Abstract
The invention relates to a protective life-saving air bag jacket, which comprises a jacket body, an air bag and a control device, wherein the air bag is arranged on the jacket body; the airbag comprises a back airbag column longitudinally arranged at the rear side of the clothes body, chest airbag pieces which are bilaterally symmetrically arranged at the front side of the clothes body, an inflatable and deployable neck auxiliary airbag arranged above the back airbag column and an inflatable and deployable face airbag piece arranged above the chest airbag pieces; the back airbag pillar, the chest airbag flap, the neck auxiliary airbag, and the face airbag flap are communicated with each other. The invention activates the inflating device before the human body contacts with the ground, expands the back air bag column and the chest air bag sheet as well as the neck auxiliary air bag and the face air bag sheet connected with the back air bag column and the chest air bag sheet, protects the trunk of the human body and supports and protects the neck and the face at the same time, and can effectively prevent the neck of the person from swinging injury caused by the action of inertia force.

The equipment reduces the damage to key parts such as the trunk of a sportsman, but the protection parts are not comprehensive, the neck swing damage caused by the inertia effect of strong impact of the head of the sportsman on the trunk part is not considered, the breathing support required by the sportsman after the impact is not considered, and the effective time cannot be strived for emergency search and rescue.

Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of the construction of a protective life-saving air bag garment according to the present invention, which comprises a garment body 5, an air bag and a control device. The garment body 5 includes a garment body front side shown in fig. 1 and a garment body rear side shown in fig. 2. The back airbag pillar 1 is used for protecting the back of a human body and is longitudinally arranged at the rear side of the clothes body 5. As shown in fig. 4, the back airbag pillar 1 preferably, but not exclusively, includes two longitudinal airbag pillars. When the air bag is inflated and expanded, the two longitudinal air bag columns are positioned at the two sides of the back of the spine of the human body and are parallel to the spine of the human body, and the length of the longitudinal air bag columns can reach the waist of the human body. The two longitudinal air bag columns are arranged in bilateral symmetry. The back air bag column 1 is provided with a plurality of air bag heat sealing parts 9 for limiting the expansion size of the air bag and reducing the air filling amount of the air bag. The plurality of air bag heat-seal portions 9 may be arranged longitudinally on the outer side or/and inner side of each longitudinal air bag column. Each row of air bag heat-seal portions 9 of each longitudinal air bag column is preferably 3.
The chest airbag piece 2 is used for protecting the chest part of a human body and is arranged at the front side of the clothes body 5 in a bilateral symmetry mode. As shown in fig. 3, the chest flap 2 preferably, but not exclusively, comprises two longitudinal flaps. When the air bag is inflated and unfolded, the two longitudinal air bag pieces are bilaterally and symmetrically positioned at the front side of the chest of the human body. The chest air bag sheet 2 is provided with a plurality of air bag heat sealing parts 9 which are used for limiting the expansion size of the air bag and reducing the air quantity required by the air bag. The plurality of air bag heat-seal portions 9 may be arranged longitudinally on the outer side or/and inner side of each longitudinal air bag panel. Each row of the bag heat-seal portions 9 of each longitudinal bag panel is preferably 2. Specifically, the inner side of the longitudinal air bag piece is an arc which is designed along the curve of the chest of the human body and accords with the human engineering, the width of the arc is 100 mm-120 mm, and the length of the arc is 180 mm-220 mm. The neck auxiliary airbag 3 is provided above the back airbag pillar 1 for protecting the neck of a human body. As shown in fig. 4, when the airbag is inflated and deployed, the neck assisting airbag 3 is inflated and deployed to be supported on the neck of the human body. Specifically, the inner side of the neck assisting air bag 3 is an ergonomic arc shape designed along the curve of the neck of the human body. The face air bag sheet 4 is used for protecting the face of a human body and is arranged above the chest air bag sheet 2. As shown in FIG. 3, when the airbag is inflated and deployed, the face bag 4 is inflated and deployed to be supported on the front side of the face and neck of the human body. Specifically, the inner side of the face airbag piece 4 is in an ergonomic arc shape designed along the curves of the neck and the face of the human body. The face air bag piece 4 is provided with a breathing hole 41, and when the face air bag piece 4 is unfolded on the face of a human body, air can circulate to breathe by the human body. The number of the breathing holes is 1-10, preferably 5, and the shape of the breathing holes is round, square or polygonal. The back airbag pillar 1, the chest airbag panel 2, the neck auxiliary airbag 3, and the face airbag panel 4 are communicated with each other, and when the airbag is inflated, the back airbag pillar 1, the chest airbag panel 2, the neck auxiliary airbag 3, and the face airbag panel 4 are deployed at the same time.
Further, an oxygen membrane 8 (not shown in fig. 3) is disposed inside the facial airbag 4, and an oxygen supply hole 82 and a second breathing hole 81 corresponding to the breathing hole 41 are disposed on the oxygen membrane 8, which provides oxygen for assisting breathing and strives for time for search and rescue and treatment. The number of oxygen supply holes is 10 ~ 40, preferably 40 oxygen supply holes, and the shape of oxygen supply hole is circular, square, rectangular shape or polygon etc..
As shown in fig. 2, the control means includes a nitrogen generator 61, an oxygen generator 62, and a control module 63. The control module 63 is connected with the nitrogen generator 61 and the oxygen generator 62, the nitrogen generator 61 is connected with the air bag through a joint, and the oxygen generator 62 is connected with the oxygen diaphragm 8 through the conduit 7. The control device is arranged in the hard buffer device 6, and the hard buffer device 6 is arranged at the rear side of the clothes body 5. Specifically, the four corners of the hard buffer device 6 are fixed at the rear side of the clothes body 5 by the flexible belts 9, so that the fixing is stable and the replacement is convenient. The inner side (the side contacting with the human body) of the hard buffer device 6 is provided with a flexible buffer sheet (not shown in the figure) to increase the comfort of the human body when the air bag is not unfolded and reduce the impact of the air bag on the human body when the air bag is inflated and unfolded.
Before the sport, the human body wears the air sac clothes. In the event of a sudden event during exercise, the control module activates the nitrogen generator to inflate the air bag and deploy the back air bag column and chest air bag panel and the neck auxiliary air bag and face air bag panel connected thereto before the human body contacts the ground. When protecting the human trunk, the neck and the face are supported and protected. And the control module delays to excite the oxygen generator, so that oxygen is delivered to the oxygen diaphragm, good buffering protection is provided, meanwhile, oxygen auxiliary respiration is provided, and time is won for search and rescue and treatment.

