Abstract
The application relates to the field of intelligent household appliances, in particular to a cleaning control method, a dish washing machine and a storage medium, wherein the method comprises the following steps: acquiring a corresponding image to be detected before tableware to be cleaned is placed in a dish washer; determining stain information corresponding to tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected; determining corresponding position information after the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the dishwasher; determining cleaning parameters corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the stain information and the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned; and controlling the dishwasher to clean the tableware to be cleaned according to the corresponding cleaning parameters of the dishwasher. The cleaning parameters of the dish washing machine are determined according to the stain information and the position information of the tableware to be cleaned, and the tableware is cleaned according to the cleaning parameters, so that the cleanliness of the tableware is improved.

Technical Field

Background
Along with the continuous improvement of the living standard of people, the dish washing machine becomes common household equipment in a kitchen, and the dish washing machine can greatly reduce the burden of people on washing tableware.
Most of the existing dish-washing machines are provided with a camera in a box body of the dish-washing machine, and the camera shoots images of tableware in the box body; the soiling of the dishware is then determined from the image. Because the light in the box is darker and the tableware can shelter from each other, the dirty condition of tableware can not be accurately determined, thereby leading to the condition that the tableware is not cleaned cleanly.
Disclosure of Invention
The application provides a cleaning control method, a dish washing machine and a storage medium, which are characterized in that a to-be-detected image before tableware to be cleaned is placed into the dish washing machine is obtained in advance, and stain information and position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned are determined, so that cleaning parameters of the dish washing machine are determined, the dish washing machine is controlled to clean, and the cleanliness of the tableware is effectively improved.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a washing control method applied to a dishwasher, the method including:

In a second aspect, the present application further provides a dishwasher, comprising a camera, a memory, and a processor;
the shooting device is used for collecting corresponding images to be detected before the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the dish washing machine;
the memory for storing a computer program;
the processor is configured to execute the computer program and implement the cleaning control method as described above when executing the computer program.
In a third aspect, the present application also provides a computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to implement the washing control method as described above.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic block diagram of a dishwasher provided in the present application. Hereinafter, the dishwasher in the embodiment of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 1.
As shown in fig. 1, the dishwasher 10 includes a photographing device 11, a cabinet 12, and a door 13.
It should be noted that the main structure of the dishwasher includes an outer case, an inner case, a door, a dish rack, a spraying device, an impeller, a motor, a washing pump, a drain pump, a program controller, a pressure switch, an electromagnetic valve, a heater, etc. Wherein the spraying device is used for spraying water or cleaning agent.
It should be noted that the applications of the dishwasher 10 include commercial dishwashers, household dishwashers, and the like. Exemplary commercial dishwashers include conveyor-type dishwashers, flight-type dishwashers, door-type dishwashers, and table dishwashers. Home dishwashers may include both stand-alone dishwashers and built-in dishwashers; wherein the location of the freestanding dishwasher is not fixed and can be changed in the kitchen; the built-in dishwasher may be fixed in a cabinet at the time of installation.
Exemplary cleaning modes of the dishwasher 10 may include steam, whirlpool, spray, etc.
In the embodiment of the present application, the dishwasher 10 can control the camera 11 to capture the corresponding image to be detected before the dishes to be washed are placed in the dishwasher 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1; the camera 11 may be disposed in a door 13 of the dishwasher 10 and electrically connected to a power source in the dishwasher 10. It should be noted that the camera 11 may be installed in a transparent cavity in the box door 13 to prevent water from entering the camera 11; the camera 11 may take images through the transparent cavity.
Specifically, the dishwasher 10 may control the photographing device 11 to photograph the dishes above the door 13. For example, before placing the dishes to be washed into the cavity of the box 12, the user may direct the dishes to be washed toward the camera 11 in the door 13, so that the camera 11 can capture a corresponding image of the dishes to be washed.
In other embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2; the camera 11 may be embedded in the front frame of the housing 12, and the dishwasher 10 may control the camera 11 to photograph the dishes in front of the housing 12.
