Abstract
一种防火阀,包括阀体,阀体为通风通道的一部分,阀体内固定多个平行的叶片转轴,每个叶片转轴固定一个叶片,当这些叶片平行时为通风状态,当这些叶片顺次搭接时为密封状态,叶片的搭接处固定密封条的一端,密封条的另一端向远离叶片的方向延伸而形成自由端,密封条为金属箔,当两个叶片搭接时,密封条的自由端向其固定端方向翻转,自由端与固定端有一定距离。相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果为,本发明叶片搭接部设有处金属箔制成的密封片,在需要关闭时,依靠气压将的自由端向固定端翻转而紧贴在另一个叶片上,这样完成密封,密封效果较好,金属也能抵抗比较高的温度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及消防安全设备技术领域,尤其是涉及一种防火阀。
背景技术
对于各类建筑,尤其是高层建筑,由于热烟气烟囱效应作用,一旦发生火灾,烟气蔓延迅速。众多火灾案例表明,烟气是影响火灾中人员疏散,以及消防救援的最主要因素,也是造成火灾中人员伤亡的最重要原因。
防火阀是安装在通风等设备的管路上,平时是开启状态,火灾发生时,当管道内气体温度达到一定稳定(比如70℃)自动关闭,关闭后,能中断烟气的流通、防止火灾的蔓延。
所以,防火阀的使用及其性能在消防设备中非常重要。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题:防火阀自动关闭时,一般依靠多个叶片搭接,而搭接叶片之间的缝隙密封不好,容易达不到关闭效果而造成事故。
本发明的技术方案具体为:
一种防火阀,包括阀体,阀体为通风通道的一部分,阀体内固定多个平行的叶片转轴,每个叶片转轴固定一个叶片,当这些叶片平行时为通风状态,当这些叶片顺次搭接时为密封状态,叶片的搭接处固定密封条的一端,密封条的另一端向远离叶片的方向延伸而形成自由端,密封条为金属箔,当两个叶片搭接时,密封条的自由端向其固定端方向翻转,自由端与固定端有一定距离,密封条的自由端与固定端之间的部分向通风通道的上游一侧外凸,密封条此时整体为倒U字状,叶片、密封条一起配合完成密封。
阀体的内壁固定密封竖条,密封条的自由端接触竖条的外侧面而完成密封,此时密封条的自由端与固定端之间的部分向通风通道的上游一侧外凸,密封条此时整体为倒U字状。
叶片转轴的一端延伸到阀体外侧而连接动力转动机构,另一端固定在阀体的内侧,如图,叶片转轴的端部固定到阀体的内侧具体为:阀体的内壁固定侧面凸起的固定座,固定座凸起部固定铜套,叶片转轴的端部进入到铜套内且与阀体的内壁不接触,铜套为叶片转轴的旋转支撑。
叶片设有半圆形弯曲部,该处固定叶片加强片,叶片加强片也设有半圆形弯曲部,两个半圆形弯曲部之间的空间构成空腔。
密封条与叶片固定具体为:密封条的端部夹在叶片、叶片加强片之间。
叶片转轴包括一个主转轴与多个副转轴,它们的连接动力的端部都延伸到阀体的外侧,每个叶片转轴的端部都固定连杆的一端,连杆的另一端通过销轴铰接在转动杆上,使转动杆、多个连杆、阀体构成多约束的平行四边形连杆机构。
主转轴的左端延伸到阀体的外侧且固定执行器,阀体内固定温度传感器,传感器电连接执行器,当温度传感器检测到温度大于极值时,给执行器信号,执行器带动主转轴旋转90°,依靠转动杆带动副转轴与主转轴同步旋转,完成密封。
主转轴或/和副转轴的右端的连杆向反方向延伸形成延长部,延长部的端部固定第一拉簧的一端,第一拉簧的另一端固定在弹簧底座上,弹簧底座固定在阀体的外壁上。
其中一个副转轴固定连接片的一端,连接片的的另一端固定第二拉簧的一端,第二拉簧的的另一端固定在弹簧底座上,弹簧底座固定在阀体的外壁上。
