s5, adding the preparation liquid into a mold, and rapidly cooling to 25 ℃ to obtain the laundry fragrance retaining beads.
The heating temperature in the step S2 is 70-80 ℃.

The laundry fragrance retaining bead in the embodiment 6 of the invention comprises the following components in parts by mass: PEG-800077 kg, sodium bicarbonate 4kg, glycerol 6kg, silicone oil 3kg, essence microcapsule 0.5kg, sodium sulfate 5kg, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol 0.3kg, dye 0.2kg and liquid paraffin 1 kg.
The embodiment 6 of the invention discloses a preparation method of a laundry fragrance retaining bead, which comprises the following steps:
s1, putting the essence microcapsules with the formula ratio into liquid paraffin, and stirring to obtain an essence microcapsule mixture;
s2, heating and uniformly stirring the PEG-8000 according to the formula amount, and melting to form colorless transparent viscous liquid;

The laundry fragrance beads prepared in examples 1 to 6 and comparative examples 1 to 5 were taken, and the diameters thereof were 1cm, dissolved in water having the same volume and a temperature of 10 ℃, left naturally, and the dissolution was started by pressing a stopwatch, and the dissolution of the fragrance beads was observed, and when the fragrance beads were completely dissolved, the dissolution was stopped by pressing the stopwatch, and the dissolution times of the fragrance beads were recorded.

As can be seen from table 1, the laundry perfume beads prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention have a shorter complete dissolution time than the comparative examples, and the laundry perfume bead prepared in example 2 has the shortest complete dissolution time, which is the best example of the present invention. Comparative example 1 no sodium bicarbonate was added and the complete dissolution time of the laundry fragrance bead prepared therewith was greatly increased; as can be seen from comparative examples 2 and 3, the addition of too little or too much glycerin affects the complete dissolution time of the laundry fragrance-retaining beads; it can be known from comparative example 5 that the excessive mass of the added silicone oil affects the complete dissolution time of the fragrance-retaining beads for washing clothes, because the glycerin and the silicone oil have defoaming effect to a certain extent, when the adding amount is too small, the effect of promoting dissolution by the glycerin and the effect of promoting softening by the silicone oil are limited, and when the adding amount is too large, the glycerin and the silicone oil can obviously destroy liquid films on the surfaces of bubbles, prevent the formation of the bubbles and promote the destruction of the bubbles, cannot form a loose microporous structure, and reduce the solubility of the fragrance-retaining beads for washing clothes, so that the adding amount of the glycerin is 3-8%, and the adding amount of the silicone oil is 1-4% in the range.
Test example two, measurement of fragrance bead Density for washing clothes
Taking the laundry fragrance retaining beads prepared in the examples 1-6 and the comparative example 1 respectively, wherein the diameter of the laundry fragrance retaining beads is 1cm, and performing a density test by a specific gravity method under the same condition, wherein the specific details are as follows: a500 mL volumetric flask was taken, 450.00mL of water was transferred to the flask by using a 50mL pipette and weighed to obtain a mass W1, and then fragrance-retaining beads were added to the flask to raise the water level to the scale, and the flask was weighed again to obtain a mass W2 and a density ρ (W2-W1)/50.

