Abstract

本发明提供一种制动片钢背的处理方法,其中所述的钢背处理方法的步骤如下:钢背预热,将钢背加热至75‑85℃;喷胶,将湿胶喷洒至钢背表面,湿胶因75‑85℃的温度迅速固化至钢背表面;钢背冷却,喷胶后的钢背温度下降至40℃左右,然后钢背自然冷却至常温;优点为:本发明缩短加工时间,减少能量消耗,增加湿胶固化到钢背的强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及制动片钢背加工的领域,尤其是涉及一种制动片钢背的处理方法。
背景技术
目前国内制动片制造行业中,制动片钢背处理方式均采用先在钢背表面涂抹一层一定厚度的湿胶,涂抹完毕后,将带湿胶的钢背送入提前加热到一定温度的烤炉内,钢背通过烤炉期间,将湿胶烘干固化在钢背表面。此方式加工时间较长、能量消耗过多。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种制动片钢背的处理方法。
本发明新的技术方案是:一种制动片钢背的处理方法,包括钢背预热、喷胶及钢背冷却,所述的钢背处理方法的步骤如下:
1)钢背预热,将钢背加热至75-85℃;
2)喷胶,将湿胶喷洒至钢背表面,湿胶因75-85℃的温度迅速固化至钢背表面;
3)钢背冷却,喷胶后的钢背温度下降至40℃左右,然后钢背自然冷却至常温。
所述的湿胶主要成份为乙醇、六亚甲基四胺、苯酚及氧化锌。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明缩短加工时间,减少能量消耗,增加湿胶固化到钢背的强度。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步的说明。
一种制动片钢背的处理方法,包括钢背预热、喷胶及钢背冷却,所述的钢背处理方法的步骤如下:
1)钢背预热,将钢背加热至75-85℃;
2)喷胶,将湿胶喷洒至钢背表面,湿胶因75-85℃的温度迅速固化至钢背表面;
3)钢背冷却,喷胶后的钢背温度下降至40℃左右,然后钢背自然冷却至常温。
所述的湿胶主要成份为乙醇、六亚甲基四胺、苯酚及氧化锌。
一种制动片钢背的处理方法,先将钢背预热,之后在预热的钢背上喷洒湿胶,湿胶在高温下迅速固化,且在固化过程中湿胶吸收钢背的一部分热量,缩短冷却时间,从而缩短整个产品的加工时间;且湿胶直接接触高温钢背,固化效果提高。

1.一种制动片钢背的处理方法,包括钢背预热、喷胶及钢背冷却,其特征在于:所述的钢背处理方法的步骤如下:
1)钢背预热,将钢背加热至75-85℃;
2)喷胶,将湿胶喷洒至钢背表面,湿胶因75-85℃的温度迅速固化至钢背表面;
3)钢背冷却,喷胶后的钢背温度下降至40℃左右,然后钢背自然冷却至常温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种制动片钢背的处理方法,其特征在于:所述的湿胶主要成份为乙醇、六亚甲基四胺、苯酚及氧化锌。
