Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The wearable device with the bluetooth headset provided by the embodiment of the invention has a system architecture as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and comprises a device main body 1 and the bluetooth headset 2, wherein the device main body 1 is provided with a first clamping piece 11, the bluetooth headset 2 is provided with a second clamping piece 21 which can be matched and clamped with the first clamping piece 11, and the bluetooth headset 2 is detachably clamped on the device main body 1 through the first clamping piece 11 and the second clamping piece 21.
Compared with the prior art, the wearable device with the bluetooth headset provided by the embodiment of the invention can detach the bluetooth headset 2 from the device main body 1 of the wearable device by detaching the first clamping piece 11 and the second clamping piece 21 when the bluetooth headset 2 needs to be used, so that a user does not need to additionally carry a bluetooth headset accommodating structure when using the bluetooth headset 2 and can conveniently and timely take the bluetooth headset 2. After bluetooth headset 2 used completely, can make bluetooth headset 2 detachably joint on wearable equipment's equipment main part 1 again with first joint spare 11 and the joint of second joint spare 21 to take again. The user can directly take off bluetooth headset 2 from wearable equipment's equipment main part 1 when needs use bluetooth headset 2, need not to look for bluetooth headset 2, has improved the convenience in the 2 use of bluetooth headset. The user can directly connect 2 detachably joints of bluetooth headset to the device body 1 without using the bluetooth headset 2, so that the phenomenon of ear stuffiness caused by wearing the bluetooth headset 2 for a long time is avoided, the user experience is improved, and the potential safety hazard possibly brought by wearing the bluetooth headset 2 for a long time is avoided.
For the convenience of use and storage, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the bluetooth headset 2 is designed as a capsule bluetooth headset 22, a storage hole 3 for storing the capsule bluetooth headset 22 is formed in the device body 1, the first clip member 11 is disposed in the storage hole 3, and the second clip member 21 is disposed on the outer surface of the capsule bluetooth headset 22. Capsule type bluetooth headset 22 has characteristics such as small in size simple structure, and user experience is better in the use, nevertheless because small in size, loses easily, consequently sets up the hole 3 of accomodating that is used for accomodating this capsule type bluetooth headset 22 specially on equipment main part 1, is convenient for accomodate. Simultaneously, set up first joint spare 11 and second joint spare 21 respectively in accomodating hole 3 and capsule formula bluetooth headset 22's surface, can further ensure that bluetooth headset can not break away from and accomodate hole 3, ensure the reliability when this capsule formula bluetooth headset 22 accomodates.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the first engaging member 11 is a chuck disposed on a side wall of the receiving hole 3, and the second engaging member 21 is an annular groove disposed on an outer surface corresponding to the chuck; or the first clamping piece 11 is an annular groove arranged on the side wall of the accommodating hole 3, and the second clamping piece 21 is a clamping head arranged on the outer surface corresponding to the annular groove; when the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is inserted into the clamping position in the receiving hole 3, the clamping head extends into the annular groove and contacts with the side wall of the annular groove. Dop and annular groove cooperation joint's mode for capsule type bluetooth headset 22 need not to carry out the alignment operation after inserting the joint position of accomodating in the hole 3, and dop and annular groove just can directly cooperate the joint, convenient to use.
In order to make the matching between the chuck and the annular groove more tight, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, a return spring 111 is arranged on one side of the chuck away from the annular groove, and the return spring 111 is compressed and contracted when the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is inserted into the receiving hole 3; after the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is inserted to the clamping position, the chuck extends into the annular groove under the restoring force of the return spring 111 to contact with the side wall of the annular groove. In the process that the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is inserted into the receiving hole 3, the return spring 111 is compressed and contracted, so that the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 can be inserted into the receiving hole 3 more smoothly.
