Abstract
本发明提供一种含有水溶性铜化合物及二氧化硅、去除异味效果优异且在保存后也能维持该去除异味效果、同时外观稳定性优异的适合用于抑制口臭的牙膏组合物。该牙膏组合物含有0.05~1质量%的(A)水溶性铜化合物、5~20质量%的(B)二氧化硅、0.5~2质量%的(C)选自酰基牛磺酸、酰基氨基酸及它们的盐中的1种或2种以上的阴离子型表面活性剂、24~55质量%的(D)选自甘油、丙二醇及平均分子量630以下的聚乙二醇中的1种或2种以上的湿润剂、及(E)选自二羧酸、三羧酸及它们的碱金属盐中的1种或2种以上,(E)/(A)质量比为0.4~10,且组合物中含有10质量%以下的山梨醇或不含山梨醇。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有水溶性铜化合物及二氧化硅、去除异味效果优异且在保存后也可维持该去除异味效果、同时外观稳定性优异的适合用于抑制口臭的牙膏组合物。
背景技术
以往,已知葡萄糖酸铜等水溶性铜化合物具有去除异味作用、抗菌作用,提出了利用水溶性铜化合物预防口臭等牙周病的配合有水溶性铜化合物的口腔用组合物(专利文献1~3:日本专利第2569639号公报、日本专利第2540892号公报、日本专利第2540895号公报)。
进而,由于配合有水溶性铜化合物的口腔用组合物有时会产生水溶性铜化合物的稳定性降低、因铜所致的金属味、变色的产生等问题,因此,作为它们的解决方案,提出了利用薄荷醇衍生物的金属味抑制技术(专利文献4:日本特开2003-137755号公报)、基于并用多元酸的铜化合物的稳定化和基于此的去除口臭效果的提高技术(专利文献5:日本专利第2580657号公报)、基于色素与对羟基苯甲酸烷基酯的并用的变色抑制技术(专利文献6:日本特开平8-310928号公报)等。
另一方面,出于对口腔用组合物、特别是牙膏等洁齿剂赋予清洁力、给予适度的粘性的目的,研磨性二氧化硅、增稠性二氧化硅这样的二氧化硅被广泛使用,但是在口腔内的状态例如为牙齿、牙龈变弱这样的状态下,有时会带来令人不快的刺激感。近年来,考虑到增加的老年人的口腔环境,希望降低对因年龄增加而脆弱化的牙齿、牙龈组织的影响,即,即使将有可能会带来影响的二氧化硅的配合量抑制为较少,也能够有效地体现基于水溶性铜化合物的去除异味作用等而预防口臭等。

发明内容
【发明所要解决的技术问题】
本发明是鉴于上述情况而作出的,其目的在于提供一种含有水溶性铜化合物及二氧化硅、去除异味效果优异且在保存后也可维持该去除异味效果、同时外观稳定性优异牙膏组合物。
【解决技术问题的手段】
本发明人为了达到上述目的进行了深入研究,结果发现,当在配合有特定量的(A)水溶性铜化合物、且配合有特定量以下的(B)二氧化硅的牙膏组合物中分别以特定量配合(C)特定的阴离子型表面活性剂和(D)特定的选自多元醇的湿润剂,并配合(E)特定的羧酸或其盐以使(E)/(A)的质量比在特定范围内,且组合物中的山梨醇的含量为特定量以下时,可得到特别是对口臭的去除异味效果优异且保存后也可维持该去除异味效果、同时外观稳定性优异且味道也良好的牙膏组合物,由此,即使二氧化硅的配合量较少也能有效抑制或预防口臭,从而完成了本发明。
本发明中,通过组合(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)及(E)成分,并使(E)/(A)的质量比在特定范围内,可兼顾去除异味效果的提升和制剂外观的稳定化,带来突出的作用效果。
进一步详细而言,本发明人等对牙膏组合物中水溶性铜化合物与二氧化硅的并用进行了研究,结果明确了:不仅具有特别是保存时去除异味效果降低、出现液体分离、变色、以及铜特有的金属味这样的各种问题,而且当对二氧化硅进行减量时,出现保存时产生褐色析出物这样的新问题,特别是关于上述褐色析出物,是二氧化硅的配合量在一定值以下时因(A)水溶性铜化合物而产生的特有的现象。对此,本发明中,分别以特定量配合(A)和(B)成分、以及(C)和(D)成分,并相对于(A)成分以适当比例来配合(E)成分,且使山梨醇的量为特定值以下,由此能够在(E)/(A)的质量比为特定范围内抑制保存时的上述褐色析出物的产生,从刚制备后到保存后都赋予高的去除异味效果,由此,利用上述五种成分的组合,能够克服上述全部问题,带来突出的作用效果。因此,如后述的实施例所示,本发明的牙膏组合物的去除异味力(刚制备后)、保存时的去除异味力的维持效果、析出物抑制效果(析出物的不明显程度)、液体分离的不明显程度以及变色的不明显程度优异,金属味的不明显程度也优异。
