Abstract

本发明涉及一种方片棉生产机器,包括接料台,分切机器和料架,料架用于放置具有一定门幅的棉布原料卷,分切机器用于将棉布分切成高度H×宽度W的方片棉,接料台用于放置生产完成的方片棉。由于采用了伺服驱动和控制系统,并且接料台的工作台面可升降以适应放置不同高度的方片棉,因此该机器可生产多种规格的方片棉,具有更好的生产适应性和更高的生产效率。

本发明棉片分切生产领域,尤其涉及一种方片棉的生产机器。
背景技术
方片棉被广泛应用于日常化妆清洁或者医疗卫生领域,规格繁多。将棉和无纺布分层叠合成棉布,经纵向和横向裁切后成方形棉片,用途不同。方片棉的规格不同,目前一个棉片分切机器一般只能生产一种规格的棉片,适应性相对较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:实现一种可用于生产不同尺寸规格的方片棉的生产机器。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种方片棉生产机器,其特征在于,包括接料台、分切机器和料架,料架用于放置具有一定门幅的棉布原料卷,从原料卷中拉出来的棉布被分切机器分切成高度为H、宽度为W的方片棉,接料台用于放置生产完成的方片棉;将接料台所在侧定义为方片棉生产机器的前侧,将料架所在侧定义为方片棉生产机器的后侧,人面对着站在方片棉生产机器的前侧时,左边定义为方片棉生产机器的左侧、右边定义为方片棉生产机器的右侧,则有:
分切机器包括牵引组件、纵剖刀组件及横剖刀组件,由牵引组件将从原料卷中拉出来的棉布以预设的输送速度V依次牵引至纵剖刀组件及横剖刀组件,依据待生产的方片棉的不同宽度W调整纵剖刀组件,使纵剖刀组件将棉布纵向剖切成M条宽度为W的窄幅棉片一,横剖刀组件在前、后方向上以时间间隔T对M条窄幅棉片一进行横向切断,每次切割时,将M条窄幅棉片一按一定高度H横向切断为M片高度为H、宽度为W的方片棉,通过调节时间间隔T和/或输送速度V以适应待生产的方片棉的不同高度H。
优选地,所述原料卷放置在所述料架上后可自由转动。

优选地,所述纵剖刀组件包括沿左右方向水平布置的底刀轴及圆刀轴,M+1个底刀沿轴向以相等的底刀间距D1同轴安装在底刀轴上,M+1个圆刀沿轴向以相等的圆刀间距D2同轴安装在圆刀轴上,依据待生产的方片棉的不同宽度W,调整底刀间距D1和圆刀间距D2均等于W后将底刀和圆刀分别固定在底刀轴和圆刀轴上。M+1个圆刀和M+1个底刀一对一前后布置,第m个底刀与第m个圆刀的刀刃在左右方向上相互贴合,且在径向具有重合面,m=1,2,……,M+1,所述棉布被喂入底刀轴与圆刀轴之间,从而由M+1个圆刀和M+1个底刀将所述棉布的纵向切割为M+2条窄幅棉片,M+2条窄幅棉片中位于棉布的门幅两侧各有一条窄幅棉片二作为废边料被单独牵引导出到所述分切机器的外侧,剩余窄幅棉片形成所述M条宽度为W的窄幅棉片一。

纵剖检测器包括位于前端的针状细杆及位置固定的本体,针状细杆以悬臂方式通过弹簧固连在本体上,每个纵剖检测器前端的针状细杆一一对应地插入左右相邻的两片窄幅棉片一之间。
优选地,所述牵引组件包括由伺服电机驱动的牵引罗拉组以及可自由旋转的无动力的过渡辊,其中,牵引罗拉组包括第一牵引罗拉组及第二牵引罗拉组,由第一牵引罗拉组将绕经过渡辊的所述棉布牵引至所述纵剖刀组件,由第二牵引罗拉组将所述M条宽度为W的窄幅棉片一牵引至所述横剖刀组件,第二牵引罗拉组的转动速度大于第一牵引罗拉组的转动速度。
由于采用了上述的技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下的优点和积极效果:分切机器采用伺服控制技术,可以灵活控制棉片输送量,结合具有升降功能的接料台,可以实现生产多种规格的方片棉,并且不同规格生产的切换方便快捷,具有更好的生产适应性和更高的生产效率。

