Detailed Description
The following specific examples are provided to further clarify the technical solutions and effects of the present invention for those skilled in the art.
EXAMPLE A Artemisia annua extract preparation
Artemisia annua Linn, the scientific name of Artemisia annua, and the preparation method of the Artemisia annua extract comprises the following steps: cleaning fresh sweet wormwood, crushing and sieving with a 10-mesh sieve; then circularly freezing and unfreezing the wet material for a plurality of times, and crushing the frozen material and sieving the crushed material with a 20-mesh sieve during each unfreezing; the circulation frequency is 3-5 times, the freezing temperature is generally-10 to-4 ℃, the time is 3-10 hours, and the freezing is ensured to be completely frozen and to stay for a certain time; the thawing temperature is generally 15-25 ℃, and complete thawing is ensured. The plant cells can be fully broken in the whole low-temperature environment and by repeated freezing and thawing and crushing. Then extracting by a water vapor extraction method under the negative pressure of 0.2-0.1 MPa, and obtaining an oil layer which is a stand-by sweet wormwood herb extract and is obtained by separating volatile phase oil from water. During water vapor extraction, water vapor is introduced from the lower part of the material and overflows from the upper part of the material, and the lipophilic non-woven fabric is covered on the upper part of the material. The lipophilic nonwoven fabric such as unbleached raw cotton is lipophilic and can be made into oil-absorbing nonwoven fabric. The upper part is covered with lipophilic non-woven fabrics, which is beneficial to absorbing and adsorbing oil from the lower part to go upwards, and is more convenient to volatilize under hot gas. Meanwhile, the color of the non-woven fabric can be observed conveniently, and the extraction process of the volatile oil can be judged. The non-woven fabric can be reused, and the loss of adhered oil is almost negligible. Volatile oil can be overflowed more fully by performing steam distillation extraction on the wall-broken sweet wormwood herb, the boiling points of a plurality of substances are reduced by performing the steam distillation extraction under negative pressure, the volatilization temperature is lower, the active substances are prevented from being denatured by high temperature, the yield of the volatile oil and the content of active ingredients are higher, and the volatile oil is suitable for being used in the shampoo preparation. The extraction process is simple and is suitable for large-scale production.
Because the artemisinin is insoluble in water and has a melting point and a boiling point which are far higher than those of water, the artemisinin is completely remained in the residue, and the residue can be used as a raw material for extracting the artemisinin to extract the artemisinin. The residue of the invention can avoid the interference of the subsequent extraction of the artemisinin and simplify the artemisinin extraction process because most of volatile oil is separated, therefore, the process of the invention has good economic and environmental protection advantages and social benefits when being combined with the artemisinin extraction unit.
10 kg of fresh sweet wormwood raw materials produced in Sichuan in the same batch are respectively taken, groups 1-3 are extracted according to the method of the invention, and the fresh sweet wormwood plants or the dried sweet wormwood plants are directly extracted by comparison with the groups 1, 2 and 3 obtained by steam distillation after cutting the sweet wormwood in the conventional process, and the experimental results are as follows:
therefore, the yield of the volatile oil can be obviously improved by adopting the method of the invention, and the yield without adopting oleophylic non-woven fabrics is obviously better than that of the prior art, but the ideal extraction effect cannot be achieved. Although the yield of the dry sweet wormwood is obviously higher, 1 catty of dry sweet wormwood can be obtained basically by more than 4 catties of fresh sweet wormwood, and although the air-drying process has certain oil loss, the yield is several times of that of the fresh sweet wormwood, but the actual yield is not multiplied by the method, so that the extraction effect is better and the extraction efficiency is higher. In addition, the process of the invention does not need complex and precise process equipment, and the capacity is not limited.
The inhibition capability of the artemisia apiacea extract obtained by extracting the groups 1-3 on mites is detected according to the national standard GB/T24253-:
sample (I) | Time of action | Mite number in control plate | Number of mites in test group plate | Inhibition rate |
Extraction group 1 | 7 days | 154 | 0 | 100% |
Extraction group 2 | 7 days | 159 | 0 | 100% |
Extraction group 3 | 7 days | 144 | 0 | 100% |
The anti-mite effect of the sweet wormwood herb volatile oil is evaluated according to the national standard, namely that the sample has extremely strong anti-mite effect.

Then adding allantoin, zinc sulfate, cetostearyl alcohol, wild soybean oil, cocamide MEA, guar hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, citric acid, and cocamidopropyl betaine, wherein pH is 6-6.5. And after stirring for another 20 minutes, closing the steam valve, and opening the cooling water valve to start cooling.
B. When the temperature is reduced to 65 ℃ (excessive temperature can cause partial material decomposition, and excessive temperature can cause insolubility), acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, sodium hydroxide, glycerol, dicetyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and zinc pyrithione are added, and the pH value is 6.5-7. Stirring at the temperature of 20-35rpm for 25 min, and stirring for 25 min to dissolve completely.
