Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of clinical tumor radiotherapy, and particularly relates to an auxiliary tool for manufacturing head and neck foam gel radiotherapy body position fixation.
Background
Tumor radiotherapy is a local treatment method for treating tumors by using radiation. Radiation includes radioisotope generated alpha, beta, gamma rays, and x-rays, electron beams, proton beams, and other particle beams generated by various types of x-ray therapeutic machines or accelerators, and the like. About 70% of cancer patients require radiation therapy in the course of treatment of cancer, and about 40% of cancer can be radically treated with radiation therapy. The role and position of radiation therapy in tumor therapy are increasingly prominent, and radiation therapy has become one of the main means for treating malignant tumors. Along with the development of computer technology, the radiotherapy plan is continuously perfected, and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, intensity modulated radiotherapy, radiotherapy under image guidance and the like are developed from two-dimensional radiotherapy, so that the conformality of a tumor target area, the uniformity of metering distribution and the positioning precision of radiotherapy are improved, and the millimeter-level accurate radiotherapy is realized to the greatest extent.
The body position fixing of the radiotherapy is the beginning part of the whole process of the radiotherapy and is an important step in the radiotherapy, and the effect of the body position fixing directly determines the accuracy of the whole radiotherapy. Regarding the positioning precision of radiotherapy, from the beginning, there is no fixing device, the x-ray simulation positioning machine is directly used for body surface marking to the use of a standardized headrest, a fixing body plate and a thermoplastic film, and then the current use of a foam adhesive combined head and neck shoulder thermoplastic film, a foam adhesive combined body thermoplastic film and other individual fixing devices is realized, and the continuously updated fixing device is used for further improving the positioning precision of radiotherapy, so that the purpose of accurate radiotherapy is achieved. The auxiliary tool layers used for assisting the radiotherapy posture fixation are endless at present, for example: head and neck shoulder foam side baffles, body foam side baffles, foam hand supports, and the like.
The head and neck foaming glue side baffle aiming at the head and neck tumor radiotherapy can not enable the foaming glue to be perfectly attached to the head and the shoulder of a patient, and the positioning of the head and neck tumor radiotherapy still has errors, so that the accuracy of the head and neck tumor radiotherapy is not high. In order to solve the problems, the auxiliary tool for manufacturing the head and neck foaming adhesive for fixing the radiotherapy body position is designed.