如图1所述,本发明提供的一种方片棉生产机器,包括接料台1、分切机器2和料架3,按前中后方式布局。料架3用于放置具有一定门幅的棉布原料卷,原料卷在料架3上可自由转动,从原料卷中拉出来的棉布4被分切机器2分切成具有一定高度和宽度的方片棉,接料台1用于放置生产完成的方片棉5。
为叙述方便,将接料台1所在侧定义为方片棉生产机器的前侧,将料架3所在侧定义为方片棉生产机器的后侧,人面对着站在方片棉生产机器前侧时左边定义为方片棉生产机器的左侧,右边定义为方片棉生产机器的右侧。
如图2所示,分切机器2用于将棉布4分切成高度为H、宽度为W的方片棉5,包括牵引组件、纵剖刀组件25、横剖刀组件、纵剖检测器24、安装上述这些部件的机架以及为运动部件提供动力的伺服控制系统。
结合图2,牵引组件包括第一牵引罗拉组26、第二牵引罗拉组23、可自由旋转的无动力过渡辊28a、28b、28c。纵剖刀组件25包括底刀轴2501、底刀2503、圆刀轴2502以及圆刀2504。横剖刀组件包括动刀驱动组件、动刀27及定刀22。第一牵引罗拉组26、第二牵引罗拉组23、纵剖刀组件25和动刀27具有如图2所示的运动,其驱动动力和运动速度的控制都来源于分切机器2的伺服控制系统。
第一牵引罗拉组26、第二牵引罗拉组23均为具有动力的啮合式对辊组,均包括一个主动辊和一个与主动辊直径相等的被动辊。主动辊和被动辊均为通长辊,沿左右方向水平布置在机架的左右侧墙板之间。第二牵引罗拉组23的转动速度大于第一罗拉组26的转动速度。
第一牵引罗拉组26从棉布原料卷中将棉布4向前拉出开始进入分切机器2。棉布4经过过渡辊28a、28b后水平喂入第一牵引罗拉组26。由第一牵引罗拉组26带动棉布4前行经过过渡辊28c后竖直向下进入纵剖刀组件25。
结合图3,纵剖刀组件25包括底刀轴2501、底刀2503、圆刀轴2502以及圆刀2504。底刀轴2501和圆刀轴2502均为具有动力的通长圆柱轴,沿左右方向水平等中心高布置在机架的左右侧墙板之间。M+1个底刀2503沿轴向等间距同轴安装在底刀轴2501。M+1个圆刀2504沿轴向等间距同轴安装在圆刀轴2502上。左右相邻的两个底刀2503之间的的底刀间距D1与左右相邻的两个圆刀2504之间的圆刀间距D2相等,均为待生产的方片棉的宽度W。依据待生产的方片棉的不同宽度W,轴向移动底刀2503和圆刀2504,调整底刀间距D1和圆刀间距D2等于W以后,将底刀2503和圆刀2504分别固定在底刀轴2501和圆刀轴2502上。M+1个圆刀2504和M+1个底刀2503一对一前后布置。第m个底刀2503与第m个圆刀2504的刀刃在左右方向上相互贴合,且在径向具有重合面,m=1,2,……,M+1。棉布4被喂入底刀轴2501与圆刀轴2502之间,从而由M+1个圆刀2504和M+1个底刀2503将棉布4纵向切割为M+2条窄幅棉片。M+2条窄幅棉片中位于棉布4的门幅两侧各有一条窄幅棉片二42作为废边料被单独牵引导出到分切机器2的外侧,剩余窄幅棉片形成M条宽度为W的窄幅棉片一41。M条宽度为W的窄幅棉片一41则向下经过纵剖检测器24后进入第二牵引罗拉组23。第二牵引罗拉组23继续带动M条窄幅棉片一41进入横剖刀组件。
纵剖检测器24有M+1个,布置于纵剖刀组件25和第二牵引罗拉组23之间。纵剖检测器24包括位于前端的针状细杆及位置固定的本体。针状细杆以悬臂方式通过弹簧固连在本体上,每个纵剖检测器24前端的针状细杆一一对应地插入左右相邻的两片窄幅棉片一41之间。
横剖刀组件包括动刀驱动组件、动刀27及定刀22。动刀27和定刀22均为薄板件,定刀22的位置固定,动刀27固定在动刀驱动组件的输出端。动刀驱动组件依据曲柄滑块机构工作原理使动刀27依时间间隔T做水平的前后往复运动。动刀27布置于定刀22的下方,当动刀27向后运动时,M条窄幅棉片一41在定刀22刀刃的后侧竖直下行并进入到动刀27以下。当动刀27向前运动至动刀27的刀刃和定刀22的刀刃上下咬合时,将M条窄幅棉片一41切断成M枚高度为H且宽度为W的方片棉5。
