Specifically, the target image is segmented to obtain a segmented image corresponding to the tableware to be washed; carrying out edge extraction on the tableware to be washed in the segmented image according to the edge extraction operator to obtain a contour image corresponding to the tableware to be washed; and connecting discontinuous outline boundaries in the outline images according to a morphological algorithm to obtain the outline shape images corresponding to the tableware to be washed.
It should be noted that image segmentation is a technique and a process for dividing an image into a plurality of specific regions with unique properties and extracting an object of interest. Existing image segmentation methods may include, but are not limited to, threshold-based segmentation methods, region-based segmentation methods, edge-based segmentation methods, and particular theory-based segmentation methods, among others.
Illustratively, the edge extraction operator may include a Roberts edge detection operator, a Sobel edge detection operator, a Prewitt edge detection operator, a Laplace edge detection operator, and the like. The edge extraction is carried out through the edge extraction operator, the position of the edge can be accurately determined, and noise can be effectively inhibited.
It should be noted that the morphological algorithm is a series of image processing operations based on shapes, and generates an output image by applying structural elements to an input image. Illustratively, the morphological algorithm may include dilation, erosion, closure and opening.
Through a morphological algorithm, discontinuous outline boundaries in the outline image corresponding to the tableware to be washed can be connected to obtain the outline shape image corresponding to the tableware to be washed. As shown in fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of an outline shape image.
Specifically, after the contour shape image corresponding to the tableware to be washed is obtained, the contour shape image corresponding to the tableware to be washed is compared with the standard contour image, and the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed can be determined.
The standard outline image refers to the outline image corresponding to various tableware stored in the database of the dishwasher in advance. Such as the profile images of respective pairs of bowls, dishes, chopsticks, etc. As shown in fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of a standard outline image. Therefore, the contour shape image corresponding to the tableware to be washed can be compared with the standard contour image in the database, and if the similarity between the contour shape image and the standard contour image reaches the preset similarity, the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed can be determined according to the type of the tableware corresponding to the standard contour image.
For example, if the similarity between the contour shape image corresponding to the dish to be washed and the standard contour image corresponding to the bowl is greater than the preset similarity, it may be determined that the dish type corresponding to the dish to be washed is "bowl".
In some embodiments, determining the type of dishes corresponding to the dishes to be washed in the target image may include: and determining the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed in the target image according to the trained tableware recognition model.
It should be noted that the dish recognition model may include, but is not limited to, a Single shot multi box Detector (SSD) Network, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), a Restricted Boltzmann Machine (RBM), or a Recurrent Neural Network (RNN).
Specifically, sample images of a preset number corresponding to different types of tableware are configured, and types of the sample images are labeled; and inputting the sample image into the initial tableware recognition model for training until the predicted loss value of the trained tableware recognition model is less than or equal to the preset loss value, and finishing the training to obtain the trained tableware recognition model. The accuracy of the trained tableware recognition model can be improved by training the initial tableware recognition model and continuously adjusting the parameters of the model; thereby ensuring the accuracy of predicting the type of the tableware.
Specifically, the target image is input into a trained tableware recognition model for prediction, and the prediction type corresponding to the tableware to be washed is output. For example, the predicted type corresponding to the output dish to be washed is "bowl". If the dishes to be washed comprise a plurality of dishes, the output result may be: the prediction type corresponding to the tableware a to be washed is bowl, and the prediction type corresponding to the tableware b to be washed is dish.
In the embodiment of the application, the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed can be determined by any one or two methods of the type of the tableware rack corresponding to the tableware to be washed, the profile information or the tableware identification model, and the accuracy of determining the type of the tableware is effectively improved.

For example, the preset origin of coordinates may be a center point of the target image, or an upper left corner or other positions of the target image. In the embodiment of the application, a planar rectangular coordinate system is established by taking the central point of the target image as the origin of coordinates.
Specifically, the position coordinates corresponding to the dishes to be washed are determined according to the distance and the angle between the dishes to be washed in the target image and the origin of coordinates. The sine theorem and the cosine theorem in the triangle formula can be utilized, and the abscissa and the ordinate of the tableware to be washed relative to the origin of coordinates, namely the position coordinates of the tableware to be washed can be calculated according to the distance and the angle between the tableware to be washed and the origin of coordinates.
