Abstract
本发明涉及一种纸张柔软剂组合物,用该柔软剂组合物处理纸张的方法以及用该柔软剂组合物处理过的纸张产品。所述的柔软剂组合物包含0.1‑20重量%的下式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷以及10‑80重量%的单羟基或多羟基醇,其中所述氨基聚硅氧烷与多元醇的重量比为0.2‑0.001。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种纸张柔软剂组合物,用该柔软剂组合物处理纸张的方法以及用该柔软剂组合物处理过的纸张产品。
现有技术
在现代生活中,人们对于纸张的柔软度的要求越来越高。因此,使用合适的柔软剂来改善纸张的柔软度愈加重要。在此,所述“纸张”特别是指生活用纸制品如湿纸巾、手帕纸、餐巾纸、美容纸、盒抽纸等,它们一般对于柔软度、蓬松感或吸水性等有一定要求。
纸张的柔软剂产品通常由季铵盐、润滑剂或有机硅等制得。它们通常通过刷涂、辊涂或浆内添加等方法施加到纸张表面上。
例如,在CN101509213A中披露了一种双酰胺季铵盐纸张柔软剂及其制备方法和应用。
此外,在杨勤武等的《不同阳离子柔软剂对生活用纸性能的影响》(纤维素科学与技术,第23卷第1期,2015年3月)一文中针对不同的阳离子柔软剂对纸张的影响进行了比较。这些阳离子柔软剂包括咪唑啉、聚丙烯酰胺、季铵盐、脂肪酸酯和有机硅类,比较的结果显示含有氨基的有机硅柔软剂对于柔软度具有最佳的性能。
然而,除了纸张的柔软度改善之外,纸张、特别是湿纸巾的生产商们也越来越关注经柔软剂处理之后的纸张的皮肤亲和性(尤其在含氨基的有机硅化合物情况下容易刺激皮肤),以及如何提高柔软剂的涂布量以降低生产成本和节约原料,同时还要尽可能保持柔软度和纸张的强度不受损害。
在另一篇文献CN103061204B中公开了一种柔软剂乳液组合物,其尤其包含二有机基聚硅氧烷、含单羟基或多羟基的醇类保湿剂以及增稠剂。该柔软剂乳液组合物的建议涂覆量为基于原纸基重计的1%-20%,并且该组合物中必须包含增稠剂。此外,该文献中并没有披露任何具体的二有机基聚硅氧烷化合物。
另外,在US5721297A中披露了一种新型的哌啶基有机硅氧烷。但是该文献中仅是将所述的有机硅氧烷用作聚合物基材如聚乙烯或聚二烯烃的抗光和UV的稳定剂。
发明概述
针对上述任务,本申请提供了一种如权利要求1所述的柔软剂组合物,该组合物以特定的用量比例包含特殊的氨基聚硅氧烷与单羟基或多羟基醇的组合。令人意外地,本申请发明人发现,采用这样的柔软剂组合物,能够在不损害纸张强度的情况下,实现柔软度的改善以及涂布量的提高。特别是,可以将柔软剂组合物的涂布量提高到以纸张的基重计20%以上的量,同时无需添加提高粘度的添加剂,如增稠剂。
此外,根据本发明的柔软剂组合物,由于采用了特定比例的氨基聚硅氧烷和单羟基或多羟基醇的组合,在这两种组分的协同作用下柔软度的改善相比于单独的聚硅氧烷体系或单独的醇体系更为有效。进一步的,根据本发明的柔软剂组合物能够使得由它处理之后的纸张仍然保持良好的吸水性、不易变黄并且具有良好的皮肤亲和性。
另一方面,本申请还涉及一种处理纸张的方法。
最后,本申请涉及根据上述方法得到的纸张产品。
发明详述
氨基聚硅氧烷(通常也被称为氨基硅油)作为纸张处理的柔软剂是已知的。这样的氨基改性的有机硅化合物是在其侧链或端基带有氨基的聚硅氧烷。由于主链中的硅氧键中的氧原子会吸附在纤维表面上,由此使得疏水性的基团可以沿着纸张纤维表面定向排列,从而在其上形成一种疏水且可伸缩的连续薄膜,使得纸张较为柔软。然而常规的氨基聚二甲基硅氧烷对皮肤及眼睛具有刺激性,同时经其处理的纸张在高温及外界条件下容易发黄,降低了处理纸张的保质期。由于聚硅氧烷膜的拒水性,处理后的纸张吸水性能会显著下降。
但是,本申请的发明人发现,当使用如下所述的特定的氨基聚硅氧烷并将其与单羟基或多羟基醇,特别是多元醇化合物如甘油组合时,在保持机械性能不受损害甚至有所提高的同时能够实现柔软度的进一步的显著改善以及涂布量的大幅提高。此外,处理后的纸张保持了原纸的吸水性,处理后纸巾不易发黄变色以及具有良好的皮肤亲和性。
因此,根据本发明的柔软剂组合物基于组合物的总重量计包含:
-0.1-20重量%、优选0.5-15重量%、更优选1.0-10重量%的下式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷;
其中
p和r为大于或等于0的数;
q为大于0的数,优选1-40;并且优选地p+r+q的和为大于或等于5;
