在根据本发明的所有实施方式中,特别有利的是使用基本上由辛基(C8)和癸基(C10)多葡糖苷组成的C8-10烷基多葡糖苷。优选地,这样的辛基(C8)和癸基(C10)多葡糖苷还表现出在3:1至1:3的范围内,优选在约2:1至1:2的范围内,最优选在1.5:1至1:1.5的范围内辛基(C8)单葡糖苷与癸基(C10)单葡糖苷的比率(%/%,其中所有%都是通过HPLC-MS测定的面积%)。另外,此类C8-10烷基多葡糖苷优选地包含不超过3重量%,更优选不超过2重量%,最优选不超过1.5重量%的C12烷基单葡糖苷(如通过HPLC-MS测定)。可以理解的是,这样的烷基多葡糖苷基本上不含任何更高级的(即,C14-16)烷基多葡糖苷。
根据本发明的特别有利的C8-10烷基多葡糖苷由衍生自玉米的葡萄糖和衍生自椰子油和棕榈仁油的C8和C 10脂肪醇制成,其例如是由上海精细化工有限公司在商品名Green APG 0810下作为水性分散体出售的。
优选地,基于水性分散体的总重量,这种C8-16烷基多葡糖苷或其混合物以2至15重量%,优选5至10重量%的浓度存在。优选地,这种C8-16烷基多葡糖苷是C8-10烷基多葡糖苷。
根据另一个实施方式,微粒化的紫外线滤光剂是亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚或三联苯三嗪。在一个优选的实施方式中,紫外线滤光剂是微粒化的亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚。
亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚(INCI)也被称为MBBT、2,2'-亚甲基双-(6-(2H-苯并三唑-2-基)-4-(1,1,3,3-四甲基丁基)-苯酚,是由DSM Nutritional ProductsLtd(MAX)和BASF SE作为包含MBBT和烷基多葡糖苷的水性分散体出售的。亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚是可过滤UVA和UVB光的一种广谱紫外线滤光剂。
在本发明的所有实施方式中,基于组合物总重量,微粒化的紫外线滤光剂(基于活性物质)、优选地亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚或三联苯三嗪、最优选地亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚在根据本发明的局部组合物中的量有利地在0.1至20重量%的范围内选择,具体地在0.2至15重量%的范围内、最具体地在0.3至10重量%的范围内选择。基于组合物的总重量,进一步优选的范围是0.5至10重量%、1至8重量%和1至5重量%和2至5重量%。
在本发明的所有实施方式中,基于组合物的总重量,在根据本发明的局部组合物中存在的泛醇的量有利地选自0.001重量%至10重量%的范围,优选0.01重量%至7重量%的范围,更优选0.1重量%至6重量%的范围,最优选0.5重量%至5重量%的范围。基于组合物的总重量,进一步优选的范围是0.5重量%至4.5重量%,0.6重量%至4重量%,0.6重量%至3.5重量%,1至5重量%,2至5重量%,3至5重量%,1至6重量%,2至6重量%,3至6重量%以及4至6重量%的泛醇。
在本发明的所有实施方式中,基于组合物的总重量,在根据本发明的局部组合物中使用的羟基苯乙酮的量有利地选自0.001重量%至5重量%的范围,优选0.01重量%至4重量%的范围,更优选0.1重量%至3重量%的范围。基于组合物的总重量,进一步优选的范围是0.005重量%至4.5重量%,0.05重量%至4.3重量%,和0.25重量%至2.9重量%,以及0.25至2重量%或0.25至1重量%。
本发明的一个实施方式涉及在根据本发明的局部组合物中使用本文中所描述和定义的微粒化的紫外线滤光剂、尤其与泛醇和羟基苯乙酮组合的方法,用于减少局部组合物转移到玻璃或塑料表面。
