The invention aims to provide a spray ring cable bundling device for replacing optical cable yarn bundling, which overcomes the defects of the prior art, a spray plastic conveying pipeline is used for conveying molten plastic to an annular injection molding cavity, the molten plastic can form a plastic ring outside an optical cable due to the existence of a spray plastic gap, then the plastic ring is cooled through a cooling module, the operation is repeated at the next left-right direction switching position, the intermittent spray ring is used for injection molding a plastic ring to replace the conventional yarn bundling, the processing efficiency is high, the cost is low, and simultaneously, the uncured plastic ring can be secondarily coated by a horizontal spray ring hole along with the movement of the optical cable, so that the width of the plastic ring is further increased, the strength of the plastic ring relative to the yarn bundling is higher, and the firmness is better.

a spray ring cable bundling device for replacing optical cable yarn bundling comprises an optical cable, a spray ring cable bundling die and a cooling module, wherein the spray ring cable bundling die comprises a die seat and an annular nozzle, a horizontal placing hole is formed in the die seat, one end of the placing hole is provided with a baffle ring, the other end of the placing hole is provided with the cooling module, the annular nozzle is fixed on the die seat through the placing hole and consists of two symmetrically placed discs, a conical protrusion is arranged on one side, pointing to the other disc, of each disc, a plastic spraying gap is formed at the joint of the conical protrusions on the two discs, the outer portions of the two conical protrusions and the inner wall of the placing hole form an annular injection molding cavity, the central positions of the two conical protrusions are respectively provided with a horizontal spray ring hole used for penetrating through the optical cable, the two horizontal spray ring holes are concentric, and the cooling module is provided with a abdicating hole concentric with the horizontal spray ring hole, the horizontal spraying ring hole and the abdicating hole are larger than the outer diameter of the optical cable, a plastic spraying conveying pipeline is arranged above the mould seat, the lower end of the plastic spraying conveying pipeline is communicated with the annular injection molding cavity, and a pulse type control valve is arranged on the plastic spraying conveying pipeline.
Further, the two disc outsides all are equipped with the horn holes that conveniently wear the optical cable, the horn hole opens to the outside, and the little one end in horn hole aperture spouts the ring jogged joint with the level and aligns.

Further, the cooling module comprises an upper module and a lower module, cavity structures are arranged in the upper module and the lower module, cooling water is filled in the cavity structures, a first notch is arranged below the upper module, a second notch is arranged above the lower module, the first notch and the second notch are semicircular notches, and a yielding hole is formed by the first notch and the second notch.

As shown in the figure, the spray ring bundling device for replacing optical cable bundling of the invention comprises an optical cable 1, a spray ring bundling cable mold 2 and a cooling module 5, wherein the spray ring bundling cable mold 2 comprises a mold base 3 and an annular nozzle 4, a horizontal placing hole 31 is arranged on the mold base 3, one end of the placing hole 31 is provided with a baffle ring 32, the other end of the placing hole is provided with the cooling module 5, the annular nozzle 4 is fixed on the mold base 3 through the placing hole 31, the annular nozzle 4 consists of two symmetrically arranged disks 41 and 42, one sides of the disks 41 and 42 pointing to the other disk are provided with conical bulges 411 and 412, a plastic spraying gap 401 is arranged at the joint of the conical bulges on the two disks, the outer parts of the two conical bulges and the inner wall of the placing hole form an annular injection molding cavity 402, the central positions of the two conical bulges are both provided with a horizontal spray ring hole 43 for passing through the optical cable, and two level are spouted the annular hole and are concentric, be equipped with on the cooling module 5 with the level spout the concentric hole of stepping down 53 in annular hole, the level is spouted the annular hole and is all greater than the optical cable outside diameter with the hole diameter of stepping down, mould seat top is equipped with spraying plastics pipeline 6, 6 lower extremes of spraying plastics pipeline and annular cavity 402 intercommunication of moulding plastics, the last pulsed control valve 7 that is equipped with of spraying plastics pipeline.
Furthermore, horn holes 44 convenient for the optical cable to penetrate through are formed in the outer sides of the two disks, the horn holes are opened towards the outer side, and one end, with a small diameter, of each horn hole is connected with and aligned with the horizontal spray ring hole; the two discs are connected by a number of connecting posts 45.
Further, the cooling module 5 comprises an upper module 51 and a lower module 52, wherein cavity structures 501 are arranged in the upper module and the lower module respectively, cooling water is filled in the cavity structures, a first notch 504 is arranged below the upper module, a second notch 505 is arranged above the lower module, the first notch 504 and the second notch 505 are semicircular notches, and the first notch and the second notch form a yielding hole 53; the upper module and the lower module are both provided with a water inlet pipe 502 and a water outlet pipe 503, and the water inlet pipe and the water outlet pipe are respectively arranged at two ends of the cavity structure and are communicated with the cavity structure.