R表示具有1至12、优选1至6个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基或烷氧基或表示羟基;
R1表示具有1至18个、优选1至12个、更优选1至8个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基或烷氧基或表示羟基,
R2表示具有1至18个、优选2至12个碳原子的直链或支链的亚烷基;
R3表示氢原子或具有1至18个、优选2至12个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基;
Z表示-O-或-NR8-,其中R8具有R3的定义;和
-10-80重量%、优选20-75重量%、更优选25-75重量%的单羟基或多羟基醇;
其中,所述氨基聚硅氧烷与单羟基或多羟基醇的重量比为0.2-0.001。
在一个根据本发明的一个有利的实施方案中,优选的式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷满足以下条件的至少一个:
p和r各自独立地为1-1000,如2-800;q为1-30;p+r+q的和为10-2000、更优选为100-1600;R和R1彼此独立地表示甲基、乙基、丙基、甲氧基、乙氧基或羟基;R2表示亚乙基、亚丙基、亚丁基、亚戊基或亚己基;R3表示氢原子或具有1至6个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基如甲基、乙基或丙基;和/或Z表示-O-或-NR8-,其中R8是氢原子或具有1至6个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基如甲基、乙基或丙基。
在一个更优选的实施方案中,式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷中R和R1彼此独立地选自甲基、乙基、甲氧基或羟基,更优选甲基;R2表示亚乙基、亚丙基或亚丁基、更优选亚丙基;Z表示-O-;和/或R3表示氢原子。
根据本发明的式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷可以由下式(II)的有机硅氧烷化合物制备:
其中p、q、r、R和R1具有如上对于式(I)的化合物所给出的相应含义。在此,优选作为起始物的式(II)的化合物中至少一个基团R1为CH3。
这样的式(II)的化合物易于市购获得。
化合物(II)的氢原子被式(III)的基团
和任选地被基团R1的代替,可以通过使有机硅氧烷(II)与容易发生氢化硅烷化反应的具有乙烯基双键的化合物在催化剂的存在下进行反应而实现。
因此,这样的化合物会是基团(III)或基团R1的不饱和前体。
特定的非限制性的R1的不饱和前体的例子是1-辛烯、1-十二烯和1-十八烯。
特定的非限制性的式(III)基团的前体的例子是1-烯丙基氧-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶、4-烯丙基氧-1,2,2,6,6-五甲基哌啶和2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基十一烯酸酯。
还有可能通过使包含乙烯基双键的基团R2的前体经由≡Si-H部分上的氢化硅烷化,随后在此R2的前体上进行第二反应以在其上引入2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-哌啶基,由此形成以下的结构单元:
本发明的不同的式(I)化合物的合成路线可以是多种多样的,在此并没有限制。例如,本领域技术人员可以参考并修改现有技术的US5721297A中所记载的哌啶基有机硅氧烷的合成方法来获得具有所期望结构的式(I)化合物。在此通过引用将US5721297A的全部内容并入本文。
在此,尤其适于本发明的式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷可以在市场上以BLUESIL FLD21650,BLUESIL FLD 21653,BLUESIL FLD 21654等购得。
