Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a suction matter collection base station for receiving suction matter from a suction cleaning device, wherein the suction matter collection base station has a collection container and an interface for dust-tight connection to the suction cleaning device, wherein the suction matter collection base station has an actuating device for opening a closure element of the suction cleaning device, wherein the actuating device has an actuating element that can be actuated by a user and a mechanical functional device that is operatively connected to the actuating element and is designed to exert a force on the closure element.
The invention also relates to a system of such a suction matter collecting base station and a suction cleaning device having a suction nozzle, a filter chamber with a filter, a fan and an electric motor for driving the fan.
Background
Aspirate collection base stations and aspiration cleaning devices are known in the art. The suction collection base station is for receiving the suction so that the filter chamber of the suction cleaning device containing the suction can be emptied at the suction collection base station. For this purpose, the suction cleaning device is preferably connected to the suction collection base station in a dust-tight or dust-tight manner, so that the suction can be transferred into the collection container of the suction collection base station without contaminating the surrounding air.
For example, patent document JP 2012-2454 245344A discloses a suction robot which can be moved onto a suction collection base station, for example embedded in a floor, wherein the opening of the suction chamber of the robot is connected to the opening connection of the suction collection base station, i.e. by means of a sealing nipple of the suction collection base station which is displaceable in the direction of the robot. Both the robot and the base station have closure elements assigned to the opening, which can be opened by the base station, the robot or a user.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the prior art described above, the object of the invention is to improve advantageously an aspirate collection base station and an aspirate cleaning apparatus associated with the aspirate collection base station.
For this purpose, it is proposed that the actuating device for opening the closing element of the suction cleaning appliance has a foot switch as an actuating element. According to the invention, the actuating element is a foot switch. The user can thus open the filter chamber of the suction cleaning device by pressing on the foot switch, as in the trash can known from the prior art. This design is particularly advantageous because the user's hands are freed to perform other operations, such as holding and/or orienting the extractor cleaning device relative to the aspirate collection base station. Such a design is only necessary if the suction collection base station has no holding and/or fixing means for the suction cleaning device. The handling device of the aspirate collection base station preferably does not affect the opening of the collection vessel of the aspirate collection base station, so that, for example, inadvertent actuation of the foot switch without the suction cleaning device being connected does not result in the collection vessel opening and the aspirate does not escape from the collection vessel into the environment. Instead, the collection container is opened independently of the handling device and, for example, by a defined connection of the suction cleaning device to the suction collection station.
The suction collection base therefore has a mechanism which is arranged and designed to act on a closure element which closes the filter chamber and/or the suction nozzle of the suction cleaning device, so that suction can pass from the suction cleaning device into the suction collection base. The suction cleaning device is therefore not opened by the operating element of the suction cleaning device itself, but indirectly by a suction collection base station which provides a user-operable handling device for this purpose. It is thereby advantageously possible that the filter chamber or the suction nozzle of the suction cleaning device with the suction material is only opened when the suction cleaning device is correctly arranged on the suction material collecting base station and therefore there is a dust-tight connection between the suction cleaning device and the suction material collecting base station. Preferably, when the suction cleaning device is arranged to be accessible only by the manipulation means of the suction collection base, the user of the suction cleaning device cannot directly act manually on the closure element of the suction cleaning device. When no suction cleaning device is connected to the suction collection base station, there is no effect on the operation of the manipulator of the suction collection base station and therefore no disadvantage associated therewith. The suction of the suction cleaning device is received in a collection container of a suction collection base station. Advantageously, the collecting container can accommodate several times the volume of the suction volume that is normally present in suction cleaning devices, so that the collecting container rarely needs to be emptied. The collecting container may preferably have a removable garbage bag so that the aspirate can be hygienically removed.
