背景技术
随着人们生活质量水平的提高以及对身体健康越来越重视,要求家居环境越来越高,影响人们健康的主要是厕所里的卫生问题,厕所里存在着各种细菌,没有进行有效的清洁和消毒会直接影响人体健康。本发明提供一款既能清洁厕所同时又能消毒的泡沫清洁剂,可以应用于厕所的清洁和消毒。本发明提供的清洗剂选择环保原材料和高效的消毒原材料,使其容易清洁不会造成环境和水体的污染并且起到快速清洁高效杀菌。
目前市场上用于厕所清洁的产品主要是水基型非气雾清洗剂,而且不具备消毒功能。现有的清洁产品的主要组分主为漂白剂和水,通过酸、碱的中和以达到清洁的效果,因此产品气味较大,清洗过后有较大的异味,容易污染环境,影响健康。而且非气雾剂产品,附着力差,一倒就会流走,不能渗透在污垢表面上,不易进行清洗,造成清洁剂的浪费,提高了成本。由于厕所的污垢附着力强,因此使用现有的清洁产品进行清洁步骤多而繁琐,需要多次擦拭才能清洁干净,既花时间又费力,效果还不好,对物体表损伤较大。现有的清洁产品清洁去污效果差,只具有清洁功能不具有杀菌功能,清洁后还会滋生细菌。
本发明提供的清洗剂是气雾剂型,喷出量容易控制、产品泡沫丰富能增加接触面积,更好渗透在污垢表面,不仅省时省力,节约清洁剂。配方采用去离子水、表面活剂和杀菌剂等相结合的清洗技术,对马桶表面的污垢和细菌有特效,产品具有渗透力强和快、快速高效去污,杀菌率高的配方,配与喷枪方便易用,有效提高工作效率。
发明内容
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种清洗剂,包括以下组分及其重量比例:0.05~0.15%的杀菌剂,2.0~4.0%的表面活性剂,0.2~1.0%缓冲剂,0.2~1.0%的苯甲酸钠,0.4~1.8%的碱,0.01~0.05%的色素,15~25%的推进剂,其余为去离子水。其中,杀菌剂至少包括一个酚羟基官能团;表面活性剂包括0.5~1.5%的非离子表面活性剂和1.5~2.5%的阴离子表面活性剂,阴离子表面活性剂至少包括一个磺酸钠基官能团,阴非离子表面活性剂为酰胺类化合物。苯甲酸是一种广谱抗微生物试剂,对酵母菌、霉菌、部分细菌作用效果很好,对各种菌都有抑制作用,也可作为防腐剂。

本发明提供的清洗剂中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和椰子油二乙醇酰胺混合使用,二者配合协同作用使清洗剂具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污功能。椰子油二乙醇酰胺同时可作为增稠剂来增加该清洗剂的粘度,提高该清洗剂的附着力,保证了充分的清洗作用时间,提高清洗效果,对于厕所积垢清洗去除效果显著。依靠脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠的润湿、渗透、乳化、分散等作用,进一步提高了清洗去污的作用。而且脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠可以使水基清洗剂剂、液化石油气互相混合均匀。
清洗剂配方中使用了4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚,具有非常强的杀菌抗菌效益,并且具有很强的稳定性,可长时间放置。
清洗剂配方中还配合使用了碱和缓冲剂,其中碱可进一步提高清洗去污的作用。而缓冲剂可以调节和稳定清洗剂的pH值。
由于本发明提供一种集清洁和杀菌结合为一体的气雾剂产品,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠和椰子油二乙醇酰胺混合使用,有效快速清洗顽固污垢,选用杀菌功能多、杀菌率高的4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚进行有效杀灭细菌,使用更方便快捷。本发明利用气雾剂的性能提供一种环保、泡沫丰富、强力清洁、除菌率高的清洁剂产品,该清洁剂适用于厕所间的马桶、座便器、洗手间的水池等。
本发明提供的清洗剂的制备方法包括如下几个步骤:
步骤一,在反应釜中加入20%wt的去离子水,在搅拌状态下加入4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚,搅拌溶解后加入百里酚酞,搅拌至完全溶解后得到溶液A;
步骤二,再另一个反应釜中加入剩余的去离子水,在搅拌状态下依次加入苯甲酸钠、亚硝酸钠、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、椰子油二乙醇酰胺、三乙醇胺和氢氧化钠,搅拌至完全溶解后,再加入溶液A搅拌混合均匀,最后加入氨水搅拌混合均匀得到清洗剂溶液;
步骤三,将清洗剂溶液装入气雾剂罐中,随后插上阀门,封口,充入液化石油气调整气雾剂罐内的气压,充入液化石油气可实现气雾剂的起泡效果并且防止气雾剂使用过程中发生倒流,再安装喷盖即得。
本发明提供的清洗剂的使用方法包括如下:
1. 使用前将产品充分上下摇匀,可以向任意方位进行喷射使用;
2. 将喷射导管调至水平位置,距离厕所的清洗处30-40厘米,喷射覆盖清洗处的表面,也可以根据清洁需要进行局部喷射,静待5分钟至10分钟后泡沫由蓝色变为白色后可以进行清洁。
3. 顽固污垢可使用刷子辅助清洁,刷试完后再用清水冲洗干净。

应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例 1
一种清洗剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分: 1.5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,0.5%的椰子油二乙醇酰胺,0.2%的苯甲酸钠,0.2%的三乙醇胺,0.1%的亚硝酸钠,0.1%的氨水,0.05%的4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚,0.01%的百里酚酞,0.2%的氢氧化钠,15%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例 2
