scheme 1: preparing the required quantity of portable wall lightering platforms and automatic wall mounting platforms according to the mounting position and the mounting working condition of the prefabricated concrete wall panel assembly construction site, the automatic wall body mounting platform comprises two vertical supporting frames, a lifting beam, a lifting mechanism, a rotary lifting wheel, a lifting rope, two lifting hooks, a mobile driving motor and a plurality of mobile rollers, the tops of the two vertical supporting frames are connected through a lifting cross beam, the lifting mechanism is arranged on the lifting cross beam, the rotary hanging wheel is arranged at the lower end of the lifting mechanism, the hanging rope is wound through the rotary hanging wheel, and two ends of the hanging rope are respectively provided with a hanging hook used for respectively connecting two hanging points at the upper part of the precast concrete wallboard, the movable roller is arranged at the bottom of the vertical supporting frame, the movable driving motor drives the movable roller under the control of the control system, moving the automatic wall mounting platform to a position above a floor slab where the precast concrete wallboard needs to be mounted;

and (4) a flow chart: the lifting mechanism comprises a lifting connecting rod and two lifting driving wheels, racks are arranged on two side faces of the lifting connecting rod respectively, the lifting cross beam comprises two parallel cross rods, the lifting driving wheels are installed on the two cross rods through pin shafts, the lifting connecting rod penetrates through a gap between the two cross rods, the two lifting driving wheels are located on two sides of the lifting connecting rod, the two lifting driving wheels are respectively meshed with the racks on two sides of the lifting connecting rod, the rotating lifting wheels are arranged at the lower end of the lifting connecting rod, and a control system drives the lifting connecting rod to move up and down by controlling the lifting driving wheels so that the prefabricated concrete wallboard is lifted to an installation elevation;
and (5) a flow chart: the control system controls the rotation of the rotating hoisting wheels to adjust the installation angle of the precast concrete wallboard in the vertical plane in place;
and (6) a flow path: performing sleeve grouting connection or bolt connection on the precast concrete wall panel and arranging a temporary support by a field installer;
scheme 7: and (3) moving the portable wall lightering platform and the automatic wall mounting platform to the next mounting position of the prefabricated concrete wallboard, repeating the processes of 1-6, and completing the assembling work of the assembled prefabricated concrete wallboard one-floor.

The method of automatically installing a movable precast concrete wall panel according to claim 1, wherein the control system remotely or on-site controls the portable wall lightering platform, the movable driving motor, the lifting driving wheel and the rotating hanging wheel through 5G wireless signals.

The automatic installation method of the movable precast concrete wall panel according to claim 1, wherein the portable wall lightering platform comprises a support base plate, a storage rack body, a wall support rod, a wall support plate, a plurality of transport rollers, a transport driving motor and vertical stop feet, the storage rack body is vertically arranged at one end of the support base plate, one end of the wall support rod is hinged with the upper end of the storage rack body, the other end of the wall support rod is hinged with the back of the wall support plate, the end of the support base plate far away from the storage rack body is provided with the vertical stop feet, the transport rollers and the transport driving motor are arranged at the bottom of the support base plate, the transport driving motor drives the transport rollers to rotate under the control of a control system, the movement of the portable wall lightering platform is realized, the bottom of the precast concrete wall panel is placed on the support base plate and is positioned at the, one side of the upper part of the precast concrete wallboard is supported by the wall body supporting plate, and the vertical blocking foot and the wall body supporting plate are respectively positioned on two sides of the precast concrete wallboard.
4. A method of automatically installing a moveable precast concrete wall panel as claimed in claim 3 wherein a first resilient buffer layer is provided inboard of the vertical feet.
5. The automated moveable precast concrete wall panel installation method of claim 4, wherein the first resilient cushioning layer is rubber.
6. The automated moveable precast concrete wall panel installation method of claim 3, wherein a sand layer is laid on the support floor.
7. The method of claim 3, wherein the wall support plate is rectangular and a second resilient buffer layer is provided on the side of the wall support plate that contacts the precast concrete wall panel.
8. The automated moveable precast concrete wall panel installation method of claim 7, wherein the second resilient buffer layer is rubber.
9. The automatic installation method of the movable precast concrete wall panel according to claim 3, wherein a damping rod is provided between the wall support rod and the storage rack body.
10. The automatic installation method of a movable precast concrete wall panel according to claim 9, wherein the number and the interval between the wall support rods and the damping rods are determined according to the size and the weight of the precast concrete wall panel to be installed.
