步骤五:在将甲醇进行回收后加入蒸馏水,并将温度控制在75℃,持续加热一小时左右;
步骤六:升温到80℃加入氢氧化钾反应一个小时,从而值得烷基磷酸酯盐溶液;

步骤八:最后保温反应7~8小时后再加催化剂,并反应4~5小时,使制得的烷基磷酸酯盐溶液与膦酸酯溶液相融,从而得到抗静电阻燃复合助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤三中,使用的催化剂种类为酸性催化剂,其中包括为硫酸、磺酸或磷酸中的一种或是两种混用。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤四中,使用的催化剂为甲醇钠和乙醇钠的混合物。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤八中,保温温度需要维持在160~170℃之间,在保障制得的烷基磷酸酯盐溶液分子结构不变的情况下,使甲基膦酸二甲酯与亚膦酸三甲酯和三羟甲基丙烷反应生成的产物膦酸酯溶液与烷基磷酸酯盐溶液进行相互熔融在一起。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种聚烯烃纤维料用复合助剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤八中,使用的催化剂为卤代烷烃类澳乙烷与澳代异丁烷的混合物。
