Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of clinical tumor radiotherapy, and particularly relates to an auxiliary tool for manufacturing head and neck foam rubber radiotherapy posture fixation.
Background
Tumor radiotherapy is a local treatment for tumors using radiation. The radiation includes alpha, beta and gamma rays generated by radioactive isotopes, and x-rays, electron beams, proton beams and other particle beams generated by various x-ray therapeutic machines or accelerators. About 70% of cancer patients require radiation therapy in the course of cancer treatment, and about 40% of cancers can be cured by radiation therapy. The role and position of radiotherapy in tumor treatment are increasingly prominent, and the radiotherapy has become one of the main means for treating malignant tumors. With the development of computer technology, radiotherapy plans are continuously perfected, from two-dimensional radiotherapy to three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, intensity modulated radiotherapy, radiotherapy under image guidance and the like, the conformality, the metering distribution uniformity and the positioning precision of radiotherapy of a tumor target area are improved, and millimeter-grade accurate radiotherapy is realized to the maximum extent.
The posture fixing of the radiation therapy is the beginning part of the whole process of the radiation therapy and is an important step in the radiation therapy, and the precision of the whole radiation therapy is directly determined by the posture fixing effect. Regarding the positioning precision of radiotherapy, from the beginning, the X-ray simulation positioning machine is directly used for body surface marking to the use of a standardized headrest, a fixed body plate and a thermoplastic film without a fixing device, and then to the existing individualized fixing devices such as a foam adhesive combined head, neck and shoulder thermoplastic film, a foam adhesive combined body thermoplastic film and the like, and the positioning precision of radiotherapy is further improved by using the continuously updated fixing device, so that the aim of precise radiotherapy is fulfilled. There are now numerous aids for assisting the postural fixation in radiotherapy, such as: head and neck shoulder foaming glue side baffle, somatic part foaming glue side baffle, foaming glue hand rest etc..
The head and neck shoulder foam rubber side baffle plate for the head and neck tumor radiotherapy can not enable the foam rubber to perfectly fit the head and the shoulder of a patient, and errors still exist in the positioning of the head and neck tumor radiotherapy, so that the accuracy of the head and neck tumor radiotherapy is not high. In order to solve the problems, the auxiliary tool for manufacturing the head and neck foaming glue for fixing the radiotherapy body position is designed.
