S130。According to one aspect of the present application, the present application provides a method for performing a read feedback operation. Referring to FIG. 3, the method includes step S110, step S120 and step S130.

Wherein, in step S110, the network device receives the reading feature information of the current user reading the current book sent by the user equipment. Wherein, the current user is the current user of the user equipment, and its identity is confirmed in some embodiments through a login operation of the user, for example, the user logs in his own user account on the user equipment. The current book is the electronic book currently being read by the user, for example, part of the content of the electronic book is presented on the display screen of the user equipment. The reading feature information of the current user reading the current book, in some embodiments, includes (but is not limited to) one of the following items, or a combination of several items:

-当前书籍的书籍标识,例如书籍名称、书籍编号(ID)等;- Book identification of the current book, such as book name, book number (ID), etc.;

-当前章节的章节标识,例如当前呈现于用户设备的屏幕上的内容所在章节(即当前章节)的章节名称、章节编号(ID)等;- the chapter identifier of the current chapter, such as the chapter name, chapter number (ID), etc. of the chapter in which the content currently displayed on the screen of the user equipment (ie the current chapter) is located;

In step S120, the network device determines whether the current user satisfies the feedback operation condition based on the reading feature information. In some embodiments, the network device determines whether the corresponding user satisfies the feedback operation condition based on the aforementioned reading feature information, and the identity of the current user is anonymous to the network device (for example, the user equipment does not send the identity of the current user to the network device); In other embodiments, the network device determines whether the current user satisfies the feedback operation condition based on the aforementioned reading feature information and in combination with the current user's identity. The feedback operation condition is used to determine whether corresponding reading feedback information needs to be provided to the user. For example, the network device inputs the above reading feature information into a corresponding data model to obtain a corresponding classification result; query in a table or database to obtain the corresponding query results. Taking the network device performing the query to obtain the query result as an example, in a typical embodiment, the network device queries to determine whether the current chapter belongs to the "user-churn-prone chapter", and if so, it is determined that the current user meets the feedback operation condition, otherwise it is determined that the current user If the condition is not met; or, the network device inquires to determine whether the current book belongs to the "user easily lost book", if so, it is determined that the current user meets the feedback operation condition, otherwise it is determined that the current user does not meet the condition. Among them, "user easily lost chapter" refers to: when reading this chapter, users who leave the current book or exit the current application account for a certain percentage of the current book readers; "user easily lost books" refers to: while reading When this book is used, users who leave the current book or exit the current application account for a certain percentage of the total reader users.

In step S130, if the feedback operation condition is satisfied, the network device performs a reading feedback operation on the current user and determines reading feedback information corresponding to the reading feedback operation.

In some embodiments, the above-mentioned reading feedback information includes reading incentive information corresponding to the reading characteristic information, so as to provide personalized (rather than stereotyped) reading feedback for the current user. The reading incentive information is determined based on reading characteristic information. For example, when the reading incentive information includes prompt information for unlocking a new chapter, or chapter information for a newly unlocked chapter, the reading incentive information is determined after obtaining the chapter information of the unlocked chapter by the current user and determining the chapter to be unlocked. For another example, when the reading incentive information includes prompt information about unlocking a new book, or book information about a newly unlocked book, the reading incentive information is determined after obtaining the book information of the unlocked book by the current user and determining the to-be-unlocked book. . For another example, when the reading incentive information includes the incentive information corresponding to the incentive instruction, the reading incentive information optionally includes reward (for example, cash, points, coupons, etc.) information determined based on the above-mentioned reading feature information. The content, quantity, etc. are determined based on the above-described reading characteristic information.

In some embodiments, the above-mentioned reading feedback information includes interface information of an application access interface of a preset application, so as to provide the user with diversified and personalized recommendation information and enrich the user's use experience in the reading activity. For example, the preset application is selected by the network device from a preset application list. The application access interface is used for the current user to access the preset application through the user equipment, for example, the application access interface points to an application installation package or an application market; and the interface information is used to indicate the application access interface, for example, the interface information is used for Triggers a link to access the above application provider interface. Optionally, the interface information also includes parameters used when triggering the above-mentioned application to access the interface. Correspondingly, the above method further includes step S150 and step S160 (neither are shown). Wherein, in step S150, the network device receives the access request to the application access interface sent by the user equipment, for example, the user equipment detects the current user's triggering operation on the above-mentioned interface information, and generates an access request to the application access interface; In step S160, the network device provides reading incentive information to the current user based on the access request.