Illustratively, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the first snap-in member 11 is a chuck, and the second snap-in member 21 is an annular groove. In the process of inserting the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 into the accommodating hole 3, the side wall of the accommodating hole 3 extrudes the chuck, so that the return spring 111 extrudes and contracts to deform, and the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 can be smoothly inserted into the accommodating hole 3. Meanwhile, when a user is taking in the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, if the user does not take in the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 in place for one time, the restoring force of the reset spring 111 pushes the chuck, so that the chuck abuts against the outer surface of the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, the position of the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 in the accommodating hole 3 is limited to a certain extent, the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is prevented from falling off from the accommodating hole 3, and the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is prevented from being lost.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2, the receiving hole 3 is a through hole, one end of the receiving hole 3 is an insertion end 31 of the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, and the other end is provided with a push-out mechanism 4, and the push-out mechanism 4 is used for pushing out the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 received in the receiving hole 3 from the insertion end 31. After the user uses the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, the user inserts the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 into the clamping position from the insertion end 31 of the receiving hole 3, so that the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is received in the receiving hole 3. When the user needs to use the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, the push-out mechanism 4 is used for pushing the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, so that the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is withdrawn from the insertion end 31 of the accommodating hole 3 and then taken out, and the taking difficulty is low.
The ejecting mechanism 4 may be designed as a push-type ejecting mechanism, as shown in fig. 5, the ejecting mechanism 4 includes an ejecting member 41 slidably disposed in the receiving hole 3, one end of the ejecting member 41 is used for contacting with the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, and the other end is a pressing end 411. When needing to take this capsule bluetooth headset 22, press the end 411 of pushing out 41, make the part that pushes out 41 and keep away from end 411 contact with capsule bluetooth headset 22 and release it and accomodate hole 3 to convenience of customers takes, the process of taking is simple laborsaving.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, a retaining ring 32 is fixed on a side wall of the receiving hole 3, the pushing element 41 includes a first sliding column 412 which is matched with the side wall of the receiving hole 3, one end of the first sliding column 412 is a pressing end 411, the other end is connected with a second sliding column 413, the second sliding column 413 is inserted into a central hole of the retaining ring 32, and one end of the second sliding column 413 which is far away from the first sliding column 412 is connected with a pushing plate 414, the pushing plate 414 is used for contacting with the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, and the area of the pushing plate 414 is larger than the area of the central hole of the retaining ring 32. After the pressing end 411 is pressed, the first sliding column 412 drives the second sliding column 413 to move towards the insertion end 31 of the receiving hole 3, so that the push plate 414 connected to the second sliding column 413 pushes the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 received in the receiving hole 3 and pushes the same out of the receiving hole 3. Meanwhile, since the retaining ring 32 is fixed on the side wall of the receiving hole 3, the first sliding column 412 matched with the side wall of the receiving hole 3 cannot pass through the central hole of the retaining ring 32, the stroke of the first sliding column 412 is limited, the situation that the push plate 414 directly pushes the capsule type earphone out of the receiving hole 3 to cause loss and the like is avoided, and the area of the push plate 414 is larger than that of the central hole of the retaining ring 32, so that the push plate 414 cannot pass through the central hole of the retaining ring 32 when moving to the insertion end 31 far away from the receiving hole 3, and the push-out piece 41 is prevented from sliding out of the receiving hole 3.
When the pressing end 411 is pressed, the pressing end 411 moves toward the insertion end 31 of the receiving hole 3, and a return spring 42 is provided between the stopper ring 32 and the first sliding column 412 so that the pressing end 411 can be automatically rebounded, as shown in fig. 5. After the pressing end 411 is pressed, the return spring 42 is compressed, and when the pressure of the pressing end 411 disappears, the restoring force of the return spring 42 drives the return spring 42 to restore, and pushes the first sliding column 412 to slide in the direction away from the insertion end 31 of the accommodating hole 3, so that the pressing end 411 extends out of the end of the accommodating hole 3 again, and the next pressing is facilitated.
The compressed return spring 42 drives the pushing element to move in the recovery process, but the portion of the first sliding column 412, which is in contact with the return spring 42, is inclined to a certain extent due to the pushing of the restoring force of the return spring 42, so that the pressure between the first sliding column 412 and the side wall of the accommodating hole 3 is increased, and after long-term use, excessive wear or jamming of the first sliding column 412 is easily caused. At this time, when the free length of the return spring 42 is restored, the pushing force acts on the first sliding column 412 uniformly, so that the first sliding column 412 does not have the problem of being stuck or having an excessively large abrasion process in the using process.