需要说明的是,关于上述的二氧化硅的配合量为特定值以下的体系中的褐色析出物的产生,专利文献4~6中没有任何记载。另外,专利文献7~9(日本专利第2580656号公报、日本特开平4-159211号公报、日本专利第3922329号公报)中虽然公开了配合有水溶性铜化合物及二氧化硅的牙膏组合物,但没有与褐色析出物相关的记载。根据专利文献1~9无法预测基于(A)、(B)、(C)、(D)以及(E)成分的组合而产生的对褐色析出物的抑制以及本发明的特别显著的作用效果。
因此,本发明提供下述的牙膏组合物。
〔1〕一种牙膏组合物,其含有:
(A)水溶性铜化合物 0.05~1质量%,
(B)二氧化硅 5~20质量%,

【发明效果】
根据本发明,可提供一种去除异味效果优异且保存后也可维持该去除异味效果、同时外观稳定性优异的含有水溶性铜化合物及二氧化硅的牙膏组合物。该牙膏组合物将二氧化硅的量控制为较少,即使对脆弱化的牙齿、牙龈组织也不会带来不良影响,可有效地抑制或预防口臭,用于抑制口臭是有效的。
具体实施方式
以下,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。本发明的牙膏组合物含有(A)水溶性铜化合物、(B)二氧化硅、(C)特定的阴离子型表面活性剂、(D)特定的湿润剂、及(E)特定的羧酸或其盐。
(A)水溶性铜化合物为去除异味力的赋予剂,优选为葡萄糖酸铜、柠檬酸铜、硫酸铜等水溶性的铜盐。它们可单独使用1种或并用2种以上。
(A)水溶性铜化合物的配合量为组合物整体的0.05~1%(质量%,以下同样),优选为0.1~0.5%。低于0.05%时,去除异味力差。超过1%时,金属味增强到难以掩盖的程度,另外,有时在保存时发生液体分离、制剂变色到难以抑制的程度。
作为(B)二氧化硅,可使用出于清洁力的赋予、制剂的保型性的目的而配合的研磨性二氧化硅及/或增稠性二氧化硅,也可以是研磨性二氧化硅或增稠性二氧化硅。
作为研磨性二氧化硅,例如可举出沉淀二氧化硅、火成性二氧化硅等二氧化硅,铝硅酸盐、锆硅酸盐、钛合二氧化硅(チタン結合性シリカ)等以硅酸盐为主成分的化合物等。它们可单独使用1种或并用2种以上。
研磨性二氧化硅可优选使用采用体积平均的中值粒径(d50)为5~40μm、特别是10~30μm的研磨性二氧化硅。
需要说明的是,上述二氧化硅的中值粒径是用粒度分布测定装置(日机装株式会社制,Microtrac粒度分布计,分散介质:水)测得的值(以下同样)。
增稠性二氧化硅可优选使用吸液量在2~3ml/g的范围的沉淀二氧化硅、火成性二氧化硅等由公知的制造方法得到的二氧化硅中的单独1种或2种以上。增稠性二氧化硅具有如上所述的吸液量,另一方面,研磨性二氧化硅的吸液量通常不足2ml/g。
上述的吸液量的测定方法如下(以下同样)。
量取试样1.0g至洁净的玻璃板上,一边用微量滴定管每次少量地滴加42.5%的甘油一边用不锈钢制的刮刀混合试样以使其变得均匀。将直至试样成为一个块、可用刮刀从玻璃板干净地剥离为止所需的液量(ml)作为吸液量。
(B)二氧化硅的配合量为组合物整体的5~20%,优选为7~18%,更优选为10~15%。不足5%时,不能充分得到清洁力、保型性。超过20%时,去除异味力降低。需要说明的是,超过20%时,未观察到褐色析出物的产生。
需要说明的是,在上述(B)成分的配合量的范围内,在含有研磨性二氧化硅的情况下,其含量优选为组合物整体的5~19.9%,特别优选为5~15%,特别优选为5~12%,另外,在含有增稠性二氧化硅的情况下,其含量优选为组合物整体的0.1~15%,特别优选为0.1~10%,特别优选为1~8%。
