Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to solve the problems that the packaging box of the digital product is not easy to open and has poor anti-counterfeiting performance.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the scheme is as follows:
designing a digital product packaging box, which comprises a box and a cover, wherein the box is a stretching body with an upper opening, the stretching direction is vertical to the bottom surface of the box, and a digital product is contained in the box; the cover is a stretching body with an opening at the lower part, the stretching direction is vertical to the top surface of the cover, a space for accommodating the box is arranged in the cover, and the box is accommodated in the cover by the cover to form an enclosed space; the box is characterized by further comprising a pull belt, wherein the pull belt is flexible and can be bent, and the first end of the pull belt is fixedly connected with the upper portion of the side face of the box.
Furthermore, the digital product packaging box is characterized in that the second end of the pull belt is connected with the lower part of the side face of the cover.
Furthermore, a digital product packing carton, characterized by, the stretching strap is the thin area of flat, and the first terminal surface of stretching strap sets up the stretching strap and links firmly the district towards the face of box, in this region, the stretching strap links firmly with the box.
Furthermore, the digital product packaging box is characterized in that the fixed connection strength is such that at least one of the drawstring and the box is damaged when the drawstring and the box are forcibly separated.
Furthermore, the digital product packaging box is characterized in that the second end face of the pull strip faces the cover, a pull strip connecting area is arranged, the pull strip is connected with the cover in the area, and the connection mode is anti-counterfeiting glue bonding.
Furthermore, a digital product packing carton, characterized by, the stretching strap can not damage with the lid base member after the separation, but the anti-fake glue can damage.

The invention solves the problems that the digital product packaging box is not easy to open and has poor anti-counterfeiting performance.

Detailed Description
The following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention will be given with reference to the accompanying drawings for a purpose of helping those skilled in the art to more fully, accurately and deeply understand the concept and technical solution of the present invention and to facilitate its implementation.
As shown in fig. 5, the packing box comprises a box 1 and a lid 2;
the box 1 is a stretching body with an upper opening, the stretching direction is vertical to the bottom surface of the box 1, namely, the stretching direction is parallel to the depth direction of the box 1, the bottom surface is usually quadrangular, and can also be in the shapes of circles, hearts and other special shapes, digital products are contained in the box 1, and structures such as separation layers and the like can also be arranged in the box 1 to contain product accessories and the like;
the cover 2 is a stretching body with a lower opening, the stretching direction is perpendicular to the top surface of the cover 2, namely parallel to the depth direction of the cover 2, the top surface has the same shape as the bottom surface of the box 1, the area is slightly larger, the space for accommodating the box 1 is arranged inside the cover 2, the cover 2 accommodates the box 1 into the cover 2 to form an enclosed space, and the cover 2 is preferably downward covered from the upper part of the box 1; the box 1 and the cover 2 have small side clearance and are tightly combined.
In the first embodiment, the first step is,

Furthermore, the drawstring 3 is a flat thin strip, the first end of the drawstring 3 is provided with a drawstring fixing area 31 facing the surface of the box 1, in this area, the drawstring 3 is fixedly connected with the box 1, the fixing mode can be glue bonding or riveting, and the like, the fixing strength meets the condition that when the drawstring 3 is forcibly separated from the box 1, at least one of the drawstring 3 and the box 1 is damaged, such as the drawstring 3 is broken, and the material near the drawstring fixing area 31 of the box 1 is torn, and the like (the design has an anti-counterfeiting function, which will be described in detail later); the second end of the pull tape 3, facing the lid 2, i.e. the back of the pull tape attachment area 31, is provided with a pull tape attachment area 32, in the area, the drawstring 3 is connected with the cover 2, the connection mode preferably selects anti-counterfeiting glue bonding, the bonding strength of the anti-counterfeiting glue is lower, a user can conveniently separate the drawstring 3 from the cover 2, the drawstring 3 and the base body of the cover 2 can not be damaged after separation, however, the anti-counterfeiting glue can be damaged, for example, a residual broken mottled pattern is remained after the anti-counterfeiting glue in the pull strip connecting area 32 is separated, if the anti-counterfeiting glue is adhered with a label in the prior art, the label is torn off and the pattern is broken, and then the label is replaced by the anti-counterfeiting glue, the renovation cost is lower, the first end of the pull strip 3 is fixedly connected with the box 1, when the pull strip 3 is separated from the box 1, at least one of the pull strip 3 and the box 1 can be damaged, therefore, the pull belt 3 or the box 1 can be damaged by forcibly replacing the pull belt 3, the renovation cost is higher, and the anti-counterfeiting performance is improved; in order to further facilitate the separation of the drawstring 3 from the lid 2 by the user, a drawstring operating region 33 is formed in the drawstring attachment region 32 at a distance from the second end of the drawstring 3, and the user can easily pull the drawstring 3 to separate the case 1 from the lid 2 by pinching the drawstring operating region 33.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, when the lid 2 is completely covered on the box 1, the draw tape 3 is folded over, the draw tape attachment area 32 of the draw tape 3 faces the lid 2 and is attached to the lid 2, the draw tape attachment area 32 being on the upper portion of the lower edge of the lid 2.
