Abstract
The invention discloses a sealing device, and relates to the technical field of ship auxiliary equipment. The device comprises a first sealing element, a second sealing element and a fixing mechanism, wherein the first sealing element is used for sealing the end part of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting positioned in a cabin, the second sealing element is used for sealing the end part of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting positioned outside the cabin, the fixing mechanism is used for sleeving the side wall of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting positioned outside the cabin, one end, close to the first sealing element, of the fixing mechanism is used for being connected and fixed with the side wall of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, and the other end of the fixing mechanism is used for abutting against one end, extending out of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, of the second sealing element so as to fix the second sealing element. The sealing device provided by the invention can meet the plugging requirements of various tubular cabin penetrating pipe fittings in a detachable connection mode, and solves the problem that the traditional plugging needs complex operations such as welding, cutting and the like.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ship auxiliary equipment, in particular to a sealing device.
Background
Before general pressure-bearing equipment such as a pressure vessel and the like is used, air tightness and strength tests, also called pressure tests, need to be carried out, and the specific operation is as follows: pressurizing a pressure container or other test equipment after sealing, coating soapy water on an external welding line, stabilizing the pressure for a certain time, checking whether bubbling leakage exists or not to verify the sealing property, and observing whether deformation exists or not.
Pressure vessels or cabin sections for pressure tests often have pipelines or cables penetrating through the cabin, so that the cabin penetrating pipe fittings need to be plugged before the tests are carried out. Common cabin pipe fittings are usually plugged by flanges or bolt joints, pipe type cabin pipe fittings without flanges or threaded interfaces cannot be plugged by a conventional mode, much allowance is reserved for the length of the cabin pipe fittings when the cabin pipe fittings are manufactured, a plate is directly welded at a port of the cabin pipe fittings to plug the cabin pipe fittings before a pressure test is carried out, the test is carried out subsequently, and the end parts of the cabin pipe fittings are cut after the test is finished.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a sealing device which can meet the plugging requirements of various tubular cabin penetrating pipe fittings in a detachable connection mode and solve the problem that the traditional plugging needs complex operations such as welding, cutting and the like.
In order to achieve the above purposes, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a first seal for sealing an end of the tubular bulkhead piece within the nacelle;
a second seal for sealing an end of the tubular bulkhead piece located outside the nacelle;
the fixing mechanism is used for being sleeved on the side wall of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting located outside the cabin, one end of the fixing mechanism close to the first sealing element is used for being connected and fixed with the side wall of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, and the other end of the fixing mechanism is used for abutting against one end, extending out of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, of the second sealing element so as to fix the second sealing element.
On the basis of the above technical solution, the fixing mechanism includes:
the first fixing component is sleeved on the side wall of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting outside the cabin;
and two ends of the second fixing component are connected with the first fixing component, and one side of the second fixing component, which is close to the first fixing component, abuts against one end, extending out of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, of the second sealing element.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the first fixing assembly comprises two clamp plates which are symmetrically arranged, a first groove is formed in each clamp plate, second grooves are formed in two sides of the first groove, the size of the first groove is matched with the outer diameter of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting located outside a cabin, when the two clamp plates are clamped on the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, the corresponding two second grooves form a connecting channel, a first connecting piece is arranged on the connecting channel, and the first connecting piece is used for connecting the second fixing assembly with the two clamp plates.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the outer side of each second groove is provided with a through hole, the first fixing assembly further comprises two second connecting pieces, and when the two clamping plate pieces are clamped on the tubular cabin-through pipe, the two second connecting pieces penetrate through the through holes in the two sides of the two clamping plate pieces respectively so as to connect and fix the two clamping plate pieces and the side wall of the tubular cabin-through pipe located outside the cabin.
On the basis of the technical scheme, a third groove is formed in one side, close to the first fixing component, of the second fixing component, and the size of the third groove is slightly larger than that of the end, extending out of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, of the second sealing element.
On the basis of the technical scheme, a spacer is further arranged between the two clamping plate pieces and is arranged between the first grooves of the two clamping plate pieces.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the first sealing element and the second sealing element are both conical, the cross section of each conical is gradually reduced from one end to the other end.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the first sealing element and the second sealing element are both nylon rods.
