本发明提供清热祛火的袋装茶及其制备方法,按质量份计,袋装茶包括:青茶16‑25份,白茶10‑15份,花茶8‑13份,苦瓜7‑11份,芦苇根4‑8份,白茅根2‑6份,蒲公英1‑3份;方法包括:按上述质量份准备新鲜原料青茶,白茶,花茶,苦瓜,芦苇根,白茅根及蒲公英,清洗干净后,备用;将备用原料置于萎凋室内自然萎凋,得到萎凋原料;把所述萎凋原料进行粉碎处理,得到混合原料;将所述混合原料放入烘干机内,在75‑80摄氏度下烘制30‑40min,得到烘干原料;把所述烘干原料经加热杀菌冷却后,按袋分装,封装得成品袋装茶;本发明提供清热祛火的袋装茶,解决干燥剂袋对放在密封袋或密封罐内茶叶干燥效果不理想的问题。

背景技术
茶原为中国南方的嘉木,茶叶作为一种著名的保健饮品,它是古代中国南方人民对中国饮食文化的贡献,也是中国人民对世界饮食文化的贡献,与可可及咖啡并称为当今世界三大无酒精的饮料,为世界三大饮料之首;
茶属于山茶科,为常绿灌木或小乔木植物,茶树叶子制成茶叶,泡水后使用,有强心,利尿的功效,茶树种植3年就可以采叶子,一般清明前后采摘长出4-5个叶的嫩芽,用这种嫩叶制作的茶叶质量非常好,属于茶中的珍品;
茶中有黄酮类化合物,芳香油化合物,碳水化合物,儿茶素,多种维生素,蛋白质和氨基酸等多种营养物质,还含有钙,磷,铁,锌,硒及铜等矿物质,这些成分对人体有益,对人体预防疾病有重要意义;
现有的茶叶主要是放在密封袋或密封罐内,然后放入干燥剂袋,防止密封袋或密封罐内的茶叶受潮,但由于干燥剂袋只放在茶叶的某个区域,仅对处于干燥剂袋附近的茶叶起到干燥作用,干燥作用不理想。

为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供清热祛火的袋装茶,解决干燥剂袋对放在密封袋或密封罐内茶叶干燥效果不理想的问题。

(1)按上述质量份准备新鲜原料青茶,白茶,花茶,苦瓜,芦苇根,白茅根及蒲公英,清洗干净后,备用;
(2)将备用原料置于萎凋室内自然萎凋,得到萎凋原料,萎凋室内的温度为20-22摄氏度,相对湿度为30-40%;
(3)把所述萎凋原料进行粉碎处理,得到混合原料;
(4)将所述混合原料放入烘干机内,在75-80摄氏度下烘制30-40min,得到烘干原料;
(5)把所述烘干原料经加热杀菌冷却后,按袋分装,封装得成品袋装茶。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中,还包括,将萎凋原料粉碎前,在萎凋原料表面喷洒复合护色剂2-4份,静置10-15min;
所述复合护色剂包括抗坏血酸、山梨酸钾、海藻酸钠和水,按质量比,抗坏血酸:山梨酸钾:海藻酸钠:水为1-3:1-3:1-3:8-10。

下面对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
清热祛火的袋装茶,按质量份计,青茶16份,白茶10份,花茶8份,苦瓜7份,芦苇根4份,白茅根2份,蒲公英1份;
上述袋装茶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述质量份准备新鲜原料青茶,白茶,花茶,苦瓜,芦苇根,白茅根及蒲公英,清洗干净后,备用;
(2)将备用原料置于萎凋室内自然萎凋,得到萎凋原料,萎凋室内的温度为20-22摄氏度,相对湿度为30-40%;
(3)把所述萎凋原料进行粉碎处理,粉碎处理具体为:利用超声波将萎凋原料进行粉碎,粉碎时间为10-15min,得到混合原料;
(4)将所述混合原料放入烘干机内,在75-80摄氏度下烘制30-40min,得到烘干原料;
(5)把所述烘干原料经加热杀菌冷却后,按袋分装,封装得成品袋装茶。
实施例2
清热祛火的袋装茶,按质量份计,包括如下组份:青茶5份,白茶15份,花茶13份,苦瓜11份,芦苇根8份,白茅根6份,蒲公英3份。
本实施例的袋装茶的制备方法同实施例1相同。
实施例3

