Abstract
本发明涉及止痒洗发水,目的是提供一种温和健康、功效持久的除螨止痒的洗发制剂。洗发制剂按重量包括如下组份:表面活性剂13.5‑22份、柔顺剂2‑10份、增稠剂2.8‑3.2份、硫酸锌0.1‑0.2份、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1.5‑3份、甘油1.2‑2.2份、吡硫鎓锌0.05‑0.2份、香精0.2‑1.5份、乙氧基二甘醇0.05‑0.2份、青蒿提取物0.01‑1份、发用调理剂0.36‑3.2份、防腐剂0.06‑0.3份、纯化水37.8‑75.57份以及pH调节剂调节体系pH值为6‑7。本发明因加入了青蒿提取物除螨,可以达到持久止痒、抑菌除螨的目的,且不伤头皮和头发。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于日化用品领域,也涉及生物提取技术,具体涉及止痒洗发制剂。
背景技术
洗发制剂又称洗发液或洗发水、洗发露、洗发香波,是应用头发和头皮基础护理化妆用品。洗发露中含有多种成分,这些成份的综合作用能起到清洁头皮和头发的功能。通常洗发露中最能起作用的成份是表面活性剂,即“表面活性成分”的简称;表面活性剂起着清洁头发和头皮的作用,当洗发露与水混在一起时能产生泡沫,清洗污物。
随着社会节奏加快,人们精神压力增大,亚健康增多和环境污染;头皮发痒、头屑问题越来越严重。而且现在市面上洗发水一般对去屑问题研究较多,但头皮发痒的问题却关注较少。而实际上头皮发痒的问题远远比头屑对患者的生活影响大,单纯头屑患者很多甚至察觉不到,对生活几乎没有影响;而头皮瘙痒则影响人体舒适感、心情还有夜间睡眠等。
目前市面上的去头皮屑洗发水主要以添加吡啶硫酮锌(ZPT)实现去屑功能。ZPT是一种真菌和细菌的抑菌剂,添加于洗发水中以达到去头皮屑之用途。但化学药物添加治标不能治本,而且化学制剂有很大的刺激性,还会进一步加剧头皮瘙痒的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种温和健康、功效持久的除螨止痒洗发制剂。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,按重量包括如下组份:表面活性剂13.5-22份、柔顺剂2-10份、增稠剂2.8-3.2份、硫酸锌0.1-0.2份、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1.5-3份、甘油1.2-2.2份、吡硫鎓锌0.05-2份、香精0.2-1.5份、乙氧基二甘醇0.05-0.2份、青蒿提取物0.01-1份、发用调理剂0.36-3.2份、防腐剂0.06-0.3份、纯化水37.8-75.57份以及pH调节剂调节体系pH值为6-7。
优选的:所述的表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA的至少一种。
优选的:所述的pH调节剂用氢氧化钠和柠檬酸中的至少一种。
优选的:所述柔顺剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠的至少一种。
优选的:所述的增稠剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、氯化钠、鲸蜡硬脂醇的至少一种。
优选的:所述的防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮和甲基异噻唑啉酮的至少一种。
优选的:所述的发用调理剂重量组成为:尿囊素0.05-0.2份、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.10-0.50份、二鲸蜡基二甲基氯化铵0.10-0.50份、泛醇0.05-0.50份、野大豆油0.05-0.50份、其他中药提取物0.01-1份。
优选的:所述的其他中药提取物是茶籽提取物或牛蒡提取物或马齿苋提取物或生姜提取物。牛蒡(ARCTIUM LAPPA)提取物具有控油效果;马齿苋(PORTULACA OLERACEA)提取物可以增强去屑效果;生姜(ZINGIBEROFFICINALE)提取物具有养发款效果。
优选的:所述含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂中,按重量比计:
所述的表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠12-18份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵1.5-4份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-8份、椰油酰胺MEA0.8-1.5份的组合;
所述柔顺剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷1-5份和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠1-5份的组合;