Optionally, the pushing mechanism 4 may also be designed as a sliding pushing mechanism, specifically, a pushing plate capable of sliding along an axial direction of the pushing mechanism is disposed in the accommodating hole 3, a shifting block is fixedly connected to the pushing plate, a long groove is formed on a side wall of the accommodating hole 3 along the axial direction of the accommodating hole 3, the long groove radially penetrates through the side wall of the accommodating hole 3 along the radial direction of the accommodating hole 3, and one end of the shifting block, which is far away from the pushing plate, radially extends out of the long groove along the radial direction of the accommodating hole 3 to form a pushing end. The pushing end of the shifting block is shifted towards the direction close to the insertion end 31 of the accommodating hole 3, and the pushing plate is driven to slide towards the direction close to the insertion end 31 of the accommodating hole 3, so that the capsule type Bluetooth headset 22 accommodated in the accommodating hole 3 is pushed out from the insertion end 31 of the accommodating hole 3.
In order to enable the push-out plate to push the capsule type Bluetooth headset 22 out from the insertion end 31 of the receiving hole 3 and then automatically reset, a baffle is arranged at the end part of the receiving hole 3 far away from the insertion end 31, a tension spring is arranged between the baffle and the push-out plate, when the push-out plate moves towards the direction of the insertion end 31 of the receiving hole 3, the tension spring is stretched, and after the external force action of the pushing end of the poking block disappears, the restoring force of the tension spring restoring the free length drives the push-out plate to move towards the direction far away from the insertion end 31.
After the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is accommodated in the accommodating hole 3, if the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is vibrated by external force and other factors, the looseness may be generated, in order to avoid the situation, as shown in fig. 4, a first absorbing part 33 is arranged in the accommodating hole 3, a second absorbing part 23 is arranged on the capsule type bluetooth headset 22, when the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is accommodated in the accommodating hole 3, the first absorbing part 33 and the second absorbing part 23 attract each other, and the first clamping part 11 and the second clamping part 21 are assisted to position the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 in the accommodating hole 3.
Specifically, the attraction member may be a magnetic ring, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first attraction member 33 is a first magnetic ring fixedly disposed in the receiving hole 3, the second attraction member 23 is a second magnetic ring disposed at an end of the capsule bluetooth headset 22, and when the capsule bluetooth headset 22 is received in the receiving hole 3, the first magnetic ring and the second magnetic ring attract each other. The magnetic ring has lower production cost, can be repeatedly attracted and separated, and is convenient to use and replace.
As shown in fig. 6, the capsule bluetooth headset 22 includes a cylindrical headset housing 221, a circuit board 222, a power supply 223 and a speaker assembly 224 are sequentially disposed in the headset housing 221 along an axis thereof, a function key 225 is disposed at one end of the headset housing 221 close to the circuit board 222, and an ear cover 226 is disposed at one end close to the speaker assembly 224. The internal components are compactly arranged, which is beneficial to reducing the volume of the capsule type Bluetooth headset 22. When in use, the function key 225 is pressed to select a specific function, thereby realizing the functions of switching on or off communication, listening to music or switching songs and the like.
Specifically, a microphone assembly, an LED (light emitting diode), and the like are integrated on the circuit board 222, and the integration level of elements on the circuit board 222 is high, so that the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 has a small volume.
Optionally, waterproof films are disposed on the microphone assembly and the speaker assembly 224, so that the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 has a high waterproof level, and a user can drop the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 into water carelessly in the using process without damaging the capsule type bluetooth headset 22. Meanwhile, dust cannot penetrate through the waterproof film to enter the microphone assembly or the speaker assembly 224, so that the service life of the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 is further prolonged.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the first magnetic ring is disposed on a side of the baffle ring 32 away from the insertion end 31 and is fixedly connected to a sidewall of the receiving hole 3, and the second magnetic ring is disposed on an end of the earphone shell 221 close to the ear cap 226, when the capsule bluetooth earphone 22 is received in the receiving hole 3, the first magnetic ring and the second magnetic ring are close to each other, so that the attraction effect is strong, and the capsule bluetooth earphone 22 can be more stably positioned in the receiving hole 3.
