The invention provides a bead part for improving the bearing performance of a tubeless tire, which comprises a bead, a filling rubber, a turn-up tire body, a transition rubber sheet group, a nylon wrapping cloth group, a bead wrapping rubber, a bead wear-resistant rubber and a sidewall rubber, wherein the bead is arranged in the turn-up tire body, the filling rubber is arranged above the bead between the tire body and the turn-up tire body, the bead wrapping rubber is wrapped at a bead joint part between the filling rubber and the turn-up tire body, the bead wrapping rubber wraps the lower part of the bead wear-resistant rubber, the sidewall rubber wraps the rubber sheet along the outer sides of the bead wrapping rubber and the bead wear-resistant rubber, the transition rubber group is attached between the filling rubber and the turn-up tire body, and the nylon wrapping cloth group is attached between the transition rubber sheet group, the bead wrapping rubber sheet and the bead wear-resistant rubber, in the scheme, a steel wire reinforcing layer at the bead part is cancelled, a nylon wrapping cloth layer is used for replacing, the rigidity of, the effective bending and fishing area of the tire is increased.

Technical Field

Background
Road transportation environment is complicated in China, some areas are overloaded seriously, vehicle types used in the overloaded areas are generally heavy-duty vehicle types, tires used in heavy-duty vehicles are tires with inner tubes, tire bead positions of the tires are reinforced, and the bearing performance is good. In recent years, with the change of road transportation environment in China, the vehicle type for transportation is also continuously changed, and the used tire is gradually changed from a tire with an inner tube to a tire without the inner tube. However, the structure of the tire bead part of the common tubeless tire usually adopts a layer of steel wire wrapping cloth structure, and under the heavy-load use condition, the sinking rate of the tire is high, the stress of the tire bead part is easy to concentrate, the bearing performance of the tire is poor, the tire bead part is damaged early, and the use requirement of a heavy-duty vehicle with large tonnage cannot be met. There is a need for a bead portion that improves the load carrying properties of tubeless tires.
A bead part for improving the bearing performance of a tubeless tire comprises a bead, filling rubber, a turn-up tire body, a transition rubber sheet group, a nylon wrapping cloth group, bead wrapping rubber, bead wear-resistant rubber and bead side rubber, wherein the bead is arranged in the turn-up tire body, the filling rubber is arranged above the bead between the tire body and the turn-up tire body, the bead wrapping rubber is wrapped at a bead joint part between the filling rubber and the turn-up tire body, the bead wear-resistant rubber is wrapped at the lower part of the bead wrapping rubber and the bead wrapping rubber, the bead side rubber is wrapped along the outer sides of the bead wrapping rubber and the bead wear-resistant rubber, the transition rubber sheet group is attached between the filling rubber and the turn-up tire body, and the nylon wrapping cloth group is attached between the transition rubber sheet group and the bead wrapping rubber and the bead wear-.

After a steel wire wrapping cloth reinforcing layer which easily causes stress concentration is cancelled, in order to increase the bearing performance of a tire bead position, three layers of nylon wrapping cloth are adopted for reinforcing the tire bead position, the difference level of the three layers of nylon wrapping cloth is A, B and is 10-15mm, the cutting angle of the nylon wrapping cloth is 40-45 degrees, a first nylon wrapping cloth layer and a third nylon wrapping cloth layer in the paving direction are in the same direction, and the paving direction of the second nylon wrapping cloth layer is opposite to that of the first nylon wrapping cloth layer and the third nylon wrapping cloth layer.
In order to reduce the stress strain of the nylon wrapping cloth and the carcass steel wire, two layers of isolating films are added between the three layers of nylon wrapping cloth and the reverse wrapping carcass steel wire. The difference between the two layers of films is kept at a + b of 5-10mm, and the edge of the film and the edge of the nylon wrapping cloth are kept flush.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a bead portion for improving a bearing performance of a tubeless tire is provided in an embodiment of the present invention, and includes a bead 11, a filling rubber 12, a turn-up tire body 13, a transition rubber sheet group 14, a nylon wrapping cloth group 15, a bead wrapping rubber 16, a bead wear-resistant rubber 17, and a sidewall rubber 18, where the bead 11 is disposed inside the turn-up tire body 13, the filling rubber 12 is disposed above the bead 11 between the tire body and the turn-up tire body 13, the bead wrapping rubber 16 is wrapped at a bead combining portion between the filling rubber 12 and the turn-up tire body 13, the bead wear-resistant rubber 17 wraps a lower portion of the bead wrapping rubber 16, the sidewall rubber 18 wraps along outer sides of the bead wrapping rubber 16 and the bead wear-resistant rubber 17, the transition rubber sheet group 14 is attached between the filling rubber 12 and the turn-up tire body 13, and the nylon wrapping cloth group 15 is attached between the transition rubber sheet group 14 and the bead wrapping rubber 16 and the bead.
In the existing reinforcing scheme of the tubeless tire bead 11, a layer of wirecloth is added at the position of the bead 11, or a layer of wirecloth is added at the position of the bead 11, and then one or two layers of nylon cloth materials are added for reinforcement. The tire using the steel wire reinforcement or the steel wire reinforcement layer and the nylon reinforcement layer has the advantages that the rigidity of the tire bead 11 part is high, the whole bendable region of the tire becomes small, when the heavy-duty vehicle type tire is used, the tire has large subsidence, the stress received at the steel wire reinforcement and nylon reinforcement tire bead 11 part is large, and the stress is easily concentrated at the end point of the steel wire reinforcement layer, so that the tire bead 11 part is damaged by being hollowed and cannot be normally used.
In the scheme, the steel wire cloth covering layer is removed, and the problem that the stress of the end point part is easy to concentrate due to high steel wire hardness and poor toughness is solved.
Further, the nylon cloth-wrapping group 15 includes a first nylon cloth-wrapping layer 151, a second nylon cloth-wrapping layer 152, and a third nylon cloth-wrapping layer 153, the length of the third nylon cloth-wrapping layer 153 is less than the lengths of the first nylon cloth-wrapping layer 151 and the second nylon cloth-wrapping layer 152, the third nylon cloth-wrapping layer 153 is attached to the outer side of the first rubber sheet 141 of the transition rubber sheet group 14, the third nylon cloth-wrapping layer 153 is attached to the joint of the turn-up rubber body 13 and the filling rubber 12 to transmit or resist the stress at the end of the turn-up rubber body 13, the second nylon cloth-wrapping layer 152 covers the outer side of the third nylon cloth-wrapping layer 153, the side of the upper end of the second nylon cloth-wrapping layer 152 is higher than the side of the upper end of the third nylon cloth-wrapping layer 153 and lower than the side of the upper end of the first rubber sheet 141, the side of the lower end of the second nylon cloth-wrapping layer 152 is lower than the side of the, the first nylon cloth layer 151 covers the outer side of the second nylon cloth layer 152, the side edge of the upper end of the first nylon cloth layer 151 is higher than the side edge of the upper end of the third nylon cloth layer 153, and the side edge of the lower end of the first nylon cloth layer 151 is higher than the side edge of the lower end of the second nylon cloth layer 152.