所述的增稠剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.8-2份、氯化钠0.1-1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.1-0.2份的组合;
所述的防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.05-0.15份和甲基异噻唑啉酮0.01-0.15份的组合。
优选的:所述的青蒿提取物的制备方法是:将新鲜青蒿植物洗净后粉碎过10目筛;然后循环冷冻和解冻数次,最后一次将冰冻的物料再粉碎过20目筛;然后通过水蒸气提取法提取,提取在负压下进行,获得的挥发相油水分离得到的油层为所述青蒿提取物,残渣作为提取青蒿素的原料提取青蒿素。
相应的,所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
A、在反应釜中加入纯化水,开启加热并搅拌,搅拌速度25-40rpm,并加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠加热至80℃,保温搅拌30分钟;然后再分别加入尿囊素、硫酸锌、鲸蜡硬脂醇、野大豆油、椰油酰胺MEA、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、柠檬酸、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,再搅拌20分钟后关闭加热,打开冷却水开始降温;
B、当温度降到65℃时,加入丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、氢氧化钠、甘油、二鲸蜡基二甲基氯化铵、吡硫鎓锌,保温搅拌,保温搅拌速度20-35rpm,完全溶解后继续降温;
C、当温度降到48℃时,加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、乙氧基二甘醇、泛醇、茶籽提取物、青蒿提取物、香精、氯化钠,提高搅拌速度,搅拌至完全溶解后继续降温;
D、当温度降到45℃时关闭冷却水阀门,取样检测,合格后灌装得成品。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明除了包含常规的洗发制剂的清洁、洗涤功能,并具有增稠剂、螯合剂、芳香剂、防腐剂、悬浮剂等制成成品。通过主表面活性剂与氨基酸表面活性剂按照一定比例的配合使用,既保证了很好的泡沫度和清洁力,同时最大限度的降低了对头皮的刺激性,产品更温和,洗护感更佳。
2、本发明通过特定的组份优选使得产品本身性状更加稳定,清洁养护效果更优越。并添加青蒿提取物起到除螨止痒作用。一般头皮发痒、头屑都是因为有螨虫,或者是一些真菌、细菌导致,加入青蒿提取物除螨、抑菌可以达到持久止痒、抑菌、除螨的目的。并且青蒿本身清热解疟,驱风止痒,因此其提取物本身也有中药止痒的功效,发挥多重止痒去屑功能。
3、本发明青蒿提取物和茶籽油等物质能持久芳香提神,且直接作用于人体头部,激发人体免疫力。茶籽油和青蒿提取物本身也在中医角度也具有杀虫、抑菌,除湿等作用,青蒿提取的青蒿素用于治疗发热为主的疟疾就是最好的证明。因此,青蒿及其有效成分在抗击新型冠状病毒引起的肺炎方面也应有一定治疗或预防功效。跟踪发现,云南当地使用本发明产品的消费者中,与新冠肺炎确诊病例曾接触者有13人,但无一人被感染。
4、本发明还添加青蒿以外的植物提取物与青蒿提取物起到协同作用。茶籽提取物通常称为茶油具有持久防干枯款作用,两者协同作用使得洗发制剂具有除螨、抑菌止痒,减少头皮屑,头发滋润亮泽防干枯等效果,且温和健康,无激素,功效持久。青蒿提取物和牛蒡提取物可以协同发挥除螨、止痒控油功效;与马齿笕提取物可以共同祈起到加强去屑功效;与生姜提取物可以起到除螨、止痒、养发生发功效。
具体实施方式
下面具体提供优选的实施例,以使本领域技术人员更加清楚本发明的技术方案和效果。
实施例一 青蒿提取物制备
青蒿,学名黄花蒿(Artemisia annua Linn.),所述的青蒿提取物的制备方法是:将新鲜青蒿植物洗净后初碎过10目筛;然后将湿物料循环冷冻和解冻数次,每次解冻时先将冷冻的物料粉碎过20目筛;循环次数在3~5次之间,冷冻温度一般-10~-4℃,时长3-10小时,确保冻透并停留一定时间;解冻温度一般在15~25℃,确保完全解冻即可。整体低温的环境和反复冻融、破碎可以让植物细胞充分破壁。然后通过水蒸气提取法提取,提取在0.2~0.1MPa的负压下进行,获得的挥发相油水分离得到的油层为待用青蒿提取物。水蒸气提取时,水蒸气由物料下方通入、由物料上方溢出,且物料上方覆盖亲油性无纺布。亲油性无纺布例如未漂原棉是亲油性的,可以制成吸油性无纺布。上部覆盖亲油性无纺布利于吸引和吸附下方油份上行,更方便在热气下挥发。同时也便于观察无纺布的颜色,判断挥发油提取进程。而无纺布可以重复使用,其粘附的油份损失就几乎可以忽略不计。破壁后的青蒿水蒸气蒸馏提取,能够更充分地溢出挥发油,同时在负压下进行也降低很多物质的沸点,挥发温度更低,避免高温使一些活性物质变性,挥发油收率和有效成分含量都更高,适合在本发明的洗发制剂中使用。且本发明提取工艺简单,并且适合大规模生产。