特别的,本申请的发明人发现,当组合物中包含本发明的式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷时,除了保持机械性能不受损害以及实现柔软度的进一步的显著改善之外,相比于其他常用的氨基硅油,式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷能够导致处理后纸张的更佳的吸水性和改善的抗黄变性,特别是还能带来良好的皮肤亲和性。因此,优选本发明的组合物中仅包含式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷作为有机硅组分,而其他有机硅化合物(特别是其他氨基聚硅氧烷)的含量不超过5重量%、优选不超过2重量%、更优选不超过1重量%、尤其优选不超过0.5重量%,以组合物的总重量计。
作为本发明的柔软剂组合物的另一组分,使用单羟基或多羟基醇化合物。在本发明范畴内,合适的单羟基或多羟基醇理解为平均每分子具有一个或更多个羟基的化合物,优选为脂族醇或聚醚醇。
在一个有利的实施方式中,适合的单羟基或多羟基醇化合物可以具有式A-(OH)z,
其中z表示1至6、优选1至4、更优选2至3的整数;
A表示具有1至12个碳原子、优选2至8个碳原子、更优选3至8个碳原子的脂族基团如烷基,或者表示分子量为40-1600的聚醚链段。
优选的,所述聚醚链段是脂族聚醚链段,优选选自具有4至25个聚氧亚乙基和/或聚氧亚丙基的链段。
在此,羟基的位置并没有限制,其可以在基团A的端部或侧向。
优选的,根据本发明的单羟基或多羟基醇化合物的例子包括乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、庚醇、辛醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、二甘醇、三羟甲基丙烷、己二醇、聚醚多元醇如聚氧亚乙基或聚氧亚丙基的二醇或三醇等。优选的,所述单羟基或多羟基醇化合物选自乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、丙二醇和/或甘油。本申请的发明人发现,如果在组合物中使用甘油(丙三醇)作为组合物中的单羟基或多羟基醇组分,则这能使得处理之后的纸张具有更佳的柔软性、滑爽性和保湿性。
因此,在一个尤其优选的实施方式中,所述的单羟基或多羟基醇组分包括至少95重量%、优选至少98重量%、更优选至少99重量%、特别优选99.5重量%或甚至100重量%的甘油。
此外,为了实现本发明的上述效果,所述氨基聚硅氧烷与多元醇组分的重量比必须在0.001-0.2的范围内。如果所述重量比在此范围之外,则会导致处理的纸张的手感变差并且降低保湿性能,甚至还可能影响其机械性能和涂布量。有利的,控制所述氨基聚硅氧烷与单羟基或多羟基醇的重量比在0.001-0.2、优选0.002-0.15、更优选0.005-0.10、尤其优选0.01-0.08的范围内。在所述最优选的范围内并优选结合基本上使用甘油作为单羟基或多羟基醇组分时,经处理的纸张能够表现出最佳的综合性能。
此外,在一个有利的实施方式中,根据本发明的柔软剂组合物中还可以包含乳化剂,以形成稳定的乳液,有利于纸张的涂覆。这样的乳化剂可以是非离子乳化剂和阳离子乳化剂。合适的非离子乳化剂的例子包括脂肪醇的聚氧乙烯醚类,如具有4-50个氧亚烷基单元的聚氧乙烯醚,山梨醇酯等,例如聚氧乙烯月桂醚,聚乙烯山梨醇醚、聚氧乙烯丙三醇醚和异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚等。阳离子乳化剂的例子是季铵盐类乳化剂,如烷基三甲基氯化铵、二烷基二甲基氯化铵和烷基苄基二甲基氯化铵。
组合物的粘度通常对上液量(即涂布量)有较大影响。粘度太小,则涂布组合物不利于粘附在涂布辊表面,而粘度过大,又会造成流动性太差使得涂布的均匀性变差。因此,通常在现有技术中会在柔软剂组合物中加入一定量的增稠剂以调节粘度。但是,增稠剂的加入会影响纸品的手感,同时还会影响配方的细菌稳定性。因此,在本发明中,优选组合物中包含低于0.1重量%、更优选低于0.05重量%、最优选完全不包含增稠剂。这样的增稠剂诸如聚丙烯酸类、纤维素类、海藻酸盐类和瓜尔胶增稠剂。
除了上述的那些组分之外,根据本发明的柔软剂组合物还可以包含其他一些添加剂,例如0.01-0.3重量%的用于调节pH的酸如柠檬酸、磷酸、醋酸、乳酸、盐酸等和例如0.01-0.1重量%的用以调节气味的香精。在本发明范畴内,优选添加那些用于调节pH的酸,以此进一步使得处理之后的纸张对皮肤更为温和,同时也有利于提高组合物的乳液稳定性。
通常的,在本发明中,除了所述式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷和单羟基或多羟基醇以及必要的水之外,所述组合物中包含的其他添加剂的量不超过20重量%、优选小于15重量%或小于10重量%、更优选小于5重量%或1重量%或0.5重量%或0.1重量%。