动刀驱动组件包括由伺服电机驱动的动刀轴2101、曲柄连杆组件2102以及动刀座2103。动刀27固定在动刀座2103上。动刀轴2101通过曲柄连杆组件2102依据曲柄滑块机构工作原理驱动动刀座2103沿导向做水平往复运动,于是,动刀27做水平的前后往复运动。
被横剖刀组件切断的方片棉5竖直落在接料台1的工作台面上,方片棉5被切断的同时被动刀27往前推出。接料台1包括定框架11、动台架12、工作台面13,第一导向机构14,第二导向机构15和顶升机构16。顶升机构16的机身固定在定框架11上,输出端与动台架12固连。动台架12在顶升机构16的作用下沿第一导向机构14相对于定框架11做竖直方向的升降运动。工作台面13及第二导向机构15固定在动台架12上。工作台面13在气缸的作用下沿第二导向机构15相对动台架12按一定节拍做水平方向的左右往复移动。
工作台面13伸入到分切机器2内,且置于定刀22的下方,通过顶升机构16的升降可以设置工作台面13的上表面和定刀22的刀刃在竖直方向的距离为H。方片棉5竖直落在接料台1的工作台面13上,被继续向前运动的动刀27在工作台面13上往前推出一段距离。然后动刀27在曲柄连杆组件2102的作用下向后运动,开始下一个裁切循环。
伺服控制系统包括第一伺服电机、第二伺服电机、机械动力分配系统和相应的控制软件。第一伺服电机的输出轴与第一牵引罗拉组26的主动辊固连,为第一牵引罗拉组26提供动力,然后通过机械动力分配系统分别给第二牵引罗拉组23和纵剖刀组件25提供动力。第二伺服电机的输出轴与动刀轴2101固连,驱动动刀27做水平往复运动。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种方片棉生产机器,其特征在于,所述横剖刀组件包括位置固定的定刀(22)、动刀(27)及由伺服电机驱动的动刀驱动组件,所述M条窄幅棉片一(41)在定刀(22)刀刃的后侧沿纵向竖直下行至动刀(27)的下方,动刀(27)固定于动刀驱动组件的输出端,由动刀驱动组件驱动动刀(27)以所述时间间隔T沿前后方向做水平的往复运动,当动刀(27)向前运动到位时,动刀(27)与定刀(22)相配合将所述M条窄幅棉片一(41)按所述的高度H横向切断成所述M片高度为H、宽度为W的方片棉(5)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种方片棉生产机器,其特征在于,所述动刀(27)布置于所述定刀(22)的下方,当所述动刀(27)向前运动到位时,所述动刀(27)的刀刃和所述定刀(22)的刀刃上下咬合。
4.如权利要求2所述的一种方片棉生产机器,其特征在于,所述接料台(1)包括至少可上下移动的工作台面(13),通过工作台面(13)的上下移动以调节工作台面(13)的上表面和所述的定刀(22)的刀刃在竖直方向的距离D3,使得距离D3与待生产的方片棉的高度H相适应。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种方片棉生产机器,其特征在于,所述牵引组件包括由伺服电机驱动的牵引罗拉组以及可自由旋转的无动力的过渡辊,其中,牵引罗拉组包括第一牵引罗拉组(26)及第二牵引罗拉组(23),由第一牵引罗拉组(26)将绕经过渡辊的所述棉布(4)牵引至所述纵剖刀组件(25),由第二牵引罗拉组(23)将所述M条宽度为W的窄幅棉片一(41)牵引至所述横剖刀组件,第二牵引罗拉组(23)的转动速度大于第一牵引罗拉组(26)的转动速度。