It is proposed that the functional device of the aspirate collection base station is a pulling device and/or a pressing device, which extends from the actuating element to the upper side of the aspirate collection base station, which is oriented generally upward relative to the aspirate collection base station. The functional device thus acts on the suction cleaning device connected to the suction collection base station at the upper side of the suction collection base station. In this case, when the user actuates the actuating element of the actuating device, the functional device transmits a tensile or compressive force to the closing element of the suction cleaning device. The upper side of the suction collection base station is advantageously used for supporting the suction cleaning device, so that the suction contained in the suction cleaning device can be transferred particularly simply under the influence of gravity into the suction collection base station. In this case, the actuating element of the pulling and/or pressing device is not located on the upper side of the aspirate collection base station, but rather is located at a distance from the upper side on the circumferential surface or base area of the aspirate collection base station, so that the user does not inadvertently open the closure element in advance when the suction cleaning device is not connected to the aspirate collection base station in a dust-tight manner. The spacing of the actuating element of the functional device from the upper side of the aspirate collection base station therefore decouples the operation of the suction cleaning device from the triggering of the opening process, wherein the suction cleaning device is held on the aspirate collection base station. In this case, a pulling device and/or a pressing device is preferably proposed, by means of which the opening of the suction cleaning device can be achieved particularly simply and without electronic or electrical auxiliary means (although such auxiliary means can also be used). The functional device designed as a pulling device can be, for example, a lever, a rope, a cable, a chain, etc., which the user pulls in order to transmit an opening force to the closing element of the suction cleaning device. The functional device designed as a pressing device can be, for example, a lever or a similar rigid and pushable element, by means of which the user can push the pressing device away in order to transmit an opening force to the closing element of the suction cleaning device. The functional device preferably extends parallel to the longitudinal axis of the aspirate collection base station and in the vicinity of a peripheral partial region of the aspirate collection base station. In this case, the pulling and/or pressing device can be guided both outside and inside the aspirate collection base station. For example, the functional device can be integrated into the housing of the aspirate collection base station, wherein at least the actuating element projects outwardly from the aspirate collection base station in order to be actuated by a user. According to one embodiment, the actuating element can also be designed, for example, in the manner of a rocker, so that a user's foot pressing down on an end region of the rocker to actuate the rocker causes the opposite end region of the rocker to be raised. The raising of the end regions of the opposing flaps then produces a pressing actuation of the functional device, so that the closure element of the suction cleaning device is moved into the open position by pressing.
It is furthermore proposed that the collecting container has a base station opening which is formed at the normally upwardly directed upper side relative to the aspirate collecting base station and which serves to accommodate a partial region of the suction cleaning device, wherein the base station opening is equipped with a flexible seal and/or a displaceable closure element. The suction collection base is therefore designed such that the user can connect the suction cleaning device to the suction collection base on the upper side of the suction collection base. The base station opening is equipped with a flexible seal or a movable closing element which can advantageously be opened and/or moved by a local area of the suction cleaning device. The flexible seal preferably expands upon contact with the suction cleaning device. In particular, the flexible seal can provide a punctiform opening, against the flexible sealing edge of which the user presses the suction cleaning device and thus enlarges the opening, wherein in this case the seal closes off in a dust-tight manner against the suction cleaning device. Thus, in the event that the extractor cleaning device comes into contact with the extractor collection base station, no extractor particles can escape into the environment. Due to the flexible nature of the seal, the base station opening is preferably completely closed again, i.e. retracted under the influence of a restoring force, when the suction cleaning device is removed from the suction collection base station, so that subsequently no suction can escape into the environment. The closing element instead of the flexible seal can be, for example, a spring-loaded diaphragm flap which closes off a preferably cylindrical subregion of the suction cleaning device, which subregion can be connected to the base station opening. Thus, no additional handling means are required for opening the base station opening of the aspirate collecting base station, but rather the opening of the base station opening occurs simultaneously in the defined movement of the suction cleaning device arranged on the aspirate collecting base station. The suction cleaning device can be held by the user relative to the suction collection base, wherein preferably an abutment element for supporting the suction cleaning device is provided. It is particularly preferred, however, that the suction collection base station has a holder into which the user can insert the suction cleaning device and which, for example, moves the suction cleaning device into a defined end position, preferably against an end stop, in order to ensure a preferably defined position of the suction cleaning device relative to the suction collection base station.
Furthermore, it can be provided that the base station opening is formed in a cover of the aspirate collecting base station which is displaceable relative to the collecting container. According to this embodiment, the aspirate collection base station has a collection container with a lid which can be displaced relative to the collection container or preferably can be completely removed from the collection container, so that a user can remove a refuse bag from the collection container, for example. The cover provides a base station opening to which the suction cleaning device can be connected. According to a particularly simple design, the user can, for example, clamp the waste bag between the upper edge of the collecting container and the cover.