本发明的第二个方面涉及所述的柔软剂组合物的制备方法。
本发明的柔软剂组合物可以以简单的方式通过按照指示的量将各个组分相互混合并充分搅拌形成稳定的乳液而配制得到。
再一方面,本申请还涉及一种将纸张柔软处理的方法。该处理方法为后整理方法,例如喷涂、辊涂、印刷等。例如可以直接将根据本发明的柔软剂组合物通过以上方法施加到待处理的纸品的表面,可以在纸品打卷或复卷过程中或其它过程中施加。
在一个有利的纸张柔软处理的实施方式中,以按纸张基重计高于20%、优选25-35%的量将如上所述的柔软剂组合物涂布于纸张表面。优选的,在涂布之后每平方米纸张的表面分布有0.01g/m2-3.2g/m2,优选0.04-2g/m2的氨基聚硅氧烷和0.5-9g/m2,优选1-9g/m2的羟基。
最后,本申请涉及根据上述方法得到的纸张产品。
实施例
1、部分原料列表
2、乳液的制备
将下表1中所列的实施例中的除了醇组分之外的各组分按照所示的量均匀混合,随后加入少量的水,高速搅拌直至完全转相。然后缓慢加入剩余的水并在300rpm下混合10分钟。最后,加入醇组分(即甘油和/或1,2PG)并在40℃下保持在200rpm下搅拌1小时。实施例1和8为对比实施例。
此外,重复实施例4以进行对比实施例10,不同之处在于将实施例4中所用的有机硅油替换为普通的氨基硅油(Bluesil Ecosoft C803)。随后对此两个实施例中制得的柔软剂组合物如下所述地进行纸张吸水性、白度下降率和皮肤亲和性的测试,结果列于表3中。
3、测试
(1)喷涂量:
a)将制备的纸巾柔软剂倒入高压喷枪,调节喷涂粒径和喷涂量。
b)称量待处理的纸巾重量,记录为W0。
c)将待处理的纸巾固定在喷涂面板上,均匀喷涂柔软剂;纸巾另一表面做相同的处理。
d)称量喷涂好纸巾的重量,记录为W1。
e)按照以下配方计算喷涂量W。
f)重复以上步骤,每个样品制备至少10张处理纸巾。
g)将以上纸巾分成两组,其中一组放入自封袋中保存,另一组放入规定的温度和湿度下平衡(湿度70-80%,室温20℃条件下放置12小时)。
(2)纸张性能
(i)感官测试
使5个以上对该实验经过专业培训的专家组成一个小组,对该实验进行主观评价。每个评价者触摸处理的纸巾,并对经不同处理的纸巾的柔软性按照由最柔软到最不柔软进行打分。用类似的操作评价滑爽性和纸巾的湿感。针对各个性能,触摸感觉最差的样品得分为1,最好则得分为5。
对于所有评价人员及所有样品的测试结果列于表中,并计算每项性能的平均数值,数值越高,则柔软性、滑爽性或湿感越好。
以上所有性能的测试数据列于下表2中。
(ii)纸巾吸水性测试
a)将处理好的纸巾平铺于桌面,
b)用标准滴管滴加一滴水到纸巾上,水滴在纸巾上铺展开至停止铺展,记录该完全铺展开时间,
c)重复5次以上操作,取平均值(秒)。
数值越高则吸水性越差。
(iii)纸巾白度测试
a)将纸巾对折两次,得到4个纸面。用色度计测试4个纸面的白度值。纸巾另一面进行相同操作。取8个面的平均白度值M0。
b)将纸巾在170℃下加热2分钟,取出后室温下放置2小时。
c)按照步骤a)测试烘焙后纸巾的白度值M1。
(iv)纸张的皮肤亲和性测试
根据《化妆品卫生规范》(卫生部,2007年)(GB7919-87化妆品安全性评价程序和方法)中所述的程序测试产品,并主要根据皮肤刺激性试验结果、皮肤变态反应试验结果和皮肤光毒性试验结果来评价皮肤亲和性。将没有引起刺激性、变态反应和光毒性反应定义为亲和性良好。

Claims (15)
1.柔软剂组合物,其基于组合物的总重量计包含:
-0.1-20重量%、优选0.5-15重量%、更优选1.0-10重量%的下式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷;
其中
p和r为大于或等于0的数;
q为大于0的数,优选1-40;并且优选地p+r+q的和为大于或等于5;
R表示具有1至12、优选1至6个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基或烷氧基或表示羟基;
R1表示具有1至18个、优选1至12个、更优选1至8个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基或烷氧基或表示羟基,
R2表示具有1至18个、优选2至12个碳原子的直链或支链的亚烷基;
R3表示氢原子或具有1至18个、优选2至12个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基;
Z表示-O-或-NR8-,其中R8具有R3的定义;和