For example, before placing the dishes to be washed into the cavity of the housing 12, the user may place the dishes to be washed in front of the housing 12, so that the photographing device 11 photographs the corresponding images of the dishes to be washed. The imaging device 11 is embedded in the front frame of the case 12, and does not prevent the door 13 from being closed.
The camera 11 illustratively includes a camera, which may be an analog camera and a digital camera, or a CCD camera or a COMS camera.
In fig. 1 and 2, the dishwasher 10 is exemplified to include the photographing device 11, the cabinet 12, and the door 13, but the photographing device 11, the cabinet 12, and the door 13 are limited.
Illustratively, the dishwasher 10 controls the shooting device 11 to collect a corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be cleaned is put into the dishwasher, and determines stain information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected; then determining the corresponding position information after the tableware to be washed is placed in the dishwasher 10; secondly, determining cleaning parameters corresponding to the dishwasher 10 according to the stain information and the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned; finally, the dishwasher 10 is controlled to wash the dishes to be washed according to the corresponding washing parameters of the dishwasher 10.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present application. In fig. 3, the dishwasher 10 includes a processor 101, a memory 102, and a camera 103, wherein the processor 101, the memory 102, and the camera 103 are connected by a bus, such as an I2C (Inter-integrated Circuit) bus.
The memory 102 may include, among other things, a non-volatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium may store an operating system and a computer program. The computer program includes program instructions that, when executed, cause a processor to perform any of the washing control methods.
The camera 103 is used to capture a corresponding image to be detected before the dishes to be washed are placed in the dishwasher 10.
The processor 101 is used to provide computing and control capabilities to support the operation of the entire dishwasher 10.
The Processor 101 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), and the Processor 101 may also be other general-purpose processors, Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) or other Programmable logic devices, discrete Gate or transistor logic devices, discrete hardware components, and the like. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
Wherein the processor 101 is configured to run a computer program stored in the memory 102 and to implement the following steps when executing the computer program:
acquiring a corresponding image to be detected before tableware to be cleaned is placed in a dish washer; determining stain information corresponding to tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected; determining corresponding position information after the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the dishwasher; determining cleaning parameters corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the stain information and the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned; and controlling the dishwasher to clean the tableware to be cleaned according to the corresponding cleaning parameters of the dishwasher.
In some embodiments, the door of the dishwasher is provided with a shooting device, and the processor, when acquiring the corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be washed is put into the dishwasher, realizes:
acquiring a shooting instruction input by a user and used for instructing the shooting device to shoot the tableware to be washed in front of the box door, and acquiring a corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be washed is put into the dish washing machine according to the shooting instruction; or if the user is detected to exist in front of the dishwasher, generating a prompt notice for prompting the user to enable the tableware to be cleaned to face the shooting device, generating a shooting instruction for controlling the shooting device to shoot, and acquiring an image to be detected according to the shooting instruction.
In some embodiments, the dishwasher comprises a display screen, and the processor, after obtaining the corresponding image to be detected before the dishware to be washed is put into the dishwasher, further realizes:
generating a prompt notice for indicating that the photographing of the dishes to be washed is completed, and displaying the prompt notice in the display screen to prompt the user to put the dishes to be washed in the dishwasher; or generating a prompt notice for showing that the shooting of the tableware to be washed is completed, and sending out prompt sound according to the prompt notice to prompt the user to put the tableware to be washed into the dishwasher.
In some embodiments, the soil information includes a soil grade; when the processor determines the stain information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected, the processor realizes that:
extracting the edge of the tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected and the edge of the stain on the tableware to be cleaned; determining the area of the tableware to be cleaned according to the edge of the tableware to be cleaned; determining the area of the stain according to the edge of the stain on the tableware to be cleaned; and determining the stain grade corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the area of the tableware to be cleaned, the area of the stain and the gray value of the stain.
