A blood sampler according to claim 1 wherein: the rack body assembly (1) further comprises threaded hole plates (1-13) and rectangular through grooves (1-15), the rectangular through grooves (1-15) which are reversed left and right are formed in the bases (1-14), and the threaded hole plates (1-13) are fixedly connected to the middle positions of the front ends of the bases (1-14); the base component (3) comprises an upper plate (3-1), a screw rod (3-2), a rotary piece (3-3), baffle rings (3-4), front convex seats (3-5), a bottom plate (3-6) and connecting side plates (3-7), wherein the left end and the right end of the upper end of the bottom plate (3-6) are fixedly connected with the connecting side plates (3-7), the upper ends of the two connecting side plates (3-7) are fixedly connected with the upper plate (3-1), the left end and the right end of the front end of the upper plate (3-1) are fixedly connected with the front convex seats (3-5), the screw rod (3-2) is inserted between the two front convex seats (3-5) in a clearance fit manner, the left end and the right end of the screw rod (3-2) are fixedly connected with the baffle rings (3-4), the right end of the screw rod (3-2) is fixedly connected with the rotary piece (3-3), the base (1-14) is connected to the upper plate (3-1) in a sliding mode through the rectangular through groove (1-15), and the screw rod (3-2) is matched with the threaded hole plate (1-13) through threads.
4. A blood sampler according to claims 1-3 wherein: the two baffle rings (3-4) are respectively attached to the outer end faces of the two front convex seats (3-5).
5. A blood sampler according to claims 1-4 wherein: the blood drawing tube (2) is made of transparent material, and scale marks are arranged on the blood drawing tube (2).

A method of sampling blood, comprising: when the compression screws 1-3 are screwed, the compression screws 1-3 can push the right clamping rod 1-5 to move leftwards along the cross rail rod 1-6, so that the right clamping rod 1-5 and the left clamping rod 1-7 clamp and fix the blood drawing cylinders 2 with different specifications; the ring extension rod 2-4 is inserted into the groove 1-10 between the convex plates, and the fastening screw 1-8 is pressed against the upper end of the ring extension rod 2-4 to fix the ring extension rod 2-4, so that the position of the ring 2-2 is fixed; the lower end of the blood drawing tube 2 is sleeved with a blood drawing tube with a needle, the needle is inserted into a blood vessel of a human body, the rotary disc 2-3 is rotated to enable the drawing rod 2-1 to move upwards, and the drawing rod 2-1 moves upwards to draw a rubber piston at the lower end of the drawing rod, so that blood is drawn into the blood drawing tube 2. Because the drawing rod 2-1 is controlled to move upwards through the threads, the distance of the drawing rod 2-1 moving upwards is easy to control, and the blood of a human body can be accurately drawn. When the rotary vane 3-3 is rotated, the screw rod 3-2 can be driven to rotate, and when the screw rod 3-2 rotates, the threaded pore plate 1-13 can be driven to move left and right, so that the base 1-14 is driven to slide left and right on the upper plate 3-1, and the position of the upper plate 3-1 is adjusted.
