Abstract
The invention provides an image sticker and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising the following steps: a release paper layer having a first contact surface and a second contact surface; the UV pattern layer body is formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer, and the UV pattern layer body and the release paper layer are in a separable form; the UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is arranged on the surface of the UV image layer; the UV pattern layer body and the UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer are formed by printing on the first contact surface of the release paper layer at one time through a UV ink jet printer, so that the image sticker is integrally manufactured in the manufacturing process, the adhesive consumption is saved, the manufacturing is simplified, and the cost is low; when the image sticker is used, a target object is attached to the UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer of the image sticker, the release paper layer on the UV image layer body is peeled off, the UV image layer body of the image sticker is adhered to the UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and is kept on the surface of the target object, and the primary transfer printing operation of the image sticker is completed.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an image sticker for transferring an arbitrary image to an image transfer sheet on an object to be transferred and a method for manufacturing the same.
Background
The image sticker is a quite convenient invention, users can paste the transfer sticker printed with their favorite images on the surface of any object and transfer the pattern to the surface of the object, because of convenient use, the use of the image sticker is more and more common; and a transfer for transferring the image sticker to a transfer target, for example; water transfer printing, heat transfer printing, sublimation transfer printing, dry transfer printing and the like; among them, in the case of dry transfer, the image layer on the image sticker is dry-transferred on the surface transferred to the object to be adhered by applying an adhesive to the back surface of the image layer temporarily attached to the base sheet and pressing the edge image layer.
Therefore, there is commercially available an "image transfer sheet, a method of manufacturing the image transfer sheet, an image transfer method", disclosing an image transfer sheet having an image layer partially between a transfer film of an upper layer and a glue layer of a lower layer, and an adhesive layer adhered to an upper surface of a release paper so that a lower surface thereof can be released from the lower surface, has releasability to the image layer and easy adhesion to the adhesive layer, and the lower surface thereof is provided in the portion having the image layer in the image layer and the adhesive layer in the portion having no image layer.
As can be seen from the above, the following problems arise:
1. the upper surface of the release paper is subjected to gluing operation through a glue sprayer to form the glue layer, then ink printed on the upper surface of the glue layer is sprayed through a UV printer, and when the UV ink is cured, the image layer is formed; therefore, in the whole manufacturing process, the operation is divided into two stages, which is time-consuming; in addition, the adhesive layer is coated on the upper surface of the release paper, which results in more adhesive consumption and increased cost, and is a big disadvantage.
2. When the transfer printing paper is used, the transfer printing film is easy to adhere to the adhesive layer, so that the image layer is fixed on the adhesive layer in the drying and curing processes after ink permeates into the adhesive layer, when the release paper is peeled, the adhesive layer adhered to the transfer printing film comprising the image layer is peeled and separated from the release paper to finish the primary transfer printing operation, then the transfer printing film is positioned on the surface of a target object and is pressed, and the image layer is remained on the surface of the target object while being adhered by the adhesive layer to finish the secondary transfer printing operation so as to finish the image transfer printing operation; therefore, the whole process is troublesome and time-consuming, which is a big disadvantage, and needs to be improved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an image sticker for transferring an arbitrary image to an image transfer sheet on an object to be transferred and a manufacturing method thereof.
To solve the foregoing disadvantages, the present invention is an image sticker, comprising:
a release paper layer having a first contact surface and a second contact surface;
the UV pattern layer body is formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer, and the UV pattern layer body and the release paper layer are in a separable form; and
and the UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is arranged on the surface of the UV image layer.
Preferably, the UV patterning layer and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer are formed by printing on the first contact surface of the release paper layer at one time by a UV inkjet printer.
Preferably, the UV coating body has a UV transparent varnish layer formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer; a UV image layer formed on the surface of the UV transparent varnish layer; and a UV white ink layer formed between the UV image layer and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
Preferably, the UV layer body has a UV image layer formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer; and a UV white ink layer formed between the UV image layer and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
Preferably, the UV coating body has a UV transparent varnish layer formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer; and a UV image layer formed between the UV transparent varnish layer and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
According to the object of the invention, a method for making an image sticker is also provided, comprising the steps of
The method comprises the following steps:
s1) providing a release paper layer which is provided with a first contact surface and a second contact surface; and
s2) performing a one-time printing operation on the first contact surface of the release paper layer by a UV ink jet printer to form a UV pattern layer body and a UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer on the first contact surface of the release paper layer in sequence to form an image sticker.
Preferably, in step S2), when the UV inkjet printer performs printing for one time, the UV pattern layer is formed by coating on the first contact surface of the release paper layer, and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer is formed by spraying on the UV pattern layer, and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer can be pasted after spraying.
Preferably, the UV coating body has a UV transparent varnish layer formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer; a UV image layer formed on the surface of the UV transparent varnish layer; and the UV white ink layer is formed on the surface of the UV image layer, and the other surface of the UV white ink layer is used for the UV ink jet machine to perform spraying action so as to form the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
Preferably, the UV layer body has a UV image layer formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer; and the UV white ink layer is formed on the surface of the UV image layer, and the other surface of the UV white ink layer is used for the UV ink jet machine to perform spraying action so as to form the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.