因为青蒿素不溶于水,熔点、沸点也远高于水,所以青蒿素全部保留在残渣中,残渣可以作为提取青蒿素的原料提取青蒿素。本发明的残渣因为分离了绝大部分的挥发油,可以避免后续对青蒿素提取的干扰,简化了青蒿素提取的工艺,因此,本发明工艺与青蒿素提取单位联产配合具有很好的经济和环保优势、社会效益。
各取10公斤同批次四川产鲜青蒿原料,按本发明的方法提取组1-3和常规工艺的直接将青蒿鲜株或晾干后青蒿切碎水蒸气蒸馏的对比组1、2、3对比提取,实验结果如下:
可见,采用本发明的方法挥发油收率可以显著提高,而不采用亲油无纺布的收率虽然明显好于现有技术,但也达不到理想提取效果。采用干青蒿的虽然收率明显较高,但因为基本上要4斤以上鲜青蒿才能获得1斤干青蒿,虽然晾晒也会有一定油份损失,但收率也应该是本发明鲜青蒿数倍,但实际收率却较本发明方法并未成倍提高,足见本发明提取效果更好,提取效率更高。而且本发明的工艺无需复杂精密工艺设备,产能也不受局限。
提取组1-3所得青蒿提取物按国家标准GB/T 24253-2009检测对螨虫的抑制能力,结果如下:

依据国家标准评价本发明的青蒿挥发油防螨效果为“样品具有极强的防螨效果”。
实施例二 含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂组成
除螨止痒洗发制剂按重量份含有:
备注:丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物,CAS号:25035-69-2;野大豆油购自广州五知堂生物科技有限公司;茶籽提取物购自黄山徽山食用油有限公司,为物理压榨工艺加工。
实施例三 洗发制剂的制备
按实施例二的配方,洗发制剂的制备步骤包括:
A、在反应釜中加入纯化水,同时开启蒸汽加热并搅拌。搅拌速度25-40rpm,搅拌速度过慢会导致溶解时间长,过快会导致泡沫产生,不利于后面的工艺进行。加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠加热至80℃,保温搅拌30分钟;让物料更好的溶解。
然后再分别加入尿囊素、硫酸锌、鲸蜡硬脂醇、野大豆油、椰油酰胺MEA、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、柠檬酸、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,pH值为6-6.5。再搅拌20分钟后关闭蒸汽阀门,打开冷却水阀门开始降温。
B、当温度降到65℃时(温度过高会导致部分物料分解,过低会导致不溶解),加入丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物、氢氧化钠、甘油、二鲸蜡基二甲基氯化铵、吡硫鎓锌,pH值为6.5-7。保温搅拌,搅拌速度20-35rpm,25分钟后开始降温,搅拌25分钟能够完全溶解。
C、当温度降到48℃时(温度过高会导致部分物料分解,过低会导致不溶解),加入聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、甲基氯异噻唑啉酮、甲基异噻唑啉酮、乙氧基二甘醇、泛醇、茶籽(CAMELLIASINENSIS)提取物、青蒿(ARTEMISIA ANNUA)提取物、香精、氯化钠,提高搅拌速度到25-40rpm,搅拌20分钟将物料完全溶解。
D、当温度降到45℃时关闭冷却水阀门,取样检测,合格后抽出料体以备灌装,产品pH值为6-7之间。
实施例四 洗发制剂的产品性能和效果
测试实施例二中配方例一到例四,按实施例三的方法进行加工获得的产品1~4,和市售含青蒿提取物洗发制剂市售例1~3洗发水的抑菌性能。菌种由云南中医药大学提供。测试方法:同样条件下采用抑菌圈法进行抑菌效果检测,所用菌株为金黄色葡萄球菌,所用培养基为琼脂培养基。测试结果如下表:

从表1的抑菌效果可看出,本发明实施例1~4的洗发制剂对金黄色葡萄球菌具有较好的抑制效果,明显优于市售产品。而现有研究证明金黄色葡萄球菌在头皮屑上的微生物中比重较高,且金黄色葡萄球菌本身是一种广泛存在的细菌,因此本发明的效果可以证明本发明对大多数细菌肯定有较高的抑制作用,并且其抑菌作用对头屑产生是起抑制作用的。
人体使用效果
选取存在头屑及头皮瘙痒问题的志愿者350名,随机分为7组,每组50名,分别使用产品1~4和市售例1~3的洗发水,使用后对洗发水的去屑止痒效果进行评价。具体来说测试对象分别使用产品1周后,分别测试用相应样品洗头24小时和72小时的去屑、止痒效果。以受试者主观评价为主,评价采用5分制:5分为最高分、1分为最低分。5-1分依次代表:几乎没有头痒没有头屑、有体感的发痒或肉眼可见头屑、偶尔头痒和少量头屑、头屑或发痒一方面改善、头屑和头痒均无改善。分数越高代表效果越好。评价结果见下表:
