Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of human body protection wearing equipment, in particular to an air bag garment which plays a role in whole body protection during falling.
Background
With the acceleration of population aging progress in China, great burden is formed on China, society and families, and a medical care system first meets challenges. Falls, which are a form of human injury, have become an important factor in life and health of people, particularly the elderly, due to their high incidence and serious consequences. In China, the elderly over 4000 ten thousand years old fall accidentally, especially if the hip bone is injured, and the life is lost. Along with the aggravation of population aging, aging and empty nest forms in China, a fall protection system is developed, and buffer protection is provided before a human body falls to the ground, so that the injury is fundamentally avoided or reduced, and the fall protection system has important significance.
In the prior art, wearable airbag products for fall protection are generally in waistband style or garment style. Waistband-type air bag products are generally only used for protecting human bodies from falling backwards and sideways, and the protection parts are hip parts and tail vertebrae parts. The air bag products in the form of clothes can protect a wide range of human bodies such as hips, coccyx parts, backs and the like according to the distribution positions of the air bags. However, there are still a number of drawbacks as follows.
CN 109846107A discloses an intelligent protective garment, the design of the air bag part is divided into an air bag hood, an air bag upper body part and an air bag waistband, and the whole body protection can be realized. The air bag hood and the air bag waistband are respectively compressed and accommodated at the top and the bottom of the upper body of the air bag, are rolled or folded into a shrunken state, and are respectively accommodated in the accommodating cavity after being extruded and discharged. The air bag hood and the air bag waistband are stored according to the method, which inevitably leads to the winding, folding, thickening, loosening and elastic of the multi-layer material, if the compression is not tight, the whole clothes can be inflated, and if the compression is too tight, the inflation and expansion speed of the air bag can be affected. In addition, the high-pressure gas cylinder of the compressed gas used for inflating is placed at the position of the back waist of the human body, and a certain risk exists. Because as the gasbag device of a protection of tumbleing, its accuracy to human fall detection can't guarantee hundred percent, there is some tumbless promptly and is not discerned, then the gasbag just can not be opened, if the human body is the backward tumbleing this moment, the high-pressure gas bottle of compressed gas can the direct contact human body back waist, and this position is skeleton concentrated area, very easily damage.
CN 209449704U discloses a human protection gasbag inflatable structure, including the gasbag body, the gasbag body is accomodate in the waistband and can encircle the human body when expanding, does not accomodate folding mode to the gasbag and carries out detailed description, and protection scope is less. In addition, the gas cylinder is located human belly both sides, and the belly is comparatively soft, has avoided the existence of gas cylinder to cause the discomfort for the human body to a certain extent, but it is horizontal, because the human body is a curved surface, horizontal putting probably causes the gas cylinder to support clothes cloth, influences pleasing to the eye.
CN 209449705U discloses a fast-inflating airbag structure, including the gasbag body, the gasbag body is including the lower part gasbag of protection lower part of the body, the gasbag body is accomodate in the waistband, does not accomodate folding mode to the gasbag and carries out detailed description, and protection scope is less.

The specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention can be understood as appropriate by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Fig. 1 and 2 show schematic structural views of a protective airbag garment provided by the invention. The protective airbag garment comprises a fall recognition module, an inflation module 3, an airbag 2 and a garment body 1. The air bag 2 includes a plurality of columnar air bags 21 longitudinally arranged along the entire body of the garment body 1 and communicating with each other. Specifically, when the air bag 2 is in a folded state, that is, the protected human body does not fall, the plurality of columnar air bags 21 are arranged side by side in a folded state in the longitudinal direction and are arranged on the inner side of the clothes body 1. Two adjacent columnar air bags 21 of the columnar air bags 21 are communicated through a connecting channel 22, and air flow is kept to flow rapidly when the columnar air bags are inflated. The number of the columnar air bags 21 can be determined according to the relation between the size of the clothes body 1 and the diameter of each columnar air bag 21, so that when a protected human body falls down, the columnar air bags 21 can enclose the protected human body after being unfolded, and the protected human body is prevented from being injured due to leakage from a gap between two adjacent columnar air bags.