相对于现有技术,本发明的技术效果为,本发明叶片搭接部设有处金属箔制成的密封片,在需要关闭时,依靠气压将的自由端向固定端翻转而紧贴在另一个叶片上,这样完成密封,密封效果较好,金属也能抵抗比较高的温度。

具体实施方式
如图1-3,一种防火阀,包括阀体1,阀体1为通风通道的一部分,其进风端设有侧挡风2、端弹簧片挡风4,端弹簧片挡风4通过端挡风支架3固定在阀体1上,侧挡风2、端弹簧片挡风4都为现有技术,本申请不做过多描述。
如图4-5,阀体1内固定多个平行的叶片转轴,每个叶片转轴固定一个叶片7,当这些叶片7平行时为通风状态,当这些叶片7顺次搭接时为密封状态。
如图6-7,叶片7的搭接处固定密封条16的一端,密封条16的另一端向远离叶片7的方向延伸而形成自由端161,密封条16为金属箔,当两个叶片7搭接时,参见图7,受到气体压力的吹拂,密封条16的自由端161向其固定端方向翻转,而金属箔自身有一定弹性,自由端161与固定端有一定距离,此时,自由端161接触另一个叶片7而完成密封,密封条16的自由端161与固定端之间的部分向通风通道的上游一侧外凸,密封条16此时整体为倒U字状,因为其自身性质,能抵抗两端之间的压力差,于是比较稳定,这样叶片7、密封条16一起配合完成密封。
如图8,为了使叶片7与阀体1的内壁之间有较好的密封效果,阀体1的内壁固定密封竖条31,密封条16的自由端161接触竖条31的外侧面而完成密封,此时密封条16的自由端161与固定端之间的部分向通风通道的上游一侧外凸,密封条16此时整体为倒U字状。密封原理与前文一样。
事实上,这种密封面(包括叶片7、密封条16)的两侧的气体压力差比较大,叶片7不停的震动,即使这样,密封条的外凸结构也比较稳定,
图6-8中,两个叶片7之间的缝隙的距离实际上非常小,密封条16也比较薄,为了清晰表达密封条16,两个叶片7之间的缝隙画的比较大,密封条16画的也比较厚。
如图9-10,叶片转轴的一端延伸到阀体1外侧而连接动力转动机构,另一端固定在阀体1的内侧,如图10,叶片转轴的端部固定到阀体1的内侧具体为:阀体1的内壁固定侧面凸起的固定座181,固定座181凸起部固定铜套18,叶片转轴的端部进入到铜套18内且与阀体1的内壁不接触,铜套18为叶片转轴的旋转支撑,铜套18的外侧设有保护罩182,保护罩182固定在固定座181的凸起部。这样结构能防止阀体1的形变而导致的密封效果不好。
如图11,为了防止叶片7发生形变,叶片7设有半圆形弯曲部71,该处固定叶片加强片17,叶片加强片17也设有半圆形弯曲部71,两个半圆形弯曲部71之间的空间构成空腔72。
如图11,密封条16与叶片7固定具体为:密封条16的端部夹在叶片7、叶片加强片17之间,密封条16比较薄,这种设计比较牢固。
如图1-3,为了使叶片转轴能够同时转动,叶片转轴包括一个主转轴5与多个副转轴6,它们的连接动力的端部都延伸到阀体1的外侧(图1的右侧),参见图3,每个叶片转轴的端部都固定连杆131的一端,连杆131的另一端通过销轴14铰接在转动杆13上,使转动杆13、多个连杆131、阀体1构成多约束的平行四边形连杆机构;
同时,主转轴5的左端延伸到阀体1的外侧且固定执行器9(如果方便标注一下生产厂家及型号),阀体1内固定温度传感器8,传感器8电连接执行器9,当温度传感器8检测到温度大于极值时,给执行器9信号,执行器9带动主转轴5旋转90°,依靠转动杆13带动副转轴6与主转轴5同步旋转,完成密封。
为了稳定,主转轴5或/和副转轴6的右端的连杆131向反方向延伸形成延长部132,延长部132的端部固定第一拉簧15的一端,第一拉簧15的另一端固定在弹簧底座10上,弹簧底座10固定在阀体1的外壁上。
