Abstract
The application belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a pure natural plant moisturizing lip balm and a preparation method thereof. The plant lip balm comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 6-25% of natural plant wax base; 60-85% of natural vegetable oil; the balance of vegetable oil derivatives; wherein the natural plant wax base is selected from at least one of beeswax, jojoba esters, candelilla wax, carnauba wax, short myrica rubra fruit wax, and rice chaff wax. Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a plant lip balm and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The lip skin has different components with the tissues of the face, is between the skin of the body surface and the mucous membrane of the body, is a special tissue, has rich capillaries, no hair follicles and no pores, and is almost the thinnest part of the skin cuticle of the human body. Due to the special and fragile tissue structure of the lips, the lips lose moisture on their surfaces relatively quickly and are prone to dryness, chapping, etc., which requires a lip balm to provide a barrier to lock moisture and moisturize and repair the lips.

3) pouring into corresponding mould, filling and demoulding.

Natural plant wax base

The natural plant wax base takes beeswax as a main component, the melting point of the natural plant wax base is 62-66 ℃, and the natural plant wax base is soft in texture; and the hardness of the wax base is adjusted by matching with carnauba wax, candelilla wax and jojoba esters which have higher melting points and harder textures, so that the wax base still has proper hardness under different temperature conditions.
Natural vegetable oil
The winged seed moringa seed oil is derived from winged seed moringa seeds; the moringa seeds originate in India, are the oldest medicinal and edible plants in India, have been applied in India traditional medicine for more than 4000 years and are called as 'miracle trees'. The argania spinosa kernel oil is obtained by squeezing or low-temperature extraction of nuts growing on argania spinosa in Morocco, is recognized as 'liquid gold' worldwide, and is a reliable pure natural skin care raw material. Argania spinosa kernel oil is produced only in the south region of morocco, and is one of the three treasures of morocco. The argania spinosa kernel oil contains a large amount of fatty acids, sterols, vitamin E and phenolic compounds, which include a large amount of essential fatty acids, linoleic acid, unsaturated fatty acids and the like, the fatty acids maintain the hydration level of human health, the linoleic acid has obvious effects on inflammation resistance, acne reduction and moisturizing, and the lack of the unsaturated fatty acids can cause premature aging of the skin. Vegetable fat and oil derivatives
In a preferred embodiment, the vegetable fat and oil derivative has a melting point of 50 to 110 ℃;
preferably, the vegetable oil and fat derivatives comprise 1-3 parts by weight of hydrogenated olive oil alcohol esters and 8-12 parts by weight of hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid esters.
More preferably, the refractive index of the hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid ester is more than or equal to 1.460, the hydroxyl value is 40-70(mgKOH/g), and the viscosity is 1000-1500(MPa.s/60 ℃); more preferably, the hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid ester has a refractive index of 1.464, a hydroxyl value of 40-70mgKOH/g, and a viscosity of 1300-1500(MPa.s/60 ℃); still more preferably, the hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid ester is hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate, wherein the refractive index of the hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid ester is the refractive index at 20 ℃; "MPa.s/60 ℃ C" means viscosity at 60 ℃.
Still more preferably, the hydrogenated olive oil alcohol esters have a melting point of 54 to 60 ℃; the hydrogenated olive oil alcohol esters are selected from hydrogenated olive oil lauryl alcohol esters; hydrogenated olive oil myristyl esters; at least one of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl esters.
The hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol ester has excellent emulsifying, dispersing and lubricating capabilities, brings silky feeling to the lipstick, and improves the texture and skin feeling of the formula; the hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate is a plant-derived oligomer with high viscosity and oligoester, has high glossiness and good moisturizing capability, can prevent dehydration and shrinkage, enhance the toughness of the lipstick, prevent the lipstick from breaking and sweating, and prevent solid raw materials from softening in a lipstick formula.
The stability of the lip balm can be effectively ensured by adding the vegetable oil derivative with specific components.
The natural vegetable wax base, the natural vegetable oil and the vegetable oil derivative are matched according to a proper proportion, so that the ductility and the smearing performance of the lipstick are enhanced while the hardness of the lipstick is stable, the lipstick is made of a pure natural plant source, and the lipstick has the advantages of good stability, smooth smearing, outstanding moisturizing performance and high durability.
A second aspect of the present application provides a method for preparing the plant lip gloss, comprising the steps of:

3) pouring into corresponding mould, filling and demoulding.
The present invention will be specifically described below by way of examples. It should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention, and that the insubstantial modifications and adaptations of the present invention by those skilled in the art based on the above disclosure are still within the scope of the present invention.

