背景技术
近年来,广大畜牧工作者致力于研究新型、安全的抗生素替代品,中草药、抗菌肽便应运而生。补益类中草药能增强动物免疫机能、改善动物产品品质,抗菌促生长,且来源广泛、价格低廉、安全方便、无毒副作用、低残留、无抗药性。因此引起国内外学者的广泛兴趣,并成为当前畜牧科研工作者的研发热点。
天然中草药经过加工制成的提取物给饲动物,通过中草药中各种成分的协同作用达到健脾益气的功效同时调节动物机体各内脏系统的阴阳平衡,从而改善机体的生产性能和免疫性能。
贞子(Ligustri Lucidi Fructus)是一味传统的扶正固本药物,为木犀科植物。女贞的干燥成熟果实,其化学成分有齐墩果酸、红景天苷、黄酮类化合物、多糖、挥发油和多种微量元素等。《神农本草经》将其列为上品,谓其女贞实,味苦平,主补中,安五脏,养精神,除百病。
女贞子含有多种化学成分,最先发现的是女贞子含有较高含量的齐墩果酸,后又发现了乙酰齐墩果酸、熊果酸等传统上认为,具有抗炎、抑菌、降血糖、降血脂、保肝、抑制血栓形成、抗衰老及抗疲劳作用,能调节免疫,提高肿瘤患者的免疫功能等,为临床治疗各种肝肾阴虚型疾病提供药理学的参考。近年,女贞子作为保健性食品原料进行开发,为女贞子的应用开辟了新途径。

本发明的目的是提供一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,提高鸡蛋的品质和额外价值,增加鸡蛋产蛋的色泽度和功能性特征,利于提高人们的身体健康。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,包括饲料和饲喂方法。
优选的,饲料包括女贞子、玉米、豆粕、食盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、磷酸氢钙、贝壳粉、小麦麸、艾叶粉和预混料。
优选的,所述预混料包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、叶酸、生物素、稻壳粉、铁、铜、锌、锰、碘、硒、钴、沸石粉和氯化胆碱。
优选的,1kg预混料中包括维生素A 150000 IU、维生素D3 45000 IU、维生素E320IU、维生素K3 35mg、维生素B1 40mg、维生素B2 80mg、维生素B6 60mg、维生素B120.2mg、烟酰胺400mg、泛酸钙90mg、叶酸15mg、生物素0.05mg、稻壳粉300g、一水硫酸亚铁1.0g、五水硫酸铜0.2g、一水硫酸锌1.5g、一水硫酸锰1.5g、硒4mg、碘12mg、六水氯化钴中的钴0.01g、沸石粉684.5g和氯化胆碱4.5g。
优选的,饲喂方法步骤如下:
S1、每亩地种植女贞树600棵,间隔0.9-1.2米;
S2、每亩地放养500-800只蛋鸡;
S3、放养时间选择为9月1日-11月30日,按照每只鸡补饲全价配合饲料80克计算,投放饲料A;
每100kg饲料A中含有1-10kg女贞子、57-62kg玉米粉、15-20kg大豆粕、0.5-1.5kg菜籽油、4-6kg贝壳粉、2-7kg小麦麸、1-5kg艾叶草、0.25-0.30kg食盐、0.01-0.02kg DL-蛋氨酸、0.32-0.39kg L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、1.17-1.47kg磷酸氢钙和1kg预混料;
放养时间为3月1日-8月31日,按照每只鸡补饲全价配合饲料80克计算,投放饲料B;
将女贞子晒干后按照10%的比例添加到全价配合饲料A中,混合后为饲料B。
因此,本发明采用上述一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,提高鸡蛋的品质和额外价值,增加鸡蛋产蛋的色泽度和功能性特征,利于提高人们的身体健康。
本发明工艺包含两种配合饲料,分别适用在不同的季节,饲喂的方法和剂量调整,从而达到最终功效的方案。
本发明中主要成分的作用效果如下:
女贞子,含有齐墩果酸、红景天苷、黄酮类化合物、多糖、挥发油和多种微量元素等,具有抗炎、抑菌、降血糖、降血脂、保肝、抑制血栓形成、抗衰老及抗疲劳作用。
艾叶草,具有温经、去湿、散寒、止血、消炎、平喘、止咳、安胎、抗过敏等作用。
菜籽油,主要功能是为蛋鸡提供必需脂肪酸,能够改善产蛋性能、增加蛋重以及降低,可选择桶装鲁花菜籽油。

一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,包括饲料和饲喂方法。饲料包括女贞子、玉米、豆粕、食盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、磷酸氢钙、贝壳粉、小麦麸、艾叶粉和预混料。预混料包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、叶酸、生物素、稻壳粉、铁、铜、锌、锰、碘、硒、钴、沸石粉和氯化胆碱。

