Abstract
本发明涉及包装盒的制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,包括以下步骤:S1、制作A膜;S2、制作B膜;S3、制作复合膜;S4、复合膜预处理;S5、复合膜固定;S6、模具注塑成型,本包装盒制作时,先单独制备好全息光刻的防伪标识,即复合膜,再将复合膜通过温压复合的方式与包装盒成型,使得复合膜与包装盒之间粘结紧密,复合膜不易脱落,且操作步骤方便简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及包装盒的制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法。
背景技术
包装盒顾名思义就是用来包装产品的盒子,可以按材料来分类比如:纸盒,铁盒,木盒,布盒,皮盒,亚克力盒,瓦楞包装盒、PVC盒等。现有的包装盒在生产过程中,有时需要在包装盒的外壁上设置全息光刻的防伪标识,现有的生产方式一般是包装盒生产完毕后,将全息光刻的防伪标识通过胶水贴附在包装盒的外壁上,这种操作方式比较麻烦,且防伪标识与包装盒之间不够牢固,影响包装盒的正常使用。
因此,我们提出了一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法。
一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作A膜:将印刷图案油墨通过印刷机涂在透明薄膜内层,并通过凹印机在该透明薄膜的油墨面涂上透明胶水,得到A膜;
S2、制作B膜:将全息光刻转移预压在透明薄膜表层,并在该透明薄膜的表层预涂透明胶水,得到B膜;
S3、制作复合膜:将A膜放置在B膜的上方,并将A膜和B膜通过覆膜机定位复合,得到复合膜;
S4、复合膜预处理:将复合膜的下端面再次进行预涂透明胶水;
S5、复合膜固定:将复合膜置放在注塑模具中,通过静电方式平整吸附在外模具腔内表层,并使得复合膜的上端面与外模具腔内表层相接触;
S6、模具注塑成型:将透明注塑材料通过模具冲压成型,生产出全息光刻印刷注塑一体包装盒。
所述S1中采取反印方式将印刷图案油墨涂在透明薄膜内层。
优选的,所述透明薄膜的材质为PVC。
优选的,所述透明胶水为环氧树脂。
优选的,A膜上透明胶水层的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,B膜上透明胶水层的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,复合膜上透明胶水层的厚度为1mm-2mm。
优选的,所述覆膜机为真空覆膜机,覆膜机的工作温度为60℃-80℃。
优选的,所述透明注塑材料为PMMA、PC或者ABS中的一种。
优选的,S6中,冲压成型的温度为80℃-120℃。
本发明的有益效果是:本包装盒制作时,先单独制备好全息光刻的防伪标识,即复合膜,再将复合膜通过温压复合的方式与包装盒成型,使得复合膜与包装盒之间粘结紧密,复合膜不易脱落,且操作步骤方便简单。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作A膜:将印刷图案油墨通过印刷机涂在透明薄膜内层,并通过凹印机在该透明薄膜的油墨面涂上透明胶水,得到A膜;
S2、制作B膜:将全息光刻转移预压在透明薄膜表层,并在该透明薄膜的表层预涂透明胶水,得到B膜;
S3、制作复合膜:将A膜放置在B膜的上方,并将A膜和B膜通过覆膜机定位复合,得到复合膜;
S4、复合膜预处理:将复合膜的下端面再次进行预涂透明胶水;
S5、复合膜固定:将复合膜置放在注塑模具中,通过静电方式平整吸附在外模具腔内表层,并使得复合膜的上端面与外模具腔内表层相接触;
S6、模具注塑成型:将透明注塑材料通过模具冲压成型,生产出全息光刻印刷注塑一体包装盒。
进一步的,S1中采取反印方式将印刷图案油墨涂在透明薄膜内层。
进一步的,透明薄膜的材质为PVC。
进一步的,透明胶水为环氧树脂。
进一步的,A膜上透明胶水层的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,B膜上透明胶水层的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,复合膜上透明胶水层的厚度为1mm-2mm。
进一步的,覆膜机为真空覆膜机,覆膜机的工作温度为60℃-80℃。
进一步的,透明注塑材料为PMMA、PC或者ABS中的一种。
进一步的,S6中,冲压成型的温度为80℃-120℃。
本实施例中,本包装盒制作时,先单独制备好全息光刻的防伪标识,即复合膜,再将复合膜通过温压复合的方式与包装盒成型,使得复合膜与包装盒之间粘结紧密,复合膜不易脱落,且操作步骤方便简单。

1.一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、制作A膜:将印刷图案油墨通过印刷机涂在透明薄膜内层,并通过凹印机在该透明薄膜的油墨面涂上透明胶水,得到A膜;
S2、制作B膜:将全息光刻转移预压在透明薄膜表层,并在该透明薄膜的表层预涂透明胶水,得到B膜;
S3、制作复合膜:将A膜放置在B膜的上方,并将A膜和B膜通过覆膜机定位复合,得到复合膜;
S4、复合膜预处理:将复合膜的下端面再次进行预涂透明胶水;
S5、复合膜固定:将复合膜置放在注塑模具中,通过静电方式平整吸附在外模具腔内表层,并使得复合膜的上端面与外模具腔内表层相接触;
S6、模具注塑成型:将透明注塑材料通过模具冲压成型,生产出全息光刻印刷注塑一体包装盒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,其特征在于,所述S1中采取反印方式将印刷图案油墨涂在透明薄膜内层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,其特征在于,所述透明薄膜的材质为PVC。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,其特征在于,所述透明胶水为环氧树脂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,其特征在于,A膜上透明胶水层的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,B膜上透明胶水层的厚度为0.5mm-2mm,复合膜上透明胶水层的厚度为1mm-2mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,其特征在于,所述覆膜机为真空覆膜机,覆膜机的工作温度为60℃-80℃。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,其特征在于,所述透明注塑材料为PMMA、PC或者ABS中的一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种全息光刻注塑一体成型包装盒的制作方法,其特征在于,S6中,冲压成型的温度为80℃-120℃。