In some embodiments, a shooting device is arranged in a box body of the dishwasher; when the processor determines the corresponding position information of the tableware to be washed after being put into the dishwasher, the processor realizes that:
acquiring an image corresponding to tableware to be cleaned in the dishwasher, which is acquired by the shooting device, and determining position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to a placing area corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned in the image; or acquiring an image which is acquired by the shooting device and corresponds to the tableware to be cleaned in the dishwasher, and determining the position information corresponding to the tableware according to the distance and the angle between the tableware to be cleaned in the image and a preset coordinate origin in the image.
In some embodiments, a plurality of pressure sensors are provided in a dish rack of the dishwasher; when the processor determines the corresponding position information of the tableware to be washed after being put into the dishwasher, the processor realizes that:
acquiring a pressure signal after the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the tableware rack, and determining a pressure sensor corresponding to the pressure signal; and determining the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the number information corresponding to the pressure sensor.
In some embodiments, the wash parameters include wash time, water volume, water temperature, water pressure, wash dose, and wash range; when the processor determines the cleaning parameters corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the stain information and the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned, the processor realizes that:
determining the corresponding washing time, water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and washing dosage of the dishwasher according to the stain information corresponding to the tableware to be washed; and determining a washing range corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the position information corresponding to the tableware to be washed.
In some embodiments, the position information includes an orientation corresponding to the dishes to be washed; when the processor determines the corresponding washing range of the dishwasher according to the position information corresponding to the tableware to be washed, the processor realizes that:
determining a corresponding washing direction of the dishwasher according to the corresponding direction of the tableware to be washed; and determining a washing range corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the area corresponding to the tableware to be washed and the washing direction corresponding to the dish washing machine.
For ease of understanding, the washing control method provided by the embodiment of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the dishwasher of fig. 1 to 3. It should be noted that the dish washing mechanism described above defines an application scenario of the washing control method provided in the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating steps of a cleaning control method according to an embodiment of the present application. The cleaning control method can be applied to the dish-washing machine, and can effectively improve the cleanliness of the tableware by determining the cleaning parameters of the dish-washing machine according to the stain information and the position information of the tableware to be cleaned and cleaning the tableware according to the cleaning parameters.

The notification may include, among other things, sounding, flashing lights, or displaying in a display screen in the dishwasher. For example, the dishwasher reminds the user to direct the tableware to be cleaned to a camera in the door of the dishwasher by making a prompt sound, and waits for the shooting device to acquire an image corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned. The shooting device collects the to-be-detected image corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the shooting instruction.
In one embodiment, a facial recognition algorithm is stored in the dishwasher. The method comprises the steps of obtaining an image in front of a dish washing machine through a shooting device, and identifying whether a user exists in the image through a face recognition algorithm. And if the user exists in the image detected by the face recognition model, generating a prompt notice for prompting the user to enable the tableware to be cleaned to face the shooting device, and generating a shooting instruction for controlling the shooting device to shoot.
The face recognition algorithm may include, but is not limited to, a geometric feature-based method, a local feature analysis method, a eigenface method, an elastic model-based method, a neural network method, and the like.
Specifically, after the corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be cleaned is placed into the dish washing machine is obtained, the user can be reminded to place the tableware to be cleaned into the inner cavity of the dish washing machine.
It should be noted that, since the user does not know whether the tableware to be cleaned is successfully photographed by the photographing device, the user needs to be reminded to put the tableware to be cleaned into the dishwasher after the photographing device photographs every tableware to be cleaned; until the user puts all the dishes to be washed into the dishwasher. For example, when a user closes the door of the dishwasher or opens the dishwasher, it indicates that the user has put all the dishes to be washed into the dishwasher.
In some embodiments, after acquiring the corresponding image to be detected before the dishes to be washed are placed in the dishwasher, a prompt notification indicating that photographing of the dishes to be washed is completed is generated and displayed on the display screen to prompt the user to place the dishes to be washed in the dishwasher.
Illustratively, after the shooting device successfully shoots the image to be detected corresponding to the tableware to be washed, a prompt notice is generated and a display screen displays that the shooting is finished and the tableware is required to be placed in the corresponding tableware rack according to the prompt notice. As shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a schematic block diagram of a display screen in a dishwasher.
