背景技术
随着科技的进步,网络已经成为现代人生活中最主要的信息交流媒介之一。为了提供多元化的网络服务,服务器更是不可或缺的设备,计算机主机可以透过网络访问服务器中的数据,达到迅速的信息传输。
在服务器的实际操作上,如何让用户把其中的模块简单容易地装拆,无疑能够为使用者带来更多的方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种服务器,其能轻易容易地把模块从壳体取出。
根据本发明的一实施方式,一种服务器包含壳体、多个拉力组件以及多个模块。壳体包括相连通的开口以及腔室。拉力组件设置于壳体,并且拉力组件至少部分覆盖开口。模块配置以扺压对应的拉力组件,并使对应的拉力组件至少部分朝向腔室弹性延伸,模块穿越开口而进入腔室,以固定于壳体。
在本发明一或多个实施方式中,上述的模块包括相对的第一端以及第二端,第一端配置以抵压对应的拉力组件,模块更包括第一卡扣部,第一卡扣部设置于对应的第二端,壳体更包括多个第二卡扣部,第一卡扣部配置以卡扣第二卡扣部。
在本发明一或多个实施方式中,上述的拉力组件包括第一定位部,模块更包括第二定位部,第二定位部位于对应的第一端,第一定位部配置以与对应的第二定位部彼此固定。
在本发明一或多个实施方式中,上述的第一定位部为穿孔,第二定位部为端口,端口配置以固定于穿孔内。
在本发明一或多个实施方式中,上述的服务器更包含两轴体。轴体设置于壳体的相对两外侧,开口位于轴体之间,其中,拉力组件为扁平条状,拉力组件的相对两末端分别缠绕轴体。
在本发明一或多个实施方式中,上述的轴体更包括多个凸出部,凸出部沿轴体的延伸方向分布,拉力组件受限于两凸出部之间。
在本发明一或多个实施方式中,上述的服务器更包含两罩体。罩体可拆卸地设置于壳体的相对两外侧,开口位于罩体之间,其中,轴体以及缠绕于对应的轴体的拉力组件的末端,至少部分位于对应的罩体内。
在本发明一或多个实施方式中,上述的壳体更包括多个导引块,导引块分布于壳体的内壁,当拉力组件中的其一弹性延伸至腔室时,对应的拉力组件至少部分受限于至少两导引块之间。
在本发明一或多个实施方式中,上述的拉力组件由两定力弹簧连接而成。
本发明上述实施方式至少具有以下优点:
(1)当模块的第一卡扣部与壳体的第二卡扣部的卡扣被解除时,拉力组件将释放储存的弹性位能,并回复对轴体的缠绕,继而把模块往壳体外推出。如此一来,用户能够轻易容易地把模块从壳体取出。
(2)由于把模块轻易容易地从壳体取出,且不涉及额外工具的使用,因而能够为使用者带来方便。
(3)由于拉力组件可由两个定力弹簧连接而成,因此,服务器的制造成本能够因为免去以往包覆在模块外的导引零组件而有效降低。

具体实施方式
以下将以图式公开本发明的多个实施方式,为明确说明起见,许多实务上的细节将在以下叙述中一并说明。然而,应了解到,这些实务上的细节不应用以限制本发明。也就是说,在本发明部分实施方式中,这些实务上的细节是非必要的。此外,为简化图式起见,一些习知惯用的结构与组件在图式中将以简单示意的方式绘示。且若实施上为可能,不同实施例的特征是可以交互应用。
请参照图1,其为绘示依照本发明一实施方式的服务器100的侧视剖面示意图,其中模块130位于壳体110外。在本实施方式中,如图1所示,一种服务器100包含壳体110、拉力组件120以及模块130。壳体110包括相连通的开口O以及腔室C。拉力组件120设置于壳体110,并且拉力组件120至少部分覆盖开口O。模块130配置以扺压拉力组件120,且模块130配置以穿越开口O而进入腔室C,以固定于壳体110内。在实务的应用中,模块130可以是业界所认知的企业与数据中心存储构型(Enterprise and Datacenter Storage Form Factor;简称EDSFF)或是不同尺寸具有读写磁头的机械硬盘等记忆模块,但本发明并不以此为限。