Example 1
The plant lip balm comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 13% of natural plant wax base; 75% of natural vegetable oil; the balance of vegetable oil derivatives.
The natural plant wax base comprises the following components in parts by weight: 7 parts of beeswax, 4 parts of jojoba esters, 3 parts of candelilla wax and 3 parts of carnauba wax. The natural vegetable oil comprises: 20 parts of white Potentilla seed oil, 30 parts of winged seed moringa seed oil, 15 parts of Aralia mandshurica Kernel oil, 15 parts of jojoba seed oil, 2 parts of shea butter and 15 parts of squalane. The vegetable oil and fat derivative comprises 3 parts of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol esters and 12 parts of hydrogenated castor oil dilinoleate.
The beeswax is purchased from Xinya chemical Co., Ltd, Guangzhou city;
the jojoba esters are purchased from Guangzhou Sanjiya Biotechnology GmbH;

the preparation method of the plant lip balm comprises the following steps:
1) putting jojoba esters, candelilla wax, beeswax, carnauba wax and hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol esters into a stirring pot, setting the temperature of the stirring pot at 100-105 ℃, the stirring speed at 20Hz, stirring and heating to 100-105 ℃, stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, and then reducing the temperature to 85-90 ℃;
2) putting hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate, white pond flower seed oil, winged seed moringa oleifera seed oil, shea butter, squalane, argania spinosa kernel oil and jojoba seed oil into the stirring pot in the step 1), stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, cooling to 65-70 ℃, and discharging;
3) pouring into corresponding mould, filling and demoulding.
Example 2
The specific implementation mode of the plant lip balm is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the plant lip balm comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 8% of natural plant wax base; 80% of natural vegetable oil; the balance of vegetable oil derivatives.
The natural plant wax base comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2 parts of beeswax, 2 parts of jojoba esters, 1 part of candelilla wax and 1 part of carnauba wax. The natural vegetable oil comprises: 10 parts of white Potentilla seed oil, 20 parts of winged seed moringa seed oil, 10 parts of Aralia mandshurica Kernel oil, 10 parts of jojoba seed oil, 1 part of shea butter and 10 parts of squalane. The vegetable oil and fat derivative comprises 1 part of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol ester and 8 parts of hydrogenated castor oil dilinoleate.
Example 3
The specific implementation mode of the plant lip balm is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the natural plant wax base accounts for 15 percent; 71% of natural vegetable oil; the balance of vegetable oil derivatives.
The natural plant wax base comprises the following components in parts by weight: 7 parts of beeswax, 4 parts of jojoba esters, 3 parts of candelilla wax and 3 parts of carnauba wax. The natural vegetable oil comprises: 20 parts of chinquapin seed oil, 30 parts of winged seed moringa seed oil, 15 parts of argania spinosa kernel oil and 15 parts of jojoba seed oil. The vegetable oil and fat derivative comprises 3 parts of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol esters and 12 parts of hydrogenated castor oil dilinoleate.
Comparative example 1
The specific implementation mode of the plant lip balm is the same as that in example 1, and the difference is that the plant oil and fat derivative is 15 parts by weight of hydrogenated castor oil dilinoleate.
The preparation method of the plant lip balm comprises the following steps:
1) putting jojoba esters, candelilla wax, beeswax, carnauba wax and 3 parts of hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate into a stirring pot, setting the temperature of the stirring pot to be 100-105 ℃, the stirring speed to be 20Hz, stirring and heating to 100-105 ℃, stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, and then reducing the temperature to 85-90 ℃;
2) putting 12 parts of hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate, white pond flower seed oil, winged seed moringa seed oil, shea butter, squalane, argan tree kernel oil and jojoba seed oil into the stirring pot in the step 1), stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, cooling to 65-70 ℃, and discharging;
3) pouring into corresponding mould, filling and demoulding.
Comparative example 2
The plant lip balm is similar to the embodiment 1, and is different from the embodiment 1,
the vegetable oil and fat derivative comprises 15 parts by weight of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol esters.
The preparation method of the plant lip balm comprises the following steps:
1) putting jojoba esters, candelilla wax, beeswax, carnauba wax and 3 parts of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol esters into a stirring pot, setting the temperature of the stirring pot at 100-105 ℃, the stirring speed at 20Hz, stirring and heating to 100-105 ℃, stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, and then reducing the temperature to 85-90 ℃;
2) putting 12 parts of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol esters, white chinquapin seed oil, winged seed moringa seed oil, shea butter, squalane, argan tree kernel oil and jojoba seed oil into the stirring pot in the step 1), stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, cooling to 65-70 ℃, and discharging;
3) pouring into corresponding mould, filling and demoulding.
Comparative example 3
A plant lip balm, according to the same embodiment as that of example 1, is different in that hydrogenated olive oil stearyl esters are replaced with hydrogenated olive oil hexyl esters.
Comparative example 4
The specific implementation mode of the plant lip balm is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the raw materials comprise: 17% of natural plant wax base; 68% of natural vegetable oil; the balance of vegetable oil derivatives.
The natural plant wax base comprises the following components in parts by weight: 7 parts of beeswax, 4 parts of jojoba esters, 3 parts of candelilla wax and 3 parts of carnauba wax. The natural vegetable oil comprises: 20 parts of white Potentilla seed oil, 0 part of winged seed moringa seed oil, 15 parts of Aralia mandshurica Kernel oil, 15 parts of jojoba seed oil, 2 parts of shea butter and 15 parts of squalane. The vegetable oil and fat derivative comprises 3 parts of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol esters and 12 parts of hydrogenated castor oil dilinoleate.
Comparative example 5
The specific implementation mode of the plant lip balm is the same as that of the embodiment 1, and the difference is that the raw materials comprise: 17% of natural plant wax base; 68% of natural vegetable oil; the balance of vegetable oil derivatives.
The vegetable oil and fat derivative comprises 8 parts of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl alcohol esters and 12 parts of hydrogenated castor oil dilinoleate.
Performance testing
1. Product stability evaluation
The conventional physicochemical index tests were performed on the lip balms of the examples and comparative examples to evaluate the stability of the products in general. Wherein the detection period of cold resistance, normal temperature, heat resistance and circulation is 30 days, and the observation is carried out once every 48 hours; the detection period of illumination is 3 days, observation is carried out once every 24 hours, and table 1 shows the physicochemical detection results. Table 2 shows the results of the peroxide number test of example 1.

