8 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 10 parts of poria cocos, 8 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 7 parts of fructus aurantii, 8 parts of radix bupleuri, 10 parts of schizonepeta, 3 parts of liquorice, 7 parts of platycodon grandiflorum, 2 parts of aspartame, 1.5 parts of orange essence, 2 parts of magnesium stearate and 3 parts of citric acid; the clinical preparation is tablets, and the weight of each tablet is 3 g.

8-10 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 9-12 parts of poria cocos, 8-13 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 7-10 parts of fructus aurantii, 8-11 parts of radix bupleuri, 10-15 parts of schizonepeta, 3-7 parts of liquorice and 7-12 parts of platycodon grandiflorum.
2. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating cardiopulmonary diseases according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by mass:
9 parts of ligusticum wallichii, 9 parts of poria cocos, 9 parts of divaricate saposhnikovia root, 9 parts of fructus aurantii, 9 parts of radix bupleuri, 12 parts of schizonepeta, 6 parts of liquorice and 9 parts of platycodon grandiflorum.
3. The method for preparing a Chinese medicinal composition for treating cardiopulmonary diseases according to claim 1 or 2, comprising the steps of:
taking 8-10 parts by mass of ligusticum wallichii, 9-12 parts by mass of poria cocos, 8-13 parts by mass of radix sileris, 7-10 parts by mass of fructus aurantii, 8-11 parts by mass of radix bupleuri, 10-15 parts by mass of schizonepeta, 3-7 parts by mass of liquorice and 7-12 parts by mass of platycodon grandiflorum, distilling with steam to collect volatile oil and distilled residual liquid to obtain medicine residues, adding water into the medicine residues, decocting, filtering, collecting filtrate, mixing the filtrate with the distilled residual liquid, and concentrating to obtain clear paste.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the steam distillation is performed 1 to 3 times for 5 to 8 hours.
5. The Chinese medicinal composition prepared by the preparation method of claim 3 or 4.
6. A clinical preparation for treating cardiopulmonary diseases, which comprises the Chinese medicinal composition of claim 1, claim 2 or claim 5 and pharmaceutically acceptable adjuvants.
7. The clinical preparation according to claim 6, wherein the clinical preparation is granules, capsules, tablets, pills or oral liquid.