饲料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、将风干的女贞子、艾叶草进行粉碎后,过12目筛,备用。
S2、将制好的女贞子与艾叶草、菜籽油、玉米、大豆粕、小麦麸和食盐混合,形成混合体a。
S3、将维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、叶酸、生物素和过40-60目筛的稻壳粉混合,形成维生素的预混料b。
S4、将一水硫酸亚铁、五水硫酸铜、一水硫酸锌、一水硫酸锰、碘、硒、六水氯化钴、过40-60目筛的沸石粉、色氨酸、赖氨酸、蛋氨酸、氯化胆碱、碳酸钙和磷酸氢钙混合,形成微量元素的预混料c。
S5、将混合体a、维生素的预混料b和微量元素的预混料c再进行均匀混合,即得到全价配合饲料A;将女贞子10%的比例添加到全价配合饲料A中,混合后就得到全价配合饲料B。
S6、分袋包装,并于通风、阴凉、干燥处存放。
饲喂方法步骤如下:

每100kg饲料A中含有1-10kg女贞子、57-62kg玉米粉、15-20kg大豆粕、0.5-1.5kg菜籽油、4-6kg贝壳粉、2-7kg小麦麸、1-5kg艾叶草、0.25-0.30kg食盐、0.01-0.02kg DL-蛋氨酸、0.32-0.39kg L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、1.17-1.47kg磷酸氢钙和1kg预混料;
放养时间为3月1日-8月31日,按照每只鸡补饲全价配合饲料80克计算,投放饲料B;
将女贞子晒干后按照10%的比例添加到全价配合饲料A中,混合后为饲料B。
以下,通过试验测试来说明本发明的功能性鸡蛋的生产方法的效果。
1.试验方法
选择体重大小基本一致,健康无病的1日鸡600只,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组200只,A组为对照组,B组为实施例一,C组为实施例二,添加的饲料如下表所示。各组鸡群同时饲养于半开放式鸡舍,立体三层笼养,日上料3次,自由采食饮水,每日光照16h,每日收蛋2次。
配制1kg 1%预混料成分:

每10天取A、B、C试验组蛋进行检测,试验发现,试验组鸡蛋卵磷脂、铁、硒含量明显低于实施例一、二,而其他指标2组间无明显差异,说明本发明的方法有效地调整了鸡蛋中营养物质的含量,提高了鸡蛋的营养价值和保健功效。
本发明通过对几种天然植物原料的使用,通过养殖饲喂和调控饲喂的方法,进行饲养试验,对试验结束后相应指标的检测分析论证,最终形成利用女贞子生产功能性鸡蛋的生产方法。
因此,本发明采用上述一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,提高鸡蛋的品质和额外价值,增加鸡蛋产蛋的色泽度和功能性特征,利于提高人们的身体健康。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对其进行限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而这些修改或者等同替换亦不能使修改后的技术方案脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:包括饲料和饲喂方法。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:饲料包括女贞子、玉米、豆粕、食盐、DL-蛋氨酸、L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、磷酸氢钙、贝壳粉、小麦麸、艾叶粉和预混料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:所述预混料包括维生素A、维生素D3、维生素E、维生素K3、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酰胺、泛酸钙、叶酸、生物素、稻壳粉、铁、铜、锌、锰、碘、硒、钴、沸石粉和氯化胆碱。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:1kg预混料中包括维生素A 150000IU、维生素D3 45000IU、维生素E 320IU、维生素K3 35mg、维生素B1 40mg、维生素B2 80mg、维生素B6 60mg、维生素B12 0.2mg、烟酰胺400mg、泛酸钙90mg、叶酸15mg、生物素0.05mg、稻壳粉300g、一水硫酸亚铁1.0g、五水硫酸铜0.2g、一水硫酸锌1.5g、一水硫酸锰1.5g、硒4mg、碘12mg、六水氯化钴中的钴0.01g、沸石粉684.5g和氯化胆碱4.5g。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性鸡蛋的生产方法,其特征在于:饲喂方法步骤如下:
S1、每亩地种植女贞树600棵,间隔0.9-1.2米;
S2、每亩地放养500-800只蛋鸡;
S3、放养时间选择为9月1日-11月30日,按照每只鸡补饲全价配合饲料80克计算,投放饲料A;每100kg饲料A中含有1-10kg女贞子、57-62kg玉米粉、15-20kg大豆粕、0.5-1.5kg菜籽油、4-6kg贝壳粉、2-7kg小麦麸、1-5kg艾叶草、0.25-0.30kg食盐、0.01-0.02kg DL-蛋氨酸、0.32-0.39kg L-赖氨酸盐酸盐、1.17-1.47kg磷酸氢钙和1kg预混料;
放养时间为3月1日-8月31日,按照每只鸡补饲全价配合饲料80克计算,投放饲料B;将女贞子晒干后按照10%的比例添加到全价配合饲料A中,混合后为饲料B。
