Background
The missile-borne optical fiber inertial measurement unit has the functions of measuring angular velocity and apparent acceleration of the missile in three axes in real time, and providing three-axis angular increment, three-axis apparent velocity increment, three-axis angular velocity and three-axis apparent acceleration after error compensation. The sensitive package in the missile-borne optical fiber inertial measurement unit is connected with the shell through eight vibration absorbers, and plays a role in isolation and protection on external violent random vibration; meanwhile, the gyro and the accelerometer sensitive element are arranged in the sensitive package, and certain position precision requirements are met. The quality of the installation precision of the sensitive package determines the external output precision of the product.
The vibration absorber is connected with the sensitive bag through the vibration absorber seats with two specifications, and due to space limitation, the vibration absorber is fixed by one screw, and can rotate in the screwing process. Detailed Description
The present invention will now be further described by way of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment thereof, taken in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a mistake-proof combination device for quick assembly alignment of sensitive packages comprises: the shock absorber comprises a base 4, wherein four base bosses 41 for placing a shock absorber seat are arranged on the base 4; a pair of brackets 2 symmetrically arranged on the base; the headstock 5 is arranged at the upper end of the bracket 2, and each headstock 5 is respectively provided with two headstock bosses 51 for placing a shock absorber seat; each of the head bosses 51 corresponds to the base boss 41 at upper and lower positions.
Further, the bevel shape of the head boss 51 matches the damper seat with an angular error better than 3'.
The base is provided with a pair of positioning bosses 42 for positioning the bracket; the bottom of the support 2 is provided with a positioning groove 21, the positioning groove 21 is matched with the positioning boss 42, and the support 2 is L-shaped. After the support 2 is limited, the bolt penetrates through the through holes in the L-shaped support and the base and is screwed with the nut, so that the purpose of fixing is achieved.

The first damper seat 1 and the damper 6 are fixed through screws; the second damper seat 3 and the damper 6 are fixed by screws.
The plane precision of the base, the first vibration damper seat A and the second vibration damper seat B is better than 0.04mm, and the angle error between the inclined plane matched with the vibration damper seat and the plane of the base is not more than 3'; the base is provided with two positioning bosses for positioning the bracket, and the base is provided with two positioning screws in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction for transversely and radially adjusting the sensitive bag.
The framework 7 on the sensitive bag is placed on the base, and two sides of the framework 7 are compressed through the transverse and longitudinal positioning screws until the framework 7 is in contact with two leaning surfaces arranged on the base 4; the headstock 5 is fixed on the bracket 2 through screws; firstly, placing two first shock absorber seats 1 and two second shock absorber seats 3 at the bottom, and fixing the two first shock absorber seats and the two second shock absorber seats on a framework 7 through screws; then, two first damper seats 1 and two second damper seats 3 are placed on the headstock 5 and fixed on the framework 7 through screws.
After the 4 first damper seats 1 and the 4 second damper seats 3 are assembled and aligned, the headstock 5 is removed, and the assembly of the sensitive bag is completed.
The using method of the invention is that two supports 2 are respectively fixed on a base 4 through screwing of screws and nuts, then two headstock 5 are respectively fixed on the supports 2 through screws, a framework 7 is put on the base 4, the horizontal movement of the framework 7 is limited through transverse and longitudinal screws screwed on the base 4, a first damper seat 1 and a damper, and a second damper seat 3 and a damper 6 are assembled into an integrated damper assembly, the damper assembly is correspondingly arranged according to the boss shape of the damper seat arranged on the base 4 and the headstock 5, and after 8 damper assemblies are aligned, the damper assembly can be fixed on the framework through screws.

the headstock is arranged at the upper end of the bracket, and each headstock is respectively provided with two headstock bosses for placing the shock absorber seats;
each headstock boss corresponds to the base boss at the upper position and the lower position;
the inclined plane shape of the head frame boss is matched with the shock absorber seat, so that the shock absorber seat is prevented from being installed wrongly and is kept from rotating in the screwing process.
