For example, if the uploaded original picture is a photo, the work type can be directly selected as a photo. The user continues to register the information of the original picture by filling in the information in the options such as "work name", "author", and "copyright holder". Here, there is a "+" mark after "author" and "copyright holder", which means that multiple "authors" and "copyright holders" can be filled in. Of course, if the user regrets in the process of filling in the registration information and does not want to continue to register the work information, the registration information can also be cancelled by clicking the "cancel release" button.

The above introduces a simple registration process for information related to the copyright of original pictures. In order to further improve the copyright registration of original pictures and make the copyright registration of original pictures more secure and reliable, the embodiments of the present invention can also use trusted timestamps and digital signature technologies, and combine blockchain to provide ownership proof and existence proof services that comply with the international X9.95 protocol standard, to improve the copyright registration of copyrighted pictures (such as original pictures) to more effectively protect original content.

Before registering the copyright of an original image, you also need to obtain the corresponding digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload timestamp, and user signature of the original image. The following describes the generation and acquisition process of digital fingerprint, hash value, upload timestamp, and user signature.

First, when other attribute information (such as author information) of the original picture uploaded by the user is received, a preset hash algorithm is used to calculate the hash value of the original picture based on the original picture and its author information, and an upload timestamp is added to the original picture.

Then, a private key and a public key pair are generated for the original image, the hash value of the original image is encrypted using the private key to generate a user signature, and the generated user signature and the public key are combined to generate a digital fingerprint.

Furthermore, the evidence data items corresponding to the original image, including the digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload timestamp and user signature, as well as the original image itself and other attribute information are sent to the server and saved, so that the server can write the evidence data items and other attribute information corresponding to the original image into the blockchain to realize the copyright registration of the original image.

In this embodiment, other attribute information of the original picture (such as the type, title, work introduction, etc. of the original picture), evidence data items (such as digital fingerprints, hash values, author information, upload timestamps, etc.), public keys and other information are written into the blockchain. And the data information written into the blockchain is also stored in the corresponding storage system, so that a more complete copyright registration of the original picture can be achieved. Among them, the above registration information can be stored in a distributed storage system (such as a redis storage system) in a kv (Key-Value) manner, wherein the digital fingerprint can be used as the Key, and other attribute information of the original picture, the public key, the evidence data items, etc. are used as the Value value. This storage method can facilitate the subsequent search for the evidence data items or other attribute information of the original picture, that is, it can achieve non-chain offchain query.

Based on the same inventive concept, an embodiment of the present invention further provides an offline revenue earning device for picture copyright. FIG4 shows a schematic diagram of the structure of an offline revenue earning device for picture copyright according to an embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment of the present invention, the points distribution module 440 is further adapted to define the account corresponding to the user who uploaded the original picture as the first account, and the account corresponding to the authorized publisher of the offline picture matching task as the second account. In one embodiment of the present invention, the points issuing module 440 is further adapted to analyze the picture objects included in the offline picture assignment task. If the analyzed picture objects include at least one of brochures, posters, and exhibition boards, then according to the value of the revenue points pre-set for each picture object, the user who uploaded the original picture is issued a one-time revenue point of the corresponding value.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the authorization module 430 is further adapted to display the information related to the task publisher of the selected offline picture matching task, and provide an option to indicate whether the user is sure to authorize the selected offline picture matching task publisher. If the user triggers the option to authorize the selected offline picture matching task publisher, the copyright of the original image is authorized to the offline picture matching task publisher.

The embodiment of the present invention also provides another offline revenue earning device for image copyright. FIG6 shows a schematic diagram of the structure of an offline revenue earning device for image copyright according to another embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG6 , in addition to the above modules, the offline revenue earning device 400 for image copyright also includes a viewing module 520, a statistics module 530, a recommendation module 540, and a copyright registration module 550.

The viewing module 520 is coupled to the binding module 510 and is adapted to receive a user's request to view the revenue points in his own account.

The statistics module 530 is coupled with the viewing module 520 and is suitable for counting the revenue points values in the points storage address corresponding to the user account and displaying the revenue points values obtained by counting.

The recommendation module 540 is coupled with the statistics module 530 and is adapted to obtain redemption items corresponding to preset designated numerical points, determine items that can be redeemed for the statistically obtained revenue points, and recommend them to the user.

The evidence data items corresponding to the original image, including the digital fingerprint, hash value, author information, upload timestamp, and user signature, as well as the original image itself and other attribute information are sent to the server and saved; the server writes the evidence data items and other attribute information corresponding to the original image into the blockchain to realize the copyright registration of the original image.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a computer storage medium is provided, which stores a computer program code. When the computer program code runs on a computing device, the computing device executes the offline revenue method of the picture copyright in any of the above embodiments.

According to another aspect of the present invention, a computing device is provided, comprising: a processor; a memory storing a computer program code; when the computer program code is executed by the processor, the computing device executes the offline revenue method of the picture copyright in any of the above embodiments.