Wherein, when determining the angle between the dishware to be washed and the origin of coordinates, the reference may be made to the X-axis or the Y-axis, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that the rectangular plane coordinate system can be divided into a first quadrant, a second quadrant, a third quadrant, and a fourth quadrant. If the position coordinates corresponding to the multiple dishes to be washed are respectively in the first quadrant and the second quadrant, and the vertical coordinates are the same, it can be determined that the arrangement shape corresponding to the multiple dishes to be washed is in a shape of a Chinese character 'yi'. If the position coordinates corresponding to the multiple dishes to be washed are respectively in the first quadrant, the second quadrant, the third quadrant and the fourth quadrant, and the distances from the dishes to be washed to the origin of coordinates are the same, it can be determined that the arrangement shape corresponding to the multiple dishes to be washed is "□".
In some embodiments, determining the washing zone corresponding to the dishwasher according to the arrangement information corresponding to the dishes to be washed may include: determining the direction corresponding to the tableware to be washed according to the corresponding arrangement information of the tableware to be washed; and obtaining a washing area corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the corresponding direction of the tableware to be washed.
For example, the orientation may include an upper left corner, an upper right corner, a lower left corner, and a lower right corner with respect to the center of the housing of the dishwasher.
For example, if the arrangement shape of the dishes to be washed is a straight line shape, and the position coordinates of the dishes to be washed are located in the first quadrant and the second quadrant of the rectangular plane coordinate system, the positions of the dishes to be washed can be determined to be the upper left corner and the upper right corner. In the table, if the type of the tableware is dish, the corresponding washing time is 3a min, the water amount is 3b L, the water temperature is T +10 ℃, the water pressure is d +200Pa, and the detergent amount is 3c ml; if the type of the tableware is chopsticks, the corresponding washing time is amin, the water quantity is b L, the water temperature is T +10 ℃, the water pressure is d +200Pa, and the detergent amount is c ml.
It can be understood that, based on the preset corresponding relationship between the type of the tableware and the washing parameters, it can be known that the larger the area of the tableware is, the longer the washing time is required, the higher the water temperature and the water pressure are, and the more the water quantity and the detergent quantity are, so that the thorough cleaning of the tableware can be ensured.
For example, if the type of the dishes to be washed is "dish", the washing mode corresponding to the dishwasher may be determined: the washing time was 3a min, the water amount was 3b L, the water temperature was T +10 ℃, the water pressure was d +200Pa, and the amount of added detergent was 3c ml.
It should be noted that, if the dishes to be washed correspond to a plurality of dish types, such as "bowl" and "chopsticks", the washing mode of the dishwasher is determined according to the larger washing parameters corresponding to the dish types. At this time, the dishwasher corresponds to a washing pattern of 3a min of washing time, 3b L of water amount, T +10 ℃ of water temperature, d +200Pa of water pressure, and 3c ml of detergent is added.

The washing time, the water quantity, the water temperature, the water pressure and the detergent quantity corresponding to the dish washing machine can be determined according to the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed; therefore, the dishwasher can be controlled to wash the tableware to be washed in the washing area according to the given washing time, water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and detergent amount, so that oil stains in the tableware to be washed are thoroughly washed away, the cleanliness of the washed tableware is improved, and resources can be saved.
In some embodiments, after acquiring the corresponding target image before the washing of the dishwasher, the method may further include: determining the quantity of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed in the target image; and determining washing parameters corresponding to the dish washer according to the quantity of the dishes corresponding to the dishes to be washed, and controlling the dish washer to wash according to the washing parameters.
Specifically, the number of the dishes corresponding to the dishes to be washed in the target image is determined, and the number of the dishes corresponding to the dishes to be washed can be determined according to the outline shape by recognizing the outline shape of the dishes to be washed in the target image.
For example, the target image may be segmented to obtain a segmented image corresponding to the dishware to be washed; carrying out edge extraction on the tableware to be washed in the segmented image according to the edge extraction operator to obtain the corresponding outline shape of the tableware to be washed; and finally, determining the quantity of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed according to the number of the contour shapes of the tableware to be washed.
