Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the invention aims to provide a compound sampling head for chemiluminescent samples, which is used for assembling a sampling needle module and a clamping jaw module together so as to avoid interference, and the compound sampling head can rotate at different angles to meet the requirement of multi-angle work of the clamping jaw.

The composite sampling head for the chemiluminescent sample comprises a base, a sample needle module and a clamping jaw module, wherein the sample needle module and the clamping jaw module are arranged on the base side by side, the sample needle module and the clamping jaw module are both in sliding connection with the base, a first power assembly for driving the sample needle module to move and position relative to the base in a linear direction is further arranged on the base, and a second power assembly for driving the clamping jaw module to move and position relative to the base in the linear direction is further arranged on the base;
the composite sampling head is further provided with an adapter seat, the base is rotationally connected to one side of the adapter seat, and a third driving piece for driving the base to rotate is arranged on the adapter seat.
Further, the sample needle module comprises a sample needle mounting seat and a sample needle body arranged on the sample needle mounting seat, and the sample needle mounting seat is in sliding connection with the base.
Further, the clamping jaw module comprises a clamping jaw connecting seat and a clamping jaw structure arranged on the clamping jaw connecting seat, and the clamping jaw connecting seat is in sliding connection with the base.
Further, the first power assembly and the second power assembly comprise a first driving part, a driving shaft, a driven shaft, a connecting part and a transmission part, the transmission part is wound on the outer sides of the driving shaft and the driven shaft, the driving shaft is driven by the first driving part to rotate, the driving shaft drives the transmission part to move, the connecting part of the first power assembly is connected with the sample needle mounting seat and the transmission part of the first power assembly, and the connecting part of the second power assembly is connected with the clamping jaw connecting seat and the transmission part of the second power assembly.

Further, the clamping jaw structure includes second driving piece, clamping jaw mount pad, adapter and a plurality of clamping jaw body, clamping jaw mount pad is fixed in one side of clamping jaw connecting seat, adapter sliding connection is in one side of clamping jaw connecting seat, the adapter is located the top of clamping jaw mount pad, second driving piece drive adapter slides in sharp direction for the clamping jaw connecting seat, clamping jaw body all sliding connection is to the bottom of clamping jaw mount pad, all be equipped with the connecting rod between clamping jaw body and the adapter, the one end and the clamping jaw body of connecting rod are articulated, and the other end and the adapter of connecting rod are articulated.

Compared with the prior art, the composite sampling head for the chemiluminescent sample has the following advantages:
(1) The composite sampling head for the chemiluminescent sample is characterized in that a sample needle module and a clamping jaw module are arranged on a base, the size is small, the sample needle module and the clamping jaw module can normally operate in a small space and avoid mutual interference, and the two modules adopt independent motors to control the operation of the sample needle module and the clamping jaw module to realize independent actions.
(2) The composite sampling head for the chemiluminescent sample is simple to install by connecting the adapter with the mechanical arm through the coupler when in use, and the base can rotate by an angle under the drive of the motor, so that the clamping jaw can clamp articles conveniently, and the articles are ensured to be clamped stably in the transferring process.