As can be seen from the data in tables 1 and 2, the cold resistance, heat resistance, circulation, illumination and peroxide value of the lipstick prepared by the invention all meet the requirements of the national standard GB/T25613-2011, the test conditions are more severe than the national standard, and the test result is still qualified.
2. Sensory index testing

② test subjects, 240 healthy adults 18-45 years old with no history of lip skin allergy, were divided into 8 groups of 30 individuals each, meeting the test volunteer enrollment criteria.

As can be seen from the data in Table 3, the lipstick of the invention has higher acceptance of the indicators of moistening degree, durability, spreadability and the like of the product for the volunteers, and the skin feel is more watery.

Claims (10)
1. The plant lip balm is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 6-25% of natural plant wax base; 60-85% of natural vegetable oil; the balance of vegetable oil derivatives;
wherein the natural plant wax base is selected from at least one of beeswax, jojoba esters, candelilla wax, carnauba wax, short myrica rubra fruit wax, and rice chaff wax.
2. The vegetable lip balm according to claim 1, wherein the natural vegetable oil is at least one selected from the group consisting of meadowfoam seed oil, winged seed moringa seed oil, argan nut oil, jojoba seed oil, Korean pine seed oil, brazil nut oil, macadamia ternifolia nut oil, walnut seed oil, shea butter, and squalane.
3. The botanical lip balm according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the natural botanical wax base comprises, in parts by weight: 2-8 parts of beeswax, 2-5 parts of jojoba esters, 1-3 parts of candelilla wax and 1-3 parts of carnauba wax.
4. The plant lip balm according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the natural vegetable oil comprises, in parts by weight: 10-20 parts of chinquapin seed oil, 20-30 parts of winged seed moringa seed oil, 10-15 parts of argania spinosa kernel oil and 10-15 parts of jojoba seed oil.
5. The vegetable lip balm according to claim 4, wherein the natural vegetable oil further comprises 1-3 parts by weight of shea butter and 10-15 parts by weight of squalane.
6. The vegetable lip balm according to claim 5, wherein the vegetable oil and fat derivative comprises 1 to 3 parts by weight of hydrogenated olive oil alcohol esters and 8 to 12 parts by weight of hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid esters.
7. The botanical lip gloss as in claim 6, wherein the hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid esters have a refractive index of 1.460 or more, a hydroxyl number of 40-70(mgKOH/g), and a viscosity of 1000-.
8. The botanical lip balm of claim 7, wherein the hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid ester is hydrogenated castor oil dimer linoleate.
9. The botanical lip gloss of claim 7, wherein said hydrogenated olive oil alcohol esters have a melting point of 54-60 ℃; preferably, the hydrogenated olive oil alcohol esters are selected from hydrogenated olive oil lauryl alcohol esters; hydrogenated olive oil myristyl esters; at least one of hydrogenated olive oil stearyl esters.
10. A method of preparing a lip balm according to any one of claims 6-9, comprising the steps of:
1) putting jojoba esters, candelilla wax, beeswax, carnauba wax and hydrogenated olive oil alcohol esters into a stirring pot, setting the temperature of the stirring pot to be 100-105 ℃, the stirring speed to be 20-30 Hz, stirring and heating to 100-105 ℃, stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, and then reducing the temperature to 85-90 ℃;
2) putting hydrogenated castor oil dimer acid ester, white pond flower seed oil, winged seed moringa seed oil, shea butter, squalane, argan tree kernel oil and jojoba seed oil into the stirring pot in the step 1), stirring at constant temperature until the materials are completely dissolved, cooling to 65-70 ℃, and discharging;
3) pouring into corresponding mould, filling and demoulding.