On the basis of the technical scheme, the first connecting piece and the second connecting piece are both bolts.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
(1) the invention provides a sealing device which comprises a first sealing element for sealing the end part of a tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting positioned in a cabin, a second sealing element for sealing the end part of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting positioned outside the cabin and a fixing mechanism, wherein two symmetrically arranged clamping plate pieces on the fixing mechanism are detachably clamped and fixed on the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting positioned outside the cabin, a second fixing component is connected with the clamping plate pieces, and one surface of the second fixing component is abutted to one end, extending out of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, of the second sealing element so as to fix the second sealing element on the end part of the cabin penetrating pipe fitting. The first sealing element mainly plays a role in sealing in the cabin, the sealing condition of the first sealing element can be checked through the detachable fixing mechanism and the second sealing element, and meanwhile, when the first sealing element leaks, the fixing mechanism and the second sealing element can play a role in protection, and the sealing effect is guaranteed.
(2) According to the sealing device provided by the invention, the third groove is arranged on one side, close to the first fixing component, of the second fixing component, the size of the third groove is slightly larger than the size of the end part, extending out of the second sealing element, the third groove is used for fixing the second sealing element, and in addition, the first sealing element and the second sealing element are in a conical shape, the cross section of the first sealing element and the cross section of the second sealing element are gradually reduced from one end to the other end, so that the sealing device can meet the plugging requirements of tubular cabin penetrating pipe fittings of various sizes, and the sealing device is strong in universality, reusable, convenient to operate and strong in practicability.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1-2, the embodiment of the present invention provides a sealing device, which is mainly used for sealing a tubular penetration pipe, wherein one end of the tubular penetration pipe is generally located in a cabin, and the other end of the tubular penetration pipe is generally located outside the cabin. The sealing device specifically comprises a first sealing element 1, a second sealing element 2 and a fixing mechanism 3, wherein the first sealing element 1 is used for sealing the end part of a tubular cabin-through pipe fitting located in a cabin, the second sealing element 2 is used for sealing the end part of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting located outside the cabin, the fixing mechanism 3 is used for being sleeved on the side wall of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting located outside the cabin, one end, close to the first sealing element 1, of the fixing mechanism 3 is used for being connected and fixed with the side wall of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting, the other end of the fixing mechanism is used for abutting against one end, extending out of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting, of the second sealing element 2 to fix the second sealing element 2, and the second sealing element 2 is guaranteed to be located at the end part of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting outside the cabin all the time.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the fixing mechanism 3 includes a first fixing component and a second fixing component 30, the first fixing component is sleeved on a side wall of the pipe type cabin penetrating pipe located outside the cabin, two ends of the second fixing component 30 are connected with the first fixing component, and one side of the second fixing component 30 close to the first fixing component abuts against one end of the second sealing member 2 extending out of one end of the pipe type cabin penetrating pipe. Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the first fixing assembly includes two symmetrically arranged clamping plates 31, a first groove 310 is arranged on each clamping plate 31, second grooves 311 are arranged on both sides of each first groove 310, the size of each first groove 310 is matched with the outer diameter of a pipe type cabin penetrating pipe located outside the cabin, when the two clamping plates 31 are clamped on the pipe type cabin penetrating pipe, the pipe type cabin penetrating pipe is located between the two first grooves 310, the second grooves 311 on both sides of each first groove 310 respectively form connecting channels with the corresponding second grooves 311, each connecting channel is provided with a first connecting piece 32, and each first connecting piece 32 is used for connecting and fixing the second fixing assembly 30 and the two clamping plates 31, so as to assist the second fixing assembly 30 in abutting and fixing the second sealing member 2.
As shown in fig. 3, the outer side of each second groove 311 is provided with a through hole 312, the first fixing assembly further comprises two second connecting members 33, when the two clamping plates 31 are clamped on the tubular cabin-through pipe, the two second connecting members 33 penetrate through the through holes 312 on two sides of the two clamping plates 31 respectively, so that the two clamping plates 31 are fixedly connected with the side wall of the tubular cabin-through pipe located outside the cabin, the stability and firmness of connection with the tubular cabin-through pipe are ensured, and the overall sealing effect is ensured.
Further, a third groove 300 is arranged on one side of the second fixing component 30 close to the first fixing component, and the size of the third groove 300 is slightly larger than the size of the end of the second sealing element 2 extending out of the tubular bulkhead fitting, and the third groove is mainly used for fixing the end of the second sealing element 2.