To solve the problem that the user may loosen the capsule bluetooth headset 22 if the user is performing a strenuous exercise while wearing the capsule bluetooth headset 22, as shown in fig. 2 to 4 and 6, the ear cap 226 is a drum-shaped ear cap, and the maximum diameter of the drum-shaped ear cap is larger than the aperture of the receiving hole 3. The drum-shaped earmuff can be easily inserted into the ear and has a self-fixing effect, and can be sufficiently contacted with the ear canal, so that the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 inserted into the ear does not come loose even in a violent exercise. Meanwhile, because the maximum diameter of the drum-shaped earmuff is larger than the aperture of the accommodating hole 3, after the capsule type Bluetooth headset 22 is inserted into the accommodating hole 3, certain friction is generated between the earmuff and the side wall of the accommodating hole 3, so that the headset can stay at any position and cannot fall off by itself, and even if a user does not insert the headset in place once in the inserting process or does not hold the headset to push out the part of the accommodating hole 3 in the pushing out process, the capsule type Bluetooth headset 22 cannot fall off from the accommodating hole 3 by itself, and the capsule type Bluetooth headset 22 cannot be lost or damaged.
Optionally, the ear loops 226 are formed of a silicone material. The silica gel material has high durability, belongs to a non-toxic material, and can be contacted with the auditory canal for a long time without causing symptoms such as allergy and the like.
Wearable equipment is a general term for applying wearable technology to intelligently design daily wearing and develop wearable equipment, and the equipment main body 1 can be glasses, gloves, watches, dress and shoes, for example, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 7, the equipment main body 1 is a smart watch 12, and the accommodating hole 3 is arranged on a watch ear 121 or a watch band 122 of the smart watch 12, so that the capsule type bluetooth headset 22 can be accommodated on the intelligent watch 12 without affecting the normal use of the intelligent watch 12.
Alternatively, the bluetooth headset 2 is an extended bluetooth headset 24, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first card member 11 is disposed on the outer surface of the device body 1, and the second card member 21 is disposed on the outer surface of the bluetooth headset. The extended bluetooth headset 24 has a large-capacity battery, can realize long-time cruising, and enables the user to use continuously for a long time.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the extended bluetooth headset 24 includes a functional part 241 and an extension part 242, the functional part 241 and the extension part 242 are electrically connected, and the extension part 242 is used to provide power and control for the functional part 241, so that the functional part 241 converts an electrical signal into an acoustic signal; wherein, the first clamping piece 11 is a movable fastening position, the second clamping piece 21 is a fixed fastening position corresponding to the movable fastening position and arranged on the expansion part 242, or the first clamping piece 11 is a fixed fastening position, and the second clamping piece 21 is a movable fastening position corresponding to the fixed fastening position and arranged on the expansion part 242; the movable buckle is movably connected with the device body 1 or the expansion part 242, and the movable buckle can move between a buckling position and a releasing position under the action of external force. The movable buckle position and the fixed buckle position are matched and clamped in a connecting mode, so that the operation is simple, and the use by a user is convenient.
In order to make the movable buckle position and the fixed buckle position locked after being clamped in a matching manner, as shown in fig. 10, an elastic restoring device is arranged on the movable buckle position, and after the movable buckle position moves to the buckle position of the fixed buckle position, the relative position between the movable buckle position and the fixed buckle position is locked by the restoring force of the elastic restoring device. When the movable buckle position and the fixed buckle position are matched and clamped, the movable buckle position moves towards the buckling position through external force, so that the elastic restoring device is extruded to deform the elastic restoring device, and after the external force acting on the movable buckle position disappears, the restoring force of the elastic restoring device drives the movable buckle position to move towards the direction far away from the buckling position, so that the movable buckle position and the fixed buckle position are locked.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 10, the elastic restoring means is a spring 211. The spring 211 has a simple structure and low cost, and is easy to assemble and replace. The spring 211 may be a flat spring, a spiral spring, a U-shaped spring, or a split spring.
For the convenience of the user to use, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, there are two movable buckle positions, the elastic restoring device is disposed between the two movable buckle positions, and the ends of the two movable buckle positions are both abutted against the elastic restoring device. When the user takes down the extended Bluetooth headset 24 from the equipment body 1 or cooperates with the clamping on the equipment body 1, the user presses two movable buckle positions simultaneously, so that the two movable buckle positions simultaneously extrude the elastic restoring device, when the movable buckle positions and the fixed buckle positions are separated or the movable buckle positions and the fixed buckle positions cooperate with the clamping, the pressing force on the two movable buckle positions is eliminated, and the restoring force of the elastic restoring device can push the movable buckle positions in the direction away from the buckle positions.