In another embodiment, after the corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the dishwasher is obtained, a prompt notice for showing that the shooting of the tableware to be cleaned is completed is generated, and a prompt sound is given according to the prompt notice to prompt a user to place the tableware to be cleaned in the dishwasher.
For example, a "please put dishes in" notice may be issued by a voice device to instruct the user to put dishes to be washed into the dish rack of the dishwasher.
The corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be cleaned is placed into the dish washing machine is obtained, so that the stain information of the tableware to be cleaned can be more accurately determined, and the problem that the stain information of the tableware to be cleaned cannot be accurately determined due to the fact that light rays or tableware in the dish washing machine are mutually shielded is avoided.
And step S20, determining stain information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected.
Illustratively, the dishes to be washed may include, but are not limited to, bowls, dishes, cups, jugs, chopsticks, cutlery, spoons, and the like. As shown in FIG. 7, FIG. 7 is a schematic view of the dishes to be cleaned.
Wherein the soil information can include a soil grade. For example, heavy stains, medium stains, light stains.
Specifically, the degree of the stains corresponding to the dishes to be cleaned can be determined according to the number and the area of the stains in the dishes to be cleaned. The stains may include oil, food debris, etc., as shown in fig. 7.
In some embodiments, determining soil information corresponding to the dishes to be washed in the image to be detected may include: extracting the edge of the tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected and the edge of the stain on the tableware to be cleaned; determining the area of the tableware to be cleaned according to the edge of the tableware to be cleaned; determining the area of the stain according to the edge of the stain on the tableware to be cleaned; and determining the stain grade corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the area of the tableware to be cleaned, the area of the stain and the gray value of the stain.
Specifically, graying is carried out on an image to be detected to obtain a grayscale image corresponding to the image to be detected. For example, the image to be detected is subjected to graying processing according to a maximum value method or an average value method. The maximum value method is to take the maximum value in R, G, B components corresponding to a pixel in an image to be detected as the gray value of the pixel; the average value method is to use the average value of R, G, B components corresponding to a pixel in an image to be detected as the gray value of the pixel.
It can be understood that the morphological characteristics in the gray-scale image can be more accurately extracted by graying the image to be detected containing the brightness and the color into the gray-scale image.
Specifically, the edge extraction is performed on the gray-scale image corresponding to the image to be detected according to the edge extraction operator, so as to obtain the edge of the tableware to be cleaned and the edge of the stain on the tableware to be cleaned, as shown in fig. 8 and 9.
Illustratively, the edge extraction operator may include a Roberts edge detection operator, a Sobel edge detection operator, a Prewitt edge detection operator, a Laplace edge detection operator, and the like. The edge extraction is carried out by the edge extraction operator, so that the position of the edge can be accurately determined, and the noise can be effectively inhibited.
Specifically, determining the area of the dishes to be washed may include: and calculating the number of all pixels in the edge of the tableware to be cleaned according to the edge of the tableware to be cleaned, and taking the number of all pixels as the area of the tableware to be cleaned.
It should be noted that a pixel refers to a minimum unit in an image represented by one digital sequence. Since 28 pixels are 1 cm, the area of the dish to be cleaned can be determined by counting all the pixels within the edge of the dish to be cleaned.
Specifically, determining the area of the stain on the dishes to be cleaned may comprise: and calculating the number of pixels in the edge of the dirt according to the edge of the dirt on the tableware to be cleaned, and taking the number of pixels as the area of the dirt.
Specifically, the surface oil stain coefficient corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned is obtained according to the ratio of the area of the tableware to be cleaned to the area of the stain. And then extracting the gray values of all pixels in the edge of the stain, and calculating the average value of the gray values of all pixels to obtain the gray value corresponding to the stain. And taking the gray value corresponding to the dirt as the dirt degree w corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned.

Specifically, the stain grade corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned is determined according to the preset corresponding relation between the stain degree and the stain grade. Illustratively, there is a predetermined correspondence between the soil degree and the soil grade, as shown in table 1.

In the table, the value of a is determined in accordance with actual conditions, and is not limited to a specific numerical value.