It is also proposed that the suction collection base station has a charging device for charging a battery of the suction cleaning device. The suction collection base station may also have a holding device for supporting an attachment of the suction cleaning device. The suction collection base therefore advantageously provides a further device for the suction cleaning device, so that when the suction cleaning device is arranged on the suction collection base, not only the filter chamber of the suction cleaning device can be emptied, but at the same time, for example, a battery can be charged. For long-term charging of the battery, it is necessary that the suction cleaning device not only remains on the suction matter collecting base station during emptying of the filter chamber of the suction cleaning device. In this case, the charging device can be installed in or on the suction collection base in such a way that, for example, the accumulator of the suction cleaning device is charged when the suction cleaning device is connected to the base opening for emptying the filter chamber. Alternatively, however, such a charging position can also be a different position than the emptying position, which is not used for emptying the suction cleaning device but is used, for example, only for charging the battery. The suction collection base station may also have a holding device for an attachment of the suction cleaning device on the outside of the housing. The accessory can be, for example, a different suction nozzle for a suction cleaning device. Thus, the aspirate collection base station as a whole may simultaneously be a charging base station and/or a storage place for accessories of the suction cleaning device. Thereby, the user not only has various appliances at one location, but can also hygienically empty the filter chamber of the suction cleaning device according to the invention using the suction collection base station.
In principle, the suction collection base station may also have further means, such as fans, mechanical brush means and/or beater means, etc., which assist in cleaning the filter chamber of the suction cleaning device. However, such measures are preferably not required, since the suction can fall under the influence of gravity from the filter chamber of the connected suction cleaning device into the collection container of the suction collection base station.
In addition to the aforementioned suction matter collecting base station, the invention also proposes a system of such a suction matter collecting base station and a suction cleaning device, wherein the suction cleaning device has a suction nozzle, a filter chamber with a filter, a fan and a motor for driving the fan, wherein the filter chamber and/or the suction nozzle has a displaceable closure element, wherein a housing partial region of the suction cleaning device projects into the suction matter collecting base station through a base station opening of the suction matter collecting base station in a state in which the suction cleaning device is connected to the suction matter collecting base station for transferring suction matter. According to the invention, the suction matter collection base station and the suction cleaning device of the system are therefore designed to be adapted to one another in such a way that the filter chamber and/or the mouth of the suction cleaning device, in the state of being arranged as intended on the suction matter collection base station, protrudes into the suction matter collection base station, preferably into the collection container, and is closed in a dust-tight manner relative to the suction matter collection base station. For this purpose, a flexible seal as described above can preferably be provided, which is arranged towards the outside of a partial region of the housing of the suction cleaning device. The suction outlet opening of the suction cleaning device, which can be closed by the closure element, is preferably located in a partial region of the suction collection base station, which is enclosed by the collection container, closed off from the environment, so that when the closure element is opened, suction can only be discharged from the filter chamber of the suction cleaning device into the collection container of the suction collection base station. In this connection of the suction cleaning device and the suction collection base, which is preferably defined by the end stop of the suction collection base, the actuating device of the suction collection base is in operative connection with the closure element of the suction cleaning device, so that the user can move the aforementioned mechanical functional device by actuating the actuating element. The aforementioned features and advantages with respect to the aspirate collection base station are correspondingly also created for a combination of such an aspirate collection base station and an aspirating cleaning apparatus connected thereto.
In particular, it is proposed that the actuating device of the aspirate collection station has an action element which is provided to exert a mechanical action on the closure element. The closure element may for example be a closure flap which is movable into the aspirate collection base station. The active element of the suction collection base is preferably associated with an end region of the functional device of the suction collection base and, when the suction cleaning device is connected to the suction collection base, acts on a corresponding counterpart of the suction cleaning device in order to open the closure element. In this case, the active element can be in direct contact with the closure element or indirectly act on the closure element in order to open the closure element.