For example, as shown in fig. 9 to 12, two movable fastening positions are respectively disposed at two sides of the expanding part 242, the spring 211 is disposed inside the expanding part 242, two ends of the spring 211 respectively abut against the two movable fastening positions, and when the two movable fastening positions move to the fastening position under the action of an external force, the ends of the movable fastening positions press the spring 211, so that the spring 211 is deformed. When the external force which moves the movable buckle position to the buckling position disappears, the restoring force of the spring 211 drives the movable buckle position to move towards the direction far away from the buckling position, if the movable buckle position is buckled with the fixed buckle position at the moment, the restoring force of the spring 211 presses the movable buckle position to the fixed buckle position, so that the relative position between the movable buckle position and the fixed buckle position is locked; if the movable buckle position is separated from the fixed buckle position, the restoring force of the spring 211 drives the movable buckle position to move away from the buckle position.
Illustratively, the movable buckle position and the fixed buckle position are a pair of L-shaped buckle positions which can be buckled with each other, and the installation can adopt press type installation or sliding installation, so that the installation is simple and convenient, and the buckle position structure is simple, and the installation and the replacement are realized.
In order to increase the connection strength of the extended bluetooth headset 24 connected to the device body 1, a positioning structure is provided between the extended bluetooth headset 24 and the device body 1, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, a first positioning member 13 is provided on the device body 1, a second positioning member 25 is provided on the extended bluetooth headset 24, when the extended bluetooth headset 24 is detachably connected to the device body 1, the first positioning member 13 and the second positioning member 25 are connected in a matching manner, so that the connection strength between the extended bluetooth headset 24 and the device body 1 is enhanced.
The positioning element may be a magnet, as shown in fig. 13 and 14, the first positioning element 13 is a first magnet disposed on the device body 1, the second positioning element 25 is a second magnet disposed on the extended bluetooth headset 24, and when the extended bluetooth headset 24 is detachably connected to the device body 1, the first magnet and the second magnet attract each other. The magnet has lower production cost, can be repeatedly attracted and separated under the condition of not reducing attraction effect, and has longer service life.
To facilitate storage of the extended bluetooth headset 24, as shown in fig. 15 to 20, the function part 241 is rotatably connected to the extension part 242, and the function part 241 is rotatable between a storage position and a use position. After the functional component 241 rotates to the storage position, the volume of the extended bluetooth headset 24 is smaller than that of the extended bluetooth headset when the functional component 241 rotates to the use position, so that the extended bluetooth headset 24 can be stored more conveniently after the functional component 241 rotates to the storage position.
In order to further reduce the volume of the extended bluetooth headset 24 after the functional part 241 is rotated to the storage position, as shown in fig. 18 and 20, a storage groove 2421 is provided on the extension part 242, and when the functional part 241 is rotated to the storage position, the functional part 241 is located in the storage groove 2421. When the functional component 241 is located in the receiving groove 2421, the volume of the extended bluetooth headset 24 is only the volume of the extension component 242, and the extended bluetooth headset can be received in a small space, so that the space on the device main body 1 can be rationalized and beautifully laid out by a designer.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 15, a connecting shaft 243 is disposed between two opposite side walls of the receiving groove 2421, a sleeve 244 is sleeved on the connecting shaft 243, the sleeve 244 can rotate relative to the connecting shaft 243, and the functional component 241 is fixedly connected with an outer side wall of the sleeve 244. When the functional component 241 rotates, the sleeve 244 is driven to rotate relative to the connecting shaft 243, so that the functional component 241 rotates in the bracket at the use position and the storage position.
When the functional component 241 is located at the use position or the storage position, the functional component 241 may rotate to a certain degree due to gravity and the like, which is not beneficial for the storage or the use of the expandable bluetooth headset 24, and therefore, it is necessary to perform positioning and holding when the functional component 241 is located at the use position or the storage position, as shown in fig. 15, 21 and 22, an elastic member 245 is disposed between the sleeve 244 and the sidewall of the storage groove 2421, a cam structure is formed on the sleeve 244, and the cam structure abuts against the elastic member 245.