Specifically, washing parameters corresponding to the dishwasher are determined according to a preset corresponding relation between the quantity of the tableware and the washing parameters, wherein the washing parameters comprise one or more combinations of washing time, water quantity, water pressure and detergent quantity.
Illustratively, there is a preset correspondence between the number of dishes and the washing parameters, as shown in table 2.

In the table, if the number of dishes is "15-25", the corresponding washing time is 3a min, the water amount is 3b L, the water temperature is T +10 ℃, the water pressure is d +200Pa, and the detergent amount is 3c ml.
It is noted that, in the dishwasher washing, the washing parameter may include at least one of a washing time, a water amount, a water pressure, and a detergent amount. For example, a dishwasher may wash for a given washing time; for example, a dishwasher may wash for a given washing time and amount of water; for another example, a dishwasher may wash at a given washing time, amount of water, water temperature, water pressure, and amount of detergent.
In some embodiments, if the dishwasher corresponds to a washing parameter: washing for 3a min, water amount of 3bL, water temperature of T +10 deg.C, d +200Pa water pressure, and detergent amount of 3c ml; the dishwasher was controlled to wash with a washing time of 3a min, a water amount of 3b L, a water temperature of T +10 deg.C, a water pressure of d +200Pa, and the addition of 3c ml of detergent.
It should be noted that the washing parameters of the dishwasher are determined by the number of the dishes corresponding to the dishes to be washed, the washing time, the water quantity, the water temperature, the water pressure and the detergent amount can be determined according to the actual number of the dishes to be washed, and the resources can be saved while the dishes to be washed are ensured to be washed clean.
In some embodiments, when the dishwasher is controlled to wash according to given washing parameters, the water quality type may also be adjusted according to the washing stage.
The water quality types may include hard water and soft water, among others. Hard water refers to water containing a large amount of calcium and magnesium-containing substances, such as tap water. Soft water is water containing no or a small amount of calcium and magnesium ions, and is obtained by, for example, softening tap water.
It is noted that the washing phase of the dishwasher may comprise a soaking phase, a rinsing phase, etc.
Exemplarily, the tableware to be washed is soaked by using tap water in the soaking stage; the rinsing and rinsing phases may use soft water to wash the dishes to be washed. It is understood that, in the washing step, washing is performed by adding a detergent, and if tap water is used, insoluble precipitates are generated, the washing effect is reduced, and fouling is easily generated.
According to the washing control method provided by the embodiment, the type and the arrangement information of the tableware to be washed can be determined according to the target image by acquiring the corresponding target image of the dishwasher before washing; the tableware type corresponding to the tableware to be washed is determined by any one or two methods of the type of the tableware rack corresponding to the tableware to be washed, the profile information or the tableware identification model, so that the accuracy of determining the type of the tableware can be effectively improved; the washing area of the dishwasher can be determined according to the corresponding arrangement shape and the corresponding orientation of the tableware to be washed, so that the washing area is washed, the non-washing area is not washed, and the washing efficiency can be improved; the washing time, the water quantity, the water temperature, the water pressure and the detergent quantity corresponding to the dishwasher can be determined according to the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed, so that the dishwasher can be controlled to wash the tableware to be washed in a washing area according to the given washing time, water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and detergent quantity; the oil stain in the tableware to be washed is thoroughly washed, the efficiency of washing the tableware is improved, and the resources can be saved.
The embodiment of the application also provides a computer readable storage medium, the computer readable storage medium stores a computer program, the computer program comprises program instructions, and the processor executes the program instructions to realize any washing control method provided by the embodiment of the application. For example, the computer program is loaded by a processor and may perform the following steps:
acquiring a corresponding target image before washing of the dishwasher, wherein the target image comprises at least one tableware to be washed; determining the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed in the target image; determining the arrangement information corresponding to the tableware to be washed in the target image, and determining the washing area corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the arrangement information corresponding to the tableware to be washed; and determining a washing mode corresponding to the dishwasher according to the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed, and controlling the dishwasher to wash the tableware to be washed in the washing area according to the washing mode.