For example, if the degree of soiling of the dishes to be cleaned falls within the range of [0, a ], the corresponding soiling grade of the dishes to be cleaned can be determined to be light; if the degree of the stains of the tableware to be cleaned falls within the range of [2a +1, 3a ], the degree of the stains corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned can be determined to be severe.
The method comprises the steps of performing graying on an image to be detected and performing edge extraction according to an edge extraction operator to obtain the edge of tableware to be cleaned and the edge of dirt on the tableware to be cleaned; and then the stain grade corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned can be determined according to the area of the tableware to be cleaned, the area of the stain and the grey value of the stain, so that the accuracy is improved.
And step S30, determining the corresponding position information after the tableware to be washed is put into the dishwasher.
For example, the positional information of the dishes to be washed may include position coordinates in the image or relative orientation in the dishwasher.
In some embodiments, a camera may be mounted within a housing of a dishwasher; determining the corresponding position information after the dishes to be washed are placed in the dishwasher may include: the method comprises the steps of obtaining an image which is acquired by a shooting device and corresponds to tableware to be cleaned in the dish washing machine, and determining position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to a placing area corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned in the image.
It should be noted that the dishwasher is provided with placing areas for placing different types of tableware. For example, the bowl and dish are placed in different areas, respectively. Illustratively, the image corresponding to the dishes to be washed is divided into A, B, C, D four placing areas, as shown in fig. 10; A. b, C, D the corresponding positions of the four placing areas are left upper side, left lower side, right upper side and right lower side respectively.
For example, if the dishes to be washed are located in the placing area a in the image, the position information corresponding to the dishes to be washed can be determined to be the upper left direction.
In some embodiments, determining the corresponding position information after the dishes to be washed are placed in the dishwasher may include: the method comprises the steps of obtaining an image which is acquired by a shooting device and corresponds to tableware to be cleaned in the dish washing machine, and determining position information corresponding to the tableware according to the distance and the angle between the tableware to be cleaned in the image and a preset coordinate origin in the image.
Illustratively, a plane rectangular coordinate system is established by taking the central point of the image as the origin of coordinates. And determining the position coordinates corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the distance and the angle between the tableware to be cleaned in the image and the origin of coordinates.
The distance and the angle between the tableware to be cleaned and the origin of coordinates can be calculated by utilizing the sine theorem and the cosine theorem in the triangular formula, so that the abscissa and the ordinate of the tableware to be cleaned relative to the origin of coordinates, namely the position coordinates of the tableware to be cleaned can be obtained. The angle between the dishes to be washed and the origin of coordinates may be determined with reference to the X-axis or the Y-axis, without limitation.
In other embodiments, where a plurality of pressure sensors are provided in a dish rack of a dishwasher, determining corresponding position information after dishes to be washed are placed in the dishwasher may include: acquiring a pressure signal of tableware to be cleaned placed in a tableware rack, and determining a pressure sensor corresponding to the pressure signal; and determining the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the number information corresponding to the pressure sensor.
It should be noted that the pressure sensor is a device capable of sensing pressure and converting the pressure into an electrical signal. The pressure sensors may include, but are not limited to, semiconductor piezoresistive sensors, elastic strain sensors, thick film pressure sensors, ceramic piezoresistive sensors, and the like.
For example, the pressure information may include a pressure value and number information corresponding to the pressure sensor. Wherein the number information may include a number value.
Specifically, when a user puts dishes to be washed into a dish rack of the dishwasher, a pressure sensor in the dish rack is subjected to pressure of the dishes to be washed and generates a pressure signal; the dishwasher may receive the pressure signal and may determine which pressure sensor generated the pressure signal.
In the dishwasher, the correspondence between the position information and the number information of the pressure sensor is stored in advance. For example, if the pressure sensor with the number value of 1 is installed at the position b, the position information corresponding to the pressure sensor is the position b. Therefore, the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned can be determined according to the position information corresponding to the pressure sensor.