(C)成分为选自酰基牛磺酸、酰基氨基酸及它们的盐中的1种或2种以上的阴离子型表面活性剂。
(C)成分优选选自分别具有酰基的碳原子数为8~18、特别是12~16的酰基的酰基牛磺酸盐、酰基谷氨酸盐及酰基丙氨酸盐,其中,优选为酰基牛磺酸盐、酰基谷氨酸盐,特别优选为酰基牛磺酸盐。另外,它们的盐为钠、钾等的碱金属盐、碱土类金属盐、有机胺盐等,特别优选为钠盐。
作为酰基牛磺酸盐,可举出月桂酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、肉豆蔻酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸甲基牛磺酸钠等。
作为酰基谷氨酸盐,例如可举出月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、肉豆蔻酰基谷氨酸钠、椰子油脂肪酸酰基谷氨酸钾等。
作为酰基丙氨酸盐,可举出月桂酰基甲基丙氨酸钠等。
它们可使用市售品,具体而言,可使用NIKKOL LMT(月桂酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、日光化学株式会社)、NIKKOL MMT(肉豆蔻酰基甲基牛磺酸钠、日光化学株式会社)、AminoSurfact ALMS-P1(N-月桂酰基-L-谷氨酸钠、旭化成化学株式会社)、Amisoft LS-11(N-月桂酰基-L-谷氨酸钠、AJINOMOTO HEALTHY SUPPLY CO.,INC.)、AminoSurfact AMMS-P1(N-肉豆蔻酰基-L-谷氨酸钠、旭化成化学株式会社)、Amisoft MS-11(N-肉豆蔻酰基-L-谷氨酸钠、AJINOMOTO HEALTHY SUPPLY CO.,INC.)、NIKKOL ALANINATE LN-30(月桂酰基甲基-β-丙氨酸钠、日光化学株式会社)等。
(C)成分的配合量为组合物整体的0.5~2%,优选为0.6~1.5%,更优选为0.8~1.5%。配合量不足0.5%时,保存时的析出物的抑制效果及金属味的降低效果差。另外,有时起泡性差。超过2%时,有可能由(C)成分带来的苦味增强到难以掩盖的程度,使用感降低。
需要说明的是,本发明中,除上述(C)成分以外的阴离子型表面活性剂只要在不损害本发明的效果的范围就可以配合,特别是不配合月桂基硫酸钠等烷基硫酸盐(配合量0%)较好,在配合的情况下其配合量可以为组合物整体的0.5%以下、特别是0.2%以下、尤其是0.1%以下。
(D)成分为选自甘油、丙二醇及平均分子量为630以下的聚乙二醇中的1种或2种以上的湿润剂,特别优选甘油。在使用2种以上的情况下,优选组合甘油与丙二醇或上述聚乙二醇。
聚乙二醇的平均分子量(医药部外品原料标准2006记载的平均分子量,以下同样)为630以下,优选为600以下,更优选为200~600,进一步优选为300~600。
作为上述聚乙二醇,可举出聚乙二醇200(平均分子量190~210)、聚乙二醇300(平均分子量280~320)、聚乙二醇400(平均分子量380~420)、聚乙二醇600(平均分子量570~630),可使用市售品。
从抑制液体分离的观点出发,(D)成分的配合量为组合物整体的24~55%,优选为28~50%,更优选为32~45%。配合量不足24%时,液体分离抑制效果差。超过55%时,保存时的制剂变色恶化。另外,有可能口腔内的制剂的分散性恶化、使用性降低。
需要说明的是,在上述(D)成分的配合量的范围内,在配合甘油的情况下,其配合量按纯组分计优选为组合物整体的21%以上、特别优选为25%以上。
本发明中,还可配合作为除上述(D)成分以外的湿润剂的山梨醇、木糖醇等糖醇。关于糖醇的配合量,优选其与(D)成分的合计量在上述(D)成分的配合量的范围内。