请参照图2,其为绘示图1的服务器100的侧面剖面示意图,其中模块130安装于壳体110内。在本实施方式中,如图2所示,当模块130穿越开口O而进入腔室C,并固定于壳体110内时,拉力组件120受模块130扺压,因而至少部分朝向腔室C弹性延伸。
如图1~图2所示,模块130包括相对的第一端131以及第二端132,第一端131配置以抵压拉力组件120,模块130更包括第一卡扣部133,第一卡扣部133设置于第二端132,相对地,壳体110包括第二卡扣部111,第一卡扣部133配置以卡扣第二卡扣部111。当模块130穿越开口O而进入腔室C后,藉由第一卡扣部133与第二卡扣部111相互卡扣,模块130得以固定于壳体110内。
请参照图3,其为绘示图1沿线段A-A的剖面图。如图3所示,拉力组件120的数量为多个,而模块130的数量亦为多个(图式未绘示多个模块130,但可理解每一个拉力组件120均可对应一个模块130)。再者,如图1及图3所示,拉力组件120包括第一定位部121,模块130包括第二定位部134,第二定位部134位于第一端131。具体而言,拉力组件120的第一定位部121配置以与模块130的第二定位部134彼此固定,藉以固定模块130与拉力组件120的相对位置。
在实务的应用中,拉力组件120的第一定位部121为穿孔,模块130的第二定位部134为端口,端口配置以固定于穿孔内。更具体而言,当模块130的第一端131扺压拉力组件120时,模块130的端口插入拉力组件120的穿孔,并固定于拉力组件120的穿孔内,以使端口与穿孔彼此固定。
再者,如图1~图3所示,服务器100更包含两轴体140。轴体140设置于壳体110的相对两外侧,壳体110的开口O位于轴体140之间。在本实施方式中,拉力组件120为扁平条状,而拉力组件120的相对两末端分别缠绕轴体140。
当模块130的第一端131扺压拉力组件120时,如上所述,拉力组件120的第一定位部121与模块130的第二定位部134彼此固定,并且,随着模块130穿越开口O而进入腔室C,拉力组件120至少部分朝向腔室C弹性延伸。具体而言,随着模块130逐渐进入腔室C,拉力组件120亦逐渐解开对轴体140的缠绕,并从轴体140卷出。如此一来,拉力组件120受到拉扯而产生拉力,并倾向回复对轴体140的缠绕,继而把模块130往壳体110外推出。当模块130的第一卡扣部133与壳体110的第二卡扣部111相互卡扣,而使模块130固定于壳体110后,拉力组件120维持弹性延伸的状态,并储存了若干的弹性位能。
当模块130的第一卡扣部133与壳体110的第二卡扣部111的卡扣被解除时,拉力组件120将释放储存的弹性位能,并回复对轴体140的缠绕,继而把模块130往壳体110外推出。如此一来,用户能够轻易容易地把模块130从壳体110取出。
在其他实施方式中,根据实际状况,拉力组件120可由两个定力弹簧连接而成。如此一来,服务器100的制造成本能够因为免去以往包覆在模块130外的导引零组件而有效降低。
再者,由于把模块130轻易容易地从壳体110取出,且不涉及额外工具的使用,因而能够为使用者带来方便。
另外,如图3所示,轴体140更包括多个凸出部141,凸出部141沿轴体140的延伸方向D分布,而每个拉力组件120均受限于两凸出部141之间。如此一来,拉力组件120得以相对轴体140固定,且不会相对轴体140沿延伸方向D移动。在实务的应用中,凸出部141可为卡簧,但本发明并不以此为限。