在本发明的一个具体的实施方式中,涉及使用亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚、泛醇和对羟基苯乙醇在根据本发明的局部组合物中的方法,用于减少局部组合物转移到玻璃或塑料表面。
在另一个实施方式中,本发明涉及本文中所描述和定义的微粒化的紫外线滤光剂、泛醇和羟基苯乙酮用于减少局部组合物中包含的脂肪和油转移到表面(例如尤其是玻璃或塑料表面,诸如触摸屏)的用途。
在另一个实施方式中,本发明涉及减少脂肪和/或油转移到表面、特别是玻璃或塑料表面(例如触摸屏)的方法,所述方法包括向包含这种脂肪和油的根据本发明的局部组合物中加入本文中所描述和定义的微粒化的紫外线滤光剂、泛醇和羟基苯乙酮。
在本发明的所有实施方式中,优选的局部组合物是含有油相和水相的乳液,例如尤其是O/W、W/O、Si/W、W/Si、O/W/O、W/O/W多重乳液或皮克林乳液。基于组合物的总重量,存在于这种乳液中的油相(即包含所有油和脂肪的相)的量优选为至少10重量%,例如在10至60重量%的范围内,优选在15-50重量%的范围内,最优选15-40重量%的范围内。
在另一个实施方式中,本发明涉及用作防晒剂的根据本文描述的实施方式的局部组合物,还涉及根据本文描述的实施方式的局部组合物作为防晒剂的用途。
除微粒化的紫外线滤光剂、尤其是微粒化的亚甲基双-苯并三唑基四甲基丁基苯酚或三联苯三嗪外,在根据本发明的局部组合物中还可以存在其他的紫外线滤光剂。这些紫外线滤光剂都是市售的紫外线滤光剂物质,例如具体地(INCI名称)聚硅氧烷-15、苯基苯并咪唑磺酸、3-苯亚甲基樟脑、氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯(octocrylene)、甲氧基肉桂酸乙基己酯、水杨酸乙基己酯、胡莫柳酯、乙基己基三嗪酮、氧化锌、双-乙基己氧基酚甲氧苯基三嗪、二乙基己基丁酰胺基三嗪酮、二苯甲酮-3、二氧化钛、丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷、苯基二苯并咪唑四磺酸二钠和二乙氨基羟苯甲酰基苯甲酸己酯,不过并不限于这些物质。优选地,根据本发明的局部用组合物至少包含氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯、水杨酸乙基己酯和丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰基甲烷作为其他紫外线滤光剂。
在另一个有利的实施方式中,根据本发明的局部组合物不含亚甲基樟脑(methylidene camphor,3-(4-甲基亚苄基)樟脑)和/或氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯。
进一步有利的是,如果根据本发明的局部组合物不含聚乙二醇、聚乙二醇醚和聚乙二醇酯(PEG-衍生物)。
还有利的是,如果根据本发明的局部用组合物不含对羟基苯甲酸酯类、苄索氯铵、吡罗酮醇胺、月桂酰精氨酸酯、苯甲酸、山梨酸、甲基异噻唑啉酮、氯甲基异噻唑啉酮、溴苯酚、苯扎氯铵、甲醛释放剂、水杨酸、三氯生、脱氢乙酸、DMDM乙内酰脲、氯酚素、IPBC。
由于根据本发明的局部组合物意图用于局部施用,因此它们包含生理学上可接受的介质,即与角质物质(例如皮肤、粘膜和角质纤维)相容的介质。特别是,生理学上可接受的介质是美容上可接受的载体。
术语美容上可接受的载体是指化妆品组合物中常规使用的所有载体和/或赋形剂和/或稀释剂。
根据本发明的优选的局部组合物是皮肤护理制剂、修饰用制剂和功能制剂。
皮肤护理制剂的示例特别是,光防护制剂、抗衰老制剂、用于治疗光衰老的制剂、身体油、身体乳、身体凝胶、护理霜、护肤软膏、皮肤粉剂、保湿凝胶、保湿喷雾、面部和/或身体保湿剂、皮肤美黑制剂(即用于人类皮肤的人工/无阳光的美黑和/或致黑的组合物),例如仿晒(self-tanning)乳膏剂和亮肤制剂。