为了稳定,其中一个副转轴6固定连接片12的一端,连接片12的的另一端固定第二拉簧11的一端,第二拉簧11的的另一端固定在弹簧底座10上,弹簧底座10固定在阀体1的外壁上。
通过上述拉簧,能在主转轴5或/和副转轴6旋转停止时减速转动杆13的震荡,有利于密封。
其工作原理为:
当正常通风时,执行器9控制主转轴5、通过转动杆13带动副转轴6旋转,使叶片7处于平行状态,如图5,保持通畅。
当温度较高时,传感器8给执行器9发送信号,执行器9控制主转轴5、通过转动杆13带动副转轴6旋转,使叶片7处于搭接状态,如图4,密封通风通道、进行防火。
其他内容参加现有技术。

Claims (9)
1.一种防火阀,包括阀体(1),阀体(1)为通风通道的一部分,阀体(1)内固定多个平行的叶片转轴,每个叶片转轴固定一个叶片(7),当这些叶片(7)平行时为通风状态,当这些叶片(7)顺次搭接时为密封状态,其特征在于:叶片(7)的搭接处固定密封条(16)的一端,密封条(16)的另一端向远离叶片(7)的方向延伸而形成自由端(161),密封条(16)为金属箔,当两个叶片(7)搭接时,密封条(16)的自由端(161)向其固定端方向翻转,自由端(161)与固定端有一定距离,密封条(16)的自由端(161)与固定端之间的部分向通风通道的上游一侧外凸,密封条(16)此时整体为倒U字状,叶片(7)、密封条(16)一起配合完成密封。
2.如权利要求1所述的防火阀,其特征在于:阀体(1)的内壁固定密封竖条(31),密封条(16)的自由端(161)接触竖条(31)的外侧面而完成密封,此时密封条(16)的自由端(161)与固定端之间的部分向通风通道的上游一侧外凸,密封条(16)此时整体为倒U字状。
3.如权利要求1所述的防火阀,其特征在于:叶片转轴的一端延伸到阀体(1)外侧而连接动力转动机构,另一端固定在阀体(1)的内侧,如图(10),叶片转轴的端部固定到阀体(1)的内侧具体为:阀体(1)的内壁固定侧面凸起的固定座(181),固定座(181)凸起部固定铜套(18),叶片转轴的端部进入到铜套(18)内且与阀体(1)的内壁不接触,铜套(18)为叶片转轴的旋转支撑。
4.如权利要求1所述的防火阀,其特征在于:叶片(7)设有半圆形弯曲部(71),该处固定叶片加强片(17),叶片加强片(17)也设有半圆形弯曲部(71),两个半圆形弯曲部(71)之间的空间构成空腔(72)。
5.如权利要求4所述的防火阀,其特征在于:密封条(16)与叶片(7)固定具体为:密封条(16)的端部夹在叶片(7)、叶片加强片(17)之间。
6.如权利要求1所述的防火阀,其特征在于:叶片转轴包括一个主转轴(5)与多个副转轴(6),它们的连接动力的端部都延伸到阀体(1)的外侧,每个叶片转轴的端部都固定连杆(131)的一端,连杆(131)的另一端通过销轴(14)铰接在转动杆(13)上,使转动杆(13)、多个连杆(131)、阀体(1)构成多约束的平行四边形连杆机构。

8.如权利要求6所述的防火阀,其特征在于:主转轴(5)或/和副转轴(6)的右端的连杆(131)向反方向延伸形成延长部(132),延长部(132)的端部固定第一拉簧(15)的一端,第一拉簧(15)的另一端固定在弹簧底座(10)上,弹簧底座(10)固定在阀体(1)的外壁上。
9.如权利要求6所述的防火阀,其特征在于:其中一个副转轴(6)固定连接片(12)的一端,连接片(12)的的另一端固定第二拉簧(11)的一端,第二拉簧(11)的的另一端固定在弹簧底座(10)上,弹簧底座(10)固定在阀体(1)的外壁上。