In some embodiments, in the above step S160, the network device receives the reading progress update information sent by the user equipment; if the reading progress update information satisfies the incentive condition, provides reading incentive information to the current user. The reading progress update information is used to represent the user's reading activity on the current book and/or the current chapter. For example, if the reading progress update information is detected, it indicates that after the device sends the above access request, the current user continues to read the current Book and/or current chapter. Thus, by detecting the reading progress update information, reading incentive information can be provided more accurately after the user reads the current book and/or the current chapter, for example, the user continues to read the current book/ The current chapter indicates that the current user is more interested in the current book/current chapter, so that providing incentive information for the current user can improve the user experience and improve the utilization efficiency of system resources.

In some embodiments, in order to provide the user with more personalized reading feedback, the above step S120 includes sub-step S121 and sub-step S122 (neither are shown). In sub-step S121, the network device determines feedback evaluation information of the current book relative to the current user based on the reading feature information; and in step S122, the network device determines the current user based on the feedback evaluation information. Whether the feedback operating conditions are met. After determining the feedback evaluation information of different users, the system can determine whether the reading feedback operation corresponding to the corresponding user needs to be performed based on the feedback evaluation information, so as to provide personalized reading feedback information for different users and avoid unnecessary reading. Feedback actions affect the user's reading experience. For example, the feedback evaluation information may be (but not limited to): "rating" different users to determine the feedback evaluation information, wherein the scores of different users represent that the user leaves the current book/chapter while reading the current book/current chapter. The size of the likelihood of the book/current chapter. The network device determines whether the feedback operating condition is satisfied based on the feedback evaluation information, eg, the network device. Correspondingly, the above step S130 includes sub-step S131 and sub-step S132 (neither are shown). In sub-step S131, if the feedback operation condition is satisfied, the network device determines a reading feedback operation about the current user based on the feedback evaluation information. For example, the above-mentioned "rating" represents the probability that the corresponding user leaves the current book/current chapter when reading the current book/current chapter; for two different users, even if the corresponding feedback operation conditions are satisfied, this The above-mentioned "ratings" of the two users are also different, so the network device performs different reading feedback operations based on different feedback evaluation information (eg, the above-mentioned "ratings"), so as to realize a personalized reading experience. Then in sub-step S132, the network device performs the read feedback operation.

Wherein, in some embodiments, the reading feedback operation is not only related to the information of the current book/current chapter itself, but also performed in combination with the corresponding user's reading history, reading preferences, etc., to provide the user with customized reading feedback information. Specifically, in addition to the above-mentioned reading feature information, the user equipment sent by the user equipment to the network equipment also includes user identification information of the current user, and the user identification information is used by the network equipment to identify the identity of the current user (for example, used to determine the user account of the current user) . Correspondingly, in the above step S110, the network device receives a reading feedback operation request sent by the user equipment, wherein the reading feedback operation request includes the user identification information of the current user, and also includes reading feature information of the current user reading the current book. After receiving the reading feedback operation request, in the above sub-step S121, the network device determines the feedback evaluation information of the current book relative to the current user based on the reading feature information and the user identification information. Specifically, in some embodiments, the network device queries and determines the historical reading information of the current user based on the user identification information (for example, book classification information, book author information, book keyword information, etc. of books that the user has read), and Based on the historical reading information determined by the query, the feedback evaluation information of the current user is determined in combination with the aforementioned reading feature information. Taking the historical reading information including the book classification information of the books that the user has read (historical reading books) as an example, the network device calculates or queries to determine the similarity between the classification of the current book and the historically read book, and determines the current user based on the similarity. The degree of interest in the current reading content (ie, the current book or the current chapter), so as to determine the corresponding feedback evaluation information (eg, the lower the degree of interest, the easier it is for the user to leave the current book/current chapter, otherwise, vice versa).

Optionally, the above-mentioned historical reading information further includes reading progress information of historical reading books (or chapters thereof). The network device calculates or inquires and determines the feedback evaluation information of the current user based on the classification similarity information between the current book and the historically read books, and the reading progress information of the user's reading historically read books. Among them, the higher the classification similarity between the current book and the historically read book, and the lower the reading progress of the historically read book, the higher the feedback evaluation information of the current user (for example, the above "rating"), indicating that the current user leaves the current book/current Chapters are also more likely to provide further personalized reading feedback for users.

In some embodiments, in addition to the above-mentioned determination of the current user's feedback evaluation information based on the current user's historical reading content, the above-mentioned feedback evaluation information can also be determined based on the user's reading preference, so as to realize the prediction of the user's reading habits . Specifically, in sub-step S121, the network device determines the reading preference information of the current user based on the user identification information; and determines, based on the reading feature information and the reading preference information, that the current book is relative to the current book Feedback evaluation information of the current user. In some embodiments, the current user's reading preference information is determined based on the statistical information of the user's historical reading books; in other embodiments, the current user's reading preference information is determined by other means, such as The current user specifies several preferred book categories, so that the user's reading preference information is determined. Of course, those skilled in the art should understand that the above method of determining the user's reading preference information is only an example, rather than any limitation to the specific implementation of the present application; other existing or possible future methods for determining the user's reading preference If the method of information can be applied to this application, it is also included in the protection scope of this application. For example, the current user's reading preference information is modified and determined according to the reading records after the user specifies several preferred book categories, so as to track the changes of the user's reading preference and improve the accuracy of the reading feedback information.