根据本发明的局部组合物有利地以在水包油(O/W)乳化剂的存在下包含分散在水相中的油相的O/W乳液的形式存在。这种O/W乳液的制备对于本领域的技术人员是公知的并在实施例中加以说明。
在一个有利的实施方式中,根据本发明的O/W乳化剂是磷酸酯乳化剂。术语磷酸酯乳化剂是指式(II)的磷酸酯乳化剂

根据本发明的其他合适的O/W乳化剂包括PEG-30二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、PEG-4二月桂酸酯、PEG-8二油酸酯、PEG-40脱水山梨糖醇全油酸酯、PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯、PEG-20杏仁油甘油酯、PEG-25氢化蓖麻油、硬脂酸甘油酯(和)PEG-100硬脂酸酯、PEG-7橄榄油酸酯、PEG-8油酸酯、PEG-8月桂酸酯、PEG-60杏仁油甘油酯、PEG-20甲基葡萄糖倍半硬脂酸酯、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、PEG-80山梨醇月桂酸酯、硬脂醇聚醚-2、硬脂醇聚醚-12、油醇聚醚-2、鲸蜡醇聚醚-2、月桂醇聚醚-4、油醇聚醚-10、油醇聚醚-10/聚乙二醇10油醚、鲸蜡醇聚醚-10、异鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、鲸蜡硬脂醇聚醚-20、油醇聚醚-20、硬脂醇聚醚-20、硬脂醇聚醚-21、鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、异鲸蜡醇聚醚-20、月桂醇聚醚-23、硬脂醇聚醚-100、甘油基硬脂酸柠檬酸酯、硬脂酸甘油酯(自乳化)、硬脂酸、硬脂酸盐、聚甘油-3-甲基葡糖二硬脂酸酯。其他合适的乳化剂是脱水山梨糖醇油酸酯、脱水山梨糖醇倍半油酸酯、脱水山梨糖醇异硬脂酸酯、脱水山梨糖醇三油酸酯、月桂基葡糖苷、癸基葡糖苷、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、蔗糖多硬脂酸酯和水合聚异丁烯。此外,一种或多种合成聚合物可用作乳化剂。例如,PVP二十碳烯共聚物、丙烯酸酯/C10-30烷基丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、丙烯酸酯/硬脂醇聚醚-20甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物、PEG-22/十二烷基乙二醇共聚物、PEG-45/十二烷甘醇共聚物,以及它们的混合物。
另一类特别合适的O/W乳化剂是非离子自乳化体系,其来源于橄榄油,例如以OLIVEM 1000商品名出售的(INCI名称)橄榄油鲸蜡醇酯和脱水山梨糖醇橄榄油酸酯(化学成分:橄榄油脂肪酸的脱水山梨糖醇酯和鲸蜡硬脂醇酯)。
另一类特别合适的乳化剂是脂肪酸的聚甘油酯或二酯,也称为聚甘油酯/二酯(即一种或多种脂肪酸通过酯化作用与聚甘油结合的聚合物),例如在Evonik以Isolan GPS[INCI名称:聚甘油-4-二异硬脂酸酯/聚羟基硬脂酸酯/癸二酸酯(即异硬脂酸、聚羟基硬脂酸和癸二酸与聚甘油-4混合物的二酯)]商购可得或在Cognis以Dehymuls PGPH可得(INCI聚甘油-2-二聚羟基硬脂酸酯)。
此外合适的是聚亚烷基二醇醚,例如Brij 72(聚氧乙烯(2)硬酯醇醚)或Brij 721(聚氧乙烯(21)硬酯醇醚),例如,可在Croda获得。
基于组合物的总重量,至少一者O/W乳化剂或Si/W乳化剂分别优选以0.5重量%至10重量%,例如特别是0.5重量%至5重量%的范围,例如最特别是0.5重量%至4重量%的范围内的量使用。
合适的W/O乳化剂或W/Si乳化剂是聚甘油-2-二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、PEG-30二聚羟基硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡基聚二甲基硅氧烷共聚醇、油酸/异硬脂酸的聚甘油-3二异硬脂酸酯聚甘油酯、聚甘油-6-六蓖麻醇酸酯(polyglyceryl-6hexaricinolate)、聚甘油-4-油酸酯、聚甘油-4-油酸酯/PEG-8丙二醇椰油酸酯、硬脂酸镁、硬脂酸钠、月桂酸钾、蓖麻酸钾、椰油酸钠、牛脂酸钠、蓖麻油酸钾、油酸钠,以及它们的混合物。其他合适的W/Si乳化剂是月桂基聚甘油-3聚二甲基硅氧乙基二甲聚硅氧烷和/或PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基二甲聚硅氧烷和/或鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1二甲聚硅氧烷和/或PEG-12二甲聚硅氧烷交联聚合物和/或PEG/PPG-18/18二甲聚硅氧烷。基于组合物的总重量,该至少一种W/O乳化剂优选以约0.001重量%至10重量%的量,更优选0.2重量%至7重量%的量使用。
根据本发明的局部组合物还有利地包含至少一种助表面活性剂,例如,选自单甘油酯和二甘油酯和/或脂肪醇的组。基于组合物的总重量,助表面活性剂通常以选自0.1重量%至10重量%的范围,例如特别是0.5重量%至7重量%的范围,例如最特别是1重量%至5重量%的范围的量使用。特别合适的助表面活性剂选自烷基醇,例如鲸蜡醇(Lorol C16,Lanette 16)、鲸蜡硬脂醇(Lanette O)、硬酯醇(Lanette 18)、山嵛醇(Lanette 22)、硬脂酸甘油酯、肉豆蔻酸甘油酯(Estol 3650)、氢化椰子酸甘油酯(Lipocire Na10)以及它们的混合物的列表。