本实施例的上述袋装茶的制备方法同实施例1相同。
实施例5
清热祛火的袋装茶,按质量份计,包括如下组份:青茶20份,白茶13份,花茶10份,苦瓜9份,芦苇根7份,白茅根5份,蒲公英2份。
本实施例的上述袋装茶的制备方法同实施例1相同。
实施例6
本实施例的清热祛火的袋装茶,在实施例1的基础上,袋装茶原料进一步包括复合护色剂2-4份,所述复合护色剂包括抗坏血酸、山梨酸钾、海藻酸钠和水,按质量比,抗坏血酸:山梨酸钾:海藻酸钠:水为1-3:1-3:1-3:8-10,优选的,抗坏血酸:山梨酸钾:海藻酸钠:水为1:2:3:10;
上述袋装茶的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述质量份准备新鲜原料青茶,白茶,花茶,苦瓜,芦苇根,白茅根及蒲公英,清洗干净后,备用;
(2)将备用原料置于萎凋室内自然萎凋,得到萎凋原料,萎凋室内的温度为20-22摄氏度,相对湿度为30-40%;
(3)把所述萎凋原料表面喷洒上述复合护色剂,静置10-15min,然后进行粉碎处理,粉碎处理具体为:利用超声波将萎凋原料进行粉碎,粉碎时间为10-15min,得到混合原料;
(4)将所述混合原料放入烘干机内,在75-80摄氏度下烘制30-40min,得到烘干原料;
(5)把所述烘干原料经加热杀菌冷却后,按袋分装,封装得成品袋装茶。
实施例7
本实施例在实施例6的基础上,袋装茶原料进一步包括壳聚糖1-5份,优选为5份;
袋装茶的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述质量份准备新鲜原料青茶,白茶,花茶,苦瓜,芦苇根,白茅根及蒲公英,清洗干净后,备用;
(2)将备用原料置于萎凋室内自然萎凋,得到萎凋原料,萎凋室内的温度为20-22摄氏度,相对湿度为30-40%;
(3)把所述萎凋原料表面喷洒上述复合护色剂,静置10-15min,然后进行粉碎处理,粉碎处理具体为:利用超声波将萎凋原料进行粉碎,粉碎时间为10-15min,得到混合原料;
(4)将所述混合原料放入烘干机内,在75-80摄氏度下烘制30-40min,得到烘干原料;
(5)把所述烘干原料经加热杀菌冷却后,按袋分装,每袋茶叶内加入上述质量份的壳聚糖,封装得成品袋装茶。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

1.清热祛火的袋装茶,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括如下组份:青茶16-25份,白茶10-15份,花茶8-13份,苦瓜7-11份,芦苇根4-8份,白茅根2-6份,蒲公英1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清热祛火的袋装茶,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括如下组份:青茶18-22份,白茶12-14份,花茶10-11份,苦瓜8-9份,芦苇根6-8份,白茅根4-6份,蒲公英2-3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的清热祛火的袋装茶,其特征在于,按质量份计,包括如下组份:青茶20份,白茶13份,花茶10份,苦瓜9份,芦苇根7份,白茅根5份,蒲公英2份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的清热祛火的袋装茶,其特征在于,按质量份计,还包括壳聚糖1-5份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的清热祛火的袋装茶,其特征在于,还包括复合护色剂2-4份,所述复合护色剂包括抗坏血酸、山梨酸钾、海藻酸钠和水,按质量比,抗坏血酸:山梨酸钾:海藻酸钠:水为1-3:1-3:1-3:8-10。
6.根据权利要求5所述的清热祛火的袋装茶,其特征在于,抗坏血酸:山梨酸钾:海藻酸钠:水为1:2:3:10。
7.根据权利要求1所述的清热祛火的袋装茶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按上述质量份准备新鲜原料青茶,白茶,花茶,苦瓜,芦苇根,白茅根及蒲公英,清洗干净后,备用;
(2)将备用原料置于萎凋室内自然萎凋,得到萎凋原料,萎凋室内的温度为20-22摄氏度,相对湿度为30-40%;
(3)把所述萎凋原料进行粉碎处理,得到混合原料;
(4)将所述混合原料放入烘干机内,在75-80摄氏度下烘制30-40min,得到烘干原料;
(5)把所述烘干原料经加热杀菌冷却后,按袋分装,封装得成品袋装茶。
8.根据权利要求7所述的清热祛火的袋装茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,还包括,将萎凋原料粉碎前,在萎凋原料表面喷洒复合护色剂2-4份,静置10-15min;
所述复合护色剂包括抗坏血酸、山梨酸钾、海藻酸钠和水,按质量比,抗坏血酸:山梨酸钾:海藻酸钠:水为1-3:1-3:1-3:8-10。
9.根据权利要求7所述的清热祛火的袋装茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,烘干原料按袋分装时,于袋中添加壳聚糖2-4份,混合均匀后封装。
10.根据权利要求7所述的清热祛火的袋装茶的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,粉碎处理具体为:利用超声波将萎凋原料进行粉碎,粉碎时间为10-15min。