As shown in fig. 2, 3, 4 and 5, two pull belts 3 are preferably arranged, and are oppositely arranged on the side of the packing box, so that when an opening force is applied to the cover 2, two lifting forces applied to the cover 2 are approximately balanced, when the second end of the pull belt 3 is pulled to move upwards, the pull belt 3 drives the lower edge of the cover 2 to move upwards, the movement principle of the pull belt 3 and the lower edge of the cover 2 is similar to that of a movable pulley, the pull belt 3 is equivalent to a rope, the lower edge of the cover 2 is equivalent to the movable pulley, and 2 times of the pulling force of the pull belt 3 acts on the lower edge of the cover 2, so that the opening process is labor-saving; when the pull strap 3 is pulled upwards to the pull strap fixing area 31, the pull strap cannot be pulled upwards again, namely, the cover 2 moves upwards for a sufficient distance, the combination of the cover 2 and the box 1 is not stable any more, and a hand is held to open the space, as shown in fig. 5, the cover 2 and the box 1 can be directly held or held to separate the two.
The use method of the packaging box comprises the following opening steps:
1) separating the second end of the pull strip 3 from the cover 2;
2) synchronously pulling the second end of the drawstring 3 to pull the second end of the drawstring 3 to the top surface of the cover 2;
3) the cap 2 and the cartridge 1 are separated by holding or pinching them.
In the present embodiment, the pull tape 3 may be made of a plastic film, paper, or the like.
In the second embodiment, the first embodiment of the method,
the function of the draw tape 3 is integrated with the base material of the cartridge 1 on the basis of the first embodiment.
As shown in fig. 6, 7 and 8, the box 1 is made of cardboard or plastic sheet, two parallel tear tapes 111 are arranged on the outermost side of the box 1, i.e. the outer side 11, a first end of the tear tape 111 is at a distance from the upper edge of the box 1, preferably at a distance of 10% of the depth of the box 1, a second end of the tear tape 111 extends to the lower edge of the box 1, a short tear tape 121 is arranged near the lower edge of the box 1, the short tear tape 121 connects the second ends of the two tear tapes 111 together, preferably the short tear tape 121 is on the bottom 12 of the box 1; tear strip 111 and short tear strip 121 are formed by the continuous hole array, and under the exogenic action, lateral surface 11 can be along short tear strip 121 and tear strip 111 separation, forms stretching strap 3, because the material of box 1 has the flexibility ability to buckle, and stretching strap 3 naturally also has the flexibility ability to buckle.
The box 1 shown in fig. 6 and 7 is unfolded as shown in fig. 8, the tearing strip 111 and the short tearing strip 121 are punched on the unfolding material plate of the box 1, so that the design has a great advantage that the tearing strip 111 and the short tearing strip 121 are punched while the unfolding material plate of the box 1 is punched, the addition of the characteristic does not bring extra time cost and material cost to the production of the box 1, only the cost of a punch which is put into one time is increased, and the user experience that the packaging box is easy to open is brought, and the design is quite worthy; of course, it is also permissible to place the punching process of the tear strip 111 and the short tear strip 121 before or after the spreading plate punching process of the cartridge 1.