再者,如图1~图3所示,服务器100更包含两罩体150。罩体150可拆卸地设置于壳体110的相对两外侧,壳体110的开口O位于罩体150之间,其中,轴体140以及缠绕于对应的轴体140的拉力组件120的末端,至少部分位于对应的罩体150内。具体而言,罩体150可以螺丝或卡扣等方式可拆卸地设置于壳体110外,但本发明并不以此为限。
请参照图4,其为绘示图2沿线段B-B的剖面图。在本实施方式中,如图4所示,壳体110包括多个导引块112,导引块112分布于壳体110的内壁,当拉力组件120弹性延伸至壳体110的腔室C时,拉力组件120至少部分受限于至少两导引块112之间。如此一来,在模块130穿越开口O而进入腔室C的路径亦受到导引块112的导引。较佳地,拉力组件120的宽度是大于模块130的厚度,藉此以包覆模块130外周缘,如此可使模块130相对于壳体110移动时,避免模块130被刮伤。
综上所述,本发明上述实施方式所公开的技术方案至少具有以下优点:
(1)当模块的第一卡扣部与壳体的第二卡扣部的卡扣被解除时,拉力组件将释放储存的弹性位能,并回复对轴体的缠绕,继而把模块往壳体外推出。如此一来,用户能够轻易容易地把模块从壳体取出。
(2)由于把模块轻易容易地从壳体取出,且不涉及额外工具的使用,因而能够为使用者带来方便。
(3)由于拉力组件可由两个定力弹簧连接而成,因此,服务器的制造成本能够因为免去以往包覆在模块外的导引零组件而有效降低。
虽然本发明已以实施方式公开如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟习此技艺者,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作各种的更动与润饰,因此本发明的保护范围当视后附的权利要求书所界定的范围为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种服务器,其特征在于,包含:
一壳体,包括多个第二卡扣部、相连通的一开口以及一腔室;
多个拉力组件,设置于该壳体,并至少部分覆盖该开口;
两轴体,设置于该壳体的相对两外侧,该开口位于该些轴体之间,每一该些拉力组件的相对两末端分别缠绕该些轴体;以及
多个模块,每一该些模块包括相对的一第一端以及一第二端,该第一端配置以抵压对应的该拉力组件,该些模块穿越该开口而进入该腔室,并使对应的该拉力组件至少部分朝向该腔室弹性延伸;
其中每一该些模块更包括一第一卡扣部,设置于对应的该第二端,该些第一卡扣部配置以卡扣该些第二卡扣部,当对应的该第一卡扣部被解除时,对应的该拉力组件将释放储存的弹性位能,并回复对该些轴体的缠绕,继而把该模块往该壳体外推出。
2.如权利要求1所述的服务器,其特征在于,其中每一该些拉力组件包括一第一定位部,每一该些模块更包括一第二定位部,位于对应的该第一端,每一该些第一定位部配置以与对应的该第二定位部彼此固定。
3.如权利要求2所述的服务器,其特征在于,其中每一该些第一定位部为一穿孔,每一该些第二定位部为一端口,该端口配置以固定于该穿孔内。
4.如权利要求1所述的服务器,其特征在于,其中每一该些拉力组件为扁平条状。
5.如权利要求4所述的服务器,其特征在于,其中每一该些轴体包括多个凸出部,沿该轴体的一延伸方向分布,每一该些拉力组件受限于两该些凸出部之间。
6.如权利要求4所述的服务器,其特征在于,更包含两罩体,可拆卸地设置于该壳体的相对两外侧,该开口位于该些罩体之间,其中,每一该些轴体以及缠绕于对应的该轴体的该拉力组件的该末端,至少部分位于对应的该罩体内。
7.如权利要求1所述的服务器,其特征在于,其中该壳体更包括多个导引块,分布于该壳体的内壁,当该些拉力组件中的其一弹性延伸至该腔室时,对应的该拉力组件至少部分受限于至少两该些导引块之间。
8.如权利要求1所述的服务器,其特征在于,其中每一该些拉力组件由两定力弹簧连接而成。