此外,上述方法还包括步骤S170(未示出)。 In some embodiments, in the above step S110, the network device receives a reading feedback operation request sent by the user equipment, wherein the reading feedback operation request includes the user identification information of the current user, and also includes the current user's reading of the current book. characteristic information. In addition, the above method further includes step S170 (not shown). In this step S170, the network device determines the incentive feedback coefficient of the current user based on the user identification information. Among them, the incentive feedback coefficient is used to represent the sensitivity of the current user to the incentive information. For example, a user who is more sensitive to incentives has a larger incentive feedback coefficient for the user. In some embodiments, the incentive feedback coefficient corresponding to a user is determined based on the user's response to historical incentive information. Then in step S130, if the feedback operation condition is satisfied, the network device determines reading feedback strength information corresponding to the current user based on the incentive feedback coefficient (for example, in the case where the system provides a red envelope to the user, the reading feedback The strength information corresponds to the size of the red envelope), and based on the reading feedback strength information, the reading feedback operation about the current user is performed, so as to provide matching incentive information for different users, which can not only improve the user's operation efficiency (for example, no need to view Reading feedback information that is not valuable to yourself), you can also optimize the resource allocation of the system (for example, provide reward resources to each user in a more optimized way).

Wherein, the above-mentioned incentive feedback coefficient can be determined not only based on the user's own attributes, but also based on/combined with the statistical information of books, so as to realize the overall optimal configuration of system resources. In some embodiments, in step S130, if the feedback operation condition is satisfied, the network device determines reading feedback strength information corresponding to the current user based on the reading characteristic information, and executes the reading feedback strength information based on the reading feedback strength information. About the reading feedback operation of the current user. For example, based on the above reading feature information, the network device determines the identification information and other related information of the current book (for example, the proportion of users who give up reading the current book halfway in all reader users of the current book, or the users who give up reading the current chapter halfway in the The proportion of all readers and users of the current book) to determine the size of the red envelope provided to the user. In short, books or chapters that are prone to "churn" readers provide stronger incentives to users.

User equipment

The reading feature information of the current user reading the current book, in some embodiments, includes (but is not limited to) one of the following items, or a combination of several items:

-当前书籍的书籍标识,例如书籍名称、书籍编号(ID)等;- Book identification of the current book, such as book name, book number (ID), etc.;

-当前章节的章节标识,例如当前呈现于用户设备的屏幕上的内容所在章节(即当前章节)的章节名称、章节编号(ID)等;- the chapter identifier of the current chapter, such as the chapter name, chapter number (ID), etc. of the chapter in which the content currently displayed on the screen of the user equipment (ie the current chapter) is located;

-当前用户阅读当前书籍的阅读进度,例如当前呈现于用户设备的屏幕上的内容在当前书籍或当前章节中的位置;- The reading progress of the current user reading the current book, such as the position of the content currently displayed on the screen of the user's device in the current book or the current chapter;

Moreover, those skilled in the art should understand that the above-mentioned reading feature information of the current user reading the current book is only an example, rather than a limitation to the specific implementation of the present application. Other existing or possible future current users read the current book. If the reading feature information of the book is applicable to the present application, it is also included in the protection scope of the present application, and is incorporated herein by reference.

The above-mentioned reading feature information is optionally generated and/or sent to the network device by the user equipment in response to the user's reading operation. For example, the reading operation is that the user starts to read the current book/current chapter, or the user performs page turning/page refresh, etc., and is not limited thereto.

For related specific implementation manners, please refer to the above-mentioned embodiments related to step S110 , step S120 and step S130 , which will not be repeated here.

In some embodiments, the above method further includes step S220 (not shown). In this step S220, the user equipment receives the reading feedback information corresponding to the reading feedback operation sent by the network device, so that the current user can obtain the corresponding reading feedback in time, thereby improving the operation experience of the current user.

In some embodiments, the above-mentioned reading feedback information includes interface information of the application access interface of the preset application, so as to provide the user with diversified and personalized recommendation information and enrich the user's use experience in the reading activity. Correspondingly, the above method further includes step S230 (not shown). In step S230, the user equipment sends an access request for the application access interface to the network device in response to the triggering operation on the interface information; then, the user equipment sends an access request to the application access interface in response to the reading operation on the current book. The network device sends reading progress update information.