It will be appreciated that when dishes to be cleaned are placed in the dish rack, the pressure sensor in the dish rack will generate a pressure signal, while the pressure sensor elsewhere will not generate a pressure signal. When another tableware to be cleaned is put into the tableware rack, the pressure sensor corresponding to the place where the tableware to be cleaned is placed currently generates a pressure signal, and the pressure sensor corresponding to the place where the tableware to be cleaned is placed originally does not generate a pressure signal; therefore, the position information of each piece of tableware to be cleaned can be acquired, so that the tableware to be cleaned can be accurately cleaned, and the cleaning efficiency is improved.
And step S40, determining the corresponding washing parameters of the dish washing machine according to the stain information and the position information corresponding to the tableware to be washed.
Illustratively, the wash parameters may include, but are not limited to, wash time, water volume, water temperature, water pressure, wash dose, and wash range. For example, the washing parameter may be one or more combinations of washing time, water amount, water temperature, water pressure, washing dose, and washing range.
Specifically, according to the stain information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned, the corresponding cleaning time, water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and cleaning dosage of the dishwasher are determined. Wherein, the cleaning time can comprise t, 2t and 3 t; the amount of water may include v, 2v, 3 v; the water temperature can comprise T, T +5 and T +10 temperatures; the water pressure can comprise three pressures of d, d +100 and d + 200; the detergent amount may include three volumes c, 2c, and 3c, wherein the specific values of T, v, T, and c are not limited herein.
Illustratively, the corresponding washing parameters of the dishwasher are determined according to the preset corresponding relationship between the stain grade and the washing parameters.
Illustratively, there is a predetermined correspondence between soil level and cleaning parameters, as shown in table 2.

For example, if the soil level of the dishes to be washed is "heavy", it can be determined that the dishwasher corresponds to a washing time of 3T min, a water amount of 3v L, a water temperature of T +10 ℃, a water pressure of d +200Pa, and a detergent amount of 3c ml.
It can be understood that, based on the preset corresponding relationship between the stain grade and the cleaning parameter, it can be known that the more stains are in the tableware to be cleaned, the longer the required cleaning time is, the higher the water temperature and the water pressure are, and the more the water amount and the cleaner amount are, so that the thorough cleaning of the tableware can be ensured.
Specifically, according to the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned, the cleaning range corresponding to the dishwasher is determined.
For example, the position information may include upper left, lower left, upper right, lower right, and the like; the washing range may include the area where the dishes to be washed are located.
In some embodiments, determining the washing range corresponding to the dishwasher according to the position information corresponding to the dishes to be washed may include: determining the corresponding washing direction of the dish washing machine according to the corresponding direction of the tableware to be washed; and determining the corresponding washing range of the dishwasher according to the corresponding area of the tableware to be washed and the corresponding washing direction of the dishwasher.
Wherein the dishwasher has a plurality of spraying devices for spraying water or a detergent.
For example, if the dish to be washed corresponds to an orientation of the upper left side, it can be determined that the washing direction corresponding to the spraying device in the dishwasher is the upper left side.
For example, if there are a plurality of dishes to be washed, which correspond to the upper left and lower right directions, respectively, then the upper left and lower right directions of washing for the plurality of spraying devices in the dishwasher may be determined. The cleaning direction corresponding to the spraying device close to the upper left side is the upper left side, and the cleaning direction corresponding to the spraying device close to the lower right side is the lower right side.
Specifically, determining the region corresponding to the dishes to be washed may include: and carrying out edge extraction on the gray level image corresponding to the image to be detected according to the edge extraction operator to obtain the edge of the tableware to be cleaned. According to the edge of the tableware to be cleaned, the area where the tableware to be cleaned is located is determined.
The area where the tableware to be cleaned is located is determined, and the area can be determined according to the area of the tableware to be cleaned. For example, if the area of the dishes to be washed is G, the area of the dishes to be washed is G.
The edges and areas of the dishes to be cleaned can be determined as described in detail in the above embodiments, and are not described in detail here.