It can be provided that the suction cleaning device has a contact element which is in operative connection with the closing element of the suction cleaning device on the one hand and with an active element of the aspirate collection station on the other hand, and that the contact element can be moved in the direction of the closing element by actuating the actuating device. According to this embodiment, the suction cleaning device has a contact element on which the active element of the aspirate collecting base can act, so that the force of the actuating device can be transmitted to the contact element of the suction cleaning device and thus also to the closing element. In the operation of the operating device, the contact element is preferably moved in the direction of the aspirate collecting base station, so that the closing element of the suction cleaning device is moved towards the aspirate collecting base station, i.e. further into the aspirate collecting base station.
The contact element is preferably in operative connection with a sliding element which acts on the closure element and is arranged linearly displaceable. For example, the sliding element can be pressed against a closing element of the suction cleaning device and open it. In this case, the closure element is pivoted, for example, from the suction outlet of the suction cleaning device into a collection container of the suction collection base station. The sliding element is preferably and essentially moved in the same direction as a functional device, in particular a pulling device, which is assigned to the actuating device, wherein the pulling force of the actuating device is transmitted to the sliding element via a coupling point formed by an active element of the suction article collecting base and a contact element of the suction cleaning device. The user operates the functional device and thus the opening mechanism of the suction cleaning device by means of the operating element. The closure element of the suction cleaning device is thereby opened into the collection container of the aspirate collection base station. The aspirant cannot enter the environment because of the seal between the aspiration cleaning device and the aspirant collection base. The suction is disengaged from the filter chamber of the suction cleaning device. Detachment can be assisted if necessary by scrapers, beater elements or the like.
Drawings
The present invention is illustrated in detail below with reference to examples. In the drawings:
figure 1 shows an aspirate collection base station according to the invention,
figures 2 and 2a show a suction cleaning device,
fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the aspirate collection base station with the suction cleaning device arranged thereon.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows an exemplary aspirate collection base station 1 having a collection vessel 3 and a lid 12 connected to the collection vessel 3, the lid 12 being placed on the collection vessel 3. The cover 12 has an interface 4, to which interface 4 the suction cleaning device 2 illustrated in fig. 2 can be connected. The interface 4 has a flexible seal 11, which seal 11 provides, for example, a punctiform base station opening 10, into which base station opening 10 a partial region of the suction cleaning device 2 can be inserted with expansion. The interface 4 is formed on the upper side 9 of the aspirate collection base station 1 or the cover 12, so that the suction cleaning device 2 can be coupled to the aspirate collection base station 1 from above.
Furthermore, the aspirate collection base station 1 has a charging device 13 for an accumulator 14 (see fig. 2) of the aspiration cleaning device 2. The charging device 13 has electrical contacts 27. Likewise, a holding device 15 is arranged on the outside of the housing of the aspirate collection base station 1, on which holding device 15 an attachment 16 for the suction cleaning device 2 is held. The accessory 16 is for example a different type of suction nozzle or a sleeve for a suction nozzle.
The aspirate collecting base station 1 also has a handling device 5, in particular the handling device 5 has a handling element 7, a functional device 8, which acts here, for example, mechanically, and an action element 22. The handling device 5 is arranged here, for example, outside the collecting container 3 on the aspirate collecting base station 1. Alternatively, however, the actuating device 5 can also be configured in the housing of the aspirate collecting base station 1, wherein, for example, only the actuating element 7 protrudes outward, so that a user can actuate the actuating element 7. The actuating element 7 is here, for example, a foot switch, on which the user steps his foot, so that the functional device 8 can be displaced. The functional device 8 is formed by a lever arranged on the actuating element 7, which lever forms a pulling device that moves the active element 22 against a corresponding contact element 23 (see fig. 3) of the suction cleaning device 2. This will be described below with reference also to fig. 3, which shows the aspirate collection base station 1 connected to the suction cleaning device 2.
