The preparation method of the grass planting brick for roof planting in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing a planting layer mixture: weighing corresponding surface layer raw materials according to the formula of the planting layer, and stirring in a stirrer with the rotation speed of 10m/s for 15min to obtain a planting layer mixture;
(2) preparing an isolation layer mixture: weighing corresponding bottom layer fabric according to the discharge of the isolation layer, and stirring in a stirrer with the rotation speed of 30m/s for 5min to obtain an isolation layer mixture;
(3) molding: respectively conveying the planting layer mixture and the isolation layer mixture to a bed charge distribution bin and a surface charge distribution bin of a press, fully distributing the planting layer mixture in a mold box, compacting to make the top of the mold box empty, distributing the isolation layer mixture on the planting layer mixture in the empty mold box, and finally performing vibration forming and demolding;
(4) and (5) maintenance: and (3) placing the demoulded brick into a curing kiln with the temperature of 30 ℃ and the humidity of 80% for curing to obtain the grass planting brick.
The mechanical properties and water retention effect of the grass-planting bricks prepared in examples 1 to 3 were measured, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from Table 1, the grass planting brick for roof planting of the invention uses the granular soil and the expanded perlite as the main raw materials of the planting layer and the light ceramsite and the light ceramic sand as the main aggregate of the isolation layer, which are both light aggregates with lower self volume weight, so that the prepared grass planting brick has lower volume weight which is only 1200-1500 kg/m-3The load pressure on the roof can be reduced. Meanwhile, the granular soil and the expanded perlite on the planting layer part have certain pore structures, so that the planting layer has higher water retention rate which reaches 50-70 percent. On the other hand, the planting layer and the isolation layer both adopt aggregate raw materials with higher strength, so that the barrel pressure strength of the grass planting brick reaches 5-10MPa, and the service life of the grass planting brick is prolonged.

Claims (10)
1. The grass planting brick for roof planting is characterized by comprising a planting layer and an isolation layer, wherein the planting layer is positioned on a surface layer, the isolation layer is positioned on a bottom layer, and raw materials of the planting layer comprise granular soil, cement, a water reducing agent, redispersible latex powder, humic acid, grass seeds and water; the raw materials of the isolation layer comprise light ceramsite, light ceramic sand, cement, redispersible latex powder, a water reducing agent and water.
2. The grass planting brick for roof planting according to claim 1, wherein the planting layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of granular soil;
5-15 parts of expanded perlite;
15-25 parts of cement;
0.5-2 parts of redispersible latex powder;
0.5-2 parts of humic acid;
0.2-0.5 part of grass seeds;
0.05-0.2 part of water reducing agent;
10-25 parts of water.
3. The grass planting brick for roof planting according to claim 2, wherein the isolation layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight:
100 parts of light ceramsite;
light ceramic sand 125-175 parts;
80-120 parts of cement;
0.5-5 parts of redispersible latex powder;
0.1-0.5 part of water reducing agent;
25-40 parts of water.

The grass planting brick for roof planting as claimed in claim 3, wherein the diameter of the granular soil is 0.3-3mm, and the bulk density is 650-900kg/m3(ii) a The particle size of the light ceramsite is 3-8mm, and the bulk density is 1100kg/m3(ii) a The particle size of the light ceramic sand is 0.3-1mm, and the bulk density is 850-1150kg/m3。

The grass planting brick for roof planting according to claim 3, wherein the water reducing agent used for the planting layer and the isolation layer is one or more of a naphthalene-based high-efficiency water reducing agent, an aliphatic high-efficiency water reducing agent, an amino high-efficiency water reducing agent and a polycarboxylic acid high-efficiency water reducing agent;
the redispersible latex powder used by the planting layer and the isolation layer is one or more of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer, vinyl acetate/vinyl versatate copolymer, acrylic acid copolymer, and styrene and butadiene copolymerized rubber powder.
7. The grass planting brick for roof planting according to claim 3, wherein the grass seeds are one or more of easily-survivable grass seeds of bermudagrass, tall fescue, ryegrass, Chinese holly and carpet grass.
8. A method of making a grass-planting brick for roof planting according to any one of claims 1 to 7, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing a planting layer mixture: weighing corresponding surface layer raw materials according to the formula of the planting layer, and putting the raw materials into a stirrer to be stirred to obtain a planting layer mixture;
(2) preparing an isolation layer mixture: weighing corresponding bottom layer fabrics according to the discharge of the isolation layer, and putting the bottom layer fabrics into a stirrer to be stirred to obtain isolation layer mixture;
(3) molding: respectively conveying the planting layer mixture and the isolation layer mixture to a bed charge distribution bin and a surface charge distribution bin of a press, fully distributing the planting layer mixture in a mold box, compacting to make the top of the mold box empty, distributing the isolation layer mixture on the planting layer mixture in the empty mold box, and finally performing vibration forming and demolding;
(4) and (5) maintenance: and (3) placing the demoulded brick into a curing kiln with the temperature of 25-35 ℃ and the humidity of 70-90% for curing to obtain the grass planting brick.
9. The method for preparing a grass-planting brick for roof planting according to claim 8, wherein the rotation speed of the stirrer in the step (1) and the step (2) is 10-30m/s, and the stirring time is 5-15 min.
10. The method for preparing a grass-planting brick for roof planting as claimed in claim 8, wherein the vibration molding in step (3) has an excitation force of 50-100KN, a vibration frequency of 2000-.