2. A protective life-saving air bag garment according to claim 1, wherein an oxygen film (8) is arranged inside the face air bag sheet (4), and an oxygen supply hole (82) is arranged on the oxygen film (8).

A protective life-saving air bag garment according to claim 2, wherein said control means comprises a nitrogen generator (61), an oxygen generator (62) and a control module (63), said control module (63) connecting said nitrogen generator (61) and said oxygen generator (62), said nitrogen generator (61) being connected to said air bag and said oxygen generator (62) being connected to said oxygen diaphragm.
4. A protective life-saving air bag garment according to claim 1 or 2, wherein said control means comprises a nitrogen generator (61) and a control module (63), said control module (63) being connected to said nitrogen generator (61), said nitrogen generator (61) being connected to said air bag.
5. A protective life-saving air bag garment according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said face air bag panel (4) is provided with breathing holes (41).
6. A protective life-saving air bag garment according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said control means is provided in a hard buffer means (6), said hard buffer means (6) being provided at the rear side of said garment body (5).
7. A protective life-saving air bag garment according to claim 6, wherein a flexible cushion sheet is arranged inside the hard cushion means (6).
8. A protective life-saving air bag garment according to claim 6, wherein four corners of said hard buffer means (6) are fixed to the rear side of said garment body (5) by flexible straps (9).

A protective life-saving air bag garment according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the chest air bag panel (2) comprises two longitudinal air bag panels positioned at the front side of the chest of the human body, the inner sides of the longitudinal air bag panels are arc-shaped, the width of the longitudinal air bag panels is 100 mm-120 mm, and the length of the longitudinal air bag panels is 180 mm-220 mm.
10. A protective life-saving air bag garment according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said back air bag columns (1) comprise two longitudinal air bag columns located on the rear sides of the human spine and parallel thereto.