Fig. 2 and 2a show an exemplary suction cleaning device 2, which is designed in conjunction with the aspirate collection base station 1 in such a way that the aspirate can be transferred to the aspirate collection base station 1. The suction cleaning device 2 is designed here by way of example as a battery-operated hand-held vacuum cleaner which can be used with a number of different accessories 16, for example a suction nozzle 17 for floor cleaning, seat cleaning, floor cleaning, removal of suction from crevices and the like. The battery 14 can be charged via the electrical contacts 27. The suction cleaning device 2 has a filter chamber 19 provided with a filter 18. Furthermore, the suction cleaning device 2 has a fan 20, which fan 20 is driven by a motor 21. The suction cleaning device 2 functions during normal suction cleaning operation in such a way that the motor 21 drives the fan 20, so that a negative pressure is generated at the suction nozzle 17 and suction can be sucked from the surface to be cleaned through the suction nozzle 17 into the filter chamber 19. The suction contained in the sucked-in air remains in the filter chamber 19 or on the filter 18, so that only clean air can continue to flow to the fan 20. During the suction operation, the user guides the suction cleaning device 2 by means of a handle 26, which handle 26 may, for example, have selection elements, not shown in detail here, which correspond to a defined suction power of the fan 20. The suction nozzle 17 of the suction cleaning device 2 has a closure element 6, here for example in the form of a pivotable flap, which can be opened outwards in order to be able to remove the suction from the filter chamber. On the outside of the suction cleaning device 2, a contact element 23 is present, which contact element 23 can transmit an opening movement to the closing element 6.
Fig. 3 shows a longitudinal section through the system of the suction collection base 1 and the suction cleaning device 2 connected thereto. In addition to the aforementioned components of the aspirate collection base station 1 and the suction cleaning device 2, the longitudinal section according to fig. 3 also shows a waste bag 25 which is arranged in the collection container 3 of the aspirate collection base station 1, the waste bag 25 being removable from the collection container 3 when the cover 12 is displaced or removed. Also shown in the suction cleaning device 2 is a sliding element 24, which sliding element 24 extends from the contact element 23 to the closing element 6 and can be slid by a sliding movement towards the closing element 6 in order to move the closing element 6 relative to the opening of the suction nozzle 17, in this case to move the closing element 6 into different pivot positions.
The invention functions here, for example, in such a way that the user connects the suction cleaning device 2 to the suction material collection base 1 when it is desired to empty, so that the suction cleaning device 2 is introduced into the suction material collection base 1 with the partial region of the suction nozzle 17 having the closure element 6 through the seal 11 of the suction material collection base 1, which seal defines the base opening 10. The flexible seal 11 widens here and forms a dust-tight closure for the suction cleaning device 2. When the suction cleaning device 2 reaches a predefined position relative to the end stop of the suction collection base 1 by the holding device 15, the action element 22 of the suction collection base 1 interacts with the contact element 23 of the suction cleaning device 2, as shown in fig. 3. The user actuates the actuating element 7 (here a foot switch) of the actuating device 5, whereupon the lever of the mechanical functional device 8 is pulled downwards (relative to the shown normal orientation of the aspirate collection base station 1). Thereby, the acting element 22 and the contact element 23 move downward at the same time. Since the sliding element 24 is next to the contact element 23, the sliding element 24 is pressed down against the pivotable closure element 6 of the suction nozzle 17. The closure element 6 is then pivoted towards the open position shown in broken lines until the suction falls under the influence of gravity from the filter chamber 19 of the suction cleaning device 2 into the waste bag 25 of the suction collection base station 1. The cleaning can be supplemented by brush elements and/or beating elements, additional suction fans of the suction collection base station 1, etc. But this is not shown here. As soon as the user releases the actuating element 7, the closing element 6 is advantageously moved back in the direction of the closed position under the action of the spring force. Subsequently, the user can remove the suction cleaning device 2 from the base station opening 10 and use it for suction cleaning as usual.
When the refuse bag 25 of the aspirate collection base station 1 is full or the user wishes to do so for other reasons, the user removes the lid 12, for example, completely from the collection vessel 3. The user can thus remove the waste bag 25, which is arranged here, for example, on the edge region of the collecting container 3, and replace it with an empty waste bag 25.
As further shown, with the suction cleaning device 2 and the suction collection base station 1 connected, an electrical connection is also produced between the electrical contacts 27 of the accumulator 14 of the suction cleaning device 2 and the charging device 13 of the suction collection base station 1. The accumulator 14 can thus advantageously be charged without the user having to place the suction cleaning device 2 in a further position on the aspirate collection base station 1. Furthermore, the suction collection base 1 is provided with various attachments 16, which attachments 16 can be connected to a suction nozzle 17 of the suction cleaning device 2. The suction collection base station 1 thus advantageously provides different functions, namely cleaning the suction cleaning device 2, charging the accumulator 14 and storing accessories 16 for the suction cleaning device 2.