2. As described above, when the image sticker 1 of the present invention is used, the UV inkjet printer 2 performs a spraying operation on the UV laminate 12 to form the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13, then the target object 3 is attached to the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 of the image sticker 1, and the target object 3 is pressed to adhere to the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 of the image sticker 1, and after the image sticker 1 adheres to the surface of the target object 3, the release paper layer 11 on the UV laminate 12 is peeled off, and the UV laminate 12 of the image sticker 1 remains on the surface of the target object 3 while the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 adheres, thereby completing the transfer operation of the image sticker 1.

1. the image sticker 1 comprises a release paper layer 11, a UV pattern body 12 and a UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 13; wherein the UV patterned layer 12 has a UV transparent varnish layer 121 formed on the release paper layer 11; a UV image layer 122 formed at the surface of the UV transparent varnish layer 121; and a UV white ink layer 123 formed between the UV image layer 122 and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13; alternatively, the UV layer 12 has a UV image layer 122 formed on the release paper layer 11; and a UV white ink layer 123 formed between the UV image layer 122 and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13; furthermore, the UV pattern layer 12 has a UV transparent varnish layer 121 formed at the release paper layer 11; and a UV image layer 122 formed between the UV transparent varnish layer 121 and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13; the UV pattern body 12 and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 are sequentially formed on the release paper layer 11 by a one-time line printing action of a UV ink jet machine 2, when the UV ink jet machine 2 performs one-time line printing, the UV pattern body 12 is formed by coating on the release paper layer 11, and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 is formed by spraying on the UV pattern body 12 to form the image sticker 1, and the image sticker 1 can be pasted after being sprayed.
2. When the image sticker 1 of the present invention is used, the UV inkjet printer 2 performs a spraying operation on the UV laminate 12 to form the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13, and then the target object 3 is attached to the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 of the image sticker 1, and the target object 3 is pressed to adhere to the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 of the image sticker 1, and after the image sticker 1 is adhered to the surface of the target object 3, the release paper layer 11 on the UV laminate 12 is peeled off, and the UV laminate 12 of the image sticker 1 remains on the surface of the target object 3 while the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer 13 adheres, thereby completing a transfer printing operation of the image sticker 1, and indeed, compared with the prior art, the present invention has the advantages of convenience and simplicity in overall use, etc. and the practicality.
From the foregoing, it should be understood that the above-mentioned embodiments are merely exemplary of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the disclosure, so that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present disclosure should be included in the scope of the present disclosure.
Claims (10)
1. An image sticker comprising:
a release paper layer having a first contact surface and a second contact surface;
the UV pattern layer body is formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer, and the UV pattern layer body and the release paper layer are in a separable form; and
and the UV pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is arranged on the surface of the UV image layer.
2. The image sticker of claim 1, wherein the UV graphics layer body and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer are formed by printing one time on the first contact surface of the release paper layer by a UV ink jet printer.
3. The image sticker of claim 2, wherein the UV layer body has a UV transparent varnish layer formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer; a UV image layer formed on the surface of the UV transparent varnish layer; and a UV white ink layer formed between the UV image layer and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
4. The image sticker of claim 2, wherein the UV image layer body has a UV image layer formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer; and a UV white ink layer formed between the UV image layer and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
5. The image sticker of claim 2, wherein the UV layer body has a UV transparent varnish layer formed at the first contact surface of the release paper layer; and a UV image layer formed between the UV transparent varnish layer and the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
6. A method for making image paster includes steps:
s1) providing a release paper layer which is provided with a first contact surface and a second contact surface; and
s2) performing a one-time printing operation on the first contact surface of the release paper layer by a UV ink jet printer to form a UV pattern layer body and a UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer on the first contact surface of the release paper layer in sequence to form an image sticker.
7. The method for making image paster according to claim 6, wherein step S2), when the UV ink jet printer is used for printing, the UV layer is formed by coating on the first contact surface of the release paper layer, and then the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer is formed by spraying on the UV layer, and the paste can be made after spraying.
8. The method for making image paster according to claim 7, wherein the UV layer has a UV transparent varnish layer formed on the first contact surface of the release paper layer; a UV image layer formed on the surface of the UV transparent varnish layer; and the UV white ink layer is formed on the surface of the UV image layer, and the other surface of the UV white ink layer is used for the UV ink jet machine to perform spraying action so as to form the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
9. The method for making image paster according to claim 7, wherein the UV image layer has a UV image layer formed on the first contact surface of the release paper layer; and the UV white ink layer is formed on the surface of the UV image layer, and the other surface of the UV white ink layer is used for the UV ink jet machine to perform spraying action so as to form the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
10. The method for making image paster according to claim 7, wherein the UV layer has a UV transparent varnish layer formed on the first contact surface of the release paper layer; and the UV image layer is formed on the surface of the UV transparent varnish layer, and the other surface of the UV image layer is used for the UV ink jet printer to perform spraying action so as to form the UV pressure sensitive adhesive layer.