Further, as shown in fig. 1-2, a spacer 4 is further disposed between the two plate members 31, the spacer 4 is disposed between the first grooves 310 of the two plate members 31, and is mainly used for preventing the plate members 31 from directly contacting with the side wall of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe, so as to protect the cabin penetrating pipe and reduce wear of the cabin penetrating pipe and the tubular cabin penetrating pipe, and the spacer 4 is disposed between the two plate members 31, so that when the two plate members 31 are clamped on the side wall of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe together, a certain distance exists between the two plate members 31, and the two plate members 31 do not contact with each other.
Furthermore, first sealing member 1 and second sealing member 2 are the toper that the cross section is gradually dwindled by one end to the other end, guarantee that this sealing device can satisfy the shutoff of the tubular cabin pipe fitting that leads to of all kinds of sizes, and the commonality is strong and can used repeatedly, convenient operation, and the practicality is strong. Specifically, first sealing member 1 and second sealing member 2 are the nylon stick, and first connecting piece 32 and second connecting piece 33 are the bolt, and the installation is dismantled very conveniently.
The principle of the sealing device is as follows:
the first sealing element 1 is arranged at the end part of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting located in the cabin, the second sealing element 2 is arranged at the end part of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting located outside the cabin, the two clamping plate pieces 31 are symmetrically clamped on the side wall of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting located outside the cabin to be fixed, the two ends of the two clamping plate pieces 31 are respectively connected and fixed with the two ends of the second fixing component 30 through the first connecting pieces 32, one surface, close to the clamping plate pieces 31, of the second fixing component 30 abuts against the end part of the second sealing element 2, and the second fixing component 30 is fixed at the end part of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting.
The first sealing member 1 of this device mainly plays the sealed effect in cabin, can inspect the sealed condition of first sealing member 1 through detachable fixed establishment 3 and second sealing member 2, and when first sealing member 1 department had the leakage simultaneously, fixed establishment 3 and second sealing member 2 can play the effect of protection, guarantee sealed effect. In addition, the first sealing element 1 and the second sealing element 2 are both conical shapes with gradually reduced cross sections from one end to the other end, the sealing device can be used for plugging tubular cabin penetrating pipe fittings of various sizes, and the sealing device is strong in universality, convenient to operate and strong in practicability and can be repeatedly used.

1. A sealing device for the sealing of a tubular bulkhead fitting, characterized in that it comprises:
a first seal (1) for sealing the end of the tubular bulkhead piece located inside the nacelle;
a second seal (2) for sealing the end of the tubular bulkhead piece located outside the nacelle;
a fixing mechanism (3) comprising:
the first fixing assembly comprises two symmetrically arranged splint parts (31), a first groove (310) is formed in each splint part (31), second grooves (311) are formed in two sides of each first groove (310), the size of each first groove (310) is matched with the outer diameter of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe outside a cabin, when the two splint parts (31) are clamped on the tubular cabin penetrating pipe, a connecting channel is formed by the two corresponding second grooves (311), and a first connecting piece (32) is arranged on the connecting channel;
and two ends of the second fixing component (30) are respectively connected with the first connecting piece (32), one side, close to the first fixing component, of the second fixing component (30) abuts against one end, extending out of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, of the second sealing piece (2), a third groove (300) is formed in one side, close to the first fixing component, of the second fixing component (30), and the size of the third groove (300) is slightly larger than that of the end, extending out of the tubular cabin penetrating pipe fitting, of the second sealing piece (2).

A seal assembly as defined in claim 1, wherein: the outer side of each second groove (311) is provided with a through hole (312), the first fixing assembly further comprises two second connecting pieces (33), when the two clamping plate pieces (31) are clamped on the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting, the two second connecting pieces (33) penetrate through the through holes (312) on the two sides of the two clamping plate pieces (31) respectively, and therefore the two clamping plate pieces (31) are connected and fixed with the side wall, located outside the cabin, of the tubular cabin-through pipe fitting.

5. A seal assembly as defined in claim 1, wherein: the first sealing element (1) and the second sealing element (2) are both nylon rods.
6. A seal assembly as defined in claim 2, wherein: the first connecting piece (32) and the second connecting piece (33) are both bolts.
