Abstract
本申请是提供一种空气洁净发生器,包括外壳总成和内机,其中外壳总成还包括电箱盖、电器箱体、清洁盖板、过滤网、底盖、箱体内隔板、侧盖、箱体、挡风框、叶轮盖板、导向档条、支撑垫和安装支架组成。内机中的高压静电臭氧发生器还包括高压放电锯片组、高压稳压电源、散热风扇、导风轮、电机、线路板及控制系统,可以有效地对生活、工作场所对其杀菌、除尘和除臭作用。

技术领域:
本申请涉及家庭空气环境改善,垃圾场废气净化,养殖场废气净化,隧道内汽车尾气净化,公共厕所空气净化,屠宰场废气净化,喷漆房闷气净化等环境中的空气净化设备,尤其涉及一种空气洁净发生器。
背景技术:
随着经济的快速发展,人们对生活质量的要求越来越高,特别是对于空气的质量,涉及人们生活的方方面面及各种场所。
目前现有的空气净化器一般是放在室内,只限于对室内空气净化的作用,对于容易产生污染的生活、工作场所、社会公共场所的空气净化,则很少给予关注和解决。
诸如:垃圾场,养殖场,交通隧道内,公共厕所,屠宰场,喷漆房等环境。
鉴于上述提到的问题,本申请创作者在此做了深入的工作和研究,由此提出了一种空气洁净发生器的申请。
发明内容:
本申请的目的在于,提供一种空气洁净发生器,用以克服上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请采用的技术方案在于,提供一种空气洁净发生器,包括外壳总成和内机,其特征在于,所述的外壳总成由电箱盖、电器箱体、清洁盖板、过滤网、底盖、箱体内隔板、侧盖、箱体、挡风框、叶轮盖板、导向档条、支撑垫和安装支架组成;所述的内机是高压静电臭氧发生器。
进一步,所述的电箱盖、电器箱体、清洁盖板、底盖、箱体内隔板、侧盖、箱体、叶轮盖板均由金属薄板冲压成型。
进一步,所述的过滤网、挡风框、导向档条均由塑料材料注塑成型。
进一步,所述的支撑垫是由橡胶材料制成。
进一步,所述的支撑架是由型材焊接而成。
进一步,所述的内机是由高压放电锯片组、高压稳压电源、散热风扇、导风轮、电机、线路板及控制系统组成。
进一步,所述导风轮高速旋转,箱体内产生负压,空气进入箱体,流过高压放电锯片组矩阵空间,空气中的尘埃颗粒物产生静电,被箱体内的静电收集槽收集。
进一步,流过高压放电锯片组矩阵空间的空气,在除尘的过程中也被高压电弧电离,分解成臭氧;空气中的异味份子也被臭氧强氧化后发生化学反应,分解成无毒、无臭的物质排出。

具体实施方式:
以下结合附图,对本申请的的技术方案包含的技术特征及技术效果和优点作详细的说明。
参照附图1~3所示,包括外壳总成和内机,所述的外壳总成由电箱盖、电器箱体、清洁盖板、过滤网、底盖、箱体内隔板、侧盖、箱体、挡风框、叶轮盖板、导向档条、支撑垫和安装支架组成;所述的内机是高压静电臭氧发生器。
所述的高压静电臭氧发生器由高压放电锯片组、高压稳压电源、散热风扇、导风轮、电机、线路板及控制系统组成。
首先,打开控制面板上的总电源开关21,散热风扇16和风机18开始工作,外部空气经由叶轮盖板10朝下开口的百叶窗条进入,导向档条11可以控制空气的流量,间接调节箱体入口的负压,箱体内产生循环气流。
与此同时,高压指示灯22点亮,同时会听到有轻微连续平稳的静电放电声,发生器的静电除尘模块进入工作状态。
接着,将高压启动开关23打开,接通高压放电锯片组14产生高压电弧,同时伴随着“哧、哧、哧”电弧放电声音,电离空气产生臭氧,通过过滤网4一端排出箱体,均匀分布在外部空气中。
如上述过程的循环往复,对所处有限空间空气中的灰尘颗粒、异味空气加以净化和过滤。

1.一种空气洁净发生器,包括外壳总成和内机,其特征在于,所述的外壳总成由电箱盖、电器箱体、清洁盖板、过滤网、底盖、箱体内隔板、侧盖、箱体、挡风框、叶轮盖板、导向档条、支撑垫和安装支架组成;所述的内机是高压静电臭氧发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气洁净发生器,其特征在于,所述的电箱盖、电器箱体、清洁盖板、底盖、箱体内隔板、侧盖、箱体、叶轮盖板均由金属薄板冲压成型。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气洁净发生器,其特征在于,所述的过滤网、挡风框、导向档条均由塑料材料注塑成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气洁净发生器,其特征在于,所述的支撑垫是由橡胶材料制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气洁净发生器,其特征在于,所述的支撑架是由型材焊接而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的空气洁净发生器,其特征在于,所述的内机是由高压放电锯片组、高压稳压电源、散热风扇、导风轮、电机、线路板及控制系统组成。
7.根据权利要求1~6所述之一所述的空气洁净发生器,其特征在于,所述的导风轮高速旋转,箱体内产生负压,空气进入箱体,流过高压放电锯片组矩阵空间,空气中的尘埃颗粒物产生静电,被箱体内的静电收集槽收集。
8.根据权利要求1~6所述之一所述的空气洁净发生器,其特征在于,流过高压放电锯片组矩阵空间的空气,在除尘的过程中也被高压电弧电离,分解成臭氧;空气中的异味份子被臭氧强氧化后发生化学反应,分解成无毒无臭的物质排出。