According to any one of the above preferred embodiments or a combination of multiple preferred embodiments, the embodiments of the present invention can achieve the following beneficial effects:

In an embodiment of the present invention, when a request for obtaining an offline picture matching task submitted by a user is received, the pre-collected offline picture matching tasks are obtained and displayed according to the acquisition request. The user's selection operation for any displayed offline picture matching task and the original picture uploaded for the selected offline picture matching task are received. If the original picture is analyzed to meet the task requirements of the selected offline picture matching task, the copyright of the original picture is authorized to the task publisher of the selected offline picture matching task. According to the preset rules, the authorized offline picture matching task publisher issues corresponding revenue points to the user who uploaded the original picture. Therefore, after the user of the embodiment of the present invention authorizes the copyright of the original picture uploaded by the user to the task publisher of the offline picture matching task, the original picture can be used to obtain the corresponding points income. The scheme can be widely applied to original pictures uploaded by any user, thereby effectively solving the problem that ordinary users in the prior art find it difficult to create income using their original content, and improving the creative enthusiasm of original users. when an acquisition request of an offline map distribution task submitted by a user is received, acquiring and displaying the offline map distribution task collected in advance according to the acquisition request;

Receiving a selection operation of a user on any displayed offline picture distribution task and an original picture uploaded by aiming at the selected offline picture distribution task;

if the original picture is analyzed to meet the task requirement of the selected offline picture allocation task, authorizing the copyright of the original picture to a task publisher of the selected offline picture allocation task;

corresponding revenue points are issued by users uploading the original pictures in the issuing direction of the authorized offline picture distribution task according to preset rules;

after receiving the selection operation of the user on any displayed offline map matching task and the original picture uploaded by aiming at the selected offline map matching task, the method further comprises the following steps:

receiving other attribute information of the original picture uploaded by the user, wherein the other attribute information comprises at least one of author information, type, title and work introduction of the original picture;

calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading time stamp to the original picture;

generating a private key and a public key pair for the original picture, encrypting a hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint;

Transmitting a certification data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and the other attribute information to a server and storing the certification data item; and writing the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into a blockchain by the server to realize copyright registration of the original picture.

2. The method of claim 1, wherein the offline join-map task comprises:

the picture matching task aims at least one picture matching object in a brochure, a poster, a display board and a publication.

3. The method of claim 1, wherein after receiving the user selection operation of any displayed offline graphics task and the original picture uploaded for the selected offline graphics task, further comprises:

calling a preset map matching interface;

analyzing the task requirement of the selected offline map distribution task by using the map distribution interface;

analyzing the content information of the original picture, and judging whether an analysis result is matched with the task requirement of the offline picture allocation task;

and if the analysis result is matched with the task requirement of the offline picture distribution task, determining that the original picture meets the task requirement of the selected offline picture distribution task.

4. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:

respectively receiving a registration request carrying user information sent by a user uploading the original picture and an offline picture distribution task publisher;

analyzing corresponding user information from the received registration request, and registering a corresponding account based on the analyzed user information;

and allocating a unique point storage address for the successfully registered account, and binding the account with the point storage address corresponding to the account.

5. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein issuing corresponding revenue credits by a user uploading the original picture in an authorized offline distribution task issuing direction according to a preset rule comprises:

defining an account corresponding to a user uploading the original picture as a first account, and defining an account corresponding to an authorized offline picture distribution task publisher as a second account;

and transferring the income credits of the corresponding numerical value in the credit storage address corresponding to the second account into the credit storage address corresponding to the first account according to a preset rule.

6. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein issuing corresponding revenue credits by a user uploading the original picture in an authorized offline distribution task issuing direction according to a preset rule comprises:

Analyzing a map matching object contained in the offline map matching task;

if the analyzed graph matching object comprises a publication, counting the sales number of the publication in a preset time period;

and according to the counted sales quantity, corresponding revenue points are issued by the users uploading the original pictures in the authorized off-line distribution task issuing direction.

7. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein issuing corresponding revenue credits by a user uploading the original picture in an authorized offline distribution task issuing direction according to a preset rule comprises:

analyzing a map matching object contained in the offline map matching task;

if the analyzed picture allocation object comprises at least one of a brochure, a poster and a display board, according to the value of the profit integral preset for each picture allocation object, issuing the profit integral of the corresponding value for the user uploading the original picture at one time.

8. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein authorizing copyrights of the original pictures to a task publisher of a selected offline pictorial task comprises:

displaying the relevant information of the task publisher of the selected offline map distribution task, and providing options for indicating whether the user determines to authorize the selected offline map distribution task publisher;

And if the user trigger is received, determining an option authorized to the selected offline picture distribution task publisher, and authorizing the copyright of the original picture to the offline picture distribution task publisher.

9. A method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:

receiving a viewing request of a user for the benefit points of the account;

counting the income point values in the point storage addresses corresponding to the user accounts, and displaying the income point values obtained through counting;

and acquiring a converted article corresponding to the preset designated numerical point, determining the article which can be converted by counting the obtained income point numerical value, and recommending the obtained product to the user.

10. An offline profit device of picture copyright, comprising:

calculating a hash value of the original picture by adopting a preset hash algorithm based on the original picture and the author information thereof, and adding an uploading time stamp to the original picture;

generating a private key and a public key pair for the original picture, encrypting a hash value of the original picture by using the private key to generate a user signature, and combining the generated user signature and the public key to generate a digital fingerprint;

transmitting a certification data item corresponding to the original picture and comprising the digital fingerprint, the hash value, the author information, the uploading timestamp and the user signature, the original picture and the other attribute information to a server and storing the certification data item; and writing the certification data item and other attribute information corresponding to the original picture into a blockchain by the server to realize copyright registration of the original picture.

11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the offline join-map task comprises:

the picture matching task aims at least one picture matching object in a brochure, a poster, a display board and a publication.