需要说明的是,本发明的牙膏组合物中,糖醇中的山梨醇的配合量为组合物整体的10%以下,优选为8%以下,特别优选4%以下,尤其优选不配合,即0%。配合超过10%时,保存时的去除异味力的维持效果降低,保存时的制剂变色也恶化。
(E)成分为选自二羧酸、三羧酸及它们的碱金属盐中的1种或2种以上的羧酸或其盐。它们公知为螯合剂,但在本发明中有助于保存时的去除异味力的维持效果及保存时的析出物抑制效果。
作为(E)成分,优选为柠檬酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、酒石酸、它们的碱金属盐,更优选为柠檬酸或其碱金属盐。
关于(E)成分的配合量,主要取决于下述所示的(E)/(A)的质量比,可按满足(E)/(A)的质量比的方式进行设定,但优选为组合物整体的0.02~3%、特别优选为0.05~2%。0.02%以上时,可充分得到保存时的去除异味力的维持效果及保存时的析出物抑制效果。3%以下时,可充分防止特别是刚制备后的去除异味力的降低,另外,可充分防止源自(E)成分的异味的显现。
本发明中,表示(E)成分相对于(A)成分的配合比例的(E)/(A)以质量比计为0.4~10,优选为0.5~6,更优选为0.6~5,进一步优选为0.7~5。在该范围内时,去除异味力及去除异味力的维持效果优异,且保存时的析出物抑制效果优异。(E)/(A)的质量比不足0.4时,保存时的去除异味力的维持效果及析出物抑制效果差。(E)/(A)的质量比超过10时,刚制备后的去除异味力降低。
本发明的牙膏组合物中,除上述成分以外,还可根据需要在不损害本发明的效果的范围内配合其他公知成分。具体而言,可配合除二氧化硅以外的研磨剂、除二氧化硅以外的粘结剂、除阴离子型表面活性剂以外的表面活性剂、进一步根据需要的甜味剂、着色剂、防腐剂、香料、除水溶性铜化合物以外的有效成分等。
作为研磨剂,可举出磷酸氢钙二水合物或无水物、磷酸二氢钙、磷酸钙等磷酸钙系化合物、碳酸钙、氢氧化钙、氢氧化铝、不溶性偏磷酸钠、合成树脂系研磨剂。在配合这些研磨剂的情况下,其配合量优选为1~15%。另外,也可为0%即不配合。
作为粘结剂,例如可举出:羧甲基纤维素钠、甲基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素、羟乙基纤维素等纤维素衍生物,海藻酸钠等海藻酸衍生物,黄原胶等胶类,角叉菜胶、聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠等有机粘结剂。粘结剂的配合量通常为0.1~5%。
可配合非离子型表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂作为表面活性剂。具体而言,非离子型表面活性剂可举出蔗糖脂肪酸酯等糖脂肪酸酯、糖醇脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油等聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯硬脂基醚等聚氧乙烯高级醇醚、月桂酸二乙醇酰胺等脂肪酸烷醇酰胺。阳离子型表面活性剂可举出二硬脂基甲基氯化铵等烷基铵型、烷基苄基铵盐。两性表面活性剂可举出:烷基甜菜碱、烷基二甲基氨基乙酸甜菜碱、脂肪酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱等乙酸甜菜碱型、烷基咪唑啉甜菜碱等甜菜碱型、咪唑啉型。这些表面活性剂的配合量通常为0~10%、特别是0.01~5%。
作为甜味剂,可举出糖精钠等,作为着色剂,可举出蓝色1号、黄色4号、二氧化钛等。作为防腐剂,可举出对羟基苯甲酸甲酯等对羟基苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸或其盐等。
