Abstract
The invention discloses a method for detecting abnormity of an escalator, wherein a noise sensor is arranged in the escalator, and the method comprises the following steps: collecting operating sonic audio data by the noise sensor; acquiring the running sound wave audio data, and judging whether the running sound wave audio data is abnormal data; and judging the state of the escalator by combining a preset database according to the judgment result of the running sound wave audio data. The escalator noise detection device detects the noise in the using and running process of the escalator, and sends out prompt and alarm when detecting the periodic abnormal sound, so that the accident probability of the escalator can be reduced, and further accidents are avoided.

Technical Field

Background
The escalator brings great convenience for people to go upstairs and downstairs, but the escalator is difficult to avoid fault occurrence in the operation process. Preferably, the step of collecting operating sonic audio data by the noise sensor comprises:
detecting running sound wave audio frequency in the running process of the escalator through the noise sensor to obtain running sound wave audio frequency data;
and transmitting the running sound wave audio data to a cloud platform so as to judge the abnormity of the running sound wave audio data.
Preferably, the step of acquiring the operating sound wave audio data and determining whether the operating sound wave audio data is abnormal data includes:
acquiring the running sound wave audio data, inputting the running sound wave audio data into a database, and comparing the running sound wave audio data with the audio in the database;

Generally, compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the invention has the advantages that the noise in the using and running process of the escalator is detected, and when the periodic abnormal sound is detected, the prompt and the alarm are given, so that the accident probability of the escalator can be reduced, and the further occurrence of the accident can be avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention. In addition, the technical features involved in the embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
As shown in fig. 1, a method for detecting an abnormality of an escalator in which a noise sensor is provided, the method includes:
collecting operating sonic audio data by the noise sensor;
acquiring the running sound wave audio data, and judging whether the running sound wave audio data is abnormal data;
and judging the state of the escalator by combining a preset database according to the judgment result of the running sound wave audio data. In one embodiment of the present invention, first, noise sensors are installed inside the escalator, and the noise sensors are installed at both ends and in the middle of the escalator, it should be noted that the number of the noise sensors may be set according to the length of the escalator, but at least three noise sensors are provided. When the escalator is in a normal state, the running sound wave audio frequency of the whole running process of the escalator is collected, and the data is stored in a background database through a 4G wireless router and serves as a reference value. And in the later use and operation process of the escalator, the system can collect real-time audio data and compare the real-time audio data with the audio in the database. And if the abnormal value is detected, writing the abnormal sound time and the abnormal sound value into a database, using a script program to patrol the abnormal data every hour, and if the abnormal sound wave audio value exists at a certain position (or interval) periodically, judging that the escalator is abnormal when running to the position (or interval), and sending alarm information.
Stated further, the step of collecting operational sonic audio data via the noise sensor comprises:
detecting running sound wave audio frequency in the running process of the escalator through the noise sensor to obtain running sound wave audio frequency data;
and transmitting the running sound wave audio data to a cloud platform so as to judge the abnormity of the running sound wave audio data.
Further, the step of acquiring the operating sound wave audio data and determining whether the operating sound wave audio data is abnormal data includes:
acquiring the running sound wave audio data, inputting the running sound wave audio data into a database, and comparing the running sound wave audio data with the audio in the database;
and judging whether the running sound wave audio data is abnormal data.
In a further description, the noise sensors include a first noise sensor, a second noise sensor and a third noise sensor, and the first noise sensor, the second noise sensor and the third noise sensor are respectively disposed at two ends and a middle portion of the escalator.
Further, after the judging the state of the escalator, the method further includes sending an alarm message if the state of the escalator is judged to be abnormal.

Further, the collection module is further configured to detect the escalator through the noise sensor, acquire operating sound wave audio data, and transmit the operating sound wave audio data to the cloud platform, so as to determine an abnormality of the operating sound wave audio data.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides an escalator abnormality detection apparatus, including: the escalator abnormality detection device comprises a memory, a processor and an escalator abnormality detection program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor; the escalator anomaly detection program when executed by the processor implements the steps of the escalator anomaly detection method as described above.
Another embodiment of the present invention proposes a readable storage medium having stored thereon an escalator anomaly detection program which, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of detecting an escalator anomaly as described above.

Claims (10)
1. A method of detecting an escalator anomaly, wherein a noise sensor is provided inside the escalator, the method comprising:
collecting operating sonic audio data by the noise sensor;
acquiring the running sound wave audio data, and judging whether the running sound wave audio data is abnormal data;
and judging the state of the escalator by combining a preset database according to the judgment result of the running sound wave audio data.
2. A method of detecting an escalator anomaly according to claim 1, wherein said step of collecting operating sonic audio data by said noise sensor includes:
detecting running sound wave audio frequency in the running process of the escalator through the noise sensor to obtain running sound wave audio frequency data;
and transmitting the running sound wave audio data to a cloud platform so as to judge the abnormity of the running sound wave audio data.
3. The escalator anomaly detection method according to claim 1, wherein the step of acquiring the operating sound wave audio data and determining whether the operating sound wave audio data is anomalous data comprises:
acquiring the running sound wave audio data, inputting the running sound wave audio data into a database, and comparing the running sound wave audio data with the audio in the database;
and judging whether the running sound wave audio data is abnormal data.

The escalator anomaly detection method according to claim 1, wherein the noise sensors include a first noise sensor, a second noise sensor and a third noise sensor, and the first noise sensor, the second noise sensor and the third noise sensor are respectively disposed at two ends and a middle portion of the escalator.
5. A method of detecting an escalator anomaly, according to claim 1, characterized by: and after the state of the escalator is judged, if the state of the escalator is judged to be abnormal, alarm information is sent out.
6. A method of detecting an escalator anomaly, according to claim 1, characterized by: the step of judging whether the running sound wave audio data is abnormal data comprises the following steps:
if the running sound wave audio data are detected to be abnormal values, writing the abnormal sound time and the abnormal sound values of the running sound wave audio data into the database;
and (3) using a script program to patrol the abnormal data once every hour, and if the abnormal operation sound wave audio data exists at a certain position periodically, judging that the escalator is abnormal when running to the position.
7. A detection device for escalator abnormalities, said detection device comprising:
