In the research and development process, the invention finds that the single use of 2.2% -2.5% benzalkonium chloride can achieve 99.9% of good bactericidal effect, but the long-acting bacteriostatic effect is not obvious, and the mixture of benzalkonium chloride and hydroxyl dichloro diphenyl ether according to a certain proportion can achieve the long-acting bacteriostatic effect, thereby solving the problem that the benzalkonium chloride has short bacteriostatic effect.
Therefore, through the mutual matching of the components and the proportion of the components disclosed by the invention, the washing fragrance retaining bead disclosed by the invention is quickly dissolved, has the density close to that of water, is easy to stir without sinking, and can fully release essence and a sterilization bacteriostat to uniformly act on clothes washed at the bottom layer, the middle layer and the upper layer in the washing machine during washing. Therefore, the fragrance of the clothes washed by the laundry fragrance-retaining bead prepared by the invention is attached to clothes for a long time and uniformly, and the laundry fragrance-retaining bead can strongly sterilize and long-term inhibit bacteria to protect the health of family members.
Compared with the prior art, the strong-effect sterilization long-acting antibacterial washing fragrance retaining bead provided by the invention has the following advantages:
(1) when the powerful sterilizing long-acting antibacterial washing fragrance retaining bead provided by the invention is mixed with a washing article to wash clothes, the washing fragrance retaining bead is quickly dissolved, the density of the washing fragrance retaining bead is close to that of water, essence in the washing fragrance retaining bead can be slowly released at a certain speed, so that the clothes to be washed are uniformly fragrant, the essence is prevented from being discharged out of the washing machine in a large amount in the washing and rinsing processes, the essence is effectively attached to the clothes for a longer time, and the fragrance is retained for a longer time.
(2) The powerful and long-acting antibacterial washing fragrance retaining bead provided by the invention is added with the antibacterial and bacteriostatic agent which is composed according to a certain proportion, so that an excellent instant antibacterial effect can be achieved, bacteria can be killed while washing, and the powerful and long-acting antibacterial washing fragrance retaining bead has good lasting antibacterial effect and long-acting antibacterial protection effect.
(3) The preparation method of the strong-effect sterilization long-acting antibacterial washing fragrance retaining bead provided by the invention is simple in process and beneficial to large-scale industrial production.

The bactericidal bacteriostatic agent is prepared from benzalkonium chloride and hydroxyl dichloro diphenyl ether in a weight ratio of 22: 6.
The preparation method of the strong-effect sterilization long-acting bacteriostatic washing fragrance retaining bead comprises the following steps:
s1, heating and uniformly stirring the solid polyethylene glycol high polymer PEG-8000, and melting to form colorless transparent viscous liquid;
s2, adding sodium bicarbonate into the transparent liquid obtained in the step S1 under the condition of heat preservation, heating to generate micro bubbles, and stirring to ensure that the bubbles are uniformly distributed to form a bubble liquid;
s3, continuously adding glycerol, a sterilization bacteriostat, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol, essence microcapsules and dye into the bubble liquid obtained in the step S2 under the condition of heat preservation, and uniformly stirring to form a preparation liquid;
s4, adding the preparation liquid obtained in the step S3 into a mold, and quickly cooling to room temperature for shaping to obtain the laundry fragrance-retaining beads.
The heating temperature in step S1 and the keeping temperature in steps S2 and S3 were 65 ℃.

The strong-effect sterilization long-acting bacteriostatic washing fragrance retaining bead is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: polyethylene glycol PEG-800080 parts, sodium bicarbonate 5 parts, glycerin 5 parts, essence 5 parts, bactericidal bacteriostatic agent 3.5 parts, essence microcapsule 1.2 parts, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol 0.15 parts, and dye 0.1 part.
The bactericidal bacteriostatic agent is prepared from benzalkonium chloride and hydroxyl dichloro diphenyl ether in a weight ratio of 27: 5.

The bactericidal bacteriostatic agent is prepared from benzalkonium chloride and hydroxyl dichloro diphenyl ether in a weight ratio of 27: 5.

As can be seen from Table 1: the fragrance-retaining beads prepared in examples 1 to 3 were reduced in density compared to those prepared in comparative examples 1 to 2, wherein the laundry fragrance-retaining beads prepared in example 2 had the smallest density, were close to that of water, were easy to stir and did not sink, and were able to sufficiently release perfume, so that clothes washed in the bottom, middle and upper layers of water were uniformly perfumed during washing, which is the best example of the present invention. In contrast, in comparative examples 1-2, the density of the prepared laundry fragrance-retaining beads was significantly increased by changing the amount of sodium bicarbonate added.
Test example two, dissolution rate test
1. Test materials: examples 1-3, comparative examples 3-5.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: the laundry fragrance beads prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 3 to 5 were taken, each having a diameter of 1cm, dissolved in water having the same volume and a temperature of 10 ℃, left to stand naturally, and a stopwatch was pressed to start timing, the dissolution of the fragrance beads was observed, and when the fragrance beads were completely dissolved, the timing was stopped by pressing the stopwatch, and the results of the dissolution time test of the fragrance beads were recorded.
3. Test results
The test results are shown in table 2.

As can be seen from table 2, the laundry detergent beads prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have a shorter complete dissolution time than the comparative example, and the laundry detergent beads prepared in example 2 have the shortest complete dissolution time, which is only 16 minutes, which is the best example of the present invention. When the addition amount of glycerin is changed in comparative examples 3 to 5, the complete dissolution time of the prepared laundry fragrance bead is greatly increased; it can be seen from comparative examples 3 and 5 that adding too little or too much glycerin affects the complete dissolution time of the laundry fragrance bead.
Test example three, Sterilization Effect test
1. Test materials: examples 1-3, comparative examples 6-8.
2. The test method comprises the following steps: the laundry fragrance beads prepared in examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 6 to 8 were tested for inhibitory activity against staphylococcus aureus by a colorimetric method: inoculating test strains on an agar culture medium, respectively adding the samples to be tested of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 6-8, culturing at 37 ℃ for 24 hours, washing a culture dish by using frozen normal saline to obtain eluate, adding a certain amount of TNT reagent, measuring the light absorption value at 525nm by using a spectrophotometer after stabilization, recording the number of viable bacteria after initial and washing fragrance-retaining bead action, and calculating the bacteriostasis rate.
3. Test results
The test results are shown in table 3.

As can be seen from Table 3, the laundry aroma-retaining beads prepared in the examples 1 to 3 of the present invention have a good bacteriostatic effect on Staphylococcus aureus, wherein the bacteriostatic rate of the example 2 is 99.85%, which is the best example of the present invention. When the components and the content proportion of the bactericidal bacteriostatic agent in the components are changed in the comparative examples 6-8, the inhibitory effect of the prepared laundry fragrance-retaining bead on staphylococcus aureus is greatly reduced, which shows that the bactericidal bacteriostatic agent added in the invention has reasonable component proportion and obvious synergistic effect, and the prepared laundry fragrance-retaining bead can strongly sterilize and long-term bacteriostatic to protect the health of family members.
