The invention relates to a feeding and discharging device of food and medicine production line equipment, in particular to an automatic closed feeding and discharging device of a coating machine.
Background
The application of food and pharmaceutical production lines at home and abroad is quite common, and the automation of each production step is basically realized, but the defects still exist. In the production process of food and medicine, particularly tablets and candies, coating work is required, wherein feeding and discharging of a coating machine are finished manually, the automation degree is low, the working strength is quite high, the consumed time is long, and the production efficiency is seriously influenced. The coating machine is generally loaded in a manual dumping mode, or a loading hopper is used, and raw material particles in a charging basket are directly dumped into the coating machine or the hopper; the discharging mode of the coating machine is mainly realized by manually installing the inner discharging device and the outer discharging device, the feeding and discharging mode is low in efficiency and high in labor cost, and particles can be exposed outside a cylinder of the coating machine in the feeding and discharging process and can not reach the sanitation level. Aiming at the problems of low feeding and discharging efficiency and large workload of the coating machine, the invention designs a novel feeding and discharging device of the coating machine.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above technical problems, according to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided an automatic sealing feeding and discharging device for a coating machine, including a coating cylinder, a gate body extension section, a front discharging blade and a rear discharging blade. The front end of the coating cylinder is provided with a material inlet and outlet in the right center, the rear end of the coating cylinder is completely sealed, the front part and the rear part of the coating cylinder are provided with a conical barrel, the middle part of the coating cylinder is provided with a cylindrical barrel, a front discharging blade mounting seat is mounted in the front conical barrel through a screw, a rear discharging blade mounting seat is mounted in the middle cylindrical barrel through a screw, and the mounting seats are mounted at specific positions in the coating cylinder; the front discharging blade is welded on the front discharging blade mounting seat; the rear discharging blade is welded on the rear discharging blade mounting seat; a large gate body extension section is arranged on the outer side of the feed and discharge port of the coating cylinder; the charging pipe is arranged above the left side of the lengthened section of the gate body and penetrates through the outer ring of the lengthened section of the gate body and the inner ring of the lengthened section of the gate body.
The automatic closed feeding and discharging device can realize automatic closed feeding and discharging of the coating machine, the coating machine is deeply inserted into the coating machine for feeding through the fixed feeding pipe, the discharging paddle is arranged in the coating machine, and the coating machine normally works in forward rotation without influencing stirring; automatic discharging is carried out during reverse rotation, particles fall into the front gate body lengthening section, and production can be carried out automatically and efficiently. The device degree of automation is high, and the stable performance is reliable, and the function is perfect, and can improve work efficiency effectively.
Further, the front discharging blade comprises a discharging blade side baffle, a discharging groove and a front discharging blade bottom plate; the front discharging blade is U-shaped formed by three plates.
Furthermore, the rear discharging blade comprises a discharging blade upper baffle, a rear discharging blade side plate and a rear discharging blade bottom plate; the rear discharging blade consists of three plates, the front half part is U-shaped, and the rear half part is L-shaped.
Further, the front discharging blade is tangent to the feeding and discharging port of the coating cylinder; the rear discharging blade and the horizontal plane form a specific included angle.
Furthermore, the lengthened section of the gate body is of a hollow circular ring structure, a discharging chute is arranged at the right lower part of the inner ring of the lengthened section of the gate body, and the gate of the original coating machine can be installed at the outer side of the lengthened section of the gate body.
Furthermore, the discharging chute is in a quarter-cone shape, and forms a chute with an outer baffle plate of the lengthened section of the gate body, and the range of the cone angle of the cone is 20-120 degrees.
Furthermore, one end of the feed pipe (1) extends into the coating cylinder, and the other end of the feed pipe can be provided with a butterfly valve.
Furthermore, the connecting included angles of the front discharging blade (5) and the rear discharging blade (6) and the inner wall of the coating cylinder (3) are arc chamfers.
The invention has the advantages that:
(1) the discharging blade designed by the invention has a simple structure, and can realize automatic discharging by utilizing the reverse rotation of the coating machine.