As shown in figures 1-6, the composite sampling head for chemiluminescent samples comprises a base 1, a sample needle module 2 and a clamping jaw module 3, wherein the sample needle module 2 and the clamping jaw module 3 are arranged on the base 1 side by side, the sample needle module 2 and the clamping jaw module 3 are both in sliding connection with the base 1, a first power component 4 for driving the sample needle module 2 to move and position in a linear direction relative to the base 1 is further arranged on the base 1, a second power component 5 for driving the clamping jaw module 3 to move and position in a linear direction relative to the base 1 is further arranged on the base 1, the sample needle module 2 and the clamping jaw module 3 are arranged on one base 1, the size is small, the sample needle module 2 and the clamping jaw module 3 can normally operate in a small space and avoid mutual interference, and the two modules adopt independent motors to control the operation of the sample needle module and the clamping jaw module to realize independent actions.
The composite sampling head is also provided with an adapter seat 6, the base 1 is rotationally connected to one side of the adapter seat 6, and a third driving piece 61 for driving the base 1 to rotate is arranged on the adapter seat 6. When the automatic transfer device is used, the adapter seat 6 is connected with the mechanical arm through the coupler, the installation is simple, the base 1 can rotate by an angle under the drive of the motor, the clamping jaw can clamp articles with different shapes conveniently, and the article clamping stability in the transfer process is ensured.
The electric components of the composite sampling head are connected with the control system of the mechanical arm to control the action of the composite sampling head.
The sample needle module 2 comprises a sample needle mounting seat 21 and a sample needle body 22 arranged on the sample needle mounting seat 21, and the sample needle mounting seat 21 is in sliding connection with the base 1.
The clamping jaw module 3 comprises a clamping jaw connecting seat 31 and a clamping jaw structure 32 arranged on the clamping jaw connecting seat 31, and the clamping jaw connecting seat 31 is in sliding connection with the base 1.
The first power assembly 4 and the second power assembly 5 comprise a first driving part 41/51, a driving shaft 42/52, a driven shaft 43/53, a connecting part 44/54 and a transmission part 45/55, the transmission part 45/55 is wound on the outer sides of the driving shaft 42/52 and the driven shaft 43/53, the driving shaft 42/52 is driven by the first driving part 41/51 to rotate, the driving shaft 42/52 drives the transmission part 45/55 to move, the connecting part 44 of the first power assembly 4 is connected with the sample needle mounting seat 21 and the transmission part 45 of the first power assembly 4, and the connecting part 54 of the second power assembly 5 is connected with the clamping jaw connecting seat 31 and the transmission part 55 of the second power assembly 5.
The transmission part 45/55 is a belt, the first driving part 41/51 is a motor, the motor adopts, but is not limited to ZWMD012012 of Shenzhen megawatt electromechanical Co., ltd, the connecting part 44/54 is a sheet metal pressing piece 441 and a bolt 442, the belt of the first power component 4 is positioned between the sheet metal pressing piece 441 and the sample needle mounting seat 21, the bolt 442 fixedly connects the sheet metal pressing piece 441 with the sample needle mounting seat 21, the belt of the second power component 5 is positioned between the sheet metal pressing piece 441 and the clamping jaw connecting seat 31, and the bolt 442 fixedly connects the sheet metal pressing piece 441 with the clamping jaw connecting seat 31.
The first driving piece 41/51 changes the rotary motion into the linear motion through a transmission rod with the belt property, the length of the belt is longer, the sample needle module 2 can move along with the belt in the half length of the belt, the using degree of freedom of the sample needle module 2 is increased, and the cost of the belt is lower than that of a screw rod structure, and the tolerance is strong.
The clamping jaw structure 32 includes second driving piece 321, clamping jaw mount pad 322, transfer piece 323 and a plurality of clamping jaw body 324, clamping jaw mount pad 322 is fixed in one side of clamping jaw connecting seat 31, transfer piece 323 sliding connection is in one side of clamping jaw connecting seat 31, transfer piece 323 is located the top of clamping jaw mount pad 322, second driving piece 321 drives transfer piece 323 and slides in sharp direction for clamping jaw connecting seat 31, clamping jaw body 324 all sliding connection is to the bottom of clamping jaw mount pad 322, all be equipped with the connecting rod between clamping jaw body 324 and the transfer piece 323, the one end and the clamping jaw body 324 of connecting rod articulate, and the other end and the transfer piece 323 of connecting rod articulate.
Preferably, the second driving member 321 is one of a cylinder or a motor. The cylinders are, but not limited to, clamping cylinders 2CKZ3T50-135T from Shenwei pneumatic Co., ltd.
The clamping jaw structure 32 is provided with 2 clamping jaw bodies 324, when the piston rod of cylinder stretches out, promotes the transfer piece 323 and moves down, and then promotes clamping jaw bodies 324 separation each other through the connecting rod, and the interval between clamping jaw bodies 324 increases, presss from both sides the article, then the piston rod of cylinder withdraws, pulls the transfer piece 323 and moves up, and then pulls clamping jaw bodies 324 to be close to each other through the connecting rod, and the interval between clamping jaw bodies 324 reduces, presss from both sides the article tightly, then transports.
Preferably, the second driving member 321 is a motor. The motor is ZWMD012012 from Shenzhen Mv electromechanical Co.
When the output shaft of the motor rotates clockwise, the rack is pushed to move downwards by the gear, the conversion block 323 is further pushed to move downwards, the clamping jaw bodies 324 are further pushed to be separated from each other by the connecting rod, namely, the distance between the clamping jaw bodies 324 is increased, articles are clamped, then, when the output shaft of the motor rotates anticlockwise, the rack is pushed to move upwards by the gear, the conversion block 323 is further pulled to move upwards, the clamping jaw bodies 324 are pulled to be close to each other by the connecting rod, namely, the distance between the clamping jaw bodies 324 is reduced, the articles are clamped, and then the articles are transported.
The jaw body 324 may be provided in 3 or 4 or even more, with the specific number being provided as desired.
A slip pad 3241 is mounted to one side of the jaw body 324. The anti-slip pad 3241 is disposed on the inner side of the jaw body 324 (i.e., the side of the jaw body 324 contacting the gripped article), and increases the friction between the gripped article and the jaw body 324, thereby preventing the gripped article from slipping off.
The base 1 is provided with 2 slide rails 11 side by side, and the bottoms of the sample needle mounting seat 21 and the clamping jaw connecting seat 31 are provided with slide grooves matched with the slide rails 11.
The third driving member 61 is a motor. The motor is ZWMD012012 from Shenzhen Mv electromechanical Co.
Working principle:
the sample needle module 2 is driven to act by the first power assembly 4, a motor of the first power assembly 4 is started to rotate, the driving shaft 42 is driven to rotate, the belt is further driven to rotate, the sample needle mounting seat 21 moves along with the belt in a half length of the belt, and further the sample needle can extend and retract, when the motor rotates positively, the sample needle extends, and when the motor rotates reversely, the sample needle retracts.
The second power assembly 5 drives the clamping jaw module 3 to act, namely, a motor of the second power assembly 5 is started to rotate, the driving shaft 52 is driven to rotate, the belt is further driven to rotate, the clamping jaw connecting seat 31 moves along with the belt in a half length of the belt, and further the clamping jaw structure 32 moves upwards and downwards, when the motor rotates forwards, the clamping jaw structure 32 moves upwards and is far away from a clamped object or clamps the clamped object for transferring, and when the motor rotates reversely, the clamping jaw structure 32 moves downwards and is close to the clamped object or places the clamped object at a designated position.
The base 1 can also rotate by an angle under the drive of the third driving piece 61, so that the special-shaped articles can be clamped accurately, and the articles can be clamped stably in the transferring process.
