Abstract
The invention discloses an air temperature furnace and a using method thereof, wherein the air temperature furnace comprises a bottom box, a heating device is fixedly connected to the bottom box, and the heating device is arranged in a cavity of a foldable and stretchable blocking body; the bottom box comprises a box body with an openable bottom end and an electric control device arranged in the box body; the top end of the box body is provided with an air outlet and a box body connecting hole, and the side wall of the box body is provided with an air inlet; the baffle body is fixed on the top end panel of the box body; the heating device comprises a cooking stove internally provided with a cavity, the outer wall of the cooking stove is provided with a through hole communicated with the cavity, a heating plate is arranged in the through hole, and a stove frame is erected at the top of the cooking stove. The method comprises placing the object to be heated on a stove frame, stretching the baffle body to wrap the object to be heated, and covering with a sealing cover; and starting a heating sheet control switch to heat air, sending a heat source into the stove by hot air through the air channel, and enabling air flow to flow out through the upper opening of the stove to heat an object to be heated. The heating device adopts the heating sheet driven by the power supply to realize the heating function, and avoids potential safety hazards caused by overhigh temperature of a heat source.

With the improvement of living standard, outdoor activities become a popular item for people, long-time outdoor activities need drinking water and food with temperature, and open fire cooking stoves bring hidden dangers to natural environment and fire safety. For safety reasons, it is desirable to heat drinking water and food for a short period of time without an open flame using electrical heating. As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the box body 12 is a hollow body, and the outer sides of the bottom end of the box body 12 are symmetrically distributed with supporting legs 15. In the present embodiment, the case 12 is circular, but not limited to circular, and the case 12 may be polygonal such as square. In the present embodiment, the outlet 11 is rectangular, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the outlet 11 may be circular. The air inlet holes 13 formed in the side wall of the box body 12 are densely distributed small round holes, and compared with a large hole, the densely distributed small round holes can prevent sundries from being sucked into the air temperature furnace to bring potential safety hazards.
The electric control device comprises a power supply 14, a control switch 10 and a charging interface 16. The power supply 14 is located inside the box body 12, and the control switch 10 and the charging interface 16 are located on the outer wall of the box body 12 and electrically connected with the power supply 14. Specifically, the power source 14 is a rechargeable lithium battery pack and the control switch 10 is a push button power switch.
As shown in fig. 4, the heating device 2 includes a cooking range 9, a cavity is arranged inside the cooking range 9, a through hole communicated with the cavity of the cooking range 9 is arranged on the outer wall of the cooking range 9, a heating plate 8 is arranged in the through hole, and a stove frame 7 is erected on the top of the cooking range 9.
Specifically, the stove 9 is a cylinder through cavity body with a hat brim type shape at the bottom end, and the hat brim type connecting shape is a thin cylinder body provided with a plurality of stove connecting holes and buckles (concave). The heating sheet 8 is a cube-shaped high-temperature ceramic dry-burning type heating sheet, and has the advantages of rapid temperature rise, high thermal efficiency and uniform heating. The stove frame 7 is a cylindrical through cavity body, a connecting buckle (convex) is arranged at the bottom end of the stove frame 7, the wall of the top end of the stove frame 7 is in a battlement shape with convex-concave distribution, and has good ventilation performance and anti-slip performance, and a hollow cross support is arranged in the middle of the wall of the top end of the stove frame 7.
In this embodiment, the middle position of the outer wall of the stove 9 is symmetrically provided with a rectangular hole, and the heating plate 8 is installed in the rectangular hole, but not limited thereto, the split holes on the outer wall of the stove 9 should be provided in cooperation with the specific shape of the heating plate 8, so as to fix the heating plate 8 better. The hob 7 is connected with the stove 9 by a snap (convex-concave) and the object 6 to be heated is placed on top of the hob 7.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, a stove bottom plate 17 is arranged at the bottom of the stove 9, a stove connecting hole is formed in the stove bottom plate 17, a box connecting hole 20 is further formed in the middle of a top end panel 19 of the box body, and screws sequentially penetrate through the stove connecting hole, the blocking body connecting hole and the box body connecting hole 20 to realize connection of the blocking body 3, the stove 9 and the box body 12.
As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 7, the air temperature oven further includes an air supply device, and the air supply device includes a micro fan 5 and an air duct installed at the air outlet 11. The air duct is a chimney type air duct consisting of an air inlet 13, an air outlet 11 and a cavity of the stove 9. In this embodiment, the micro fan 5 is an axial low-power micro fan 5, which is installed at the air outlet 11 by a screw, electrically connected to the power supply 14, and controlled by the control switch 10.
The air temperature furnace supplies air in two modes, namely natural ventilation and natural flow in a chimney mode that air flows downwards and upwards, and the forced ventilation that the air flows is accelerated by opening the micro fan 5 on the basis of the natural ventilation.
As shown in fig. 3, 7 and 8, the barrier 3 is placed between the cooking range 9 and the back box 1. The baffle body 3 is of a hollow cavity structure, a connecting plate 18 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the baffle body, a baffle body connecting hole is formed in the connecting plate 18, the connecting plate 18 is inserted between a cooking range bottom plate 17 and a top end panel 19 of the box body, and the baffle body 3 is connected with the box body 12 through screws penetrating through the cooking range connecting hole, the baffle body connecting hole and the box body connecting hole 20. But not limited thereto, the barrier 3 may be fixed to the top end panel 19 of the case by other means such as adhesion, welding, or the like.
In this embodiment, the barrier 3 is made of a material of a tin-primary type, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the barrier 3 may be made of other light materials with high temperature resistance and good ductility, such as aluminum alloy.
As shown in fig. 1 and 9, an opening cover 4 is embedded on the top of the barrier 3, and the cover 4 is a thin cylinder with a plurality of ventilation holes.
Specifically, air enters the bottom box 1 from the air inlet hole 13 on the box body 12, flows through the power supply 14, and enters the stove 9 from the air outlet 11, so that heat generated by the power supply 14 can be taken away, and potential safety hazards are reduced. Air flows through the cavity in the stove 9, is heated into hot air by the heating sheets 8 on the side walls, the density of the hot air is small, the hot air ascends upwards, passes through the pores of the stove frame 7, heats the object 6 to be heated on the stove frame 7, and overflows from the opening on the top of the sealing cover 4. The baffle body 3 wraps the object 6 to be heated therein, the cover 4 is covered, and the hot air is blocked by the baffle body 3 and the cover 4, so that the hot air can be moved in the cavity of the baffle body 3 for a longer time to sufficiently heat the object 6 to be heated. The circulation of air avoids local overheating of the power source 14 and the heater chip 8.
The invention also provides a use method of the air temperature furnace, which is the use method of the air temperature furnace, and the method comprises the following steps:
placing the object 6 to be heated on the hob 7, stretching the barrier 3 to wrap the object 6 to be heated therein, and covering the cover 4;
the heating plate 8 is started to control the switch 10 to heat to form a heat source, the heat source is sent into the stove 9 through the air channel by airflow, and the airflow flows out through the upper opening of the stove 9 to heat the object 6 to be heated.
Compared with the prior art, the heating plate 8 driven by the power supply 14 is used as a heat source, and no open fire is generated in the heating process; the start and stop of the heating sheet 8 can be manually intervened, so that the safety is effectively ensured; the air flow avoids the risk of local overheating of the heating fins 8; simple structure, easy and simple to handle, safe and reliable.