Fig. 3 and 4 show schematic views of the protective airbag garment provided by the invention after the airbag is deployed. A plurality of columnar airbags 21 are distributed on the front side, the rear side, the left side and the right side of the garment body 1. In particular, the plurality of columnar airbags 21 may be uniformly distributed, or may be arranged with specific arrangement gaps according to the size of the actual clothing body or the shape of the protected human body. According to the actual use condition, the cross-sectional diameters of the columnar airbags 21 can be gradually increased from the middle to the two ends, or can be gradually increased and then reduced.
Fig. 5 shows a state of use of the protective airbag garment provided by the present invention after airbag deployment. When the air bag 2 inflates and deploys, that is, the protected human body falls down, the inflation module 3 receives the inflation instruction, the upper ends of the columnar air bags 21 distributed on the rear side of the clothes body 1 extend to the top of the head of the protected human body, and the lower ends thereof extend to the lower part of the thighs of the protected human body, so as to comprehensively protect the head to the thighs of the rear side of the human body. The lower ends of the columnar air bags 21 distributed on the front side of the clothes body 1 extend to the thighs of the protected human body to comprehensively protect the chest to thigh of the front side of the human body. The lower ends of the columnar airbags 21 distributed on the left and right sides of the clothing body 1 extend below the hip of the protected human body to comprehensively protect the human body between the two side ribs and the hip. The shape of the columnar air bag 21 after being inflated and unfolded is fit with the curve of the human body, and particularly the columnar air bag 21 at the rear side of the clothes body 1 is matched with the curve of the back of the human body, so that the safety of the human body is better protected.
Fig. 6 shows a schematic diagram of the deployment process of the columnar air bag of the protective air bag garment provided by the invention. When the air bag 2 is in the folded state, the left side pattern in fig. 6, the columnar air bag 21 is layered from the end portion inwardly within the range of the clothing body 1 to maintain the shape of a normal clothing when the protected human body does not fall. Specifically, each columnar airbag 21 is folded in the same manner, and is first folded from the center of the end of the columnar airbag toward the inside of the column along the center axis thereof (not shown), and then folded from the outside toward the inside of the column layer by layer to form a stacked form (left-hand figure in fig. 6). Or, firstly, a section is drawn inwards from the outer side of the middle part of the columnar air bag (such as the middle graph in fig. 6), and then the still overlong columnar air bag part is drawn inwards layer by layer to form a stacked type (such as the left graph in fig. 6).
Further, in order to facilitate the deployment of the airbag, the upper and lower ends of the garment body 1 are provided with openings. When the protected human body falls down, the inflation module 3 receives an inflation instruction, and when the air bag 2 is inflated and deployed, the air bag 2 stretches out of the range of the clothes body through the opening, so that the protection range of the protected human body is enlarged. Specifically, the limiting portions extend from the openings provided at the upper and lower ends of the garment body 1 along both sides of the columnar air bags 21 toward the garment body, and the adjacent columnar air bags are spaced apart from each other to avoid mutual interference when a plurality of columnar air bags are simultaneously deployed. The limiting part can be a cloth strip with two sides respectively sewn to the inner and outer side cloth of the clothes body, or the inner and outer side cloth of the clothes body is directly sewn along the two sides of the columnar air bags so as to isolate the two adjacent columnar air bags.
The protective airbag garment comprises a fall recognition module, an inflation module 3, an airbag 2 and a garment body 1. The fall recognition module is connected to the inflation module 3, the inflation module 3 is communicated with the air bag 2, and the air bag 2 is arranged on the inner side of the clothes body 1. The number of the inflation modules 3 is 2, and the inflation modules are respectively communicated with two ends of the air bag 2. The inflatable modules 3 are obliquely arranged on the clothes body 1 at two sides of the abdomen of the protected human body. Namely, when the clothing body is worn by a protected human body, the two inflatable modules 3 are positioned at the lower edge of the ribs of the human body, and the discomfort caused by the existence of the air bottle to the human body is avoided by utilizing the characteristic that the abdomen is softer, and the oblique placement cuts off the transverse and vertical projection length, so that the clothing cloth is prevented from being supported, and the attractive appearance is prevented from being influenced. In particular, the inflation module may be wrapped with a soft material.
The above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the implementation scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications within the scope of the present invention should be considered as falling within the scope of the present invention.