As can be seen from table 2, compared with comparative example 1, the density of the laundry aroma-retaining beads prepared in examples 1 to 6 of the present invention is reduced, wherein the density of the laundry aroma-retaining beads prepared in example 2 is the minimum, is close to that of water, so that the laundry aroma-retaining beads are easy to stir without sinking, can fully release the essence, and make the clothes washed in the bottom layer, the middle layer and the upper layer of water uniformly receive aroma during washing, which is the best example of the present invention. Comparative example 1 no sodium bicarbonate was added and the laundry fragrance bead made was significantly increased in density.
Test example three, durability test of fragrance of laundry fragrance bead
The same clothes are respectively put into the same washing machine, water with the same volume is added, then the washing fragrance-retaining beads prepared in the embodiments 1-6 are respectively added, the clothes are dried in the same environment and under the same conditions after being washed for the same time, then the clothes are placed in the same environment (60 ℃) and the fragrance durability of the clothes is evaluated. The results show that the clothes washed by the washing fragrance retaining beads prepared in the examples 4-6 have good fragrance retaining durability, and still have fragrance after being placed for 60 days, wherein the clothes washed by the washing fragrance retaining beads prepared in the example 5 have the best fragrance retaining durability, and still have fragrance after 65 days, and the clothes washed by the washing fragrance retaining beads are the best examples of the invention; the essential material essence microcapsules in the laundry aroma-retaining beads prepared in the examples 1 to 3 are not treated by liquid paraffin, the aroma-retaining persistence of clothes washed by the essential material essence microcapsules is poor, and the clothes basically have no aroma after being placed for 45 days, which indicates that after the essential microcapsules are treated by the liquid paraffin, the surfaces of the essential microcapsules are uniformly coated by the liquid paraffin for the second time, so that the essential microcapsules are kept stable under the heating condition, and the prepared laundry aroma-retaining beads have a more lasting aroma-retaining function.
Test example four, static electricity removal and softening performance test of laundry fragrance bead prepared by the present invention
The antistatic test is carried out on the laundry fragrance retaining beads prepared in the examples 2 and 5 according to the national standard of the determination of the antistatic performance of the fabric conditioner (GB/T16801-; the tested real silk fabric sample plate has the electrostatic voltage drop amplitude of more than 20% before and after treatment, which shows that the washing fragrance retaining beads of the invention can ensure that clothes have certain wettability, reduce the generation of static electricity and make the washed clothes more flexible. Compared with the comparative example 4, the addition amount of the silicone oil is reduced, and the electrostatic voltage reduction amplitude before and after the treatment of the pure wool fabric sample is only 10% through tests; the tested real silk fabric sample plate has 6% of electrostatic voltage drop before and after treatment, and the static electricity removal and softness performances are poor.

1. The laundry fragrance bead is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by mass: PEG-800075-82%, sodium bicarbonate 2-7%, glycerol 3-8%, silicone oil 1-4%, essence microcapsule 0.1-0.7%, sodium sulfate 3-7%, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol 0.1-0.4% and dye 0.05-0.3%.
2. The laundry fragrance bead as claimed in claim 1, comprising the following components in mass fraction: PEG-800076-80%, sodium bicarbonate 5%, glycerin 5%, silicone oil 2%, essence 3.2%, essence microcapsule 0.5%, sodium sulfate 4%, 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol 0.2% and dye 0.1%.
3. A laundry fragrance bead as claimed in claim 1 or 2 wherein the perfume microcapsules are liquid paraffin-treated perfume microcapsules.
4. A laundry fragrance bead as claimed in claim 3 wherein the liquid paraffin is added in an amount of 1 to 2 times the mass of the perfume microcapsules.
5. A process for the preparation of a laundry fragrance bead as claimed in claim 1 or 2, comprising in particular the steps of:
s1, heating and uniformly stirring the PEG-8000 according to the formula amount, and melting to form colorless transparent viscous liquid;
s2, adding sodium bicarbonate with the formula amount into the colorless transparent viscous liquid under the condition of heat preservation, and uniformly stirring to obtain bubble liquid;
s3, continuously adding the glycerol, the silicone oil, the essence microcapsule, the sodium sulfate, the 2, 6-di-tert-butyl-4-methylphenol and the dye with the formula ratio into the bubble liquid under the condition of heat preservation, and uniformly stirring to form a preparation liquid;
s4, adding the preparation liquid into a mold, and rapidly cooling to 25 ℃ to obtain the laundry fragrance retaining beads.
6. The method for preparing laundry flavor-retaining beads according to claim 5, wherein the heating temperature in the step S1 is 70 to 80 ℃.
7. The method for preparing the laundry aroma-retaining bead as claimed in claim 5, further comprising treating the essence microcapsule with liquid paraffin, wherein the addition amount of the liquid paraffin is 1-2 times of the mass of the essence microcapsule.