The pull tape 3 is formed by separating the short tearing tape 121 and the tearing tape 111 of the box 1, when the box is opened, the short tearing tape 121 and the tearing tape 111 are separated, the separation is irreversible, if the box 1 which is only replaced by a new box is required to be recovered, the renovation cost is higher, and the anti-counterfeiting performance is improved.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, two tear tapes 111 and one short tear tape 121 are provided in one set, and two sets are provided, facing each other on the side of the package, so that the two lifting forces to which the lid 2 is subjected when an opening force is applied to the lid 2 are substantially balanced. When the short tearing strip 121 is buckled, the short tearing strip 121 is split, so that the tearing strip 111 starts to split from the second end, the second end of the pulling strip 3 is continuously pulled to move upwards from the second end forming the pulling strip 3, the tearing strip 111 continues to split, the length of the pulling strip 3 continues to increase until the tearing strip 111 is split to the end of the first end to stop splitting, the length of the pulling strip 3 is not increased any more, and the pulling strip cannot continue to be pulled upwards; because the short tear tape 121 is located on the bottom surface of the box 1, the second end of the pull tape 3 protrudes out of the lower edge of the cover 2, in the process, the second end of the pull tape 3 bypasses the lower edge of the cover 2 to turn to the outer side of the cover 2, and moves upwards along with the pulling of the second end of the pull tape 3, so that the lower edge of the cover 2 is driven to move upwards, the movement principle of the lower edges of the pull tape 3 and the cover 2 is similar to that of a movable pulley, the pull tape 3 is equivalent to a rope, the lower edge of the cover 2 is equivalent to the movable pulley, and 2 times of pulling force of the pull tape 3 acts on the lower edge of the cover 2, so that the opening process is labor-saving; when the tear strip 111 is broken to the end of the first end to terminate the break, the pull strip 3 is no longer increased in length and cannot be pulled further upward, i.e., the lid 2 is moved upward a sufficient distance, the lid 2 and the case 1 are not firmly joined, and there is room for the user to hold the lid 2 and the case 1 open, as shown in fig. 10, and the lid 2 and the case 1 can be directly held or held by hand to separate them.
The use method of the packaging box comprises the following opening steps:
1) the short tearing strip 121 is buckled, and the second end of the pulling strip 3 is turned to the outer side of the cover 2 by passing through the lower edge of the cover 2;
2) synchronously pulling the second end of the drawstring 3 to pull the second end of the drawstring 3 to the top surface of the cover 2;
3) the cap 2 and the cartridge 1 are separated by holding or pinching them.

and a lead belt 4 is added on the outer side of the pull belt 3 on the basis of the second embodiment, so that the operation is convenient.