-10-80重量%、优选20-75重量%、更优选25-75重量%的单羟基或多羟基醇;
其中,所述氨基聚硅氧烷与单羟基或多羟基醇的重量比为0.2-0.001。
2.根据权利要求1的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,所述式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷满足以下条件的至少一个:
p和r各自独立地为1-1000,如2-800;q为1-30;p+r+q的和为10-2000、更优选为100-1600;R和R1彼此独立地表示甲基、乙基、丙基、甲氧基、乙氧基或羟基;R2表示亚乙基、亚丙基、亚丁基、亚戊基或亚己基;R3表示氢原子或具有1至6个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基如甲基、乙基或丙基;和/或Z表示-O-或-NR8-,其中R8是氢原子或具有1至6个碳原子的直链或支链的烷基如甲基、乙基或丙基。
3.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于式(I)的氨基聚硅氧烷中R和R1彼此独立地选自甲基、乙基、甲氧基或羟基,更优选甲基;R2表示亚乙基、亚丙基或亚丁基、更优选亚丙基;Z表示-O-;和/或R3表示氢原子。
4.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,在所述组合物中,其他有机硅化合物、特别是不同于式(I)的其他氨基聚硅氧烷的含量不超过5重量%、优选不超过2重量%、更优选不超过1重量%、尤其优选不超过0.5重量%,以组合物的总重量计。
5.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,所述单羟基或多羟基醇化合物具有式A-(OH)z,
其中z表示1至6、优选1至4、更优选2至3的整数;
A表示具有1至12个碳原子、优选2至8个碳原子、更优选3至8个碳原子的脂族基团如烷基,或者表示分子量为40-1600的聚醚链段。
6.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,所述聚醚链段是脂族聚醚链段,优选选自具有4至25个聚氧亚乙基和/或聚氧亚丙基的链段。
7.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,所述单羟基或多羟基醇化合物选自乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、庚醇、辛醇、乙二醇、丙二醇、甘油、二甘醇、三羟甲基丙烷、己二醇、聚醚多元醇如聚氧亚乙基或聚氧亚丙基的二醇或三醇;优选选自乙二醇、三羟甲基丙烷、丙二醇和/或甘油。
8.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的单羟基或多羟基醇组分包括至少95重量%、优选至少98重量%、更优选至少99重量%、特别优选99.5重量%或甚至100重量%的甘油。
9.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,所述氨基聚硅氧烷与单羟基或多羟基醇的重量比在0.001-0.2、优选0.002-0.15、更优选0.005-0.10、尤其优选0.01-0.08的范围内。
10.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物中包含低于0.1重量%、更优选低于0.05重量%、最优选完全不包含增稠剂,所述增稠剂优选选自聚丙烯酸类、纤维素类、海藻酸盐类和瓜尔胶增稠剂。
11.根据前述权利要求任一项所述的柔软剂组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包含0.01-0.3重量%的用于调节pH的酸如柠檬酸、磷酸、醋酸、乳酸、盐酸。
12.处理纸张的方法,包括如下步骤:
以按纸张基重计高于20%、优选25%-35%的量将如权利要求1至11任一项所述的柔软剂组合物涂布于纸张表面。
13.根据权利要求12的方法,其特征在于,将所述柔软剂组合物滚涂或喷涂于纸张表面。
14.根据前述权利要求任一项的方法,其特征在于,涂布之后每平方米纸张的表面分布有0.01g/m2-3.2g/m2,优选0.04-2g/m2的氨基聚硅氧烷和0.5-9g/m2,优选1-9g/m2的羟基。
15.根据权利要求12到14任一项的方法得到的纸张产品。