根据本发明的一个有利的实施方式,组合物构成化妆品组合物,并意图用于皮肤的局部施用。
最后,本发明的主题是一种对角质物质(例如特别是皮肤)进行美容处理的方法,其中如上所定义的组合物应用于所述角质物质(例如特别是皮肤)。该方法特别适用于保护皮肤免受紫外线辐射的不利影响,例如特别是晒伤和/或光老化。

在一些情况下,本文中有用的美容活性成分可提供一种以上的益处或通过一种以上的作用方式起作用。

基于所需产品,化妆品佐剂和添加剂和皮肤学佐剂和添加剂的必要量可以由本领域技术人员很容易地选择,并将在实施例中加以说明,但不限于此。
当然,本领域技术人员将小心选择上述可选的一种或多种附加的化合物和/或其量,以使得与按照本发明的组合本质上相关的有利性质未受到或基本上未受到由于预期的一种或多种添加导致的不利影响。
根据本发明的局部组合物通常具有3至10的范围内的pH,优选4至8的范围内的pH,并最优选pH在4至7的范围内的pH。根据本领域的标准方法,可根据需要使用合适的酸(例如柠檬酸)或碱(例如NaOH)容易地调节pH。
根据本发明的局部组合物还可包含一种或多种舒缓和软化皮肤的润肤剂。作为一个示例,润肤剂可以是二辛酰基碳酸酯或C12-15烷基苯甲酸酯。其他的润肤剂是硅氧烷(二甲聚硅氧烷、环状聚甲基硅氧烷)、植物油(葡萄籽、芝麻籽、荷荷巴油等)、黄油(可可脂、乳木果油)、醇(硬脂醇、鲸蜡醇)和凡士林衍生物(凡士林油、矿物油)。
根据本发明的化妆品组合物有利地包含防腐剂或防腐增强剂。优选地,附加的防腐剂和防腐增强剂分别选自由苯氧乙醇、乙基己基甘油、辛酸甘油酯、辛酸乙二醇、1,2-己二醇、丙烷二醇、丙二醇以及它们的混合物组成的组。存在时,基于组合物的总重量,防腐剂他防腐增强剂分别优选以0.01重量%至2重量%的量,更优选0.05重量%至1.5重量%的量,最优选0.1重量%至1.0重量%的量使用。特别优选的是,根据本发明的化妆品组合物不包含任何另外的/其他防腐剂,例如,对羟基苯甲酸酯类和/或甲基异噻唑啉酮。

实验部分
如表1所述的配制物(O/W乳液)已根据本领域的标准方法制备。
然后按如下所述用海绵测试来测试抗转移性(transfer resistance)(测试始终在相同的测试设置(同一天,同一个人,同样的温度,同样的湿度等)中进行:
-将一块海绵布切成7.5cm x 2.5cm的小块;
-去皮校准(tare)海绵样品的重量;
-涂覆400mg乳霜(cream),并使其均匀分布在所有的7.5x 2.5厘米的海绵表面上;
-称重带涂覆的样品的海绵;
-去皮校准显微镜载玻片(玻璃板);
-将显微镜载玻片(玻璃板)以500g的压力放在海绵顶部上10秒;
-称重量转移到玻璃板上的乳霜的量(以[mg]为单位)
-对每种配制物重复测试10次以获取每种配制物的平均值。
结果列在表2中。

由表2可以得出,只有将p-HAP、泛醇和MBBT添加到局部用组合物中,显著减少了转移到玻璃表面的乳霜的量。
Claims (15)
1.一种局部组合物,所述局部组合物包含泛醇、羟基苯乙酮和微粒化的紫外线滤光剂,其特征在于所述组合物是水包油(O/W)乳液,所述水包油(O/W)乳液包含在磷酸酯乳化剂存在下分散于水相中的油相。
2.根据权利要求1所述的局部组合物,其中所述微粒化的紫外线滤光剂具有小于200nm的通过光散射确定的平均粒径分布Dv50。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的局部组合物,其中所述微粒化的紫外线滤光剂是微粒化的不溶性有机紫外线滤光剂。

12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的局部组合物,其中所述局部组合物还包含丁基甲氧基二苯甲酰甲烷、氰双苯丙烯酸辛酯和水杨酸乙基己酯。
13.在局部组合物中使用微粒化的紫外线滤光剂、泛醇和羟基苯乙酮的方法,用于减少所述局部组合物转移到玻璃或塑料表面。
14.微粒化的紫外线滤光剂、泛醇和羟基苯乙酮用于减少局部组合物中包含的脂肪和油转移到表面的用途。
15.减少脂肪和/或油转移到表面、例如特别是玻璃或塑料表面的方法,所述方法包括向包含所述脂肪和油的局部组合物中加入微粒化的紫外线滤光剂、泛醇和羟基苯乙酮。