Specifically, the edge range corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned can be used as the area where the tableware to be cleaned is located; the cleaning range of the spraying device is obtained according to the area where the tableware to be cleaned is located. It will be appreciated that the spraying device, after having determined the direction of washing according to the corresponding orientation of the dishes to be washed, can wash the area where the dishes to be washed are located around the edge of the dishes to be washed.
For example, if the direction of the dishes to be washed is the upper left side and the area where the dishes to be washed are located is G, the corresponding washing range of the dishwasher is the upper left side-G. If the direction of the tableware to be cleaned is the upper right side and the area where the tableware to be cleaned is located is G, the corresponding cleaning range of the dishwasher is the upper right side-G.

In other embodiments, if the dishwasher corresponds to a wash parameter: the washing time is 1T min, the water quantity is 1vL, the water temperature is T ℃, the water pressure is d Pa, the detergent amount is 1c ml, and the washing range is-G on the upper right side, the dishwasher is controlled to add 1c ml of detergent according to the washing time of 1T min, the water quantity of 1v L, the water temperature of 1T ℃ and the water pressure of 1d Pa, and the tableware to be washed is washed in the washing range-G on the upper right side.
The corresponding cleaning time, water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and cleaning dosage of the dishwasher can be determined according to the stain grade corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned; therefore, the dishwasher can be controlled to wash the tableware to be washed within the washing range according to the given washing time, water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and washing dosage, so as to ensure that stains in the tableware to be washed are thoroughly washed, improve the cleanliness of the washed tableware and save resources.
In some embodiments, the dishwasher may be controlled to wash according to given washing parameters, and the water quality type may also be adjusted according to the washing stage.
The water quality types may include hard water and soft water, among others. Hard water refers to water containing a large amount of calcium and magnesium-containing substances, such as tap water. Soft water is water containing no or a small amount of calcium and magnesium ions, and is obtained by, for example, softening tap water.
It is noted that the washing phase of the dishwasher may comprise a soaking phase, a rinsing phase, etc.
Exemplarily, the tableware to be cleaned is soaked by using tap water in the soaking stage; the rinse and rinse stages may use soft water to clean the dishes to be cleaned. It is understood that the cleaning process requires addition of a detergent during the rinsing step, and if tap water is used, insoluble precipitates are generated, which reduces the cleaning effect and easily causes dirt.
According to the cleaning control method provided by the embodiment, the stain information of the tableware to be cleaned can be more accurately determined by acquiring the corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the dish washing machine; the method comprises the steps of performing graying on an image to be detected and performing edge extraction according to an edge extraction operator to obtain the edge of tableware to be cleaned and the edge of dirt on the tableware to be cleaned; further determining the stain grade corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the area of the tableware to be cleaned, the area of the stain and the grey value of the stain; by determining the corresponding position information after the tableware to be cleaned is put into the dish-washing machine, the tableware to be cleaned can be accurately cleaned, and the cleaning efficiency is improved; the washing range corresponding to the dish washing machine is determined according to the position information corresponding to the tableware to be washed, so that the region range where the tableware to be washed is located can be accurately and comprehensively washed; the dishwasher is controlled to wash the tableware to be washed in the washing range according to the given washing time, water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and washing dosage, so that the stains in the tableware to be washed are thoroughly washed, the cleanliness of the washed tableware is improved, and the resources can be saved.
The embodiment of the application further provides a computer-readable storage medium, wherein a computer program is stored in the computer-readable storage medium, the computer program comprises program instructions, and the processor executes the program instructions to realize any one of the cleaning control methods provided by the embodiment of the application. For example, the computer program is loaded by a processor and may perform the following steps:
acquiring a corresponding image to be detected before tableware to be cleaned is placed in a dish washer; determining stain information corresponding to tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected; determining corresponding position information after the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the dishwasher; determining cleaning parameters corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the stain information and the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned; and controlling the dishwasher to clean the tableware to be cleaned according to the corresponding cleaning parameters of the dishwasher.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the dishwasher described in the foregoing embodiments, such as a hard disk or a memory of the dishwasher. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the dishwasher, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital Card (SD), a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), etc. provided on the dishwasher.