作为香料,可组合使用以下的用于口腔用组合物的公知的香料原料:薄荷油、留兰香油、茴香油、桉叶油、冬青油、肉桂油、丁子香油、百里香油、鼠尾草油、柠檬油、橙油、亚洲薄荷油、小豆蔻油、芫荽油、桔皮油、梨莓油、熏衣草油、迷迭香油、月桂油、春黄菊油、藏茴香油、甘牛至油、桂花油、柠檬草油、牛至油、松叶油、橙花油、玫瑰油、茉莉油、葡萄柚油、白金葡萄柚油、柚子油、鸢尾浸膏、薄荷精油、蔷薇精油、橙花等天然香料;这些天然香料经加工处理(前馏分去除、后馏分去除、分馏、液液萃取、精华化、粉状香料化等)后的香料;以及薄荷醇、香芹酮、茴香脑、桉树脑、水杨酸甲酯、肉桂醛、丁子香酚、3-L-薄荷氧基丙烷-1,2-二醇、麝香草酚、芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯、柠檬烯、薄荷酮、乙酸薄荷酯、N-取代-对薄荷烷-3-甲酰胺、蒎烯、辛醛、柠檬醛、番薄荷酮、乙酸香芹酯、茴香醛、乙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、环己烷丙酸烯丙酯、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、甲基苯基缩水甘油酸乙酯、香草醛、十一烷酸内酯、己醛、丁醇、异戊醇、己烯醇、二甲基硫醚、环甘素、糠醛、三甲基吡嗪、乳酸乙酯、硫代乙酸乙酯等单品香料;以及草莓香精、苹果香精、香蕉香精、菠萝香精、葡萄香精、芒果香精、黄油香精、牛奶香精、水果混合香精、热带水果香精等调和香料等。
上述香料原料优选相对于组合物整体使用0.000001~1%,使用了上述香料原料的赋香用香料优选相对于组合物整体使用0.1~2%。
作为有效成分,可举出异丙基甲基苯酚等非离子性杀菌剂,氯化十六烷基吡啶苯扎氯铵等阳离子性杀菌剂,氨甲环酸、ε-氨基己酸、尿囊素等抗炎症剂,葡聚糖酶等酶,氟化钠、单氟磷酸钠等含氟化合物,抗坏血酸、生育酚乙酸酯等维生素类,甘草酸二钾、硝酸钾、乳酸铝、氯化钠、或百里香等植物提取物。上述有效成分可以以不损害本发明的效果的范围来配合有效量。
【实施例】
以下示出实施例及比较例、配方例来具体说明本发明,但本发明不受下述实施例限制。需要说明的是,下述的例子中,%只要没有特别声明则均表示质量%。
[实施例、比较例]
通过常规方法制备表1~3所示的组成的洁齿剂组合物(牙膏),按照下述方法进行评价。将结果一并记载在表中。
(1)去除异味力(刚制备后)的评价方法
<实验方法>
在容量20mL的试管中,放入洁齿剂组合物的3000倍稀释液1mL和人的口腔唾液1.5mL并混合,在37℃下进行保温,加入100ng/mL的甲硫醇水溶液0.5mL并用硅胶塞密封后,搅拌并在37℃的水浴中振动的同时使之反应6分钟。其后,用对气相色谱仪(GC)进行注入的气相色谱用注射器向上述试管内注入5mL的空气。剧烈搅拌30秒后,用同一气相色谱用注射器从顶部空间采集气体5mL而立即注入到GC中,测定甲硫醇的峰面积值。由所得到的峰面积值,基于下述式求出去除异味率(%)。
气相色谱条件如下。
设备:GC-2014(株式会社岛津制作所制)
检测器:FPD
分离柱:TEFLON(注册商标)、填充剂Chromosorb W60/80AW-DM,CS处理(信和化工株式会社制)
进样口温度:130℃
柱温:80℃
检测器温度:150℃
载体气体:N2
载体气体流量:50mL/min
由求出的去除异味率,基于下述的判定基准对去除异味力(刚制备后)进行评价。
判定基准:
◎:90%以上且100%以下。
○:70%以上且小于90%。
△:50%以上且小于70%。
×:小于50%。
(2)保存时的去除异味力的维持效果的评价方法
将50g洁齿剂组合物填充到口径8mm的层压管中,在50℃或-5℃下保存3个月,对于50℃保存品和-5℃保存品,分别与上述去除异味力的评价方法同样地在同样的实验条件下用GC测定甲硫醇的去除异味力。以-5℃保存品的去除异味力为100%,算出与其相对的50℃保存品的去除异味力的比例(%),基于下述的判定基准对去除异味力的维持效果进行评价。
判定基准:
◎:相对于-5℃保存品为90%以上且100%以下。
○:相对于-5℃保存品为70%以上且不足90%。
△:相对于-5℃保存品为50%以上且不足70%。
