Detailed Description
The invention provides a method for efficiently recovering carbon disulfide from tail gas, which comprises the following steps:
condensing the tail gas to obtain condensed tail gas, and then inputting the condensed tail gas into a carbon disulfide receiving tank; the pressure of the carbon disulfide receiving tank is 1.0-2.0 MPa;
carbon disulfide in the condensation tail gas is liquefied in the carbon disulfide receiving tank, and the unliquefied tail gas is discharged from the carbon disulfide receiving tank outlet.
The invention has no special requirement on the source of the tail gas, and the tail gas with the volume fraction of carbon disulfide of 1-10 percent in the tail gas is suitable for the invention. In the embodiment of the invention, the components of the tail gas preferably comprise carbon disulfide, hydrogen sulfide and benzothiazole, and the volume ratio of the carbon disulfide, the hydrogen sulfide and the benzothiazole in the tail gas is preferably 1-10: 70-95: 0.01-10. In the invention, the tail gas is preferably high-temperature high-pressure tail gas, the pressure of the tail gas is preferably 1-10 MPa, and the temperature of the tail gas is preferably 30-200 ℃; the flow rate of the tail gas is preferably 20 kg/h-200 kg/h.
The invention was tested according to the apparatus diagram shown in FIG. 1.
According to the invention, the tail gas is preferably conveyed to the water-sealed tank through a pressure control valve, the benzothiazole in the tail gas can automatically settle into liquid due to large specific gravity and low saturated vapor pressure, the liquid is remained in the water-sealed tank and generally accounts for 80% of the water-sealed tank after reaching a certain liquid level, the liquid benzothiazole in the water-sealed tank is subjected to benzothiazole purification treatment, and the benzothiazole is collected.
Then will be by water seal tank outlet exhaust tail gas through the tubulation condenser condensation, then will condense tail gas and get into carbon disulfide and receive jar collection carbon disulfide, the carbon disulfide in the tail gas is liquefied in carbon disulfide receives jar, and other compositions in the tail gas do not liquefy, receive the gas outlet discharge of jar from carbon disulfide. According to the invention, the carbon disulfide receiving tank is internally provided with the pressure transmitter, and the internal pressure of the carbon disulfide receiving tank is 1.0-2.0 MPa by controlling the pressure transmitter.
In the present invention, the tail gas is preferably condensed by using cooling water, the condensation is preferably performed in a shell and tube condenser, and the specific method is preferably as follows: and introducing tail gas on the tube side and cooling water on the shell side. In the invention, the temperature of the cooling water is preferably-20 ℃, more preferably-10-20 ℃, and even more preferably-5-1 ℃. In the invention, the heat exchange area of the tube bundle condenser is preferably 20-30 m2. In the invention, after the condensation treatment is finished, the temperature of the condensation tail gas is preferably-10-20 ℃.