从上表的效果可看出,相比于市售产品,本发明的产品1-4虽然用后一天在去屑和止痒效果上没有明显优势,但是3天后的优势非常明显。说明本发明的产品持久去屑、止痒能力强。从根本上改善了发质和头皮质量,而不是单纯的化学药物去屑和止痒。

1.一种含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:按重量包括如下组份:表面活性剂13.5-22份、柔顺剂2-10份、增稠剂2.8-3.2份、硫酸锌0.1-0.2份、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物1.5-3份、甘油1.2-2.2份、吡硫鎓锌0.05-2份、香精0.2-1.5份、乙氧基二甘醇0.05-0.2份、青蒿提取物0.01-1份、发用调理剂0.36-3.2份、防腐剂0.06-0.3份、纯化水37.8-75.57份以及pH调节剂调节体系pH值为6-7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺MEA的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:所述的防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮和甲基异噻唑啉酮的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:所述柔顺剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、氯化钠、鲸蜡硬脂醇的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:所述的青蒿提取物的制备方法是:将新鲜青蒿植物洗净后粉碎过10目筛;然后循环冷冻和解冻数次,最后一次将冰冻的物料再粉碎过20目筛;然后通过水蒸气提取法提取,提取在负压下进行,获得的挥发相油水分离得到的油层为所述青蒿提取物,残渣作为提取青蒿素的原料用于提取青蒿素。
7.根据权利要求1所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:所述的发用调理剂重量组成为:尿囊素0.05-0.2份、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵0.10-0.50份、二鲸蜡基二甲基氯化铵0.10-0.50份、泛醇0.05-0.50份、野大豆油0.05-0.50份、其他中药提取物0.01-1份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:所述的其他中药提取物是茶籽提取物或牛蒡提取物或马齿苋提取物或生姜提取物。
9.根据权利要求8所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂,其特征在于:按重量比计:
所述的表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠12-18份、月桂醇硫酸酯铵1.5-4份、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱3-8份、椰油酰胺MEA0.8-1.5份的组合;
所述柔顺剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷1-5份和甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠1-5份的组合;
所述的增稠剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷醇0.8-2份、氯化钠0.1-1份、鲸蜡硬脂醇0.1-0.2份的组合;
所述的防腐剂为甲基氯异噻唑啉酮0.05-0.15份和甲基异噻唑啉酮0.01-0.15份的组合。
10.根据权利要求1-9任意一项所述的含青蒿的除螨止痒洗发制剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
A、在反应釜中加入纯化水,开启加热并搅拌,搅拌速度25-40rpm,并加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯铵、甲基椰油酰基牛磺酸钠加热至80℃,保温搅拌30分钟;然后再分别加入尿囊素、硫酸锌、鲸蜡硬脂醇、野大豆油、椰油酰胺MEA、瓜儿胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵、柠檬酸、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,再搅拌20分钟后关闭加热,打开冷却水开始降温;