×:相对于-5℃保存品为不足50%。
(3)保存时的析出物抑制效果的评价方法
将50g洁齿剂组合物填充到口径8mm的层压管中,在60℃下保存1个月后,从层压管挤出约3cm洁齿剂组合物到纸面上,目视观察在纸面上铺开时的外观可见的析出物(褐色析出物)。基于下述的判定基准对析出物抑制效果(析出物的不明显程度)进行评价。
判定基准:
○:看不到褐色粒状的析出物。
×:看到褐色粒状的析出物。
(4)金属味的不明显程度的评价方法
10名专门小组成员在牙刷上放置1g洁齿剂组合物,基于下述的评分基准对用通常的方法刷牙时感到的金属味进行评价。求出10人的评分的平均值,基于下述的判定基准对金属味的不明显程度进行评价。
评分基准:
4分:在口腔内感觉不到金属味。
3分:在口腔内略微感到金属味但问题不明显。
2分:在口腔内有金属味,令人不快。
1分:在口腔内金属味强烈,非常令人不快。
判定基准:
◎:平均分3.5分以上且4.0分以下。
○:平均分3.0分以上且不足3.5分。
△:平均分2.0分以上且不足3.0分。
×:平均分不足2.0分。
(5)保存时的液体分离的不明显程度的评价方法
将50g洁齿剂组合物填充到口径8mm的层压管中,将其在40℃下保存6个月后,目视观察从层压管挤出时的液体的分离状态。基于下述的判定基准对液体分离的不明显程度进行评价。
判定基准:
◎:看不到液体分离。
○:极少量地看到液体分离(在表面上看到作为分离的迹象的光泽)但品质上问题不明显。
△:看到液体分离。
×:看到非常大的液体分离。
(6)保存时的变色的不明显程度的评价方法
将50g洁齿剂组合物填充到口径8mm的层压管中,在60℃或-5℃下保存1个月,对于-5℃保存品和60℃保存品,分别目视观察从层压管挤出时的变色状态(洁齿剂整体的而非局部的颜色变化状态)。由60℃保存品相较于-5℃保存品的变色程度,基于下述的判定基准对变色的不明显程度进行评价。
判定基准:
◎:与-5℃保存品相比看不到变色。
○:与-5℃保存品相比看到轻微变色但问题不明显。
△:与-5℃保存品相比看到变色。
×:与-5℃保存品相比看到明显变色。

Claims (6)
1.一种牙膏组合物,其特征在于,含有:
(A)水溶性铜化合物,
(B)二氧化硅,
(C)选自酰基的碳原子数为8~18的酰基牛磺酸盐和酰基的碳原子数为8~18的酰基谷氨酸盐中的1种或2种以上的阴离子型表面活性剂,
(D)选自甘油、丙二醇及平均分子量为630以下的聚乙二醇中的1种或2种以上的湿润剂,及
(E)选自二羧酸、三羧酸及它们的碱金属盐中的1种或2种以上,
其中,(A)成分的含量为0.05~1质量%,(B)成分的含量为5~20质量%,(C)成分的含量为0.5~2质量%,(D)成分的含量为24~55质量%,
以质量比计,(E)/(A)为0.5~5,且组合物中含有10质量%以下的山梨醇或不含山梨醇。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙膏组合物,其中,(A)水溶性铜化合物为选自葡萄糖酸铜、柠檬酸铜及硫酸铜中的1种或2种以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的牙膏组合物,其中,(B)二氧化硅为选自研磨性二氧化硅及增稠性二氧化硅中的1种或2种以上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的牙膏组合物,其中,在含有研磨性二氧化硅作为(B)二氧化硅时,所述研磨性二氧化硅的含量为5~19.9质量%;在含有增稠性二氧化硅作为(B)二氧化硅时,所述增稠性二氧化硅的含量为0.1~15质量%。
5.权利要求1或2所述的牙膏组合物,其中,(E)成分为选自柠檬酸、琥珀酸、苹果酸、酒石酸及它们的钠盐中的1种或2种以上。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的牙膏组合物,其中,(E)成分的含量为0.02~3质量%。
