Abstract
A multifunctional movable mould frame comprises a mould frame body, wherein the mould frame body comprises an angle piece and a plurality of rod bodies; at least one side of the die carrier body is provided with a movable plate, and the movable plate is movably connected with the rod body. On one hand, the original structure of the formwork body is not required to be disassembled, the container can be smoothly converted with a building, different design requirements are met, the flexibility is high, and the universality is high; on the other hand, can effectively make up a plurality of die carrier bodies, the installation is swift, and stability is high.

Background
The existing containers are all standard box structures meeting international standard sizes, and the materials of the existing containers generally comprise steel containers, aluminum alloy containers, glass fiber reinforced plastic containers and aluminum containers. Besides, the existing containers have fixed walls except for the door bodies, and when the existing containers are used for building structures, the universality is poor, and the inherent size of the existing containers can limit the design requirements, namely the design requirements of different requirements cannot be met. The technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a multifunctional movable mould frame comprises a mould frame body, wherein the mould frame body comprises an angle piece and a plurality of rod bodies; at least one side of the die carrier body is provided with a movable plate, and the movable plate is movably connected with the rod body.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2: a multifunctional movable mould frame comprises a mould frame body 1, wherein the mould frame body 1 comprises an angle piece 2 and a plurality of rod bodies 3; at least one side of the die carrier body is provided with a movable plate 4, and the movable plate 4 is movably connected with the rod body 3.
The scheme has the following advantages: on one hand, the die carrier body can be used as a container, namely the whole size meets the standard size of an international container, and the movable plate can be used as a bottom plate or a wall plate of the container for sea and land transportation by loading goods; on the other hand, the formwork body can be used as a building structure, and the movable plate can be used as a floor slab, a bottom plate and the like of a building. In addition, limited by the requirements of transportation and hoisting, the width standard value of a standard container can only be 2.438m, so that the width of a plurality of containers spliced together can only be N × 2.438m, the selection in the aspect of width is very limited, the design requirements of different widths can be met unless a complete individual container or other spliced structures are damaged, the material waste is caused, the cost is increased, and when the movable plate of the formwork is spliced as a bottom plate, the size of the movable plate can be adjusted within a certain range, namely, the size of the side, connected with the rod body, of the movable plate is not larger than the size of the rod body connected with the movable plate, so that the requirements of different design widths can be met, therefore, the movable plate has high structural flexibility and strong universality.
The movable plate 4 and the rod 3 are connected in a pre-fixed manner, or the movable plate 4 can rotate around the connecting point. The pre-fixing is carried out for the purpose of: when the die carrier body 1 is used as a container for cargo transportation, the movable plate 4 can be directly used as a bottom plate and/or a wall plate for loading cargos; when the formwork body 1 is used for building a building, if one formwork body represents one floor unit of a floor, the movable plate can be used as a bottom plate of the floor, or the pre-fixed end is released, the movable plate is turned over by 90 degrees, and the movable plate 4 is used as a side floor of the next floor. The movable plate of the embodiment is usually rotatably connected with the rod body at one side, for example, hinged, and is pre-fixed with the rod body at the other side to prevent the movable plate from shaking; or one side is connected with the rod body in a rotating way, and the other side is a free end, so that the container can be fixed when being used for a bottom plate of a container, and can be overturned and fixed when being used for building a side floor slab of a building.
In this embodiment, the adjacent rod bodies 3 are connected by the corner pieces 2 to form a standard container formwork structure. The standard container mould frame structure means that the whole size of the rod body 3 accords with the size of an international standard container after being connected through the corner pieces 2.

When the die carrier body is used for a container, the movable rod can be detached; when a plurality of die carrier bodies are combined, the movable rod is connected with the corner fittings of the die carrier bodies.
In this embodiment, the size of the connection side of the movable plate 5 and the rod body is not larger than that of the rod body connected with the movable plate, that is, if the size of the connection side of the movable plate is larger than that of the rod body connected with the movable plate, a non-standard container can be formed, which does not meet the transportation standard; and be less than or equal to, when a plurality of containers splice together, through turning over 90 with the fly leaf, can satisfy different width demands, for example: the width of the die carrier body after the movable plate is turned over is equal to the length of the connecting side of the movable plate and the rod body plus the width of the original die carrier body, so that the width adjustment is realized.
The fly leaf can carry out position control along the length direction of the body of rod then, can adjust the position of fly leaf according to the demand.
In this embodiment, the die carrier body 1 may be a frame structure, and a plate body 6 may also be disposed on the die carrier body to form a wall. For example, when the formwork body 1 is a framework, the movable plate 4 is only arranged at the bottom, and the structure can be used for transporting plates or other goods, and the transported goods (such as plates) can form a wall of a transportation group, and can be used for transporting goods or can form a part of the transportation group. Or, the die carrier body is provided with a plate body 6, so that the die carrier body is of a container structure with a wall. The plate body 6 is made of metal and/or non-metal plates, preferably made of light materials (such as a core plate of a sandwich structure), and the overall weight can be greatly reduced. The wall includes diaphragm, riser and the fly leaf is located respectively between the body of rod 3 of each face of die carrier body 1.
The following is a preferred embodiment of the container structure of this embodiment:
as shown in fig. 1: the adjacent rod bodies 3 are connected through the corner pieces 2, the movable plate 4 is used as a bottom surface, and the bottom surface is provided with two rod bodies which are respectively connected with the movable plate 4; the top surface of the die carrier body 1 is provided with four rod bodies, two long rod bodies and two short rod bodies, and two side surfaces of the die carrier body are respectively provided with two rod bodies and are positioned between the top surface and the bottom surface. The present embodiment is provided with ten rod bodies 3 to form a frame structure. Baffle plates 7 arranged at intervals are arranged between the two long rod bodies on the top surface, and a plate body 6 is fixed between the side surface rod bodies of the die carrier body 1, so that a container structure meeting international standard sizes is formed. One end of the movable plate 4 is hinged with the rod body 3, for example, a hinge is welded on the rod body and is hinged with the movable plate; the other end is fixedly connected with the rod body in advance.
Wherein, the body of rod 3 can be hollow body structure, also can be the open channel-section steel structure of one side. The rod body 3 and the corner piece 2 can be integrated by welding or threaded connection.

The embodiment can be combined between the adjacent die carrier bodies through the movable rod, and can also be used for directly aligning corner fittings of the adjacent die carrier bodies for welding or screwing and the like.

Claims (10)
1. 8. The multifunctional movable formwork of any one of claims 1 to 4 wherein the movable plate can rotate around a connection point.
9. The multifunctional movable formwork of claim 2, 3 or 4 wherein the movable plate and the movable rod are fixed by welding, bolting or riveting.
10. The multifunctional movable formwork frame as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the formwork body is a framework, or a plate body is arranged on the formwork body to form a wall.