The above operations can be implemented in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described in detail herein.
The computer readable storage medium may be an internal storage unit of the dishwasher described in the foregoing embodiments, such as a hard disk or a memory of the dishwasher. The computer readable storage medium may also be an external storage device of the dishwasher, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital Card (SD), a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), etc. provided on the dishwasher.

determining the arrangement information corresponding to the tableware to be washed in the target image, and determining the washing area corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the arrangement information corresponding to the tableware to be washed;
and determining a washing mode corresponding to the dishwasher according to the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed, and controlling the dishwasher to wash the tableware to be washed in the washing area according to the washing mode.
2. The washing control method according to claim 1, wherein the dishwasher includes a photographing device, and the acquiring of the corresponding target image before washing of the dishwasher includes:
if the door closing signal of the dishwasher is detected, generating a shooting instruction for controlling the shooting device to shoot according to the door closing signal, and acquiring a corresponding target image before washing of the dishwasher according to the shooting instruction; or
If the opening signal of the dishwasher is detected, generating a shooting instruction for controlling the shooting device to shoot according to the opening signal, and acquiring a corresponding target image before the dishwasher is washed according to the shooting instruction; or
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a shooting instruction input by a user and used for instructing the shooting device to shoot tableware to be washed in the dishwasher, and obtaining a corresponding target image before washing of the dishwasher according to the shooting instruction.
3. The washing control method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the type of the dishes corresponding to the dishes to be washed in the target image comprises:
determining the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed according to the type of the tableware rack where the tableware to be washed is located in the target image; or
Determining the outline information corresponding to the tableware to be washed in the target image, and determining the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed according to the outline information corresponding to the tableware to be washed; or
And determining the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed in the target image according to the trained tableware recognition model.

The washing control method according to claim 3, wherein the dishes to be washed are placed in a dish rack, and the determining the type of the dishes corresponding to the dishes to be washed according to the type of the dish rack in which the dishes to be washed are placed in the target image comprises:
determining the type of the tableware rack corresponding to the tableware to be washed based on the preset corresponding relation between the type of the tableware rack and the position of the tableware rack;
and determining the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed according to the type of the tableware rack corresponding to the tableware to be washed.
5. A washing control method according to claim 3, wherein the contour information comprises a contour shape image, and the determining the contour information corresponding to the dishes to be washed in the target image comprises:
carrying out segmentation processing on the target image to obtain a segmentation image corresponding to the tableware to be washed;
performing edge extraction on the tableware to be washed in the segmented image to obtain a contour image corresponding to the tableware to be washed;
and connecting discontinuous outline boundaries in the outline images to obtain the outline shape images corresponding to the tableware to be washed.
6. The washing control method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the arrangement information includes an arrangement shape of the dishes to be washed; the determining of the arrangement information corresponding to the dishware to be washed in the target image includes:
acquiring a preset coordinate origin in the target image;
determining the position coordinate corresponding to the tableware to be washed according to the distance and the angle between the tableware to be washed in the target image and the origin of coordinates;
and determining the arrangement shape corresponding to the tableware to be washed according to the position coordinate corresponding to the tableware to be washed.
7. The washing control method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the determining the washing area corresponding to the dishwasher according to the arrangement information corresponding to the dishes to be washed comprises:
determining the direction corresponding to the tableware to be washed according to the arrangement information corresponding to the tableware to be washed;
and obtaining a washing area corresponding to the dish washing machine according to the corresponding direction of the tableware to be washed.
8. The washing control method according to claim 1, wherein the washing pattern includes a washing parameter;
determining a washing mode corresponding to the dishwasher according to the type of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed, wherein the washing mode comprises the following steps:
and determining washing parameters corresponding to the dishwasher according to a preset corresponding relation between the type of the tableware and the washing parameters, wherein the washing parameters comprise washing time, water quantity, water temperature, water pressure and detergent quantity.
9. The washing control method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises:
determining the quantity of the tableware corresponding to the tableware to be washed in the target image;
and determining washing parameters corresponding to the dish washer according to the quantity of the dishes corresponding to the dishes to be washed, and controlling the dish washer to wash according to the washing parameters.