一种清洗剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分: 2.5%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠, 1.5%的椰子油二乙醇酰胺, 1.0%的苯甲酸钠, 1.0%的三乙醇胺, 0.5%的亚硝酸钠, 0.5%的氨水,0.15%的4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚, 0.05%的百里酚酞, 0.8%的氢氧化钠, 25%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例3
一种清洗剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分: 2.0%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,2.0%的椰子油二乙醇酰胺,0.6%的苯甲酸钠,0.6%的三乙醇胺,0.3%的亚硝酸钠,0.3%的氨水,0.1%的4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚,0.1%的百里酚酞,0.5%的氢氧化钠,20%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例4
一种清洗剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分: 1.8%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,0.8%的椰子油二乙醇酰胺,0.4%的苯甲酸钠,0.6%的三乙醇胺,0.2%的亚硝酸钠,0.3%的氨水,0.12%的4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚,0.03%的百里酚酞,0.3%的氢氧化钠,18%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
实施例5
一种清洗剂,包括有如下重量百分比的组分: 2.1%的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠, 1.3%的椰子油二乙醇酰胺,0.9%的苯甲酸钠,0.4%的三乙醇胺,0.4%的亚硝酸钠,0.2%的氨水,0.12%的4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚,0.02%的百里酚酞,0.7%的氢氧化钠,23%的液化石油气,其余为去离子水。
按照本实施例5提供的清洗剂与市售的清洗剂产品洁厕宝对厕所进行清洗对比,评价污垢的清洗效果。评价标准为目测,其中
污垢基本被清洗掉,露出95%以上的表面积为“优”;
污垢被清洗掉一部分,露出了大约70~95%的表面积为“良”;
污垢被清洗掉一部分,露出了大约10~70%的表面积为“中”;
污垢很少被清洗掉,90%以上的表面积仍然被污垢覆盖为“差”。
结果本实施例5 提供的清洗剂获得“优”评级,市售的清洗剂产品洁厕宝获得“中”评级。
虽然已经结合目前被认为是最实用和优选的实施方案对本发明进行了描述,但是应当理解本发明并不仅仅局限于上述所公开的实施方案,本领域技术人员能够想到在本发明的主旨和精神内对本发明的技术方案进行改变和改进,而不脱离在附加的权利要求书中所定义的本发明的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其重量比例:
0.05~0.15%的杀菌剂,所述杀菌剂至少包括一个酚羟基官能团;
2.0~4.0%的表面活性剂,包括0.5~1.5%的非离子表面活性剂和1.5~2.5%的阴离子表面活性剂,所述阴离子表面活性剂至少包括一个磺酸钠基官能团,所述阴非离子表面活性剂为酰胺类化合物;
0.2~1.0%缓冲剂;
0.2~1.0%的苯甲酸钠;
0.4~1.8%的碱;
0.01~0.05%的色素;
15~25%的推进剂;
其余为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述杀菌剂为4-异丙基-3-甲基苯酚。
3.根据权利要求2所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述非离子表面活性为椰子油二乙醇酰胺。
4.根据权利要求3所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述阴离子表面活性剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠。
5.根据权利要求4所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述缓冲剂为亚硝酸钠和氨水的混合物,所述清洗剂包括0.1~0.5%wt的亚硝酸钠和0.1~0.5%wt的氨水。
6.根据权利要求5所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述碱为有机碱和无机碱盐的混合物。
7.根据权利要求6所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述有机碱为三乙醇胺,所述无机碱盐为氢氧化钠,所述清洗剂包括0.2~1.0%wt的三乙醇胺和0.2~0.8%的氢氧化钠。
8.根据权利要求1所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述推进剂为液化石油气、二甲醚、一氧化碳、二氧化碳或惰性气体中的任意一种或几种的混合物。
9.根据权利要求8所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述推进剂为液化石油气。
10.根据权利要求1所述清洗剂,其特征在于:所述色素为百里酚酞。
