According to the invention, the waist fixing belt can be tied to the waist of a user by utilizing the waist fixing belt, the driving motor is started, and the arc-shaped gear and the rack are intermittently meshed, so that the waist fixing belt can reciprocate, and the waist of the user can be exercised.
The auxiliary device body has a simple structure, can train the arms, the legs and the waist of a user, is simple to operate and portable to use, can move to any position for training, is not limited by a field, and is suitable for wide auxiliary training of teenager strength.