(2) The invention provides the best mounting mode of the front discharging blade and the rear discharging blade, and effectively improves the discharging efficiency of the coating machine.
(3) According to the invention, the lengthened section of the gate body is designed, the discharge port is arranged below the lengthened section, the discharge efficiency is improved by matching with the discharge blade, the closed discharge is realized, the gate of the original coating machine can be installed, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
(4) According to the invention, the discharging chute is conical, and forms a chute with the baffle plate at the outer side of the gate body, so that the discharging efficiency is improved.
(5) The feeding pipe is communicated with the inside and the outside of the coating cylinder, so that the feeding operation of the coating machine is facilitated.
(6) According to the invention, the discharging blade and the inner wall of the coating cylinder are arranged to be arc chamfers, so that the discharging blade does not influence the normal work of the coating machine, and the phenomena of material clamping stagnation and falling are avoided.
(7) Compared with the prior art, the automatic feeding and discharging gate is more easily adapted to external automatic equipment, the work of manually opening and closing the gate of the coating machine is reduced, and the production automation degree is improved.

In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to the attached drawings 1-4, the automatic closed feeding and discharging device of the coating machine has an integral structure which comprises a coating cylinder, a gate body lengthening section, a front discharging blade and a rear discharging blade. The front end of the coating cylinder is provided with a material inlet and outlet in the right center, the rear end of the coating cylinder is completely sealed, the front part and the rear part of the coating cylinder are provided with a conical barrel, the middle part of the coating cylinder is provided with a cylindrical barrel, a front discharging blade mounting seat is mounted in the front conical barrel through a screw, a rear discharging blade mounting seat is mounted in the middle cylindrical barrel through a screw, and the mounting seats are mounted at specific positions in the coating cylinder; the front discharging blade is welded on the front discharging blade mounting seat; the rear discharging blade is welded on the rear discharging blade mounting seat; a large gate body extension section is arranged on the outer side of the feed and discharge port of the coating cylinder; the charging pipe is arranged above the left side of the lengthened section of the gate body and penetrates through the outer ring of the lengthened section of the gate body and the inner ring of the lengthened section of the gate body.
Referring to fig. 3, the front discharging blade 5 includes a discharging blade side baffle 51, a discharging chute 52 and a front discharging blade bottom plate 53; the long side of the discharging blade side baffle 51 is connected with the long side of the discharging groove 52 in a welding way; the long side of the discharging chute 52 is connected with the long side of the front discharging blade bottom plate 53 in a welding mode, and three plates form a U shape.
Referring to fig. 3, the rear discharging blade 6 includes a discharging blade upper baffle 61, a rear discharging blade side plate 62 and a rear discharging blade bottom plate 63; the long side of the upper baffle plate 61 of the discharging blade is connected with the long side of the side plate 62 of the rear discharging blade in a welding way; the long side of the rear discharging blade side plate 62 is welded with the front end of the long side of the rear discharging blade bottom plate 63; the front half part of the rear discharging blade is U-shaped, and the rear half part is L-shaped.
Referring to fig. 2, the front discharging blade 5 is tangent to the inlet and outlet of the coating cylinder 3; the included angle between the rear discharging blade 6 and the horizontal plane ranges from 40 degrees to 60 degrees.
Referring to the attached drawing 4, the door body extension section 2 is of a hollow circular ring structure, the outer side of the circular ring is an outer ring 21 of the door body extension section, the inner side of the circular ring is an inner ring 22 of the door body extension section, a discharging chute 23 is arranged below one side of the inner ring 22 of the door body extension section, and the outer side of the door body extension section can be provided with an original capsule machine door.
Referring to fig. 4, the discharging chute 23 is a quarter cone shape, and forms a chute with the baffle plate outside the extension section of the gate body, and the taper angle of the quarter cone shape ranges from 20 degrees to 120 degrees.
Referring to the attached figure 1, one end of the feed pipe 1 extends into the coating cylinder, and the other end is provided with a butterfly valve.
Referring to the attached figure 2, the connection included angles between the front discharging blade 5 and the inner wall of the coating cylinder 3 and between the rear discharging blade 6 and the inner wall of the coating cylinder are arc chamfers.