As shown in fig. 11, 12 and 13, the utility model further comprises a leading belt 4, the leading belt 4 is flexible and can be bent, a first end of the leading belt 4 is fixedly connected with the lower part of the pull belt 3, and a second end of the leading belt 4 is connected with the lower part of the side surface of the cover 2. Furthermore, the leading belt 4 is a flat thin belt, a leading belt fixing area 41 is arranged on the surface of the first end of the leading belt 4 facing the box 1, the leading belt 4 is fixedly connected with the lower part of the leading belt 3 in the area in a glue bonding or riveting mode, and the like, and the fixing strength meets the condition that when the leading belt 4 is forcibly separated from the leading belt 3, at least one of the leading belt 4 and the leading belt 3 is damaged, such as the leading belt 3 is broken, the leading belt 4 is broken, and the like; the second end of the lead 4, facing the lid 2, i.e. the back of the lead attachment area 41, is provided with a lead attachment area 42, in the area, the leading belt 4 is connected with the cover 2, the connection mode is preferably anti-counterfeiting glue bonding, the anti-counterfeiting glue bonding strength is lower, a user can conveniently separate the leading belt 4 from the cover 2, the leading belt 4 and the base body of the cover 2 cannot be damaged after separation, but the anti-counterfeiting glue can be damaged, for example, a broken and mottled pattern is remained after the anti-counterfeiting glue of the pull strip connecting area 32 is separated, if the pattern of the label bonded by the anti-counterfeiting glue is torn off and broken in the prior art, the label can be replaced by one label, the renovation cost is lower, the first end of the pull strip 4 is fixedly connected with the pull strip 3, when the leading belt 4 is separated from the drawstring 3 forcibly, one of the leading belt 4 and the drawstring 3 is damaged, the box 1 needs to be replaced when being renovated, the renovation cost is high, and the anti-counterfeiting performance is improved; in addition, in the process of opening the packaging box, the short tearing strip 121 and the tearing strip 111 are pulled by the pulling strip 3 to be separated and can not be recovered, the box 1 needs to be replaced when being renovated, the renovating cost is high, and the anti-counterfeiting performance is improved; in order to facilitate the separation of the leading tape 4 from the cover 2 by the user, a certain distance is left between the leading tape connecting area 42 and the second end of the leading tape 4 to form a leading tape operating area 43, and the user can conveniently pull the leading tape 4 to drive the pull tape 3 to separate the box 1 from the cover 2 by pinching the leading tape operating area 43.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, when lid 2 is completely fitted on box 1, tape 4 is folded over, tape attachment area 42 of tape 4 faces lid 2 and is attached to lid 2, and tape attachment area 42 is at the upper portion of the lower edge of lid 2.
As shown in fig. 12, 13, 14 and 15, the number of the leading tapes 4 is the same as that of the pull tapes 3, one leading tape 4 is correspondingly arranged on each pull tape 3, when the second end of the leading tape 4 is pulled to move upwards, the leading tape 4 pulls the second end of the pull tape 3 connected with the leading tape 3 to split from the short tearing tape 121, so that the tearing tape 111 starts to split from the second end, the leading tape 4 is continuously pulled to drive the second end of the pull tape 3 to move upwards from the second end forming the pull tape 3, the tearing tape 111 continues to split, the length of the pull tape 3 continues to increase until the tearing tape 111 is split to the end of the first end to stop splitting, the length of the pull tape 3 does not increase any more, and the pull tape 3 cannot continue to pull upwards; driven by the draw belt 4, the second end of the draw belt 3 turns to the outer side of the cover 2 around the lower edge of the cover 2, and moves upwards along with the pulling of the second end of the draw belt 3, so that the lower edge of the cover 2 is driven to move upwards, the movement principle of the draw belt 3 and the lower edge of the cover 2 is similar to that of a movable pulley, the draw belt 3 is equivalent to a rope, the lower edge of the cover 2 is equivalent to the movable pulley, and 2 times of the pulling force of the draw belt 3 acts on the lower edge of the cover 2, so that the opening process is labor-saving; when the tear strip 111 is broken to the end of the first end to terminate the break, the pull strip 3 is no longer increased in length and cannot be pulled further upward, i.e., the lid 2 is moved upward a sufficient distance, the lid 2 and the case 1 are no longer firmly joined, and there is room for the user to hold the lid 2 and the case 1 open, as shown in fig. 15, and can directly hold or pinch the lid 2 and the case 1 to separate them.
The use method of the packaging box comprises the following opening steps:
1) separating the second end of the leader 4 from the cap 2;
2) synchronously pulling the second end of the leading belt 4 to pull the second end of the leading belt 4 to the top surface of the cover 2;
3) the cap 2 and the cartridge 1 are separated by holding or pinching them.
In this embodiment, the leader 4 may be made of plastic film, paper, or the like.
It should be noted that, when the cover 2 of the packing box is opened and closed along the lateral direction of the box 1 (the direction parallel to the bottom surface of the box 1), the present invention is also applicable, and the pulling direction of the pull tape 3 described above may be rotated by 90 degrees, that is, the pulling direction of the pull tape 3 may be changed to the direction parallel to the bottom surface of the box 1.
