Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent early warning system for monitoring road meteorological environment, which comprises a road information acquisition system, a central server and an information release system, wherein the road information acquisition system and the information release system are connected with the central server through a network; the road information acquisition system transmits acquired data to the central server, the central server performs grading, format conversion, decoding and decoding processing on the acquired data, performs geographic information fusion processing, data visualization processing and data calculation, stores real-time monitoring data and analysis and forecast data in a database, and performs information query display and early warning and forecast through the information issuing system. The method can provide minute-level and kilometer-level near weather forecast, comprehensive disaster information early warning, trend forecast and quantifiable accurate data for a road manager, provides decision basis for traffic control to realize comprehensive monitoring and dynamic management of highway weather, realizes the purposes of arranging disposal strategies in advance, reducing the accident rate of roads and finally improves the utilization efficiency and economic benefit of the roads.

Background
According to statistics of traffic departments, about 38 percent of traffic accidents on expressways in China occur in severe weather, and 71 percent of serious traffic accidents and 65 percent of direct economic loss occur in severe weather and environmental conditions. Therefore, the accurate weather early warning forecast in the traffic field directly relates to the life and property safety of people.
The traffic weather service industry can be generally divided into three main links of front-end observation, weather early warning prediction and information release: in the front-end observation link, the hardware technology development of the meteorological sensor is mature, and the comprehensive detection of the front-end meteorological environment and the road surface state can be met. In the meteorological early warning and forecasting link, due to the high professional requirement on meteorological data analysis, few manufacturers capable of being researched and developed in the field are provided, at present, meteorological prediction is mainly performed by the national meteorological bureau and the local meteorological bureau, and meteorological prediction is performed by using a mode of combining satellite remote sensing with a ground radar station and a regional meteorological station to assist road meteorological early warning. The product scheme of most commercial companies is optimized by a weather prediction algorithm by using a data source of the national weather bureau, so that the weather early warning service of the industry is customized, and the service precision is low. Meanwhile, the road meteorological point location is predicted by combining front-end road section point location acquisition and national meteorological big data through a self-research algorithm, the pertinence is strong, and the prediction accuracy needs to be trained according to the field situation, so that the improvement is realized. In the information release link, the road weather early warning information is produced by a weather department and then delivered to a traffic management department, the road weather early warning information and the traffic management department can be simultaneously released, the information release channel mainly comprises an official website, a television station, traffic broadcasting and the like, the information transmission coverage is incomplete, and the mobile internet coverage to the C-end user is lacked.

The intelligent early warning system for monitoring the road meteorological environment comprises a meteorological environment forecasting element acquisition system, a weather condition monitoring system and a weather condition monitoring and early warning system, wherein the meteorological environment forecasting element acquisition system comprises an air temperature acquisition device, a relative humidity acquisition device, a wind direction and wind speed acquisition device, an air pressure acquisition device and a rain accumulation acquisition device; the weather supervision early warning element acquisition system comprises a visibility acquisition device.
The road meteorological environment monitoring intelligent early warning system specifically comprises a road surface temperature acquisition device, a slippery degree acquisition device, a dew point temperature acquisition device, a water accumulation acquisition device, an ice accumulation acquisition device and a snow accumulation acquisition device.
The intelligent early warning system for monitoring the road meteorological environment specifically comprises a video monitoring device, and the meteorological big data comprises a satellite cloud picture acquisition device, a radar station and a meteorological station.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: compared with the prior art, the method is established based on GIS geographic information and weather big data, based on the collection of road weather station data, road surface condition data and equipment state information, based on weather department big data and combined with the analysis of road section thermogram data, so that minute-level and kilometer-level near weather forecast, comprehensive disaster information early warning, trend forecast and quantifiable accurate data are provided for a road manager, decision basis is provided for traffic control to realize the comprehensive monitoring and dynamic management of road weather, the aim of arranging disposal strategies in advance is fulfilled, the accident rate of roads is reduced, and the utilization efficiency and economic benefit of the roads are finally improved. By constructing the road meteorological monitoring and early warning release system, the system can be accessed to the front-end road traffic meteorological station of the local meteorological office to monitor meteorological data and monitor weather supervision and early warning element acquisition (including real-time monitoring data and analysis and forecast data), so that meteorological data sharing is achieved, and fine analysis and early warning of the road meteorological data are realized.

The road information acquisition system is used for acquiring macroscopic meteorological data, acquiring multi-dimensional meteorological information by combining a meteorological station and front-end equipment, and providing data which can be used for analysis and execution for the algorithm model through data cleaning and refining. The road information acquisition system comprises a meteorological environment forecast element acquisition system, a weather supervision early warning element acquisition system, a road surface condition element acquisition system, a system monitoring system and a meteorological big data acquisition system, and the road information acquisition system and the information release system are connected with the central server through a network; the early warning and forecasting system is connected with the central server through a data line; the road information acquisition system transmits acquired real-time monitoring data to a central server, an algorithm model is arranged in the central server, the central server performs grading, format conversion, decoding and decoding processing on the acquired real-time monitoring data, geographic information fusion processing, data visualization processing and data calculation to obtain analysis and forecast data, and the algorithm model can learn in a self-adaptive mode through result verification, so that the algorithm model is continuously perfected. The real-time monitoring data and the analysis and forecast data are stored in a database, and information is inquired and displayed through an information issuing system; the early warning forecasting system compares the set parameter threshold with the real-time monitoring data, and triggers early warning when the monitored parameter reaches the set threshold. The information issuing system presents the final result data in various modes such as pushing, early warning, inquiring and the like through the information issuing application. The meteorological environment forecasting element acquisition system comprises an air temperature acquisition device, a relative humidity acquisition device, a wind direction and wind speed acquisition device, an air pressure acquisition device and a rain accumulation acquisition device; the weather supervision early warning element acquisition system comprises a visibility acquisition device. The road surface condition element acquisition system comprises a road surface temperature acquisition device, a slippery degree acquisition device, a dew point temperature acquisition device, a water accumulation acquisition device, an ice accumulation acquisition device and a snow accumulation acquisition device. The system monitoring comprises a video monitoring device, and the meteorological big data comprises a satellite cloud picture acquisition device, a radar station and a meteorological station. The above devices are all installed by using common equipment on the market.