1. A washing control method applied to a dishwasher, characterized by comprising:
acquiring a corresponding image to be detected before tableware to be cleaned is placed in a dish washer;
determining stain information corresponding to tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected;
determining corresponding position information after the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the dishwasher;
determining cleaning parameters corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the stain information and the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned;
and controlling the dishwasher to clean the tableware to be cleaned according to the corresponding cleaning parameters of the dishwasher.
2. The washing control method according to claim 1, wherein the door of the dishwasher is provided with a shooting device, and the acquiring of the corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be washed is placed into the dishwasher comprises:
acquiring a shooting instruction input by a user and used for instructing the shooting device to shoot the tableware to be washed in front of the box door, and acquiring a corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be washed is put into the dish washing machine according to the shooting instruction; or
If the user is detected to be in front of the dishwasher, a prompt notice for prompting the user to enable the tableware to be cleaned to face the shooting device is generated, a shooting instruction for controlling the shooting device to shoot is generated, and the image to be detected is obtained according to the shooting instruction.
3. The washing control method according to claim 1, wherein the dishwasher comprises a display screen, and after acquiring the corresponding image to be detected before the tableware to be washed is placed in the dishwasher, the method further comprises:
generating a prompt notice for indicating that the photographing of the dishes to be washed is completed, and displaying the prompt notice in the display screen to prompt the user to put the dishes to be washed in the dishwasher; or
And generating a prompt notice for showing that the shooting of the tableware to be washed is finished, and sending out prompt sound according to the prompt notice to prompt the user to put the tableware to be washed into the dishwasher.
4. The cleaning control method according to claim 1, wherein the stain information includes a stain level; the determining of the stain information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected comprises the following steps:
extracting the edge of the tableware to be cleaned in the image to be detected and the edge of the stain on the tableware to be cleaned;
determining the area of the tableware to be cleaned according to the edge of the tableware to be cleaned;
determining the area of the stain according to the edge of the stain on the tableware to be cleaned;
and determining the stain grade corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the area of the tableware to be cleaned, the area of the stain and the gray value of the stain.
5. The washing control method according to claim 1, wherein a photographing device is provided in a cabinet of the dishwasher; the determining the corresponding position information of the dishware to be washed after the dishware is put into the dishwasher comprises:
acquiring an image corresponding to tableware to be cleaned in the dishwasher, which is acquired by the shooting device, and determining position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to a placing area corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned in the image; or
Acquiring an image which is acquired by the shooting device and corresponds to the tableware to be cleaned in the dishwasher, and determining the position information corresponding to the tableware according to the distance and the angle between the tableware to be cleaned in the image and a preset coordinate origin in the image.
6. The washing control method as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of pressure sensors are provided in a dish rack of the dishwasher; the determining of the corresponding position information of the dishware to be washed after being put into the dishwasher comprises:
acquiring a pressure signal after the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the tableware rack, and determining a pressure sensor corresponding to the pressure signal;
and determining the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned according to the number information corresponding to the pressure sensor.
7. The washing control method according to claim 1, wherein the washing parameters include a washing time, a water amount, a water temperature, a water pressure, a washing dose, and a washing range;
the determining the cleaning parameters corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the stain information and the position information corresponding to the tableware to be cleaned comprises the following steps:

and determining a washing range corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the position information corresponding to the tableware to be washed.
8. The washing control method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the position information includes an orientation corresponding to the dishes to be washed;
the determining the corresponding washing range of the dishwasher according to the corresponding position information of the tableware to be washed comprises the following steps:
determining a corresponding washing direction of the dishwasher according to the corresponding direction of the tableware to be washed;
and determining a washing range corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the area corresponding to the tableware to be washed and the washing direction corresponding to the dish washing machine.
9. A dishwasher, comprising a camera, a memory, and a processor;
the shooting device is used for collecting corresponding images to be detected before the tableware to be cleaned is placed in the dish washing machine;
the memory for storing a computer program;
the processor for executing the computer program and implementing the washing control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to implement the washing control method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
